Bond strength of luting cements to dentin is a critical consideration for success of complete cast crowns. This study was performed to evaluate the relationship between surface characteristics of teeth prepared for complete cast crowns and retention of cemented restorations. Eighty artificial crowns were cast for standardized complete crown tooth preparations accomplished with the use of a special device on recently extracted human teeth. Coarse diamond(#102R, Shofu) and superfine finishing diamond(#SF102R, Shofu) burs of similar shape were used. Crowns in each group were randomly subdivided into few subgroups of 10 for luting cements selected for this study: zinc phosphate cement (FLECK' S), polycarboxylate cement (Poly-F), rein-forced glass ionomer cement (Fuji PLUS). and adhesive resin cement (Panavia 21). Retention was evaluated by measuring the tensile load required to dislodge the artificial crown from tooth preparations with an Instron testing machine, and analysed by one-way ANOVA and Student's t-test. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. When tooth preparation was done with coarse diamond bur, retentive force was diminished in order of Panavia 21 Fuji PLUS, FLECK'S, and Poly-F. Retentive forces showed the significant difference between Fuji PLUS group and FLECK'S group(p<0.001). 2. When tooth preparation was done with superfine diamond bur, retentive force was diminished in order of Fuji PLUS, Panavia 21, FLECK'S, and Poly-F. Retentive forces showed the significant difference between Panavia 21 group and FLECK'S group(p<0.001). 3. Retentive force in coarse tooth surfaces was significantly higher than that in superfine tooth surface with all luting cements(p<0.001), and cement residues were almost retained with-in the cast crown in all groups.

Especially, using robots in software education increases student interest and helps to increase creativity. In order for software education using robots to be effective, education for teachers should be effective. The development of effective education contents for preliminary teachers can be said to be the success of software education. By the way, effective education can be said to begin with an accurate analysis of the subjects. In order to develop an effective curriculum for preliminary teachers, it is necessary to grasp the level of preliminary teachers who will carry out the software education using robots. Therefore, in this paper, we surveyed the experiences, levels and perceptions of preliminary teachers to help develop software education curriculum using robots.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of STEAM program on the scientific communication skills and the learning flow of elementary gifted students. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, STEAM program that mathematical, technical, engineering and art factors were combined based on basic concepts of science were developed. Seconds, the change in the scientific communication skills of experimental group applying STEAM program had statistically meaningful difference (p<.05). Third, the flow of experimental class improved, but it had no meaningful difference statistically (p>.05). But it is expected that continuing level adjusted STEAM program might have positive effect on improving the flow with the following three reasons: 1) The gifted students' flow level on learning before experiment was rather too high to expect short term effect. 2) It was hard for them to achieve flow experience because topic difficulties and students' capacities were not balanced. 3) topic commitments and autotelic behaviors of gifted students were observed during classes. Fourth, by the result of the student satisfaction questionnaire survey on this program, students actively participated in the STEAM program with interest and curiosity. As achieved self-directed problem solving, versatile communication activities and success experiences, their class satisfaction was high. Based on such results, it was expected that the gifted class applied of STEAM program could enhance scientific communication capacity of the elementary gifted students and would further positively influence flow of learning as well. In addition, it was considered to have integrated approach value to elementary gifted and talented education in the aspect that it could satisfy various educational demands of gifted students.
