In this study, response surface method (RSM) was used in modeling and multi-objective optimization of the parameters of AA5052-H32 in incremental sheet forming (ISF). The goals of optimization were the maximum forming angle, minimum thickness reduction, and minimum surface roughness, with varying values in response to changes in production process parameters, such as tool diameter, tool spindle speed, step depth, and tool feed rate. A Box-Behnken experimental design (BBD) was used to develop an RSM model for modeling the variations in the forming angle, thickness reduction, and surface roughness in response to variations in process parameters. Subsequently, the RSM model was used as the fitness function for multi-objective optimization of the ISF process based on experimental design. The results showed that RSM can be effectively used to control the forming angle, thickness reduction, and surface roughness.

This paper describes the modeling of work environment for the extraction of abstract operation rules for cooperative work with multiple agent. We propose the modeling method using a potential field. In the method, it is applied to a box pushing problem, which is to move a box from a start to a goal b multiple agent. The agents follow the potential value when they move and work in the work environment. The work environment is represented as the grid space. The potential field is generated by Genetic Algorithm(GA) for each agent. GA explores the positions of a potential peak value in the grid space, and then the potential value stretching in the grid space is spread by a potential diffusion function in each grid. However it is difficult to explore suitable setting using hand coding of the position of peak potential value. Thus, we use an evlolutionary computation way because it is possible to explore the large search space. So we make experiments the environment modeling using the proposed method and verify the performance of the exploration by GA. And we classify some types from acquired the environment model and extract the abstract operation rule, As results, we find out some types of the environment models and operation rules by the observation, and the performance of GA exploration is almost same as the hand coding set because these are nearly same performance on the evaluation of the consumption of agent's energy and the work step from point to the goal point.

In this paper, $CuInSe_2$ thin film was prepared by use of the co-evaporation method with the variation of the substrate temperature in the range of $100^{\circ}C$ to $400^{\circ}C$. The film was annealed at $300^{\circ}C$ for an hour in a vacuum chamber at $3{\times}10-4$ Pa. After annealing, the thin film prepared at the substrate temperatures of $100^{\circ}C$ and $200^{\circ}C$ was observed. The XRD (x-ray diffraction) pattern of sample prepared at $100^{\circ}C$ showed the single phase formation of $CuInSe_2$. However, at $200^{\circ}C$, there was no apparent difference in the XRD pattern except a variation in the intensity of the peak. As the annealing treatment of substrate improved the crystal structure of the film, it affected to the increase of an electron mobility, resulted in an increase in conductivity and a decrease in resistance. As a results, when the substrate temperature was at $200^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$, the sheet resistance was 1.534 $\Omega/\Box$ and 1.554 $\Omega/\Box$, respectively, and the resistivity was $1.76{\times}10-6\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and $1.7210-6\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, respectively. From the absorption spectrum measurements, there was no variation between the before and after annealing conductions. And it means that the annealing step does not affect the thickness of the thin film.
The Korean film market has rapidly achieved an international scale, and this has led to a need for decision-making based on analytical methods that are more precise and appropriate. In this modern era, a highly advanced information environment can provide an overwhelming amount of data that is generated in real time, and this data must be properly handled and analyzed in order to extract useful information. In particular, the preprocessing of large data, which is the most time-consuming step, should be done in a reasonable amount of time. In this paper, we investigated a big data preprocessing method for predicting movie box office success. We analyzed the movie data characteristics for specialized preprocessing methods, and used the Hadoop MapReduce framework. The experimental results showed that the preprocessing methods using big data techniques are more effective than existing methods.
Cell line development is the most critical and also the most time-consuming step in the production of recombinant therapeutic proteins. In this regard, a variety of vector and cell engineering strategies have been developed for generating high-producing mammalian cells; however, the cell line engineering approach seems to show various results on different recombinant protein producer cells. In order to improve the secretory capacity of a recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA)-producing Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line, we developed cell line engineering approaches based on the ceramide transfer protein (CERT) and X-box binding protein 1 (XBP1) genes. For this purpose, CERT S132A, a mutant form of CERT that is resistant to phosphorylation, and XBP1s were overexpressed in a recombinant t-PA-producing CHO cell line. Overexpression of CERT S132A increased the specific productivity of t-PA-producing CHO cells up to 35%. In contrast, the heterologous expression of XBP1s did not affect the t-PA expression rate. Our results suggest that CERT-S132A-based secretion engineering could be an effective strategy for enhancing recombinant t-PA production in CHO cells.
Usually it is difficult to extract facial regions in a complex image by using only a predetermined skin color. Expecially, it is more difficult to separate them from background regions that contains the skin color. This paper proposes a face detection method by using gradual range expansion of an initial skin color. By analyzing the skin color distribution several images that are collected in the Web, the range of dense distribution is selected as the range of the initial skin color. In each expanding step, expanded regions in the image are tested whether they can be actual facial regions by using the information of the shape of general face and the location of face organs. The shape of general face is modeled as an ellipse and the aspect ratio of its bounding box is used to define the shape constraint for faces. Only the eyes and lips are used as the face organs, which can be easily detected by extracting horizontal edges in the expanded regions. through several experiments, it is confirmed that the proposed method can detect exactly not only faces having partly distorted regions by highlight but also faces neighboring similar color regions.
The high mobility group box-1 (HMGB1) protein and NALP3 inflammasome have been identified to play important roles in inflammation and cancer pathogenesis, but the relationships between the two and cancer remain unclear. The current study investigated the relationship between HMGB1 and the NALP3 inflammasome in THP-1 macrophages. HMGB1 was found unable to activate the NALP3 inflammasome and failed to induce the release of the IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-18 in THP-1 macrophages. HMGB1 was also found significantly enhanced the activity of ATP to induce IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-18 by the induction of increased expression of pro-IL-$1{\beta}$ and pro-IL-18. This process was dependent on activation of RAGE, MAPK p38 and NF-${\kappa}B$ signaling pathway. These results demonstrate that HMGB1 promotes the synthesis of pro-IL-$1{\beta}$ and pro-IL-18 in THP-1 macrophages by the activation of p38 MAPK and NF-${\kappa}B$ through RAGE. HMGB1 likely plays an important role in the first step of the release of the IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-18, preparing for other cytokines to induce excessive release of IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-18 which promote inflammation and cancer progression.
We constructed the null mutants of fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe spDbp5 gene that is homologous to DEAD-box RNA helicase DBP5 in budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which plays important roles in mRNA export out of nucleus. A null mutant in an $h^+/h^+$ diploid strain was constructed by replacing the spDbp5-coding region with an $ura4^+$ gene using one-step gene disruption method. Tetrad analysis showed that the spDbp5 is essential for vegetative growth. The haploid spDbp5 null mutants harboring pREP81X-spDbp5 plasmid showed extensive $poly(A)^+$ RNA accumulation in the nucleus and decrease in the cytoplasm after repression of spDbp5 expression. These results suggest that spDbp5 is also involved in mRNA export from the nucleus.

