The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of perceived service quality in Korean food restaurants on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention and to empirically analyze whether trust plays a mediating role between both the relations of the perceived service quality and customer satisfaction and the perceived service quality and behavioral intention. Based on total 303 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 5 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $X^2{_{(df131)}}$ = 536.566, p<.01, RMR .126, GFI .841, NFI .896, CFI .919, RMSEA .101. The SEM results showed that the perceived service quality(${\beta}$= .823, t = 9.392, p<.001) had a significant positive effect on trust had a significant positive effect on trust, and trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction(${\beta}$ = .730, t = 14.202, p<.001) and behavioral intention(${\beta}$ = .239, t = 3.362, p<.001). Also, customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention(${\beta}$ = .509, t = 6.978, p<.001). In addition, the effect of the perceived service quality in Korean food restaurants upon behavioral intention was found to be partially mediated by the trust.
The purpose of this study is to examine how Analysis on the Causal Model with individual factor, family factor, family stress and elder abuse to face aged society that has been increasing elder abuse. This study selected 114 elder people who live in rural area. The data were analyzed with SPSS and SEM(Structural Equation Model) by the AMOS 5.0 Program. The result of the study are as follows: First, elder abuse has positive correlations with family stress, and negative correlations with individual and family factor. It indicates that individual and family factor had significant relationship with family stress and elder abuse. Second, according SEM which focused on relationship with factors of this study, family factor was not influenced with family stress but family stress had an effect with elder abused. Therefore, considering individual factor of elder and alternatives of reducing family stress should be needed for the prevention of elder abuse.

This study analyzes taxi driver's risk-taking propensity with respect to risk-taking behaviour and traffic locus of control. In order to explore the traffic risk-taking, we present a predictive model by structural analysis of driver's risk-taking propensity. By applying this model to survey data from taxi drivers, we can observe that driver's risk-taking propensity has a significant impact on the traffic violation intention, and the higher perception of law and the lower lack of law-abiding drivers have, the more they tend to violate. Second, we test using multivariate analysis if the level of risk-taking propensity differs by the locus of control( external or internal). Drivers of external control shows higher risk-taking level compared to those of internal control so that the risk-taking propensity shows difference according to the locus of control for the responsibility of traffic accidents. The structural equation model of our study yielded ${\chi}^2$ = 279.7, ${\chi}^2$/df = 1.55, RMSEA = 0.44, GFI = 0.911, TLI = 0.916, CFI = 0.929.
Purpose: Shared mobility services are the most notable in the shared economy; however, they have yet to be activated in Korea due to various regulations and conflicts amongst stakeholders. Nevertheless, shared mobility has become an irresistible trend of the times, as it can cause a great deal of economic and environmental benefits. In this vein, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of shared mobility services in Korea and to provide service providers with implications for developing consumer-oriented marketing strategies. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the reasons that the users do not use shared mobility service, the factors influencing the behaviors of shared mobility users are structured and analyzed in a reliable, technical and procedural manner. To this end, the theory of reasoned action (TRA) of Ajzen and Fisbbein, the initial trust model (ITM), task technology fit (TTF) and switching cost (SC) are adopted. A total of 202 questionnaires were collected from the respondents who were aware of shared mobility. Then statistical processing of the collected data used SmartPLS(v.3.2.8), a PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) analysis program. The steps of the analysis are as follows. First, a PLS-Algorithm analysis was performed to evaluate the measurement model, and a Bootstraping and Blindfolding analysis was performed to evaluate the structural model and verify the hypotheses. Second, a multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA) was conducted to further analyze the differences depending on whether or not users experienced shared mobility service. Results: The results showed that initial trusts model (ITM) and task technology fit (TTF) have positive effects on users' behaviors through the mediation of the intention to use. As opposed to the assumption, switching costs did not have negative moderating effects in relation to the intention to use and users' behaviors. The influence of IT self-efficacy was significant, depending on the prior experience to use shared mobility services. Conclusions: This study will contribute to the revitalization of domestic shared mobility services and the formulation of service providers' marketing strategies. In future studies, there is a need to explore, reconstruct, and validate factors other than the impact factors of the shared mobility services used in this research model.

