The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of Confucius' resilience and the source of his strength through which he overcame and accepted numerous adversities and took a leap from the perspective of modern positive psychology. This study reexamines Confucius' life as a human being, accepting his mental and physical limitations despite numerous trials, overcoming his misfortune, conveying the morals and values that people must protect, and presenting the positive character of being able to practice the truth among people through today's positive psychology. It was compared with the core concepts presented in. References were made to materials and literature related to Confucius. Through research, Confucius's greatest strengths were proven to be human relationships living together in love and consideration, with Confucius's core ideology, benevolence and loyalty.

This study is an attempt to explore the nature and characteristics of strategic impact of green strategy by environmental capital, corporate reputation, and technology strengths on the firm's performance across countries. The main question addressed in this paper relates to how corporate sustainability, corporate reputation, technology strength, and capabilities influence the firm's economic performance with respect to diverse dimensions of performance measures including sustained growth through the leading firms across countries in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific countries. Particularly, this study attempts to empirically explore the directions and magnitudes of the operational links between new emerging strategic core competencies (e.g., sustainability green strategy by environmental focus for more sustainable path, corporate reputation by corporate social responsibility and image enhancement, and technology strengths to develop a new product and market) and the firm's economic performance with respect to diverse dimensions of performance such as accounting (ROE and EOA) - and market-based performance (Market value and Tobin's q). Considering all possible limitations that might exist with regard to selected samples and methods, this study demonstrates that environmental sustainability, corporate reputation, technological capabilities and competencies through R&D intensity and patent are most likely to be significantly associated with most market-based performance measures, but the strategic significance of other variables such as capital intensity, leverage, and administrative cost efficiency on performance tends to be different depending on which performance measure is used across different countries with diverse economic and business contexts.

Based on the premise that perspectives or the frame of cognition may affect the ways that family practitioners support or intervene in families, this study aimed to investigate the perspectives of Certified Healthy Family Specialists (CHFS) on family practice in the Healthy Family Support Centers. A total of 9 CHFSs gave information about their beliefs and perspectives on family practice in in-depth interview. Additionally, 5 CHFS participated in focus group interview and gave information about their values, beliefs, and perspectives on family practice. Through qualitative analyses, four perspectives were found to be explicitly or implicitly carried by CHFSs: System theory perspective, Strengths perspective, Family cognition perspective, and Public intervention perspective. These four perspectives are currently leading themes of family research and are prospected to prevail in family support and intervention practices in the Healthy Family Support Centers in South Korea. Based on the results of qualitative analyses, directions and range of influence in perspectives on family practice perceived by CFHSs were discussed. In this study, the subject of Healthy Family Project, the CHFSs' aims, and emphasis on family practice were dealt with, and developmental direction establishment related to the Healthy Family Support Centers and CFHSs in the dimension of practice and policy in the future were implied.

The following research is based on a strengths perspective for analyzing the effects of adaptation resilience on parenting stress. The subject were 170mothers whose children have developmental disabilities and attend pre-school and social welfare centers for early education. The results were following: 1) The order of dimensional scores from highest to lowest were social resources, structuralization of personality, social achievement, personal strengths, perception of future, strength of family cohesion. 2) The parenting stress of the subjects came out to be lower than average scoring 2.71 out of 5. Dimensionally, grief of parents came out to be the highest. 3) Adaptation resilience and parenting stress for subjects exhibited a negative correlation. Within adaptation resilience, the dimensions of perception of future, personal strengths, social resources came out to be factors that have significant effects on parenting stress. 4) factors relating to the mother's adaptation resilience were more important than general characteristics belonging to handicapped children and their mothers for the purpose of explaining and predicting parenting stress.

The purpose of this study is to verify antecedent variables that positively influence behavioural engagement during school engagement, which is critical to adolescent socialization. The antecedent variable was categorized into the personal characteristics of adolescents who are the main agents of socialization and peer support and teacher support, which can be called social support at school sites. Individual characteristics include strength recognition, strength utilization, and learning goal orientation, and, peer supports include the supports for personality strength and academy, and, teacher supports include the supports for personality strength and perspective change. For this study, a survey was conducted on 539 high school students nationwide, collected data, 33 of them were removed, and 506 data were analyzed. Analysis shows that only learning goal orientation set as a sub-factor of individual characteristics has a static significant effect on behavioral engagement. Finally, based on the findings, we discuss the implications, limitations, and future research tasks of the study.

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.

