The purpose of this paper is to explore causal relationship between social capital and firm's performance using systems thinking analysis. In strategic networks, the relationship between the members is an important factor affecting the performance. For this reason, we study relationship between social capital and firm's performance on strategic networks. The results show: Firstly, as presented in the existing research, trust and performance are positive relationship(+) and verify the entire system on strategic networks. Secondly, due to exclusiveness and embeddedness of social capital, there is nonlinear relationship between social capital and the firm's performance. Thirdly, the key factor of firm's performance on strategic networks verify relationship dependency and trust.

이스라엘은 평화, 자유를 갈망한다. 이스라엘은 그간 수많은 전쟁 및 분쟁에 이르기까지 군사적으로 승리하였다. 그들은 그간 쌓아온 데이터와 고유문화, 평시 대비체계를 토대로 전략적 사고가 길러져 있으며, 그를 기반으로 한 전략문화가 안보전략에 방향성을 제시하여 정예 강군 육성에 기여하고 있다. 이스라엘의 신념, 행동 패턴, 정체성으로 형성된 전략문화가 전략적 사고와 안보전략 유용성에 영향을 준 것이다. 2023년 10월 7일 팔레스타인 무장정파 하마스의 로켓 포격 및 이스라엘 영토 공격으로 전쟁이 발발하였다. 이스라엘은 즉각 전쟁을 선포하고 지상군을 가자지구에 투입하였다. 본 연구는 이스라엘-하마스 전쟁, 그리고 중동전쟁 간 이스라엘의 전략문화가 전략적으로 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 그리고 안보전략으로 형성되었는지 고찰하고자 한다. 전략문화 이론의 방법론적 논의를 참고하여 전략문화의 개념을 재정의 하고, 전략문화가 전략적 사고와 안보전략에 어떠한 유용성을 제공했는지 살펴보고자 한다. 더불어 이스라엘의 전략문화가 안보전략에 미친 영향을 토대로 한국의 안보전략에 주는 함의를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of children's strategic thinking in the board games. Subject were 98 5-7-year-old children were participated in this study. Children divided by age were provided the same board game. Strategies used by the children to play the game were classified by age. The observational results were as follow; 1)Children used 9 strategies. Comparing to Kamii's study, children utilized 2 more strategic thinking. 2)Children used different game strategies based on children's age. Results showed that game strategies differentiated by child's age: five-year-olds used fewer strategies and older children applied a wider range of strategies.

본 연구의 목적은 LOGO를 이용한 프로젝트 학습에서 나타난 초등 수학영재 학생들의 전략적 사고 유형을 분석하여 LOGO 학습과 고등 사고 활동과의 연관성을 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 영재교육 프로그램으로서 LOGO 활용에 대한 새로운 방향을 제시하고 LOGO 교수-학습의 효과적인 접근 방안을 모색하는데 있다. LOGO 프로그래밍을 계획하는 과정에서는 기존의 지식과 절차를 활용하는 유추적 사고, 변수를 이용한 일반화, 여러 가지 명령어의 기능을 통합하여 활용하는 통합적 사고, 문제 해결을 위해 기존 명령어를 평가하는 비판적 사고, 현재의 상황을 새로운 관점에서 이해하고 응용하는 발전적 사고, 여러 가지 해결 방법을 구상하는 유연한 사고 등의 전략적 사고가 관찰되었다. 오류 수정 과정에서 나타난 전략은 명령어의 문법적인 지식, 그림과 절차를 대조하는 방법, 절차를 분해하는 분석적 사고, 도형-분석적 추론, 시각적 추론, 경험적 추론 등이 나타났다.

This study aims to develop strategic diagnosis framework of performance by identifying and analysing the dynamics of the technology commercialization ecosystem in innovative region. To achieve the purpose of this study, the systems thinking approach is used. The systems thinking approach connects feedback structure and behavior more explicitly to diagnosis vicious feedback loop in the regional technology commercialization ecosystem. In terms of an ecological point of view, it will be possible to explore dominant feedback structure and find leverages to overcome the limitations of regional technology commercialization performance. The diagnosis of reenforcing and balancing feedback structure is based on the statistical analysis of the survey data which has been collected in a cluster random sampling method, targeting on the 200 firm located in the Pangyo and Daeduk region. The results from this research showed that the regional technology commercialization ecosystem was immature and faced limit to the growth. An important finding of this study was that regional technology commercialization ecosystem need to activation of startups and reinforcement of virtuous feedback structures of technology commercialization market systems.

