밀폐 박스거더형 무도장 내후성강 교량의 부식취약부에 대한 방식대책 연구(II) (The anti-corrosion study on the corrosion-sensitive areas of unpainted weathering steel bridges with closed box girder(II))

  • This study is the second stage of developing the corrosion control technical manual about unpainted weathering steel bridge with closed box girder structures. This paper contains selection of corrosive sealant to apply into crevice of upper flange, injecting test of sealant at mock-up equipment with various condition, evaluation of experiment result. Through the experiment of injection of sealants into crevice of mock-up equipment, it is proved that the tar sealant injecting corrosion control method is useful to protect corrosion at box girder upper flange corroded by remaning rain water with calcium chloride.

  • CFT 구조는 강재 또는 철근콘크리트로 이루어진 일반 구조용 부재와 비교해서 많은 이점을 가진다. 강재 박스와 콘크리트의 구속효과에 의한 전체구조물의 연성도, 강성 및 하중지지능력의 증가 때문에 CFT 구조는 기둥 부재에 광범위하게 적용되고 있다. 이러한 CFT 구조의 장점들 때문에 최근들어 CFT 부재는 거더부재로 교량구조물에 확대 적용되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 CFT 구조, 아치형상 및 긴장재로 이루어진 CFTA 거더교의 해석모델을 개발하고 이를 적용한 설계법을 제안하기 위함이다.

AHP 기법을 이용한 교량상부구조의 VE 검토 (Examination of Value Engineering for Bridge Superstructures using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • This study presents an algorithm to select the best alternative plane among various bridge superstructure types(Steel box girder, Rational girder, PSC-I girder) using Value Engineering(VE). Economical efficiency, landscape, constructability, maintenance, stability, function of bridge superstructure were taken into consideration in the designing of bridge. Economical efficiency was evaluated for each alternative plan with optimal design considering Life Cycle Cost(LCC). Repair and rehabilitation histories and some factors were set to get reasonable results. In the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), consistency of Pairwise Comparisons Matrix was evaluated and the best plan was determined.

  • 국내 토목분야의 건설 산업은 비효율적인 의사소통으로 인하여 업무전환단계에서의 정보 누락 및 그로 인한 비용손실 등의 문제점이 발생한다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결책으로 BIM의 도입이 대두되고 있다. BIM은 구조물의 생애주기 전 단계에서 발생되는 모든 정보들을 3차원 파라메트릭 CAD와 연계된 3차원 정보모델을 통하여 관리하여 정보 활용의 효율성을 극대화 시킨다. 본 논문에서는 BIM기반의 교량 건설 프로젝트의 구조설계업무에서 사용할 목적으로 3차원 정보모델을 활용한 교량의 구조설계 프로세스를 제안하였다. 제안된 프로세스는 구조설계업무를 통하여 결정되는 정보들을 활용하여 3차원 정보 모델링작업이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 제시된 프로세스를 활용하여 현재 건설이 진행 중인 스틸박스 교량의 상부구조를 대상으로 구조설계의 최종 산출물인 구조계산서를 구축된 BIM기반의 구조설계 프로세스를 활용하여 도출할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

INTEGRATION MODEL OF COST AND SCHEDULE IN STEEL BOX GIRDER BRIDGE PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • It is still difficult to share and utilize the information generated at each phase of a steel box girder production process due to the spatial gap and different level of management information. The physical distance results in the inefficiency of the information transmission, the accidental omission and typos of the relative information, and so on. Various levels of management information make it difficult to embody a new management system. Eventually, these factors incur the loss of cost and schedule and interrupt development of a new management system. This paper analyzes a current process and presents graphical process flow by using IDEF0. Based this analysis, the research for new production process and work breakdown structure (WBS) is conducted. At the end of this paper, the conceptual design of this system is suggested. Through new management system, it is expected that the model proposed in this study will improve the management process in the steel box production, and the improved process will reduce the redundant cost and schedule information, transmission and deposit generated by manual paper.

