최근 많은 기업들이 개개인의 인적자원을 기업 가치 창출의 핵심 자산으로 인식하고, 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 역량기반의 인적자원관리 및 인재육성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내 건설업에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 종합건설회사의 건설기술자는 건설 프로젝트 생애주기의 각 단계에서 다양한 참여주체와 함께 공사관리 업무를 수행하며, 건설기술자의 역량은 건설공사의 성패에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 현재 국내의 건설기술자 능력 평가 방식은 자격 위주의 평가로서 실제 공사관리 업무에 대한 소화능력과는 거리가 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 건설업의 기본관리 항목 중 하나인 원가관리의 업무 프로세스 및 세부 수행항목을 분석하여 원가관리 업무 숙련도 수준을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 건설기술자 직급별 요구역량 대비 현 수준 분석 및 업무 단계별 건설기술자 업무역량 분석을 실시하여 시사점을 도출하였다.

국내 정보통신 설비공사에 대한 감리대가 표준품셈은 2009년 5월 (사)한국엔지니어링협회에서 정한 표준품셈을 최근까지 관련 공공기관 및 민간 산업계에서 사용해 왔다. 그러나 정보통신기술과 사회경제적 환경이 매우 빠르게 변화되고 발전되어 기존의 품셈은 최근의 현장 여건에 부합되지 않아 현장 적용률이 저조하고, 공종별 감리원수 산출을 위한 산출식이 복잡하여 적용에 많은 어려움을 갖고 있다. 이러한 여건과 최근의 정보통신 기술의 융복합화에 따른 새로운 공종을 표준품셈에 반영하여 기존 품셈의 보완 및 개정 필요성이 대두되었고, 산업통상자원부에서는 최근 새로운 표준감리 품셈을 개정 고시하였다. 본 논문에서는 저자들이 개정과정에 주도적으로 참여한 경험을 바탕으로 개정 고시된 표준품셈의 개정 배경과 새롭게 제시된 표준 품셈 계산식을 기존 품셈 계산식과 비교하여 설명을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법으로서 기존의 품셈이 적용된 실사례 조사 결과와 타 분야 품셈을 비교 후 정보통신설비공사 분야의 품셈을 개선하기 위하여 WBS 방식에 기반한 새로운 품셈 산출 수식을 설명한다.

본 연구는 체계적인 평가인증 조력방안을 제시하기 위해서 시도되었다. 지역간 조력상황의 편차가 크고, 조력의 내용과 방법이 명확하게 제시되어 있지 않으며, 조력전문가의 역량이 강화될 필요가 있고, 아울러 예산과 인력의 지원이 요구된다는 평가인증 조력의 현실에 대한 인식에서 출발되었다. 조력에 대한 분석과 보육시설장들을 대상으로 면접조사한 본 연구의 분석 결과, 예비클라스 설치 및 운영 단계, 조력신청 및 상담의 단계, 조력회의 및 간담회 단계, 심화워크샵 실행 단계, 우수시설 견학, 영역별 전문 방문조력의 실시, 평가의 여섯 단계의 조력과정을 제안하였다. 특히 조력의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 영역별 전문 조력자의 구성을 제안하였다. 조력운영지침으로 평가인증 예비클래스 운영, 조력자의 확보 및 체계적인 교육, 조력메뉴얼 보급, 사후관리조력프로그램, 그리고 충분한 재정지원을 마련해야 할 것을 명시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 조력 메뉴얼은 보육정보센타 혹은 그 이외 다른 조력기관간의 조력의 방법과 내용의 편차를 줄이고 체계적이고 전문적인 조력을 수행는데 도움이 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 원장의 의사결정에 영향을 주는 것은 무엇인지 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 어린이집 원장 7명을 대상으로 하였으며, 개별적인 심층면접을 사용하여 어린이집 원장의 의사결정 기준에 관해 알아보았다. 연구결과는 어린이집 원장들의 의사결정에 영향을 주는 것은 원장 외부와 내부에서 찾아볼 수 있었다. 외부에서 찾아보면, 법적기준 준수, 부모요구 수용, 교사와 협력, 외부의 조언 수용, 현실적 여건 수용으로 나타났다. 내부에서 찾아보면, 원장의 운영철학, 원장 개인의 신앙, 원장의 개인적 경험으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 어린이집 원장이 우수한 보육환경을 제공할 수 있도록 도와주기 위한 정책의 수립과 교육자료 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의미가 있다.

2017년 2월부터 개정된 건축법에 의해 소규모 건축 프로젝트에 현장관리인을 투입해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이들의 업무능률 향상을 위하여 이론 고찰을 통해 문제점을 도출하고, 현장관리인의 보다 나은 업무 진행을 돕고자 현장 감리업무의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 체크리스트를 대상으로 전문가 설문조사를 수행하여, 소규모 비상주감리 현장관리를 위한 체크리스트를 작성하고자 하였다. 또한 작성된 체크리스트를 기반으로 하는 현장관리 시스템의 활용 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이러한 BIM기반의 현장관리 시스템을 활용하면 현장에서 발생하는 다양한 이슈에 대해 실시간으로 모니터링 가능하여 프로젝트를 효과적으로 운영할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The school library plays very important and central role for the fullfillment of educational objective in the process of implementing the school curriculum. And the media specialist known as teacher-librarian is. primarily responsible for the successful operation and effective management of the media center. It is true that effectiveness of the school library depends greatly on the cooperative coordination among teacher-librarian, teacher and principal in addition to the strong support and effective supervision of school district authority, specifically, supervisor of school library program. The successful program therefore is influenced by their perception of the teacher-librarian's role. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teacher-librarian's. educational role perceived by teacher-librarian, teacher, principal and school district supervisor. A standard task model describing both the management and educational functions and expectations of teacher-librarian was proposed after studying the relevant current standards of four countries. Serveral hypotheses were made regarding role perception and a survey instrument was designed based on this proposed task model and the results of the literature review to validate the hypotheses. The questionnaires were mailed out and the returned questionaires were analyzed by SPSS computer routine. The major findings are summarized as follows: 1) There was difference of the role perception among teacher-librarian, teacher, principal and district supervisor at the significance level of p<0.001 for both management and educational functions of teacher­librarian. The mean score of the teacher-librarian was highest among four groups and the score for the educational function tasks were lower than that of management function tasks. 2) The positive correlation exists at the significance level of p<0.001 between the role perception and the attitude toward changing social trends such as acceptance of new technology, need for better communication and information. 3) The positive correlation exists at the significance level of p<0.001 between the role perception and the view on the curriculum and teaching method.

