A method is described for the determination of dibutyltin (DBT) in sediment by isotope dilution using liquid chromatography inductively-coupled plasma/mass spectrometry (LC-ICP/MS). To achieve the highest accuracy and precision, special attentions are paid in optimization and evaluation of overall processes of the analysis including extraction of analytes, characterization of the standards used for calibration and LC-ICP/MS conditions. An approach for characterization of natural abundance DBT standard has been developed by combining inductively-coupled plasma/optical emission spectrometry (ICP/OES) and LC-ICP/MS for the total Sn assay and the analysis of Sn species present as impurities, respectively. An excellent LC condition for separation of organotin species was found, which is suitable for simultaneous DBT and tributyltin (TBT) analysis as well as impurity analysis of DBT standards. Microwave extraction condition was also optimized for high efficiency while preventing species transformation. The present method determines the amount contents of DBT in sediments with expanded uncertainty of less than 5% and its result shows high degree of equivalence with reference values of an international inter-comparison and a certified reference material (CRM) within stated uncertainties.
Objectives: In this study, blood lead was analyzed using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAs) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). We tried to examine the difference and consistency of the analytical values and the applicability of the analytical method. Methods: We selected 57 people who agreed to participate in this study. After confirming the linearity of the calibration standard curves in GF-AAs and ICP-MS, the concentrations of lead in quality control material and samples were measured, and the degree of agreement was compared. Results: The detection limit of the ICP-MS was lower than that of GF-AAs. The coefficient of variation of reference materials was shown to be stable in the ICP-MS and GF-AAs. When the correspondence between the two equipments was verified by bias of the analysis values, a concordance was shown, and approximately 98% of the ideal reference lines were present within ${\pm}40%$ of the deflection. Conclusion: GF-AAs showed high sensitivity to single heavy metal analysis, but it took much time and showed higher detection limit than ICP-MS. Therefore, it would be considered necessary to switch to ICP-MS analysis method, considering that the level of lead exposure is gradually decreasing.

With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.
A practical and effective method of X-ray powder diffraction analysis was investigated for quantitative analysis of the mineral content of natural samples. Sample mounting experiments were conducted to select the best randomly oriented powder sample mount. A comparative experiment was also made between a reference intensity ratio (RIR) method, which compares a single peak intensity with standard material, and the Rietveld method, which calculates a full X-ray diffraction pattern, to search for the effective method of mineral quantification. In addition, samples containing amorphous minerals were quantitatively analyzed by the Rietveld method and the efficiency was reviewed. As a result of the study, the optimal random orientation could be reached by the side mounting method. The Rietveld method using the full pattern of X-ray diffraction was more suitable for mineral quantitative analysis, rather than the RIR method using a specific peak. However, either method could depend on the analyst's experience in addition to analytical technique. Moreover, amorphous minerals can be quantitatively analyzed by the Rietveld method, and the analysis results make the geological analysis possible.

Conclusion: The effect of image size of CBCT was 20% in the case of Fiducial marker. The impact of changes in breathing pattern was minimum 13% - maximum 43% for Arcyl, min. 18% - max. 66% for Fiducial marker. This difference makes serious uncertainty. So, Must be stabilized breathing of patient before acquiring CBCT. also must be monitored breathing of patient in the middle of acquire. If you observe considerable change of breathing when acquiring CBCT. After Image Guided, must be need to check treatment site using fluoroscopy. If a change is too big, re-acquiring CBCT.
A noble method for pre-concentration and speciation of ultra trace As (III) and As (V) in urine and whole blood samples based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) has been developed. In this method, As (III) was complexed with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate at pH = 4 and Then, As (III) was extracted into the ionic liquid (IL). Finally, As (III) was back-extracted from the IL with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and its concentration was determined by flow injection coupled with hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (FI-HGAAS). Total amount of arsenic was determined by reducing As (V) to As (III) with potassium iodide (KI) and ascorbic acid in HCl solution and then, As (V) was calculated by the subtracting the total arsenic and As (III) content. Under the optimum conditions, for 5-15 mL of blood and urine samples, the detection limit ($3{\sigma}$) and linear range were achieved 5 ng $L^{-1}$ and 0.02-10 ${\mu}g\;L^{-1}$, respectively. The method was applied successfully to the speciation and determination of As (III) and As (V) in biological samples of multiple sclerosis patients with suitable precision results (RSD < 5%). Validation of the methodology was performed by the standard reference material (CRM).

