Although over - 600 students in Incheon has been participated in the gifted education programs under the colleges and Office of Education Department every year, it is reported that the number of teachers have insufficient teaching abilities in primary, advanced, and after-advanced gifted classes. The Gifted Education Research Institute in Incheon University introduced R&E activities for the improvement of teachers' abilities in science research and student guiding. Professors in science department conducted the R & E activities to select the research thesis. The professors and the guidance teachers decided the directions of the research, and the guidance teachers who learned from the professors taught 3-5 students to practice the research. Five professor-teacher-student research teams in math, physics, chemistry and biology conducted the research after school and during the vacation for 7 months. The results of the research were submitted to the journals of research activities and the result papers were presented to the seminar. On this research, the possibilities and the difficulties of the R&E activities based of the journals of research activities, oral presentation and the research results reports were analyzed with a purpose of improving the professionalism of the science gifted teachers. Although the professors proposed many difficulties or problems about the R&E activities, the teachers reported that the R & E activities he1ped them to improve their research activities and student guiding techniques. The teachers acquired more knowledge on the principles of the science related areas than before. Moreover, they thought it was very meaningful experience in using the science related instruments, guiding the students' research and writing the research reports. The students also gave the positive responses with the increased interests in new science studies and with the experience of learning the way of research.

In light of changes in today's medical environment, whether to dismantle the 50-year-old internship training system in the Republic of Korea is under debate. Although the question remains open, discussions on such issues have drawn attention to the quality of the clinical clerkship and student career advisory programs in medical colleges. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiential clerkship and career exploration issues. Ensuring excellence of the clerkship and career advisory sessions is an essential responsibility of educational institutions regardless of whether the intern training system is dismantled. Important objectives of the experimental clerkship include reinforcing prerequisites established by law, introducing a student practice license, developing a standardized clinical assessment and student portfolio requirement, and publishing a guidebook for clinical directors. For career exploration, it is necessary to broaden participants' experiences of specialties and to manage the variety of student career guidance programs. It is imperative for the Korean Association of Medical Colleges, in collaboration with medical colleges, to play a leading role in focusing more attention and effort on such issues.

우리나라는 고유어 수사와 한자어 수사로 구성된 이중 수사 체계를 사용하고 있다. 이러한 이중 수사 체계는 실생활에서 관습적으로 특정 방식이 선택되거나, 두 가지 방식이 혼용되기도 하고, 불규칙하게 변형되기에 수사 학습지도 과정에서 학생과 교사 양측의 부담이 가중된다. 이에 본 연구는 이중 수사 체계로 인한 학습 지도 난점 개선의 필요성을 인지하였다. 이를 위하여 수사 체계 방식이 선택되는 맥락과 다양한 변형 사례, 현행 교육과정과 교과서의 관련 지도 내용을 분석·정리하였다. 분석 결과, 수사를 사용하는 실제 상황에 따라 나타나는 수사 체계 방식의 선택 및 변형의 특징이 존재하였으나 그러한 특징의 기준이 모호하고 교육과정 및 교과서 내 구체적인 지도 지침 또한 부재하였다. 이 경우 현장 교사의 역할이 더욱 중시되기 때문에 교사는 이중 수사 체계 관련 실제 상황의 세부 특징을 인지하고 학생에게는 이중 수사 체계 사용의 다양한 측면에 대한 경험과 연습을 통하여 이해하게 만듦으로써 수사 체계 교수·학습 개선을 위한 방향을 논의하였다.

본 연구는 교사들의 생활교육에 대한 정보요구와 교육청으로부터 배부되는 교육지침에 대한 교사 인식 간 관계를 밝혀 이를 기반으로 한 학교도서관 정보서비스 제안에 목적을 두었다. 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구 모형을 제작하고 설계를 진행하였으며, 예비연구를 통한 심층면담을 분석하여 연구에서 고려할 요소들을 추출하고 설문 문항을 개발하였다. 경기도는 4개 권역으로 나누어지며, 각 권역별 3개 학교에 설문을 실시한 후 최종적으로 217부의 데이터를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 학교도서관의 생활교육 정보요구에 대한 관심이 궁극적으로 교사들의 학생생활교육 실태 개선에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교도서관에서 제공되는 정보서비스를 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였으며, 특히 교사들의 생활지도 정보요구를 학교 내부에서 해결하도록 학교도서관 서비스를 제안했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