Efficient financial management is a critical factor in achieving school foodservice goals. The objective of this study was to suggest efficient financial management practices in secondary school foodservices. In pursuit of this objective, we first identified performance indexes for measuring the success of financial management. Second, we suggested financial management standards, financial data classification methods and a report system. Last, we analyzed operating ratios with the financial data of self-operated and contract-managed school food services. The data were collected through an open-ended questionnaire from 10 middle/high school foodservices in Seoul and Kyeonggi Provincial during on-sites visits and interviews with dieticians and managers. Student participation, sales goals, re-contract frequency and number and cost of disaster loss were identified as the performance indexes for financial management. Income statements were compiled by identifying and classifying financial data. Total revenues consisted of subsidies, meal sales, other revenue and interest. Expenditures consisted of purchased food, salaries and wages, utility costs, office supplies, kitchen supplies, purchased services, company overhead indirect costs, facility investment and maintenance, facility usage expenses, employee benefits and miscellaneous. Mean price of a meal was 2,326 won at self-operated foodservices when the subsidies were included as revenues and 2,360 won at contract-managed foodservices. When including the subsidies as revenues, the operating ratios of self-operated foodservice showed that the food cost percentage was 66.9%, labor cost 23.2%, operation cost 9.9% and profit 0%. The correspond figures at contract-managed foodservices were 57.6%, 21.5%, 15.3%, and 5.5%, respectively. Food costs in self-operated foodservices was significantly higher than that for contract-managed foodservices, however, facility investment and maintenance and facility usage expenses at self-operated foodservices was significantly lower than those for contract-managed foodservices. Based on this study, the methodology and classification system of financial data was found to be applicable to assess the financial structure of school foodservices.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify the elements of success in curriculum reformation using focus group interview and faculty survey. In recently, attracting foreign students are very active in lots of universities of South Korea. According to trend, foreign students who are studying in Korea have increased steadily. The programs to support and help them for adaptation of the university and academic success are rising though, on account of language barrier, it seems not easy to adapt to those people who finished studying korean language training that roles incubator and entered their major. More over, to expect personal training for them by professors is also difficult because of short of educational or executive and bankroll support in reality. Therefore it became a social issue about managing foreign students of South Korea. This study aimed to analyse the difficulties of learning from chinese international student's view. For this, we analysed focus group interview which intended 16 chinese foreign students and the collected data through reflective journal record using Nvivo program. In the results of focus group interview, learning difficulties of chinese foreign students are itemized 4 sections of personal aspect, environmental aspect, educational contents' aspect and educational methodic aspect. It is subdivided 11 sections and identified of requirement for studying support corresponding each part of difficulties. This research finding will be able to expect to provide a suggestion to looking for options for learning support plan of chinese foreign students.
Purpose: This study was conducted for purpose to derive a model of the founding competency of undergraduate students preparing for job creation. We want to support undergraduate students who are preparing to start a job creation so that they can successfully start a job creation. In Korea, research on entrepreneurship competency has been actively conducted for a variety of subjects including undergraduate students, but research on job creation competency is insufficient. To this end, we intend to contribute to the success of undergraduate students preparing for job creation by deriving a job competency model. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to derive job creation competency, interviews were conducted with best practices in the job creation activity process, and the job creation competency was derived using Spencer and Spencer's competency model development process and competency dictionary. Result: The derived competencies were further supplemented through the verification of job creation experts and HRD experts, and a total of 3 competency groups, 13 competences, and 44 specific actions were derived. The derived job creation competency model is significant in that it is an initial study that attempts to develop job creation competency, that it can be a reference point for developing curriculum for undergraduate students preparing for job creation, and that they have developed a competency model in the new field of job creation. However, despite this significance, there are some limitations. First, the derived competency model did not perform validity verification using quantitative research. Second, the difference analysis between the excellent group and the average group was not conducted. Third, the level of behaviors could not be staged. Lastly, it was not possible to compare it with the competency of franchisor and job creation for undergraduate student competency. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade the job creation competency model by conducting follow-up studies. The following is suggested as a follow-up study. First, verification of the validity of job creation competency, and second, a comparative study of excellent cases and average group. Third, a study on the level of action level of job creation competency. Lastly, it is a comparative study of job creation competency and the competency of franchise affiliates.

Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we showed the interest of researchers in the problem posed. The concept of competence is considered, which is interpreted as giving the key to solving a wide range of educational and life tasks. Research competence implies the ability to cooperate, enter into contacts, readiness for changes, for self-determination and is an integral quality of the individual, expressed in the readiness and ability to independently search for solutions to new problems and creative transformation of reality based on a set of personal and meaningful knowledge, skills, methods of activity and value attitudes. The article offers conditions that certify the improvement of forms and methods of training students in the formation of research competence of future specialists. The use of innovative technologies contributes to improving the level of training of future specialists: students are better prepared for classes, take an active part in the assimilation of program material in laboratory classes. It is noted that this creates a subject-subject relationship between the student and the teacher, and changes the attitude of students to classes. In the process of such organization of educational activities, students are convinced of the need for knowledge and its effectiveness, learn to compare, generalize, classify, establish cause-and-effect relationships, express opinions, defend their point of view, they ensure success in their studies, and develop research competence. It is proved that in order to apply the latest technologies, the teacher himself must know them well, that is, constantly improve himself, master new methods, techniques, ideas, which will help him create new pedagogical technologies and implement them in the educational process.
