This study was conducted with three objectives. First of all we tired to find a momentum to boost the value of home economics education as a fixture of the curriculum by analyzing the relation between gender equity education and Home Economics Education. On the other hand it suggests the need of gender equity education in Home Economics Education the related measures and some applicable course of study. And For the purpose of exemplification this study was developed gender equity instruction in Home Economics Education. The results are as follows: First the recent gender equity education in our education system can be interpreted as giving equal education opportunity and equal education objective. Therefore this kind of theory results in the education of Home Economics for both the male and female students. This results can be valued as boosting the availability of Home Economics Education and providing a stepping stone for Home Economics Education Development. Second the ultimate objective of Gender Equity Education is to cultivate a person to be equipped with Gender Equity concept and to implement the concept. Therefore Home Economics Education (Ministry of Education 1995) which has the ultimate objective of improving the quality of the individual and family life can be the most important curriculum for understanding the abstract concept of Gender Equity and providing various practical contents. Third the Gender Equity Education in Home Economics can be realized through the following measures:(1) The efforts to positively restructure the education contents after analysing and evaluating the education contents in terms of the Gender Equity concept. For the purpose of exemplification, this study was developed ‘Gender Equity Instruction in Home Economics Education. (2) The development and application of an interesting course of study for both the male an female students (3) Providing the proper teachers for the male students who want to choose Home Economics.

With China Market and strengthening of an international and political position of China, we need to promote exchange and cooperation with China for the supplement of economic vitality and for contriving the contribution of the flow of growth. The concept of Baekdudaegan(Korean traditional and major mountain system) was conceived toward the close of Silla Kingdom and in the beginning of the Goryeo dynasty. The concept was brought up through the Goryeo dynasty and was completed in the Joseon dynasty. We have to recognize the next two facts to restore the Baekdudaegan concept these days. Firstly, Baekdudaegan is not the highest watershed line but a domain. Secondly, Baekdudaegan is not a set of ridges but a corporate body of a water system and a mountain system. When it comes to fix the management area of Baekdudaegan, it is necessary to make criteria on the basis of traditional ideas and to include natural characteristics considering physical environment. The management area of Baekdudaegan include the third order of stream with the conservation area including the first order of stream. The most important thing in the management strategy is to prevent the damage of configuration of the ground. Baekdudaegan is a symbol of Korea spirit. Therefore, to manage Baekdudaegan wisely is one of ways to lay down the stepping stone of our country's reunification.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of graduates from accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs and to analyze the relative efficiency of nursing colleges using data envelopment analysis. Methods: An online survey link was emailed to the deans of nursing colleges, who were then asked to send the link to graduates of the respective colleges. The survey questionnaire included demographics, reasons for applying to the accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, employment after graduation, and nursing career satisfaction. Results: Sixty-two graduates of the accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program responded to the survey. The mean age at admission was 24.28 (± 3.01) years. Reasons for applying to the accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program were primarily increasing job security and using it as a stepping stone to another career. Nursing career job satisfaction was 4.81 (± 1.07) and more than 82% recommended this program. The data envelopment analysis found the average efficiency score to be 0.84 (± 0.20) and 4 nursing colleges to be relatively efficient. Conclusion: The accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program can be considered to be an effective means to produce quality nurses with non-nursing bachelor degrees in a short time; however, outcomes of this program need to be systematically monitored to maintain quality level. Through this, competent nurses with knowledge of adjacent studies will be added to the nursing workforce.

In modern society, fashion such as women's suits, high heels, hats, gloves, handbags, necklaces, etc., as well as beauty such as hair, make-up and nail art. It is a model of innovative women's prize and presented a sample of femininity that responds to the radical development of science and technology in the 21st century. Therefore, it is a driving force for a genuine gender equality society. It serves as a stepping stone for futuristic future design. This study, which analyzed the factors of women's sexuality from the viewpoint of beauty college students in the fashion style of the newcomers, makes it possible to present a sample of women' s sexuality that establishes constructive self - help theory. It is thought that a solid foundation of femininity will be provided.

The information technologies industry is now experiencing a rebirth of strong stable growth. However, very few studies have examined performance implications of strategic alliance or merger and acquisition from a knowledge-based view. Furthermore, none of these studies have investigated resource complementarities and alliance or merger and acquisition motive as potential sources of firm performance. This paper extends upon current knowledge-based literature to discover and explore linkages between resource complementarities and firm performance of strategic alliances or merger acquisitions. This study finds that strategic alliance and merger and acquisition announcements have provided abnormal positive returns of production alliances and merger and acquisition. This study can be used as a stepping stone for selection of strategic alliance or merger and acquisition.

The aim of this study is to suggest the strategy and policy to promote world class game industrial complex through the analysis of game contents business ecosystem in Seongnam. As a result of analysis, At present of the game contents industry in Seongnam as ecosystem is challenged in many-side as followings. 1)Lack of interaction between core game contents businesses and extended network businesses in same area. 2)Imbalanced relationships between game contents conglomerate and small and medium sized businesses. 3)Insufficient game contents optimized human resource and development program. This study provides a stepping stone for regional industrial ecosystem of game industry and new possibilities of application about regional industry analysis.

If it were the occurrence of fire by electricity with the rapid growth of economy, it would be serious damage for nation that effect human life and properties. To prevent electrical fires, it was basic countermeasure that make detail statistics classified by the source, place etc. with examining correct cause of fire. In this paper, we analuzed the present condition of fire occurrence of the lastest ten years and classified fires by the source, place, month in 2006. In addition our corporation staff execute in-depth and professional research on the actual state of electrics fire by visiting fire stations fire of the whole country for 8,554 electric fires in 2005. I expect this thesis to be used for preventing electric fires and providing a stepping stone on correct production of fire statistics.

Shoplifting causes serious losses to not only stores but also to consumers and society as a whole. There need to be effective society-wide measures to control shoplifting due to its characteristic of playing the role as a stepping stone to induce more serious crimes. However, there is a lack of research on shoplifting in Korea, especially the research analyzing situational factors to suggest effective alternative measures for shoplifting prevention. Therefore, the current study surveyed teenagers, the group known to be the most frequent shoplifters, to see their perception of effectiveness of the situational crime prevention methods used in stores. The result showed that the teenagers found only some of the prevention methods effective, including CCTV, Electronic Article Surveillance(EAS), minimization of blind areas, and watchful clerks. However, factors such as the number of doors and their accessibility and presence of security guards were not perceived to be very effective. Using the result of the survey, this study suggests ways to utilize situational crime prevention methods more effectively to deter shoplifting.

The Protestant Reformation that erupted 500 years ago has influenced all aspects of society and have become a crucial stepping stone to modern times from the Middle Ages. The purpose of this study was to show the reformational characteristics of the social welfare revealed in the process of the Reformation in the 16th century and how they apply to the Modern Christianity, especially from the view of the missional church. Therefore, in the main body, the two doctrines of Justification by Faith only and the Priesthood of All Believers were based on the Luther's Reformation were examined. A researcher confirmed that his Reformational characteristics concerned about second-class citizens and disadvantaged such as the weak faith, women, and the social situations were considered all the time in his Reformation. There were three characteristics of Luther's social welfare reforms: relief activities, education businesses, and economic policies. In addition, a researcher discussed some suggestions that the missional church can apply to its ministry for creating a healthier community.
