  • 본 연구는 매장의 인력을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 매장 운영시 매장 직원의 갑작스런 결근으로 업무의 공백이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 결근으로 인해 매장이 정상적으로 인력을 보충하지 못하여 발생하는 문제로 인해 업장 운영에 큰 차질을 가질 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 본 연구에서는 결근으로 인한 업무의 공백을 미연에 방지하기 위한 기능을 제공한다. 본 연구는 매장 관리를 위해 필요한 실시간 채팅, 캘린더, 인수인계와 같은 다른 애플리케이션들의 기능을 하나의 애플리케이션에서 처리하고, 대타 및 보충 인력을 사전에 또는 긴급으로 보충할 수 있도록 하였다.

A Unified Design Methodology using UML for XML Applications based on OODB (객체지향 데이터베이스 기반의 XML 응용을 위한, UML을 이용한 통합 설계 방법론)

  • Nowadays an information exchange on XML such as B2B electronic commerce is spreading. Therefore the systematic and stable management mechanism for storing the exchanged Information is needed. For this goal there are many research activities for connection between XML application and relational database. But because XML data have hierarchical structures and relational database can store only flat-structured data, we need to store XML data in object-oriented database that support hierarchical structure. Accordingly the modeling methodology for storing XML data in object-oriented database is needed. In order to build good quality application systems, modeling is an important first step. In 1997, the OMG adopted the UML as its standard modeling language. Since industry has warmly embraced UML, its popularity should become more important in the future. So a design methodology based on UML is need to develop efficiently XML applications. In this paper, we propose a unified design methodology for XML applications based on object- oriented database using UML. To this goal, first we introduce a XML modeling methodology to design W3C XML schema using UML and second we propose data modeling methodology for object-oriented database schema to store efficiently XML data in object-oriented databases.

  • Today, Advertisement affects the daily consumption life of consumers because of the features and advantages of advertisement. In particular, and so does the TV advertisement. Therefore, customer education is required for the consumers so that they can lead a rational consumption through TV advertisement quality. In addition, with the introduction of the many new-born distribution channels, the recent market environment in apparel industry is changing, and the service and image of store types consumers can choose are increasing. The purpose of this research is to offer basic data which can help consumers to acquire necessary information and conduct rational consumption through TV advertisement. Also purchasing behavior of consumers communicate, feels of consumers about store image, TV advertisement quality of what is the attitude of the relative influence presents.

  • There are lots of intelligent service robots in these days. People are unwilling to do routine works, dangerous works, and difficult works. But a robot can do these works instead of human. We introduce a intelligent service robot for unmanned store management. The robot can detect and recognize a person, deliver some goods, manage a store, and answer the telephone. We have developed the robot and tested the performance.

MyData Personal Data Store Model(PDS) to Enhance Information Security for Guarantee the Self-determination rights

  • The European Union recently established the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for secure data use and personal information protection. Inspired by this, South Korea revised their Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, collectively known as the "Three Data Bills," which prescribe safe personal information use based on pseudonymous data processing. Based on these bills, the personal data store (PDS) has received attention because it utilizes the MyData service, which actively manages and controls personal information based on the approval of individuals, and it practically ensures their rights to informational self-determination. Various types of PDS models have been developed by several countries (e.g., the US, Europe, and Japan) and global platform firms. The South Korean government has now initiated MyData service projects for personal information use in the financial field, focusing on personal credit information management. There is also a need to verify the efficacy of this service in diverse fields (e.g., medical). However, despite the increased attention, existing MyData models and frameworks do not satisfy security requirements of ensured traceability, transparency, and distributed authentication for personal information use. This study analyzes primary PDS models and compares them to an internationally standardized framework for personal information security with guidelines on MyData so that a proper PDS model can be proposed for South Korea.

A Study for Revitalizing Program of Traditional Markets (재래시장 육성을 위한 특별법에서의 재래시장 활성화 실천방안 연구)

  • Most merchant of traditional markets think that the condition of market management is getting worse because of decreasing customers caused appearance of large retail stores such as discount store and changing of consumer's life style. Therefore special law was legislated for the activation of traditional markets in 2005. This special law include important articles about surroundings improvement, business management modernization and redevelopment of traditional markets. According to the small and medium business administration data, korea government furnished 177billion and 11billion(won) separately for the facilities and management modernization of traditional markets. Traditional markets of whole country planned and practiced modernization of facilities and management of traditional markets. And most of traditional markets interested in a large project such as establishment of arcade and car parking, remodelling of building, pavement of passageway etc. By the way, under the long term viewpoint, a large project presented above are not the best solution for the traditional markets because of its effectiveness. Maybe, for example, improvement of store signboard and display stand is more effective for the long time. As the problem of management modernization, yet a credit transactions. is the most important factor, only four markets have a plan for the credit transactions. And above all, we must realize that activation of traditional markets can be accomplished by merchant's own initiative participation.

  • This study aims to examine theoretical frame work of franchise restaurant, the characteristics of store manager's job and the level of their job satisfaction through an empirical investigation. Job satisfaction survey study shows that store managers consider important all work to be attended to as part of their duty with service management on top. It is also found that the majority of store managers consider their aptitude as most important job satisfaction factor and those, who are satisfied with their job content, advancement and the prospect, are more proactive in delivering qualify service and more than willing to commit themselves to their duties. Regrading demographical variables, store managers with scholarly competence and higher pay level are more likely to be satisfied with their job but married men are not satisfied with the work environment in general. Ergo, Businesses should correspond by capitalizing on those store managers content with their duty thus collecting additional information and providing opportunities to further contribute to the business. For those dissatisfied individuals, however, businesses should determine their demands and by educational training supply a motive therefore making possible the conversion of such individuals to satisfied store managers and their active participation in business management. But, as with any study, this one has a number of limitation which constraints the generalizability of the empirical findings. It has not been for long since franchise restaurants established in domestic market and has been few studies regarding this topic there. Furthermore, managers are not willing to release operation related data. Therefore, further study are urged to overcome this limitation and should examine other dimensions of job satisfaction such as relations between revenue and profit with the level of store manager's job satisfaction remain to be investigated.

  • This research is based on studies about functional service quality in service marketing field and tries to expand application of lovemark effect for service employee. To test the effect of service employee job attributes on lovemark as the antecedents, the analysis was held with customers who experienced specific service retail store recently. According to the research result, service employee job attributes factors including expertise and communication have positive effect on the lovemark. Furthermore, lovemark affected store loyalty significantly. The research has several marketing implication on service marketing and lovemark theory. For service providers, customers'perception of service employee's job attributes can present 'positive lovemark effect' and develop store loyalty in the service marketing perspectives.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the influence on customers' experiences of products, prices, places of advertisements, staffs, and physical environments, and the impact on store attitudes and revisit intentions of the customers' experiences. For this, in this study marketing activities and store attitude factors were selected as sub-factors and the empirical analysis was carried out. As a result of the analysis, of dimensions that comprise those marketing activity factors, physical environments, prices, and places had a positive impact on store attitudes. In addition, the stores' positive attitude on hypermarkets had a positive influence on the customer's revisit intention. The results of the study suggest that hypermarkets can utilize the experiential marketing using customer experience factors as their important strategic factor through moving away from their traditional marketing activities.
