The purpose of this study was to support for quality improvement of educational curriculum on hospital administrator through the comparison of competence of new employee and need of field experts based on NCS. The participants of this study were implemented the self-report survey about competency and need on job skills of hospital administrator. According to the comparison, it is defined the point that is needed curriculum improvement and the competency gap between hospital and university hospital. This is support to be establish the base for the qualified education and training program for hospital administrators. NCS is useful as standardized tool for identify the gap between need and competency and as suggestion for education improvement of hospital administrator.

본 연구는 사원 개인을 분석단위로 사원제안제도의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 또한 사원제안제도가 지금까지 제조업 중심으로 이루어져 왔지만 최근 서비스업을 중심으로 비제조업에도 사원제안제도가 확산됨에 따라 업종별 차이도 분석하였다. 연구 가설은 Unsworth(2001)의 개인 창의성 분류와 Frese et al.(1999)의 사원제안제도 일반 모형에서 도출하였다. 자동차 조립업체와 은행을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 PLS로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 보면 Frese et al.(1999)의 일반모형은 대체로 지지되었으며 업종간 유의한 차이를 발견하지는 못하였다. 그러나 모형 내부 변수들의 상관관계의 정도는 유의한 통계적 차이를 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 비제조업의 사원제안제도 활용에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

Dynamic compaction is the ground improvement method by applying the impact energy. This impact energy can damage to adjacent structure in urban area. Therefore, if dynamic compaction method is applied, careful attention should be payed to surrounded structures. In this study, the method was performed in waste landfill and the frequency of vibrations were measured according to each distances, drop-heights, and vibrating directions. The measured data show that particle velocity bas low frequency and it is greatest in longitudinal direction. There was little differences between Maynes suggestion and measured data. Therefore, Maynes suggestion can be adopted if the range of vibration can be predicted. Also, It was found that minimum 45m distance is needed in order to satisfy the administrative code if dynamic compaction method is applied.

Top Managers are apt to do the decision making on the base of cost-benefit analysis. Therefore the return on quality is indispensable to get the commitment of the top managers on the quality programs. The monetary or tangible effects of the most improvement activities through the suggestion systems and the quality circle activities are computed and reported. In most cases the reported gains are much bigger than the input invested. In spite of the reported high return many top managers are doubtful about the truth of reports because the gains are not translated into the profit on the income statement. This paper discusses about the mechanism of individual improvement activities and analyze the system effect which sum the individual effect and the realization effect on the income statement during that period. This will help the top managers to commit on the quality programs with high confidence.

This research explored methods for improvements to be made within the field of drone usage within the construction industry based on an investigation of factors which limit their efficiency and productivity. Limiting factors and improvement measures were presented in terms of technology, service, law and policy for employing drones at construction sites. Our first suggestion is, from a technical point of view, that companies need to expand professional manpower and infrastructure for systematic management. Second, in terms of service expansion, it is necessary to have management capabilities for operation such as the use of drones with enhanced safety and reinforced on-site education and personal information management. Third, in terms of legal and institutional support measures, it is necessary to prepare a plan for reforming the legal system for revitalization and to expand the training of professional manpower. This study may contribute not only to the development of drone technology, but also to effectively respond to various problems that appear at construction sites.

According to the liberalization of the air transport industry, the operation of airport also takes account of economic efficiency. The owners or the operators of an airport or airport systems want to know what is the best way to achieve the best performance in the aspect of economic efficiency and they are willing to improve the airport operation system. Prerequisite for the improvement of economic efficiency is to measure the performance of not only their own airports but the other airports. This study presents the result of performance measurement of Korean airports. The overall costs performance, labor productivity, capital productivity, revenue performance and profit performance are estimated and interpreted. As conclusions, the suggestion about airport system improvement is presented.

본 연구는 경비지도사 자격제도 개선과 관련하여 현재 경비지도사 업무를 수행하고 있는 경비지도사를 대상으로 NVivo 10을 활용하여, 첫째, 경비지도사 자격시험제도의 문제점, 둘째. 경비지도사 직무교육 문제점, 셋째, 경비지도사 기본 및 보수교육의 문제점에 대하여 고찰하였다. 이들 문제점과 관련된 개선방안을 제시하였다.

It is true that Aircraft accident investigation organization of Republic of Korea does not have independent role structurally and administratively. Also, in the event of an aviation accident it does not take the appropriate response and post-institutional measures for victims and their families support. With aware of this fact and to improvement this research paper present approach direction and suggestion of issues and implications for those by researching the operational practices of the United State's Victim Family support.

Commercial gas burning appliances are classified by KGS AB338. Even though there are many types of gas appliances with different purposes and uses, common standards are applied to the appliances. Manifold of commercial gas range could often be corroded by salt water. Gas leaks and accidents could be occurred by the corrosion. According to suggestion of detailed material standards for manifold of commercial gas range, it could help to use safely and prevent gas accidents.