In Korea weapon system acquisition processes, it's required a cost estimation report obtained from a commercial cost model. The PRICE model is generally used as a cost estimation model in Korea. However, the model uses American historical R&D data and it's output cost component is different from our cost component of defense accounting system. Also, we found that estimating results show about 10% of difference when we comparing with actual costs in 44 finished weapon acquisition projects. There are some limitations in calibration to increase an accuracy of the PRICE model because it's difficult obtain good real input data, detailed cost and technical data in low level WBS. So, only 8% of the defense R&D projects are calibrated and validation of calibration results is more difficult. Therefore, we studied the standard calibration process and performed the calibration about the MCPLXS/E parameters of the PRICE model based on actual cost data. In order to obtain a good calculation result, we collected the actual material costs from the defense industry companies. Our results can be used for an reference in similar weapon system R&D and production cost estimation cases.
In The Lighting design is important to acknowledge appearance space. Development of artificial light makes a extension to life space in the Modern life. With the rapid development of efficient light sources, have lighting design acquired the tools that allow artificial lighting to be produced with adequate illuminance levels. However, by the task of defining the objectives and methods behind discipline, of deciding on the criteria by which the artificial lighting that is now provide many available data to be anpaied. The main concern is which illuminace levels and types of lighting will ensure optimum visual performance, high productive and safety at design which are affordable. This study is support to standard design process with material reflection rate, installing the lighting fixture, task illuminance level and automatic arithmetic calculation during the lighting design. Lighting Design database can check and support other final lighting level. A quantitative light that is primarily oriented toward providing a recommended illuminance level, the criterion of develop a concept that goes beyond the requirements that would ensure productivity and safety to meet the needs of the architecture and interior space. illuminance level is compose to space task and space code according to KS A 3011. To be able to design the visual effect of an environment the central reference quantity has to provided the Database.

This study was carried out to develop methods of reducing the effect of solar illumination on pixel gray-levels of machine vision for agricultural field use. Two kinds of monochrome CCD cameras with manual and auto-iris lenses were used to take pictures within a range of 15 to 120 klux of solar illumination. A camera having more precise automatic control functions gave much better result. Four kinds of indices using pixel gray-level of the $99\%$ white DRS (diffuse reflectance standard) as a reference were tried to compensate pixel gray-levels of an image for variable illumination. Coefficients of variation of the indices within a range of illumination were used as a criterion for comparison. The study concluded that an index of (A+B)/A, where A is gray-level of the $99\%$ DRS and B is gray-level of the tested material, gave the best consistency in the range of solar illumination.

Adenophorae Radix (AR) is a frequently used medicinal herb; because of its popularity, products containing similar herbal products are often sold as substitutes, especially if their morphology is similar. However, any analytical method to identify AR based on quantitative analysis is not registered in Korea, Japan and China Pharmacopoeias. This study developed a simple HPLC method to discriminate between authentic AR and substitutes. Linoleic acid was used as a marker compound of AR. Our optimized HPLC-UV conditions included a mobile phase of 90 % acetonitrile under isocratic condition, and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at room temperature. Detection wavelength was set at 205 nm. Linoleic acid was detected at 13.5 minutes for a total analysis time of 20 minutes. The standard herb of AR contained 0.025 % of linoleic acid, while four authentic AR samples and eight substitutes contained 0.040~0.071 % and 0.004~0.014 %, respectively. Comparison of the linoleic acid concentrations of the sample types to reference AR showed that among 12 samples, only the four samples were authentic. Thus, our HPLC-UV method, along with our suggested content criterion for linoleic acid concentration, can be used for the quick and accurate determination whether the herbal products are authentic AR or substitute.
