  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of supporting decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement and to apply the model and method suggested to the case of the University Student's housing choice. The criteria and alternatives are evaluated in terms of intuitive judgement and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The university students of the Daegu Metropolitan area consider the socioeconomic and environmental factors more important than the characteristics of housing to evaluate their future housing types. In terms of the student's intuitive judgement, socio-educational environment, accessibility, economy, natural environment, and the characteristics of housing are considered in order as an important criteria of evaluating housing. The orders of the important criteria done by an intuitive judgement and the AHP are different. In terms of the AHP, apartment, detached dwelling, and row house are preferred in order as the student's future housing types. The orders of preferred housing types are, however, dynamically changed based on specific criteria. In sum, the model of decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement will be applied to the real problems defined by uncertainty and high risk.

Third, the higher university students have awareness of gender equality, the better they practice of housing education contents. Group one recording where the gender equality is high 'Living quarter application', 'Indoor environment and equipments' units the practice of housing education contents was high. Forth, correlation of variables differed significantly between university students' practice of housing education contents and the awareness of gender equality. As a conclusion, university students' awareness of gender equality play an important role in practice of housing education contents in their real life. These results should be provide fundamental information for improving of housing education contents in Technology Home Economics Subject.

  • Housing distribution rate in our country has been continuously increased with economic growth, but residential plans satisfying the demands of residents are still not perfect yet. The demands of residents can be predicted by analyzing the housing viewpoint of residents. And also, the housing viewpoint can change according to various environmental changes, so it's important for us to understand the trend of change. Therefore, the housing viewpoints of university students who will be subjective residents of houses in future were analyzed by observing change due to trend of time. Target for this study is female university students in 20s. A portion of previously presented material (Korean Home Economics Association 37,1, 67-78) was used as data for 1998 and a questionnaire with 171 female university students was conducted on December 2008 for data for 2008. The following result was drawn from examination of change in the housing viewpoint due to trend of time by comparing the housing viewpoint of university students between 1998 and 2008. First, importance of was decreased and importance of was increased in functions of residence. Second, Most students thought and regardless of the time passage as their opinions on housing. And also, most students considered a living room as the most important space inside of a house regardless of the time passage and the ratio of considering a living room as the most important space was more increased.

  • Social costs analysis seeks to reveal the environmental effects of transportation policy. It delivers a sense of the effects of the public's daily travel and the costs that are or would be incurred from individual trips. Moreover, the accumulated total number of trips will uncover the effects of travel on society. This article shows the quantitative analysis of the economic outcomes of travel using social costs estimation methods. In order to support urban planning tasks, this research implemented analysis tool for social costs estimation by travel behavior. For a case study, a jave based application which can convert people's trip data into social costs is developed. the application used for simulating student-housing effects by estimating social costs changes. The analysis included the attributes, building scale and locational changes of the student housing as well as transforms of the students' trips.

  • This study was conducted to clarify the effect of sleeping disorder on the life stress of the university student on the side of cooking for himself, housing noise, dissatisfaction in school life, ill health, problem in future and a sense of values. A self-boarding student apart from a family (p<.042) had a higher sleeping stress. Noise of housing environment (p<.002), life dissatisfaction in university (p<.007), ill health (p<.010), life stress (p<.004) led to a more sleeping stress. Both gloomy prospects (p<.002) and a sense of values (p<.001) disturbed a university man's sleep. Cooking food for oneself, housing noise, displeasure in university life, ill health, gloomy prospects and a sense of values gave risen to the university student's sleeping disorder.

  • A manufacturing process for the axle-housing is analyzed by the rigid-plastic finite element method. The process contains five stages for the final product. During the simulation, remeshings are done four times due to severe mesh distributions. FE Analysis is performed mainly for strain distributions and load-stroke relationships. Those results are to be an useful design criteria for designing a new process sequence in future.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze differences of the indoor environment and student's fatigue response according to ventilation in university lecture hall. The experiments consisted of measuring the indoor environmental parameters and a survey of student's responses. The experiments were in the lecture hall that the actual lecture was conducted in on the $25^{th}$ of May 2009 (not opening windows and door- A) and the $1^{st}$ of June 2009 (opening windows and door- B). The experimental variable was ventilation by opening the windows and door, and the controlled conditions were indoor temperature by air conditioner, volume of the microphone and VTR, lighting conditions and teaching method. The results are as follows: 1) The indoor temperature was maintained in controlling A, B but the $CO_2$ and relative humidity of A (average 3579ppm, 62.6%) was higher than B (average 1697ppm, 48.1%). 2) There were differences in the student's subjective responses and student's fatigue responses between A and B. 3) Therefore, it was found that ventilation by opening the windows and door was a valid way to improve the relative humidity and to reduce $CO_2$ in the lecture hall.

  • In order to create a safe and comfortable educational environment and improve the quality of education, the 'Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Educational Facilities' was enacted in 2021. Accordingly, 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations' was established. Safety certification targets are classified into 'kindergarten', 'elementary/middle/high school and special schools', and 'university and other educational facilities'. Other educational facilities include libraries and student training facilities. However, student training facilities and libraries are different from schools as facilities for special activities such as training and reading. Therefore, the unique characteristics of the facility must be reflected in the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations'. This study analyzed how the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulation' reflects the special characteristics of student training facilities and libraries that are 'other educational facilities'. The previous certification system and guidelines were compared and analyzed, and the on-site survey method was used. Finally, it was confirmed that each of the library and the student training facility needed 9 detailed criteria reviews.
