The objective in this paper is to develope the e-Supply Chain Management System and applied for the Manufacturing. A Manufacturing that is consider to be world class recognize that its ability to complete in the marketplace depends on developing e-SCM System that is properly align with its mission of serving the customer. This paper investigated the relationship between e-SCM and performance in manufacturing. A stratified random sample was collected from the Federation of Korea Industries. Conclusively, e-SCM is important factor between source factors (environmental dynamic, Leadership) and manufacturing performance. e-SCM is significantly related to Quality, Flexibility, Delivery, and Cost.

IT companies make a lot of efforts for sharing and utilizing of experiences of their members and transforming them into the organizational knowledge as a competitive core. But they face a dilemma that they have to spend time and financial resource to perform activities around knowledge management for the long-term gains, while carrying field-works for making short-term profits. As an initial attempt to tackle this managerial problem, this paper try to investigate the mechanism of knowledge management in a small IT company in Korea with a synthetic view-point using system dynamics simulation model. It depicts the dynamic behaviors of knowledge management and presents some findings of political leverage. Although it has to be replenished further, the scheme for the dynamism of knowledge management and the findings presented in the paper could be useful for the decision makers particularly of knowledge-intensive organizations

Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) in Korea has been used to improve environmental conservation and decision-making. Since environmental impact statement(EIS) was introduced in 1981 with the promulgation of the Environmental Preservation Act in 1977, which replaced the Pollution Control Act legislated in 1963. With a rapid growth of environmental perception as well as the diversification of development activities, however, it has recently bring about a strong demand for a new assessment process related to the strategic level of policies, plan, programs. Method of this study includes analyses of the situation of local EIA and its problematic issues through survey and analysis of information and data, analysis of the level of environmental awareness of professionals and case studies including analysis of foreign strategic environmental assessment. Accordingly, I have elicited a concept of SEA. In addition, I have studied on costs of environmental assessment, and efficiency of internalization of HIA. The survey was carried between September and November 2003, and 177 professionals were asks to complete a questionnaire. As a result of questionnaire survey of environmental pundits, it revealed that 83.8% of participants were in favor of introduction of strategic assessment. This result demonstrated more or less higher approval rate than those of awareness survey done by the Ministry of Environment, i.e. 86.0% ayes, and 14.0% nays. 22.8% of participants agreed to the opinion; "For introduction of this system, earlier is better," 50% reported having an opinion such as, "Will introduce this system in an earliest possible time after correcting problems," 26.3% reported having an opinion such as, "Let's decide the time for introduction of this system after correcting problems first,' and 0.9% reported having an opinion, "it's too early to introduce this system." Specifically, the ratio of ayes on introduction of the system marked 72.8%, and it revealed that a majority of respondents have an opinion such as, "Will introduce this system in an earliest possible time after correcting problems." As means of solutions for the problem regarding the limits of applications that existed in SEA System, factors, such as collecting a wide variety of opinions, securing experts, and faithful implementation, etc. were reported important, and in addition to these factors, respondents revealed having opinions such as, consistent research and development, reflection of public interest, establishment of professional organization, enforcement of after-management service, expanding investments in large, systemizing reference materials, and encouraging public participation, etc. To improve problems involving with present EIA system, it has been identified through this study that SEA is efficient and useful. In order to have SEA introduced successfully, it has been cleared that internalization of effectiveness of environmental cost together with HIA must be accomplished.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

사업도메인 전략을 위한 기업에 있어서의 도메인 구조와 인하우스 디자인의 관계는 디자인부문의 조직과 업무의 관점으로부터 규명한 것이다. 그러므로 기업의 조직이나 규모 확장은 디자인부문과 사업도메인의 관계의 측면에서 새로운 전략을 구축, 대응하여야 한다. 구조모델 관계분석을 위한 선정된 사업도메인은 인하우스 디자인과의 조직관계를 규명할 수 있는 속성과 특징을 지닌 대표적 유형을 기준으로 하였다. 디자인 구조모델의 특성을 상호관련 성으로 파악하고 전략적 활용 가능성을 모색하는 것은 제한된 새로운 전략 구조모델형의 디자인 부문을 미래지향적인 사업도메인 전개와 디자인 매니지먼트 개선의 한 지표로서 제시될 수 있다. 이는 결국 기업의 도메인과 인하우스 디자인부문의 관계를 명확히 할 수 있는 기본 자료가 되는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 디자인 부문의 조직 및 업무 형태를 뒷받침하기 위한 디자인 관리에 따른 전략적 요구부응과 디자인 기획업무를 지원할 수 있는 모듈은 유연한 시스템으로 구성되어야 한다

