Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore perception of the clinical learning environment, resilience and perfectionism in relation to practice burnout and to identify factors influencing practice burnout in student nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 313 student nurses from three universities in B and U city. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, $Scheff{\acute{e}}s$ test and multiple regression analysis. Results: Mean score for practice burnout in student nurses was 2.92 out of 5 points. Practice burnout explained 44.7% of the variance in perfectionism (${\beta}=.245$, p<.001), satisfaction with college life (${\beta}=.232$, p<.001), resilience (${\beta}=-.228$, p<.001), clinical learning environment (${\beta}=-.193$, p<.001), satisfaction with major (${\beta}=.180$, p=.001), practical relationships with peers (${\beta}=.128$, p=.005), and satisfaction with clinical practice (${\beta}=.124$, p=.039). Conclusion: Research results suggest that the important variable for student nurses' practice burnout is perfectionism. Therefore education is needed to develop strategies to manage perfectionism and reduce practice burnout.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine senior citizens' perception of medical welfare service in Daejeon, and to investigate the level of Korean Medicine University students' satisfaction about medical services that they have done. Methods : We visited Daejeon city hall and Dae jeon Seo-gu community health center, and interviewed them. After that we select two population and did two different surveys. First, to investigate the current state of medical services and medical welfare in Daejeon, we select neglected class senior citizens who were serviced at social welfare center. Second, we select Daejeon Korean Medicine University student to investigate the level of satisfaction about medical services and pre-education. In first population, we random select 25 of 34 senior citizen who visits mere social welfare center. In second population, we random select 78 of 115 Korean Medicine University student who belongs to medical welfare club. Results : We found some advantages and problems in medical services. A lot of senior citizen who were serviced at social welfare center showed high level of satisfaction about medical service. But there were few citizens who knows about health & medical welfare. And most Korean Medicine University student who services medical service to neglected class senior citizens showed high level of satisfaction. Conclusion : We concluded that medical welfare for senior citizen needs more publicizing. Because result of our survey, many senior citizens showed not only low level of recognition in medical welfare service, also showed low utilization rate in public health center. And most Korean Medicine University students were satisfied with themselves about medical service that they have done, it seemed medical service gives beneficial influence to not only senior citizen but also Korean Medicine University student.

This study aims to analyze the impact of technology adoption on students' satisfaction with the higher education system in Vietnam. With the continuous development of information and technology, the education sector in particular and many economic sectors in Vietnam have witnessed an explosion of applications and interventions in teaching-learning. However, these innovations have also received a lot of criticism regarding their effectiveness and feasibility. Although the numerous benefits that technology adoption has brought to education are apparent, many practitioners have not adjusted to this transition, resulting in lower learner satisfaction. Through a survey of more than 2472 university students in Vietnam, the results find a positive relationship between technology adoption and student satisfaction in higher education. We also test how nine contingent factors including gender, income, major, self-study time, learning methods, technology administration, self-ability in adopting technology, technology accessibility, and purpose of using technology can moderate that relationship. Indeed, technology adoption acts as a facilitator to make learning more convenient, effective, and accessible, rather than completely affecting learning outcomes and satisfaction. This result suggests that self-motivation is an important and decisive factor in improving satisfaction through choosing and applying technology effectively and appropriately.

In the early 2020, COVID-19 changed the traditional way of teaching and learning. This paper aimed to explore the impact of college students' perception of course quality on their online learning satisfaction. A total of 4,812 valid samples were extracted, and the difference analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to make an empirical analysis of college students' online learning satisfaction. The research results were as follows. Firstly, there was no difference in online learning satisfaction among students by gender and grade. Secondly, learning assessment, course materials, course activities and learner interaction, and course production had a significant positive impact on online learning satisfaction. Course overview and course objectives had an insignificant correlation with online learning satisfaction. Thirdly, the total effect of online learning satisfaction was as follows. Course production had the greatest effect, followed by course activities and student-student interactions, followed by course materials. It was the learning evaluation that showed the least effect. This study can provide empirical reference for college teachers on how to continuously improve online teaching and increase students' satisfaction with online learning.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of student question-centered lessons for bi-directional faculty-student communication. Methods: This study performed one-group pretest-posttest design; participants were university students majoring in health science (nursing 58, physical therapy 45) in city C. Data was collected and the program was conducted from March 3 to June 14, 2014. Measurements employed were the ARCS model of motivational design, self-assertiveness, learning satisfaction, and interpersonal relationship. Data was analyzed through frequency statistics, descriptive statistics, and repeated measurement of one-way analysis of variance with the SPSS 19.0 program. Results: In this student question-centered lesson participants exhibited significant enhanced satisfaction in terms of learning motivation, learning satisfaction, self-assertiveness, behavioral assertiveness, general assertiveness, and sensibility regarding interpersonal relationships. Conclusion: The results suggest that student question-centered lessons are applicable to a variety of subjects. Also, for comparative purposes, a faculty-centered lesson will be undertaken.

