확률제어 기법을 이용한 불규칙 진동계의 모델추종 이중제어기 설계 (Model Following Dual Controller Design for Random Vibrating System Using a Stochastic Controller Technique)

  • Much of the study has been dong on the design of dual controller that guarantee the stability and improvement of the system performance. A dual controller concept is proposed to consist of first controller estimates the control law and second controller suppresses the combined noises due to numerical error and internal noise as well. These irregular disturbances are not only increasing the fatigue but also destabilize the system because of unwanted output performance. The 'stochastic controller' is used to suppress the irregular random disturbance. Simulation is conducted to reveal that the proposed dual stochastic controller is highly efficient one to control a system hybrid noises.

  • In this paper, we consider the problem of a stochastic optimal switching control, which can be applied to the control of a system with uncertain demand such as a control problem of a power plant. The dynamic programming method is applied for the formulation of the optimal control problem. We solve the system of Quasi-Variational Inequalities(QVI) using an algoritlim which involves the finite difference approximation and contraction mapping method. A mathematical example of the optimal switching control is constructed. The actual performance of the algorithm is also tested through the solution of the constructed example.

  • 백색잡음 불규칙 과정으로 모델링된 난류형태의 유체운동에 의하여 가진되는 비선형 시스템의 특성과 제어기법에 대해 연구하였다. 고려된 물리적인 모델은 주질량과 끝단 집중질량을 갖는 보형태의 구조물이다. 그 지배방정식은 확률론적 관점에서 F-P-K 접근법으로 유도되었고, 비선형 해석법으로 Gaussian Closure방법을 이용하였다. 비선형 시스템의 제어기법으로는 슬라이딩 모드 제어기를 최초로 확률영역에서 설계하고 그 효과를 확률영역 및 시간영역에서 고찰하였다.

  • Cognitive Radio network (CR) is a promising paradigm that helps the unlicensed user (Secondary User) to analyse the spectrum and coordinate the spectrum access to support the creation of common control channel (CCC). The cooperation of secondary users and broadcasting between them is done through transmitting messages in CCC. In case, if the control channels may get jammed and it may directly degrade the network's performance and under such scenario jammers will devastate the control channels. Hopping sequences may be one of the predominant approaches and it may be used to fight against this problem to confront jammer. The jamming attack can be alleviated using one of the game modelling approach and in this proposed scheme stochastic games has been analysed with more single users to provide the flexible control channels against intrusive attacks by mentioning the states of each player, strategies ,actions and players reward. The proposed work uses a modern player action and better strategic view on game theoretic modelling is stochastic game theory has been taken in to consideration and applied to prevent the jamming attack in CR network. The selection of decision is based on Q learning approach to mitigate the jamming nodes using the optimal MDP decision process

  • Non-linear energy sink (NES) is an emerging passive absorber able to mitigate the dynamic response of structures without any external energy supply, resonating with all the modes of the primary structure to control. However, its inherent non-linearities hinder its large-scale use and leads to complicated design procedures. For this purpose, an approximate design approach is herein proposed in a stochastic framework. Since loads are random in nature, the stochastic analysis of non-linear systems may be performed by means of computational intensive techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations (MCS). Alternatively, the Stochastic Linearisation (SL) technique has proven to be an effective tool to investigate the performance of different passive control systems under random loads. Since controlled systems are generally non-classically damped and most of SL algorithms operate recursively, the computational burden required is still large for those problems that make intensive use of SL technique, as optimal design procedures. Herein, a procedure to speed up the Stochastic Linearisation technique is proposed by avoiding or strongly reducing numerical evaluations of response statistics. The ability of the proposed procedure to effectively reduce the computational effort and to reliably design the NES is showed through an application on a well-known case study related to the vibrations mitigation of an aircraft wing.

  • 외부로부터 불규칙 교란을 받는 동력학계에 대해 '허-확률 제어기법'을 이용하여 설계된 제어기의 성능을 수치모사를 통하여 검증하였다. 압전소자를 알루미늄 보에 부착하여 다중입출력의 복합재료보로 만들고, 기반에 불규칙한 외부교란을 받는계에 대한 모델링을 수행하였으며, Ito의 확률미분방정식과 F-P-K방정식을 이용하여 동적 모멘트 방정식을 유도하여 시스템의 확률영역에서의 특성을 알아보았다. 본 연구에서 제어기의 목표는 외부교란의 입력에 의해 발생하는 시스템의 모멘트 응답크기를 줄이는 방향으로 전개하였고, 확률영역에서의 MIMO PI제어기('허-확률 MIMO PI 제어기')를 설계하여 시간영역에서의 응답형태를 관찰하였다.

  • The single-period production inventory control problem under random yield is considered to analyze the impact of the yield characteristics on the firm's profit. We use the stochastic comparison as a main vehicle to compare the profits resulted under different random yields. Commonly used stochastic orderings are addressed with an analysis of their implications on the firm's profit. Moreover, a distribution-free bound on the profit is derived.

ROBUST MIXED $H_2/H_{\infty}$ GUARANTEED COST CONTROL OF UNCERTAIN STOCHASTIC NEUTRAL SYSTEMS

  • In this paper, we deal with the robust mixed $H_2/H_{\infty}$ guaranteed-cost control problem involving uncertain neutral stochastic distributed delay systems. More precisely, the aim of this problem is to design a robust mixed $H_2/H_{\infty}$ guaranteed-cost controller such that the close-loop system is stochastic mean-square exponentially stable, and an $H_2$ performance measure upper bound is guaranteed, for a prescribed $H_{\infty}$ attenuation level ${\gamma}$. Therefore, the fast convergence can be fulfilled and the proposed controller is more appealing in engineering practice. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional theory, new delay-dependent sufficient criteria are proposed to guarantee the existence of a desired robust mixed $H_2/H_{\infty}$ guaranteed cost controller, which are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Furthermore, the design problem of the optimal robust mixed $H_2/H_{\infty}$ guaranteed cost controller, which minimized an $H_2$ performance measure upper bound, is transformed into a convex optimization problem with LMIs constraints. Finally, two simulation examples illustrate the design procedure and verify the expected control performance.

확률적 불확실성을 갖는 선형 연속 시간 시스템의 고유구조 지정제어 (Eigenstructure Assignment Control for Linear Continuous-Time Systems with Probabilistic Uncertainties)

  • In this paper, an S(stochastic)-eigenvalue and its corresponding S-eigenvector concept for linear continuous-time systems with probabilistic uncertainties are proposed. The proposed concept is concerned with the perturbation of eigenvalues due to the stochastic variable parameters in the dynamic model of a plant. An S-eigenstructure assignment scheme via the Sylvester equation approach based on the S-eigenvalue/-eigenvector concept is also proposed. The proposed control design scheme based on the proposed concept is applied to a longitudinal dynamics of an open-loop-unstable aircraft with possible uncertainties in aerodynamic and thrust effects as well as separate dynamic pressure effects. These results explicitly characterize how S-eigenvalues in the complex plane may impose stability on the system.