As the direction of education in the fourth industry in the 21st century, convergence talent education that emphasizes the connection and convergence between core competency-based education and academia is emerging to foster creative talent. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the competency of learning outcomes in order to develop a strategic model for innovation in engineering teaching-learning. In this paper, as a study to establish the direction of implementation of convergence talent education, a creative innovation teaching method support system was established to improve the quality of convergence talent education. Firstly, a plan to develop a teaching-learning model based on computing thinking. Secondly, it presented the development of a teaching-learning model based on linkage and convergence learning. Thirdly, we would like to present educational appropriateness and ease based on convergence learning in connection with curriculum improvement strategies based on computing thinking skills. Finally, we would like to present a strategic model development plan for innovation in engineering teaching-learning that applies the convergence talent education program.

중등교육과정에서 수학적 내용사이의 연결과 수학과 다른 학문 사이의 연결의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미술과 수학이 모두 시 공간적 능력의 활용을 포함하는 학문이라는데 주목하여 그래프와 부품식 영역의 지도에서 활용 가능한 소집단 그림그리기 활동을 실시하였다. 일반계 고등학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 실시한 소집단 그림그리기 활동과정에서 나타나는 학생들의 수학에 대한 흥미변화를 살펴보고자 하였으며, 학생의 전략적 사고의 촉진가능성을 살펴보고 그 구체적인 특정을 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 결과, 그래프를 활용한 소집단 그림그리기 활동은 학생들의 수학에 대한 흥미변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤을 뿐만 아니라 활동과정에서 다양한 전략적 사고가 나타남으로써 이러한 활동이 고등사고활동인 전략적 사고를 촉진시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

This paper aims to propose the strategy making in social enterprise for ensuring organizational sustainability and governance of social enterprise from systems thinking's perspective. Based on previous reviews on organizational sustainability and theories of governance currently advocated in the social enterprise literature, we use 'Holon Dynamics' approach, which is a synthesis of System Dynamics and Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), offers the problem-solving method for dealing with social contexts and "ill-defined" situations. To do so, a researcher carried out the interpretive action research using 'Holon Dynamics' approach from September, 2009 to August, 2010. The outcomes of research are summarized as follows. Firstly, systems methodologies are useful to offer a strategic choice that makes to achieve an organizational sustainability in the case of Korean social enterprise; 'the Rediscovery of Korea'. Secondly, systems thinking offers an alternative concept of system, which is known as an 'appreciative system' that is evolved from the mental constructs amongst participants in given situations. Lastly, the paper delineates the usefulness of systems thinking and the process of inquiry, which deal with social contexts (including cultural and political factors), are contributed to making the necessary conditions for organizational legitimacy and the appropriate strategic choice for social enterprise within combined functioning of the two roles of social and commercial activities from systemic perspectives.

This paper deals with the social system from the point of system thinking consisting the fundamental construct of system dynamics. The Bertalanffy's general system theory, having been criticized because of its ambiguity, and the complex science theory, emerging system theory, are integrated by using the system thinking which is characterized with three concepts, 'feedback thinking', 'dynamic thinking', 'operational thinking'. In the integration, system thinking suggests the dynamic pattern of the social system have not only an equilibrium status but also complex status. The science of complexity gives an implication to system dynamics the important of the uncertainty and complexity if we interpret the social system as an open system. To show more concrete description, I simulate the cooperation model based on the iterated prisoner dilemma. The simulation results show the diverse patterns of cooperation and betrayal. Especially the sensitivity of initial payoff will cause the chaotic strategic landscapes as the game gose on. These results mean that we should not give the hasty prescription to control social system artificially. Because social system retains the self-organizing force in itself.

교통관리 전략의 우선순위 설정의 목적은 시행단계에서 전략목표를 계획적이고 균형 있게 달성하는 것이다. 조직의 관점 및 전략목표를 도출하고 가중치를 부여하기 위한 방법으로 AHP 기법을 주로 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 특정 교통관리 기관을 대상으로 설문조사방법과 임직원 설문 방식을 활용하여 관점과 전략목표를 도출하였다. 그 후, 관점 및 전략목표의 우선순위를 AHP 기법을 통해 설정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 세 가지 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 국내 특정교통관리기관의 관점에 대한 가중치는 고객, 미래, 활동, 성과의 순서를 나타내었다. 이는 이 기관의 임직원이 고객에 대해 가치 체계를 두고 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 전략목표 중 고객 중심적 사고의 증대와 친환경가치 체계 확립의 가중치가 가장 높았다. 셋째, 근무지별로 살펴보면 본사와 지역본부는 고객 중심적 사고의 증대를 가장 중요시하였다. 반면 지사는 친환경 가치체계 확립을 가장 중요시하고 있다. 이 결과로 본사 지역본부와 지사는 가치체계에 차이를 갖고 있음을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로 교통관리전략 수립 시 교통관리전략의 주요 관점과 그에 따른 전략들을 우선순위에 맞게 적용할 수 있었다.