Recently, interest in autonomous vehicle has increased, and autonomous driving capability is also increasing. Depending on the autonomous driving ability, the maximum number of steps is divided into 6 steps. The higher the step, the less the involvement of the person in the running, and the person does not need to be involved at the highest stage. Today's autonomous vehicles have been developed high level, but solutions are not clearly defined in case of an accident, so only the test run is possible. Such an accident occurring during traveling is almost inevitable, and it is judged who has made a mistake in case of an accident, which increases the punishment for the accident. Although a black box is used to clarify such a part, it is easy to delete a record, and it is difficult to solve an accident such as a hit-and-run. In this paper, i design a driving record system using black chain to solve accidents.
Among students of 'K' boarding high school, located in 'B' city, 32 students whose % body fat was 30% or above were divided into three groups - two exercise groups and one control group. They performed Combined Training - a mix of weight training (WT) and step box training (SBT) - for 65 min a day, 3 days a week, for 8 weeks in total. Group A performed WT 70-80%$RM{\times}3$ sets+SBT (RPE 11-13)${\times}1$ set, and group B performed WT 70-80%$RM{\times}1$ set+SBT (RPE 11-13)${\times}3$ sets to yield data on changes of body composition (Soft Lean Mass, SLM), %fat, WHR), HbA1c, and HOMA-IR. Paired t-test was used to process data within each group. Pre- and post experiment differences rates (%diff) were used to perform one-way ANOVA (Duncan test) for group comparisons. The conclusions derived are as follows. Regarding body composition, exercise groups showed an increase in SLM, but there was no such change in the control group. WHR decreased in group A, but increased in the control group. The % body fat decreased in both exercise groups, but increased in the control group. As for the group comparisons, SLM in group A showed a greater increase than in group B and the control group. WHR in groups A and B showed a greater decrease than the control group. The % body fat in groups A and B showed a greater decrease than the control group. The exercise groups showed a significant decrease in HOMA-IR, but the control group showed a significant increase in HOMA-IR. As for the group comparisons, groups A and B showed a greater decrease in HOMA-IR than the control group. The exercise groups showed a significant decrease in HbA1c, however, the control group showed no change in HbA1c. As for the group comparisons, group A showed a greater decrease in HbA1c than the control group. These results confirm that combined training is more effective in improving body composition and metabolic factors when it includes a high proportion of resistance training, rather than aerobic exercise. The results of the study suggest that it is advisable to set a high proportion of WT when deciding the intensity of combined training.