Research on the news coverage of North Korea has been paying less attention to social media platforms than to legacy media. An increasing number of social media users post, retweet, share, interpret, and set agendas on North Korea. The accessibility of international users and North Korea's publicity purposes make social media a venue for expression, news diversity, and framing about the nation. This study examined the sentiment of Twitter posts on North Korea from a framing perspective and the relationship between network strengths and sentiment from a social network perspective. Data were collected using two tools: Jupyter Notebook with Python 3.6 for preliminary analysis and NodeXL for main analysis. A total of 11,957 tweets, 10,000 of which were collected using Python and 1,957 tweets using NodeXL, about North Korea between June 20-21, 2020 were collected. Results demonstrated that there was more negative sentiment than positive sentiment about North Korea in the sampled Twitter posts. Some users belonging to small network sizes reached out to others on Twitter to build networks and spread positive information about North Korea. Influential users tended to be impartial to sentiment about North Korea, while some Twitter users with a small network exhibited high percentages of positive words about North Korea. Overall, marginalized populations with network bonding were more likely to express positive sentiment about North Korea than were influencers at the center of networks.

The purpose of the current research is to develop a strategy to activate the domestic Cloud Date Center (CDC), which allows various cloud services as a fundamental infrastructure in the rising cloud market. Specifically, the paper is proceeded based on three steps; (1) in the first step, the authors analyzes the overall CDC market including leading domestic as well as international CDC companies (e.g., EMC, HP, IBM, Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C) focusing on revenue, firm size, employee numbers, total energy consumption, market share, and so on. (2) In the next step, the study derives strengths and weaknesses based on the results of the first step. These strengths and weaknesses help us to deduct the factors which should be reinforced or complimented for the domestic CDC's competitive advantage in the global CDC market. Finally, considering these strengths and weaknesses in the second step, the authors suggest a strategy to activate the domestic CDC. Thus, this research will focus on the development of the strategic direction for the domestic CDC, which includes a checklist of strengths and weaknesses by analyzing the overall CDC market situation.

South Korea is currently facing many changes and challenges. To make matters worse, society has struggled to function as it did before COVID-19. This study describes the past and current COVID-19 situation to offer lessons on management during and after COVID-19. We provide implications from COVID-19 and the foundation for future disasters by employing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis and indigenous administrative conceptual framework on culture, institution, and instrument to add a circumstance perspective. This study used secondary data from prior research and literature. Resolutions for these policy issues are presented using the strength-opportunity (SO), strength-threat (ST), weakness-opportunity (WO), and weakness-threat (WT) strategies. We suggest utilizing instruments that consider diverse societies and preventing the disease with climate change by collaborating with social institutions. We hope these implications and resolutions will provide insights for the future and other countries.

Purpose - Recently, creating shared value (CSV) has attracted attention through plan sustainability and the growth of corporate management. Porter and Kramer (2011) defined the core concept of CSV as social value, economic profits, improvements in the economic social condition, and reinforcing competitiveness. The purpose of CSV, which is to pursue economic profits through a social solution to the problem, agrees with managing the objective of a social enterprise that prioritizes the pursuit of profits through the realization of a social purpose. Today, CSV studies focus on CSR and sustainability and reinforce competitiveness. However, few studies focused on the social economy. Precedent studies examined CSV using a company example, and few studies exist from the perspective of consumers and the point of view of a market society. Research design, data, and methodology - Therefore, this study examines CSV in comparison to a background of the social economy. This study also investigates and analyzes the concept of social value from the point of view of consumers, social problems, consumption value, corporate value, and the influence of consumers. This article develops three hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 investigates the correlation with social innovation that consumers thought as being necessary for social innovation by a company. Hypothesis 2 is used to confirm the influence of consumers in CSV. Therefore, this article investigates the influence of consumers on consumption action for companies that are indifferent to social problems. Hypothesis 3 is used to verify the correlation between the value that consumers demand through consumption and the corporate value that companies pursue other than profits. The three hypotheses were adopted and met the standard for suitability. Results - The importance of the CSV study from the consumer perspective was confirmed using the influence of consumers on CSV. Because the objective of company activities is either the consumer or the market, the influence that extends to interactions between the company and consumers to ensure the success of a business is significant. Regarding the CSV study, because it was an initial study, various approaches are subsequently developed. However, conceptual and practical case studies on CSV currently exist that may be used to verify the factors that comprise CSV. Therefore, the company example may enable verification of the factors that influence the composition of CSV through identification from the consumer perspective. In addition, studying CSV as an action result (of consumer satisfaction, of a company's profits and competitiveness, and of society's cancellation of a social problem) may enable the realization of a practice paradigm as opposed to simply thought and faith. Conclusions - First, this study confirms the social value of a business through the feasible and common pursuit of consumers by corporations. Second, customer influence accounts for an important part of CSV. Third, shared value commonly provides a necessary advantage to consumers, corporates, and society, and contributes to the economy and healthy social development. Fourth, corporates can conduct a business, generate profits, and realize value through improvements in social problems and by addressing their competitive strengths and weaknesses.
