창업인턴십교육 서비스 품질이 창업역량과 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Startup Internship Education Service Quality on Entrepreneurial Capability and Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to examine the casual relationships among startup internship service quality and entrepreneurial capability, entrepreneurial intention in startup education. Also, we intended to explore significant factors on use entrepreneurial intention through causal model analysis in the viewpoint of total effect. Methods: Questionnaire, as a research tool, has gotten validity and reliability through literature study, exploratory study and pretest and sample 123 was selected. To carry out statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 were employed and regression model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Three factors (empathy, responsiveness and assurance) have an effect entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial intention. We found that with an importance of empathy, responsiveness and assurance can be useful and significant factors in causal relationship of startup internship education. Conclusion: The present study shows that three factors(empathy, responsiveness and assurance) in via of entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial intention, were important factors that related startup education have to emphasize to raise performance, And also we confirmed new 5 factor 'empathy, responsiveness, assurance, reliability and tangibles'through this study. However, the present study has some limitations to be studied in the future.

창업지원 제도에 대한 공정성 지각이 기대효과 및 만족도에 미치는 영향: 창업인턴제 수혜자를 중심으로 (Effects of Justice Perception of Start-Up Support System on Expectancy Effect and Satisfaction: Focusing on Venture For Korea)

  • 창업은 신기술 및 아이디어를 기반으로 산업의 양적/질적 확대가 가능한 국가경쟁력 향상의 수단이다. 이에 따라 전 세계적으로 국가적 차원의 창업 지원 정책을 시행하고 있으며, 이는 실제 성과로 이어져 글로벌 기업으로 성장하기도 한다. 또한 창업에 대한 지원을 통해 잠재된 창의적 인재를 배출할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 우리나라에서도 창업에 적합한 인재를 양성하기 위해 기본 역량 강화 및 기존 기업과의 교류 확립을 목적으로 창업인턴제를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 창업인턴제의 인턴 참여자를 대상으로 공정성 이론을 활용하여 제도의 실효성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구의 정확도를 높이기 위해 참여자 전수조사를 실시하였으며, Smart PLS 2.0을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 공정성 변수 중 분배적 공정성과 상호작용 공정성은 기대효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기대효과는 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 절차적 공정성의 경우에는 기대효과에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 창업인턴제가 실시된 지 2년 밖에 지나지 않았으며, 제도와 관련된 이해관계자(기업, 예비창업자, 정부기관) 간의 절차에 대한 합의가 다소 부족한 상황이 반영된 결과라고 판단된다. 본 연구 결과는 공정성 이론을 기반으로 창업인턴제의 미비한 부분을 도출했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. 즉, 창업인턴제의 정책적 효과를 높이기 위해서는 단순히 목적과 취지만의 강조가 아니라 절차적 측면을 보완한 정책 방향 수립이 요구된다.

지역산업맞춤형 일자리창출사업을 위한 패션 취·창업 교육훈련 사례연구 - 광주광역시 서구를 중심으로 - (A case study of the education and training for job creation based on the local fashion industry - In Seogu Gwangju central city -)

  • The aim of this study is develop a state-funded education and training curriculum to contribute to the development of the fashion industry infrastructure. This will be achieved based on the service sector by the competitive clothing sales personnel and fashion startups. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method. The participants were 20 representatives of fashion-related companies and employees from one traditional market and two fashion outlets in Seogu, Gwangju. Data was collected from September 2015 to January 2017 by demand surveys and in-depth interviews. These were conducted on the same day at each clothing store office. In addition, existing literature was also reviewed. The collected data were first summarized into 64 meaning units from which three themes were derived by arranging, classifying, and analyzing the data. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the education and training curriculum for fashion job creation is aimed at job-oriented field-types with the objective of cultivating professional skills for online to offline fashion professionals. Second, the curriculum for fashion advisors was developed to consisted of 8 courses of 150 hours, including job knowledge, a foreign language, fashion-specific knowledge, fashion marketing & VMD, store management know-how, clothing repair, field trip, and internship. Third, the curriculum for fashion entrepreneurs consisted of 8 courses of 106 hours, including entrepreneurship, fashion practice, startup, field trip, finance & taxation accounting, marketing, social enterprise course, and internship.