학생의 전방위적 활동에 대한 정보를 수집, 관리하는 것은 학교생활 적응과 만족감을 높이는 데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 학사경고나 중도탈락에 대한 예방적 학생지원의 근거가 된다. 따라서 학생을 지도함에 있어 학생의 여러 정보들이 통합되어 신속, 정확하게 교수자에게 제공되는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 학생 정보가 여러 시스템에 흩어져 있는 조직의 특수한 환경에서, 교수자에게 학생정보를 통합하여 신속히 제공할 뿐만 아니라 비용과 노력을 절감할 수 있는 시스템 모델을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 시스템 모델의 효능을 간단한 웹 페이지를 개발하여 테스트하였다. 그 결과 제안된 모델은 학생지도에 필요한 정보를 통합적, 다면적, 즉시적으로 제공함과 동시에 개선된 UI를 통하여 이용자 만족도가 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

In this paper, a stochastic approach based on a Monte Carlo simulation method for the design of a guidance and control (G & C) system of an automatic landing flight experiment (ALFLEX) vehicle is presented. The aim of this study is to design a G & C system robust against uncertainties in the vehicular dynamics. In this study, uncertain parameters and disturbances are treated as random variables in the Monte Carlo simulation. Then, some controller gains in the G & C system are tuned to satisfy conditions concerning the states at touchdown. The proposed method was applied to the ALFLEX vehicle. The simulation results shored the effectiveness of the present approach.

본 연구목적은 의학전문대학원생들이 흥미와 적성 등에 적합한 진로를 선택하고 준비할 수 있도록 진로요구조사에 기초하여 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. C의학전문대학원에 재학 중인 3, 4학년, 총 211명을 대상으로 대학차원에서의 진로지도 프로그램 시작 시기, 전공선택을 위한 정보수집방법, 흥미-적성-졸업 후 전공간의 일치도, 진로지도를 위해 제공해주길 원하는 정보, 전공을 선택할 때 고려사항, 전공을 선택하지 못한 이유 등을 설문조사하였다. 진로지도 프로그램 시작 시기는 3학년, 4학년, 모든 학년 순으로 나타났고, 전공선택을 위한 정보는 주로 선배와 직접 체험을 통하여 수집하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 진로를 결정한 학생은 흥미를 가진 전공과 적성에 적합한 전공 및 졸업 후 전공간의 일치도가 높게 나타났다. 전공을 선택한 학생은 적성과 흥미를 가장 크게 고려하고, 전공을 선택하지 못한 학생은 자신의 적성을 모르거나 전공에 대한 정보가 부족하기 때문이라고 응답하였다. 의학전문대학원생들의 진로지도 기본 방향을 제시해주고, 개발된 프로그램의 내용을 학교 여건에 맞추어 재구성하여 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 맞춤형 진로지도 프로그램 개발에 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

Medical students often need high levels of specialized institutional and personal support to recover from a burnout experience and to prevent student failure. This study aimed to present approaches to supporting medical students who had experienced burnout using case studies. The study subjects were 45 burnout cases who had been supported by the student support system and committee in one medical school. The factors associated with burnout include poor social network: the lack of belongingness, immature sense of identity, poor mental health, a lack of intrinsic motivation and aptitude, or a major personal crisis. We summarized some tips according to the factors associated with burnout. These tips should provide guidance to organizations and individual support providers to encourage the best quality support for medical students with burnout experiences.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to explore the structure and characteristics of job values about senior student of EMT Dept. Method : A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in job values. A Q-sample was collected from in-depth and objective interviews and literature reviews. A P-sample was composed of 31 EMT students. Result : Results revealed three factors; Self achievement-oriented, stability-oriented, and aptitude-oriented. The 'self achievement-oriented' factor was characterized by preference of achievement, worth, and activity in choosing occupation. The 'stability-oriented' factor was focused on security of retirement age, pay, compensation, and lifelong job. The 'aptitude-oriented' factor was showed aptitude, interesting in choosing occupation. Conclusion : We evaluated that these results was used as useful data for the development of curriculum and guidance of choosing occupation.
