  • Origin regulation of Korea AESAN FTA prescribe by general standard fulfills alteration standards 40% standard or HS 4 units three times regional deputy inflicts, and define in item different place of origin(PSR) about 447 items as the exception. Also, Korea AESAN FTA except broad principles that decide place of origin in ASEAN FTA accumulation standard, smile standard, place of origin disapproval process standard and directly various repletion standard such as transport principle introduce. But, most export trader are circumstance judging can charge preferential tariff if export trader submits sending certificate of origin in the customs service without deep comprehension about place of origin regulation. Therefore, will have to be knowing well place of origin decision standard and creation trick of certificate of origin to receive exactly preferential tariff benefit. Also, because it can be difficult that all registered customs brokers who is acting for certificate of origin issuance booking get acquainted in place of origin problem, it is expected to can become confrontation plan train FTA and place of origin professional registered customs brokers.

한의약 표준화 발전방안 연구: 한-중 전통의학 표준화 정책비교를 바탕으로 (Strategic Development Plan of Standardization on Korean Medicine : Comparison with Traditional Medicine Policies between Korea and China)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate the policy status of traditional medicine standardization between Korea and China as well as to derive a strategic development plan for Korean medicine standardization. Methods: The existing national plans and preceding studies on traditional medicine standardization in Korea and China were reviewed, and scope of the study was categorized as having three main aspects: infrastructure; standard development and standardization activities; and application and diffusion. Results: Nine development plans for Korean medicine standardization derived under the study were as follows: With regard to infrastructure of standardization, 1) standardization plan of Korean medicine shall be established based on involvement of multi-government ministries. 2) It shall be set with a consistent cooperation process among standardization-related organizations, as well as 3) encourage the industry to participate in standardization activities. To activate standards development, 4) launching the R&D-standardization-industrialization linked project, 5) supporting Korean medicine society and the mirror committee for motivation, and 6) planning the international joint research for development of standard and expanding standardization activities are recommended. In the aspect of application, there is a need for 7) expanding certification systems for the industry and 8) evaluation and feedback on the life-cycle of standardization. Lastly, 9) educational programs for training experts of standardization shall be developed and implemented. Conclusions: In order to invigorate standardization activities for Korean medicine, enhancement of planning and evaluation capacity, ensuring the strategic development of standards, broadening boundaries of international standardization activities, and training professionals are required.

  • By means of analyzing of monitoring technology and monitoring regulation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, it needs monitoring system, development of operating program, monitoring analyzing system and development of analysis method, establishment of maintenance monitoring standard specification, and performance of responsible monitoring supervision for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. It requires specialized monitoring and legislation of monitoring subcontract, improvement of monitoring work contract method, establishment the standard payment of monitoring, and effective calibration and correction of monitoring system in the plan of improving monitoring regulation.

아파트 공실공간의 평면변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Plan Change of a public Room in an Apartment)

  • This study is mainly intended to understand on the plan change of a public room in the apartment. This study is summarized as follows; First how the plane type of an apartment public room in the Capital region has been changed since 1970's in which industrialization has seriously started. Second according to the adjoining types how the features of an apartment plan would be divided into some categories. Third how usable area and public area in an apartment has been changed, The scop of this study is limited to the national standard houses of which usable area is 40-85m2(12.1-25.7pyong) built in Seoul and five new cities from 1970's to the half of 1990's The study is based on documents of 1378 samples extracted classified and analysed the plan in the chronical order. The analysis scope is confined to family's public rooms in an apartment such as a living room a dining room and a kitchen. In conclusion the public rooms such as a living room a dining room, and a kitchen become stereotyped with no specific difference in Korean apartments. Especially LDK type, L/DK type is the most general plan in Korean apartments, and the demand of that type is continuously increasing lately.

택지개발지구의 쓰레기자동집하시설 최적규모 연구 (The Most Suitable Plan of Automatic Domestic Solid Waste Collection System for Land Development Area)

  • The objective of this study was to draw the most suitable plan of an automatic domestic solid waste collection system for land development area. The results of this study indicated that the most suitable plan is identified as a land development area larger than 3,600,000 $m^2$ located in the metropolitan area with an incinerator system (or MBT). There are the cases smaller than the standard area but this may cause additional allotment from the residents. According to a rating method to compute the size of the most suitable plan, installation of an automatic clean network has to be minimized if the rated score is below 2.0. On the other hand, the installation is required if the rated score is above 2.5. For a certain circumstance, a cautious decision has to be made for installation of the automatic domestic solid waste collection system by considering the influence of the initial cost, sale price, residential allotment, and maintenance cost on the land development.

  • As a result of the Fukushima disaster and climate change due to excessive greenhouse gases, international energy affairs are currently focused on establishing safe and environment-friendly policies. To achieve this, Republic of Korea has established a plan for environment-friendly energy supplies. It is expected that policy enforcement will be accompanied by an increase in energy supply costs. An analysis of energy supply costs is necessary before the establishment of any national energy policy. This paper analyzes and compares the energy supply costs accompanying environmental and nuclear energy policies, based on the Korean National Energy Master Plan and the Basic Plan for Long-Term Electricity Supply and Demand, in order to understand the implications of these national energy policies.

  • This study has been researched mainly about the gradual changing patterns of site plan and plan layout of 17 sampling traditional houses in kyungpuk province during the time period of 1877-1945. The objective of this study is to closely examine the characteristics of locality and trend of the times. Survey and Measured drawing, personal interviews with clients has been carried out and the result is as down below; 1.The certain changes have shown that the furnace in sarangchae(outer wing for men) in ㅁ shaped and ${\ulcorner}$ ${\lrcorner}$ shaped houses served only for that purpose and inner gate has been built in sideward of sarangchae. 2.As living standard was upgraded storage space and size of the rooms got bigger. On the other hand, spacial formation was emphasized by its function accordding to house activities and living circulation because the family members in direct line became reality of the time. 3.The modernistic thought of rationalism and convenience are well expressed in the plan layout and house living as a whole.

소도시 경관 가이드라인 설정 특성에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 기본경관계획 수립 지자체 사례를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of the Establishment of a Small Town Landscape Guideline - Focused on Local Governments in Jeollanam-do Establishing the Basic Landscape Plan -)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of the establishment of an architectural guideline which is an important element of a urbanscape plan in basic landscape plans established by four local governments(a county level) in Jeollanam-do since the enactment of the landscape law. The results were as follows. The guideline for landscape plan elements was closely associated with shapes, materials, harmony, and coherence. For the detailed guideline for landscape plan elements, an architectural guideline on the arrangement, height, facade, and roof shapes of buildings, which is one of important elements related to urbanscape, was similar in local governments, showing a standard and uniform tendency. It indicates the limitation of forming urbanscape to enhance local identity and unique features and complementary contents are needed. The color guideline was classified into base color, sub color, and accent color in consideration of local features. In particular, natural material color was commonly used for base and sub color in all local governments. Therefore, it is necessary to develop unique material color and distinctive local color for each region.

  • The economic growth of the modern society brought economic expansion of the national income. It is to increase the demand that faced with community or convenience facilities helping living of the residents, but the community facilities in the apartment helping living of residents do not adapt resident living conditions or demands. This study analyzes as follows the use present situation of the community facilities supplied with an apartment plan and building plans. The objective of the study is to understand a problem of an installation standard of community facililities throughout research. The study way was based on literature review, a field study and an interview with manager in the apartments. We are as follows telling the conclusion of this research. The builder must plan the facilities which the resident requests from the plan stage to the conclusion. We must consider the operation method according to the facilities. The facilities must be planed to make the contentment of the resident with the usage.