  • 최근 교통정체와 환경적 문제로 인하여 많은 개발도상국에서 고속철도 시스템이 많이 건설되고 있다. 철도교는 도로교와 비교하여 차이점이 많이 있으며 그중 주행안전성 및 승차감이 중요한 이슈 중의 하나이다. 반복되는 하중으로 인한 구조물의 처짐과 가속도는 열차주행시의 안전성과 사용자의 승차감에 큰 영향을 미친다. 특히 강철도교는 콘크리트교에 비하여 상대적으로 가벼운 중량으로 진동에 취약한 특징이 있다. 이 논문의 목적은 주행 중인 열차에 의한 강박스거더 철도교의 동적 거동을 분석하고 진동을 저감할 수 있는 합리적인 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 세 개의 강철도교에 대한 장기적 계측이 수행되었으며 주행중인 열차에 의한 교량의 동적거동을 해석할 수 있는 수치적인 모델이 개발되었다. 모델의 검증을 위하여 교량의 고유진동수가 비교되었다. 구조물의 진동 저감을 위한 방안으로 세 가지 방법에 대한 매개변수 연구가 수행되었으며, 이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 합리적인 진동 저감 방안이 제안되었다.

Flexural behaviors of full-scale prestressed high-performance concrete box girders

  • In this study, the flexural behaviors of full-scale prestressed concrete box girders are experimentally investigated. Four girders were fabricated using two types of concrete (compressive strengths: 50 MPa and 70 MPa) and tested under four-point bending until failure. The measured parameters included the deflection, the stress and strain in concrete and steel bars, and cracks in concrete. The measurement results were used to analyze the failure mode, load-bearing capacity, and deformability of each girder. A finite element model is established to simulate the flexural behaviors of the girders. The results show that the use of high-performance concrete and reasonable combination of prestressed tendons could improve the mechanical performance of the box girders, in terms of the crack resistance, load-carrying capacity, stress distribution, and ductility.

강합성 철도교량의 주행안전성 및 승차감 평가 (Evaluation for the Running Safety and Ride Comfort of Steel Composite Railway Bridge)

  • Railway bridge, contact of vehicle needs to design considering the running safety about the running train load of the railway bridge, ride comfort and dynamic safety. Also, upper structure of the railway bridge has to satisfy design standard about moving load(train). So, the railway bridge has to satisfy the requirement for vertical acceleration of the bridge deck, vertical displacement of the bridge and face distortion, which is suggested railway design standard in Korea(2011.5.). In this study, it was investigated and evaluated to the running safety about the running train load of the railway bridge, ride comfort and dynamic safety with railway design standard for steel composite(Steel Box Girder) railway bridge considering KTX, freight train and standard train load.

교량 상부구조 형식에 따른 보수공법 비용 비교분석 (Comparative Cost Analysis of Repair Method according to Bridge Superstructure Type)

  • The need for maintenance of bridge infrastructure is increasing due to aging, and the cost of maintaining the infrastructure must be calculated for effective budget distribution. Therefore, in this study, representative defects according to bridge superstructure type are derived to calculate the cost for each repair method. First of all, the representative bridges, PSCI girder bridge, Rahmen bridge, Steel box girder bridge, and RC slab bridge, were selected as superstructures using BMS data, and repair methods for defects were presented. In addition, the cost of the repair method by superstructure type was compared. This result is expected to predict total maintenance costs in consideration of the maintenance cycle.

Analysis of corrugated steel web beam bridges using spatial grid modelling

  • Up to now, Japan has more than 200 corrugated steel web composite beam bridges which are under construction and have been constructed, and China has more than 30 corrugated steel web composite beam bridges. The bridge type includes the simply supported beam, continuous beam, continuous rigid frame and cable stayed bridge etc. The section form has developed to the single box and multi-cell box girder from the original single box and single chamber. From the stress performance and cost saving, the span range of 50~150 m is the most competitive. At present, the design mostly adopts the computational analytical method combining the spatial bar system model, plane beam grillage model and solid model. However, the spatial bar system model is short of the refinement analysis on the space effect, such as the shear lag effect, effective distribution width problem, and eccentric load factor problem etc. Due to the similarity of the plane beam grillage method in the equivalence principle, it cannot accurately reflect the shearing stress distribution and local stress of the top and bottom plates of the box type composite beam. The solid model is very difficult to combine with the overall calculation. Moreover, the spatial grid model can achieve the refinement analysis, with the integrity of the analysis and the comprehensiveness of the stress checking calculation, and can make up the deficiency of the analytical method currently. Through the example verification of the solid model and spatial grid model, it can be seen that the calculation results for the stress and the displacement of two models are almost consistent, indicating the applicability and precision of the spatial grid model.
