페콘크리트의 품질이 재생모니터의 특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect on the Properties of Recycled Aggregate Mortar with the Qualites of Waste Concrete)

  • In this paper, the properties of cement mortar used recycled aggregate are analyzed and compared with river and crushed sand mortar. Recycled aggregates are made by crushing wasted concrete had various compressive strength, and test items are the properties of fresh mortar, hardened mortar and durability. According to the experimental results, flow, unitweight, strength and durability of cement mortar used recycled aggregates decrease compared with those of river and crushed sand mortar.

  • In this study, the influence of specific surface area of cement, substitution ratio of gypsum anhydrite on the physical properties of concrete were investigated by measurements of slump, air content and compressive strength. The results showed that reducing the specific surface area of cement under 3200$\textrm{cm}^2$/g and using 20% of gypsum anhydrite were desirable to prevent the decrease in workability and strength of concrete in summer season.

  • The autogenous shrinkage is a important phenomenon of high performance concrete since it may decrease the concrete member's durability by induce crack at early age. So the autogenous shrinkage behavior of high strength concrete was studied according to different replacement ratio of silica fume and fly ash. A linear measurement technique which was introduced by the JCI autogenous commitee was used.

  • This study is performed to examine the dry Hwangtoh mortar. The unit weight is in the range of $1,891kg/m^3{\sim}2,037kg/m^3$, it tend to decrease with increase using the Hwangtoh. The compressive and bending strength are in the range of $105kgf/cm^2{\sim}353kgf/cm^2,\;18kgf/cm^2{\sim}66kgf/cm^2$, respectively. The mortar of using Hwangtoh 20% is showed the highest strength ratio.

  • Effects of types of semicon compounds on electrical properties of XLPE were investigated. The amounts of charge of XLPE were changed with the contents of additive included in semicon electrodes, but homocharge in cathode was observed. In the aging experiment under high voltage, it was found that semiconductive layer with high impurity contents played an important role in the decrease of ACBD strength of XLPE.

  • This paper presents the behaviors of reinforced concrete columns under high temperature. When columns are exposed high temperature, temperature distribution of a section becomes nonlinear and it is calculated by using finite difference method(F.D.M). The interaction curves show the strength of columns at various exposure times. The strength of columns decreases according to the increase of the exposure time and the decrease of concrete cover.

  • The effect of coating method and binder content on the tensile adhesion strength, water absorption and cl- penetration depth of polymer-modified pastes using redispersible polymer powders and ceramic powder are examined. As a result, the tensile adhesion strength of the polymer-modified pastes tend to increase with increasing binder content and: number of coating. The water absorption and cl- penetration depth of the polymer-modified pastes tend to decrease with increasing binder content and number of coating.

  • In this paper, the compensation of the shrinkage in high performance concrete by applying CSA expansive additives are discussed. According to toe experimental results, fluidity and strength decrease with the increase of the dosage of expansive additives. When 5% of expansive additive are mixed, not only high fluidity and strength, but also the compensation of drying-shrinkage can be achieved.

  • The durability of concrete structures decrease due to deterioration of concrete when they are constructed in marine or pollutional environments. In this study, the mortar specimens made from the five different types of cement were immersed in artificial seawater and four kinds chemical solution, and were measured the change of compressive strength and weight. The results show that the longer the immersed days are, the more the compressive strength reduction is. It has been remarked that the resistance of slag cement and ground granulated blast-furnace slag is excellent in chemical attack.

  • Unbond brace hysteretic dampers are generally used to prevent or decrease structural damage in buildings subjected to strong earthquake by its energy dissipating hysteretic behavior. According to a previous research, the optimum ratio of device yield strength to story yield strength of the combined system has been identified as the most important parameter for characterizing the performance of this device. In this research, the validity and the applicability of the previous research has been investigated and a new approach has been proposed through earthquake response analysis of a steel structure installed with unbond brace type hysteretic damper.