본 연구는 서울시 도로포장의 구조적 개선을 위하여 포장관리시스템을 이용하여 도로파손 발생과 도로포장 상태를 분석하였다. 심층면접조사에서는 플랜트, 시공 및 감리 분야 실무자 의견을 통하여 서울시 도로포장 관리의 문제점을 도출하였으며, 선진 도로포장 관리 사례를 조사하여 서울시 도로포장 관리의 개선방안을 모색하였다. 주요 결론으로는 서울시 중하중과 여름철 집중호우에 대한 도로파손에 대한 대책이 필요하고 생애주기비용 분석을 통하여 획일적인 덧씌우기 공법으로 인한 도로포장의 조기파손의 문제점을 확인하였다. 설문조사결과, 실무자에 대한 교육의 강화와 아스팔트 혼합물 생산 및 시공시 보다 철저한 온도 관리의 필요성이 제기되었다.

Universal soil loss equation (USLE) has been frequently employed to estimate potential soil loss in land since it was developed based on the statewide data measured and collected in the United States. The equation is an empirical model mainly used for U.S. soil, thus it has been recently modified to reflect Korean soil conditions and named as Korean Soil Loss Equation (KORSLE). The modified equation was implemented in ArcGIS software, and used for estimation of potential soil loss from 2003 to 2016 in the thirty-eight Water Protection Districts. Five out of the thirty-eight districts were identified as the area of potential soil erosion most severly. In those five districts, potential soil erosion were estimated to be more than 50 Mg/ha/year that requires site investigation under supervision of the Korean Ministry of Environment. Distinctive site characteristics were found in the potential soil loss estimation such that the districts of low potential soil loss had low five factors in the aggregate. However, if one of more factors are dominantly large, the potential soil loss significantly increased. This study provides a useful tool to identify the potential areas for soil erosion and the important factors that play an important role in the estimation process.

목적: 본 연구는 선진 외국의 시능훈련사(orthoptist 또는 시능훈련사(視能訓練士))제도와 한국의 한국 검안인력의 현황을 비교 분석하여, 한국에서의 시능훈련사 제도 도입 필요성을 제고하려는 목적으로 실시되었다. 방법: 시능훈련사 제도를 시행하고 있는 4개 선진국가를 대상으로 각국의 시능훈련사 제도의 교육제도, 자격조건 및 면허취득과정, 업무범위를 조사하고, 그 결과를 비교하여 한국에서 시능훈련사 제도의 필요성과 적절한 제도의 형태에 대해 고찰하였다. 결과: 선진 외국에서는 규정된 교육과정을 이수하고 면허를 취득한 전문적인 시능훈련사가 안과의사의 지휘감독 아래 환자에 대한 검안과 시기능 훈련을 전담하는 인력으로 활동하는 제도를 갖추고 있었으나, 반면에 한국은 안경사가 제도적인 뒷받침 없이 안과병원의 검안전담인력 역할을 맞고 있는 문제점이 노출되었다. 결론: 한국에도 시능훈련사 제도를 도입하여 안경광학과 졸업생들이 안과병원의 검안전담인력으로 활동할 수 있도록 하는 법적인 근거가 필요하다.

New trend called ubiquitous leads the recent business by standardization and integration. It should be the main issue how to guarantee the integration and accountability on each business, especially in mission critical system which is mainly supported by M2M (Machine to Machine) control mechanism. This study is from the analysis of digital forensics case study that is from the M2M Sensing Control Mechanism problem of the "Imjin River" case in 2009, where a group of family is swept away to death by water due to M2M control error. The ubiquitous surroundings bring the changes in the field of criminal investigation to real time controls such as M2M systems. The needs of digital forensics on M2M control are increasing on every crime scene but we suffer from the lack of control metrics to get this done efficiently. The court asks for more accurately analyzed results accounting high quality product development design. Investigators in the crime scene need real-time analysis against the crime caused by poor quality of mission critical systems. It seems to be every need of Real-Time-Enterprise, so called ubiquitous society on the case. We try to find the efficiency and productivity in discovering non-functional design defects in M2M convergence products focusing on three metrics in study model with quick implementation. Digital forensics system in present status depends on know-how of each investigator and is hard to expect professional analysis on every field. This study set up a hypothesis "Co-working of professional investigators on each field will qualify Performance and Integrity" especially in mission critical system such as M2M and suggests "Online co-work analysis model" to efficiently detect and prevent mission critical errors in advance. At the conclusion, this study proved the statistical research that was surveyed by digital forensics specialists around M2M crime scene cases with quick implementation of dash board.