Due to multiple information sources, external information search(EIS) is the key issue on smart tourism environments. EIS is more important on experiential goods such as exhibition and convention. Despite the increasing importance of EIS, very little is known about what is the more effective information source in this area. In this paper, we attempt to examine the relations of satisfaction and between both online and offline information. This research analyzes an empirical model including EIS, affective involvement, perceived usefulness, satisfaction to student visitors on exhibition experience. Hence, six hypotheses are developed to test the relations of EIS and satisfaction using the mediating effects of affective involvement. Specifically, we developed a research model by employing the Uses and Gratification(U&G) framework and tested it to understand how student visitors' involvement and satisfaction might be changed according to EIS. Survey data was collected from 203 student visitors on "2014 Expo KCCE" was used to test the model using structural equation modeling. The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of tangible clues on university students' perceived risks and satisfaction at family-restaurants in Seoul. The performances of 3 tangible clues(physical evidence, employee, service process) negatively influenced the student's perceived risks. This result indicated that tangible clues can reduce the negative characteristics of service (intangibility, inseparability, perishability and variability) toward student customers at family restaurants. Meanwhile, financial risk, performance risk and social risk negatively influenced their overall satisfaction. Performance risk had the strongest negative influence on student customers' overall satisfaction, indicating that university students were much more interested in performance and utility about menu, food and service quality than in other factors at family restaurants. As a result, food-service corporations need to manage suitably various tangible clues as an important marketing strategy to diminish their customers' perceived risk and raise their satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine how school soccer league influenced the school life satisfaction of middle school student in an attempt to help improve their school life and facilitate the universalization of school soccer league. The subjects were 103 students participating in school soccer league at a boy's middle school in Busan and 148 non-participants at the same school as a comparison group. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The students who participated in the school soccer league program expressed better satisfaction with school life than the other who didn't, and the gap between the two was statistically significant. 2. The students who participated in the school soccer league program, the students who showed higher participation frequency expressed better satisfaction with school life than the other who didn't, and the gap between the two was statistically significant. 3. The student who participated in the school soccer league program, the higher level students of soccer ability expressed better satisfaction with school life than the lower level student of that, and the gap between the two was statistically significant.

The purpose of this study was to research eating-out information search methods according to college student's lifestyle and their influences on overall satisfaction at fast-food restaurants in eastern province of Kangwondo. Lifestyle was divided into 7 factors and 6 clusters. According to the results, information search methods through Newspaper, magazine and word of mouth were used the most preferably by Cluster 3, 'Brand preference intention'. And TV advertising was used the most preferably by Cluster 4, 'Convenience intention', and the advertisement through internet was used the most preferably by Cluster 5, 'Health ${\cdot}$ effort intention'. However, Information searches through TV advertising and word of mouth had negative influence on the overall satisfaction. But method through internet had positive influences on the overall satisfaction. Eventually, it's proved that information search methods had significant differences according to student's lifestyle. And some information search methods influenced their overall satisfaction. Therefore, food-sonics corporations need to try reducing negative images of various advertisements and activating positive aspects of specialized promotion instruments.

The purpose of this study was to classify latent profiles based on satisfaction of student by the campus-life&educational-experiences and to identify factors affecting satisfaction according to each type. For this study, data from the survey of the A univ(1,952 data) were used. To analyze this, a latent profiles analysis was applied to identify subgroups, in which the students by the campus-life&educational-experiences satisfaction, and a multinomial logistic regression model was applied to verify factors affecting group classification. As a result of the analysis, first four groups were classified in the order of 'average·class·highest·relationship satisfaction type'. Second the factors affecting the classification into the remaining three types with 'the average satisfaction type' as a reference group were found to be significant influencing factors(gender, grade, admission process, GPA grade). Based on these results, this study suggested implications for planning and promoting student-tailored education and student support policies at the university level.