Increasing the need of national safety management system in order to an epoch-making improvement to scientific disaster management which appears new types of disasters through the exchange of traditional disaster environment and responds actively to the rapid exchange of social environment based on u-IT. Requiring the development of systematical information sharing networking system and sharing realtime data amongst government, local authorities and related organisations under both safety management in normal times and circumstance management in disaster times, and need for the establishment of national safety strategy, which has been strengthened function such as prevention and preparation. This research provides a basic scheme and strategic tasks in order to constitute preventing scientific national disaster prevention structure at anytime and anywhere from disaster which is based on ubiquitous technology and realise the intelligent national disaster prevention system of u-safe Korea.

본 연구에서는 중국의 건설시장 분석, 인력관리실태 조사/분석 등을 통하여 인력관리 시스템 효율화를 위한 전반적인 전략계획을 제안하고자 한다. 연구의 방법은 중국 현지 건설 기업의 관리자 및 기술자를 대상으로 설문조사 및 심층 인터뷰를 시행하고 분석하였다. 분석에 의하면 중국 건설기업들은 전반적으로 효과적인 교육/훈련의 실시에 적극적이지 못한 것으로 나타났으며 교육 및 기술인력 훈련을 위한 시스템의 구축이 미흡하고 활용 가능한 자료가 매우 한정적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 분석 결과에서 도출된 문제점들을 기반으로 중국 건설기업의 교육시스템 개선을 위한 부문별 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

Technology standards have gained importance as global market becomes more competitive. Since a technology acknowledged as a standard brings significant benefits to the developer firm, firms in the IT industry tend to pursue standardization for the technology, being it proprietary or open. However, the paths or strategic implications are seldom discussed in academia. Therefore, our study uses iPhone of Apple, one of the proprietary standards successes, to further understand corporate strategies over two standard choices. Our case study suggests that iPhone's entry timing was optimal for creating a new mobile environment. Design excellence and user-friendly interface increased networking effects and switching costs among consumers. Apple developed independent mobile operating system (iOS) through improvement on the existing operating system. During the process, Apple chose proprietary standard and, by installing the same UX on its sibling products such as iPod Touch or iPad, overcame the subsequent problems that might arise from the limited use of iOS. Based on the capability of concurrently developing both hardware and software, Apple connected operating system, machine, and contents, which deems to contribute to its proprietary standards success. We argue that this strategy should be considered for firms which plan proprietary standard strategy.

본 연구에서는 기업 경쟁력의 제고를 통하여 최적화된 경영환경을 조성하고, 기업의 효율성을 높이는데 필요한 혁신 수단인 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량의 활용 방향성과 전략을 찾을 수 있는 방안들에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 시장과 기술은 전략적 방향과 문화로 기업이 보유한 정형화된 동적역량에 맞추고, 프로세스에는 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량과 관련된 기술을 반영하여 활용할 때에 보다 높은 기업성과를 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 동적역량이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 시장지향성과 기술지향성은 동적역량에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 동적역량은 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 동적역량은 시장지향성, 기술지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 동적역량의 매개효과로 기업의 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증 분석되었다.

새로운 에너지 기술이 기존 사회시스템과 공존하며 확산되는 과정은 저탄소 사회로의 전환을 위해 꼭 필요하지만 어려운 여정이다. 정부주도로 추진되고 있는 서남해 2.5GW 해상풍력사업은 대용량 신재생에너지발전을 중앙전력계통으로 연계하는 것을 목표로 추진되고 있다. 따라서 성공적인 해상풍력 발전의 도입을 위해서는 기존 사회기술시스템의 전환도 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 다층적 관점과 전략적 니치관리를 방법론으로 해상풍력기술의 니치전략 적용에 대한 에너지 시스템 전환을 분석한다. 연구결과로서 새로운 기술이 기존 레짐(regime) - 환경상황(landscape)과 연계, 소통을 거쳐 성장하는 과정을 다층적으로 분석하고 에너지체제와 신기술의 관계의 변화를 구조화 하였다. 또한 전략적 니치관리 연구를 적용하여 니치실험 착수단계에서 내재하는 장애요인을 진단하고 해상풍력 실증사업 지연의 원인을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 해상풍력 니치기술이 에너지체제와 다양한 제도 속에서 안정적으로 성장할 수 있다는 실천적 시사점을 도출하였다.
