Exceptional Elements(E.E) are generally eliminated by a machine duplication or a subcontract in cellular manufacturing system. One of the advantages in FMS consists of machines capable of multi-processing. This paper presents a method that eliminates E.Es by tool duplication. First, we develop the exceptional operation similarity(EOS) by machine cell-operation incidence matrix and part-operation incidence matrix. The EOS indicates a similarity of unperformable operations in each part when two exceptional parts are assigned to a machine cell. Secondly, a mathematical model to minimize tool duplication is developed by the EOS. Finally, a heuristic algorithm is developed to reflect dynamic situation in process of elimination of exceptional elements by the EOS and the mathematical model. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the algorithm.

The aims of this study are to draw the project risk factors by grasping the relation especially between the construction preparation cost calculation and the project risk factors in the project's bidding stage, and to draw the cost estimate based on the risk when the orderer or the constructer performs the project and the main factors in calculating the most suitable construction cost by clarifying the understanding degree of the influence between the risk factors and the construction cost. In addition, this study can give a help to the proper decision -making through the prediction of the construction preparation cost, and this study is expected to give the basic data in developing the assessment tool for the most suitable construction cost of the project.

Transporting of live fish requires subcontract with an independent contractor. During the transporting of live fish, civil liability problems can be caused by damage of fish. Before transporting of live fish, responsibility of negligence and tort liability were arisen, after transporting of live fish, default on an obligation was arisen. To avoid this problems, it is important to put a bond on each other and live fish transporting contract can be made a legal contract. Also, transporting of live fish must be made safe, after transporting, and discharge of obligation, perfect transaction is achieved.

The relationship between the subcontractor and the subcontractor in current industries, especially in the machine manufacturing industry, should be developed to the "Efficient Q-C-D System" in which the three elements of consideration-Quality, Cost and Delivery condition, are in a state of equillibrium. From this point of view the two parts of a subcontract must cooperate in the whole activity: ranging from the initial products planning, through the manufacturing process, to the final usage by customers. In this report, we tried to present Korean machine manufacturing industry with the model of management system of subcontracts in order that machine manufacturers may assure the quality, reduce the production cost and enhance the productivity with the model.

The purpose of this paper was to propose the efficient strategies of internet fashion shopping malls to success in the internet shopping mall market growing rapidly. Representative 5 internet fashion shopping malls - Halfclub, Fashionplus, e-Hyundai, Hansol CSClub and LGeShop - were selected and in-depth interviews were performed to analyze their marketing 4P's strategies. The results of this study are as fellows. Five shopping malls'main targets are women in twenties and early thirties. The price strategies are various according to shopping malls'character. In general, there are small amounts of discounts on new products(about 5%) which are sold by department stores. Shopping malls executed delivery of goods by cooperation with distribution companies and direct distribution of subcontract companies. Shopping malls are sending e-mails to the members as a promotion strategy. CRM(Customer Related Management) is partially implemented. Joint purchase and various events are conducted frequently. Shopping malls guarantee exchange and refund services.

현대 사회에서 소프트웨어가 사용되는 분야가 다양해지고 그 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서 일부분을 내부조직이나 외부조직에게 외주를 주는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 그래서 소프트웨어 외주관리를 어떻게 하느냐는 프로젝트의 성공에 있어서 중요한 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 소프트웨어 외주관리는 적합한 외주업체를 선정하고 선정된 외주업체를 효과적으로 관리하는 활동이다. 최근에 체계적인 외주관리를 위한 많은 노력이 시도되고 있고, 관련 표준들이 제시되고 관련 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 관련 표준들과 방법론들은 그 내용이 추상적이고 구체적이지 않다. 그래서 이런 표준과 모델들에서 제시된 내용을 실무에 적용하기는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CMM, CMMI, SPICE, ISO/IEC 12207 등의 표준에서 제시하고 있는 소프트웨어 외주관리 활동과 다른 관련 표준 및 외주관리 활동에 대한 기존 연구 내용의 분석을 통해서 실무에 직접적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 소프트웨어 외주관리를 위한 프레임워크를 연구, 개발하였다.

The similar point of the 19 regional industrial clusters of Japan is that all of the clusters are not limited to an administrational district but rather covers a larger area. When a cluster covers a larger area, there is problem of acquiring responsible businesses and interactive planing. In order to overcome such a problem, private coordinating organizations have been installed and operated to connect and manage inter-activities of industries, universities, and research institutes. TAMA, a private coordinating organization, differs from other associations in a way that it does not deal with one specific field or business. TAMA rather dealswith various product-developing small to middle size companies by offering strategic support for the development of new technologies and expansion of new businesses. Product-developing small to middle size companies comparatively have their own abilities for technological development and marketing which is quite different from other subcontract companies and their relations to large corporations. In such aspect, product-developing companies are actually similar to large corporations with competitiveness in the world market.

After the financial crisis, the spread of indirect employment, which is an outsourcing method, is gradually becoming common in our society, and the risk of harm is relatively high or the proportion of simple jobs is high. Simple workers have a higher proportion of non-manufacturing industries such as the service industry, and production workers are intensively used in the manufacturing industry. In Article 63 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, contractors must take necessary safety and health measures. In addition, due to the expansion of the scope of contracts under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it is necessary to review the appropriateness of industrial accident prevention measures and implementation standards.

Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

This paper presents the case study of the CE by collaborative system and proposes a model of the CM group for the cable supported bridge. The cable supported bridges have a large project scale and need a high level of construction method. Therefore an advanced construction management system is required for successful completion of project. The construction management (CM) group which control design management, construction plan, subcontract, technical support and R&D is organized for the cable supported bridge project. The CM group established a collaborative system with construction site and drew an effective management of cost, process, quality, safety for each project. Furthermore, the CM group established the procedure of construction management based on the construction engineering (CE) items and performed the project management on the construction phase. Efficiency of cost reduction and site control is maximized by using a collaborative system.