The purpose of this paper is to (1) evaluate a proposed conceptual model based on integrated Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); (2) compare the differences between Vietnam and South Korea regarding the effects of consumer perception of CSR activities and technology acceptance on intention to adopt mobile banking. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was conducted to analyze the data collected from the field survey questionnaires administered to a convenience sample of Vietnamese and Korean banking customers. The results showed that there is a difference between South Korea and Vietnam with regard to intention to use mobile banking services. While the effects of social responsibility and environmental responsibility on trust, trust on perceived usefulness, perceived risk on intention to use, perceived usefulness on intention to use were significant in the context of Vietnam but those effects were not significant in South Korea. Therefore, this study has attempted to fill this gap by empirically examining some of the important factors influencing the adoption of m-banking from the Vietnamese and Korean customers' perspectives. Finally, practical and theoretical implications for both banks and researchers in the m- banking context are also discussed in the concluding section.
This study investigates what consumption values affect attitude and behavioral intentions toward a premium lunch box at a convenience store using VAB(Value-Attitude-Behavior) model. The main survey was conducted by a research company by means of an online survey in the form of a self-administered questionnaire. The samples were limited to customers who had tried the premium lunch box before. The survey was conducted in October 2016. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows and AMOS 21.0. A structural equation model(SEM) was used to verify the proposed relationships among the study variables. Three factors representing the value of the premium lunch box were identified: social & functional value, economic value, and epistemic value. The finding showed that these values had a positive effect on attitude toward the premium lunch box and that attitude had a positive effect on behavioral intentions.

An experimental investigation to determine the transfer length of a seven-wire prestressing strand in different concretes is presented in this paper. A testing technique based on the analysis of bond behaviour by means of measuring the force supported by the prestressing strand on a series of specimens with different embedment lengths has been used. An analytical bond model to calculate the transfer length from an inelastic bond stress distribution along the transfer length has been obtained. A relationship between the plastic bond stress for transfer length and the concrete compressive strength at the time of prestress transfer has been found. An equation to predict the average and both the lower bound and the upper bound values of transfer length is proposed. The experimental results have not only been compared with the theoretical prediction from proposed equations in the literature, but also with experimental results obtained by several researchers.
This study was conducted to evaluate recipients' perception of service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intention in home delivered meals program in the US. Out of 398 questionnaires, 265 (66.6%) were collected, and 209 questionnaires (52.5%) were used for the statistical analysis. A Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with a maximum likelihood was first conducted to estimate the measurement model by verifying the underlying structure of constructs. The level of internal consistency in each construct was acceptable, with Cronbach's alpha estimates ranging from 0.7 to 0.94. All of the composite reliabilities of the constructs were over the cutoff value of 0.50, ensuring adequate internal consistency of multiple items for each construct. As a second step, a Meals-On-Wheels (MOW) recipient perception model was estimated. The model's fit as indicated by these indexes was satisfactory and path coefficients were analyzed. Two paths between (1) volunteer issues and behavioral intention and (2) responsiveness and behavioral intention were not significant. The path for predicting a positive relationship between food quality and satisfaction was supported. The results show that having high food quality may create recipient satisfaction. The findings suggest that food quality and responsiveness are significant predictors of positive satisfaction. Moreover, satisfied recipients have positive behavioral intention toward MOW programs.
Purpose Issues related to information security have been a crucial topic of interest to researchers and practitioners in the IT/IS field. This study develops a research model based on a Structure-Conduct-Outcome (SCO) framework for the social exchange relationship between employees and organizations regarding information security. Design/methodology/approach In applying an SCO framework to information security, structure and conduct are activities imposed on employees within an organizational context; outcomes are activities that protect information security from an employee. Data were collected from 438 employees working in manufacturing and service firms currently implementing an information security policy in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 is used to test the validation of the measurement model and the proposed casual relationships in the research model. Findings The results demonstrate support for the relationships between predicting variables in organization structure (security policy and physical security system) and the outcome variables in organization conduct (top management support, security education program, and security visibility). Results confirm that the three variables in organization conduct had a positive effect on individual outcome (security knowledge and compliance intention).

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting medication adherence and to develop an explanatory model for medication adherence in elders with chronic disease. Method: Empirical data were collected from 312 older adults with chronic disease and the data collect period was from August 8 to 31, 2011, and were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 19.0 program and confirmatory factor analysis with the structural equation model (SEM) procedure performed with AMOS 19.0 program. Results: Results of this study showed that perceived self-efficacy was the strongest factor influencing medication adherence, and it affected also outcome expectations positively but impediments were negatively influenced by self-efficacy. Outcome expectations and impediments subsequently acted on medication adherence with the same relationship as self-efficacy. In additional results, self-efficacy and medication adherence were further significantly affected by the factors; social support, medication knowledge, and depression. Conclusion: These results show that nursing interventions to promote medication adherence in this population should focus on self-efficacy promotion including social support, education for delivery of medication knowledge, and reduction in depression.
