This paper presents basic supporting data necessary for planning an educational intervention strategy as part of a communication strategy that would form an extensive national consensus on and enhance national understanding of irradiated foods. A survey was conducted to collect data on the knowledge, attitude, and behavior with regard to irradiated foods among community. It appeared 133 male (36.5%) and 231 women persons (63.5%). After irradiated food were analyzed, whole knowledge, attitude, and behavior standard to the irradiated food is 2.32, 11.90, and 12.92 scores respectively. The knowledge, attitude, behavior of irradiated foods according to person characteristics were analyzed. The knowledge on irradiated food was statistical difference by gender, age, education standard and occupation (p<0.05), whereas no statistical difference marriage (p>0.05). The attitude on irradiated food was statistical difference by age, education standard and occupation (p<0.05), whereas no statistical difference gender (p>0.05). The behavior on irradiated food was statistical difference by age, education standard and occupation (p<0.05), whereas no statistical difference gender and marriage (p>0.05). The coefficient of correlation of knowledge and attitude in irradiated food showed positive correlation of r=0.324 (p<0.01). The coefficient of correlation of knowledge and behavior in irradiated food showed negative correlation of r=-0.118 (p<0.05). The coefficient of correlation of attitude and behavior in irradiated food showed negative correlation of r=-0.316 (p<0.01).
This research treated the secondary school teachers as the research scale and the research targets included the following: secondary school (employ unit), center of teacher education, and qualified teachers. In terms of these three groups of people, the topics of exploration focused on the perception of suitable teachers, perception of evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and the relationship among teacher examination systems. The research was managed by two phases: the first phase referred to literature reorganization, expert interview, the qualities and conditions of suitable teachers, important evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and teacher examination system used; the second phase included questionnaire survey, employ school acquisition, the perception of centers of teacher education and qualified teachers toward the suitability condition and examination evaluation standard in the first phase and teacher examination system used. This research found out that as to the perception of suitable teachers, through data collection, there were six factors reorganized. The levels of their importance were as follows: education devotion, teaching capacity, class management, capacity to guide special students, capacity to communicate with the parents and the will to undertake administrative works. Noticeably, employee unit and centers of teacher education apparently valued class management more, compared with trained teachers; as to evaluation standard of examination, the analytical result found out that the perception of three groups were different in terms of the views toward educational works, written examination data, candidate's age, club experience at school and capacity to use multimedia support teaching materials. This research further proposed six suggestions for centers of teacher education and trained teachers: (l) employ schools considerably valued educational devotion; (2) trained teachers tended to neglect the importance of class management; (3) employee unit considerably cared about the new teachers' competence to use multimedia support teaching materials; however, trained teachers did not have the same view; (4) employee unit considerably cared about new teachers' views toward educational works as well as the candidates' ages; (5) generally speaking, trained teachers neglected the importance of club experience at school; (6) the data revealed that written examination data was not relatively important in terms of teacher examination.
Objectives : The aim of the study is to explain the general guidelines of the WHO standard acupuncture point locations (APLs). Understanding the general guidelines will enable experts to make the clear use of the standard APL for education, research and practice. Methods : In the beginning of development of the standard APL, experts made general guidelines to draw mutual agreements of the three nations (Korea, China, and Japan) on the standard APL. The guidelines include point locating methods, syntax of descriptive sentences, landmarks on body surface, reference acupuncture points, usage of anatomical terminology, and proportional bone measurements. Results : We found that there are some considerable problems in practical use of the APLs due to the strict application of anatomical terms, even on accessory phrases such as region of body in the sentence of each description. Conclusions : We hope that the study helps readers expand the understanding of the newly developed standard APLs resulting from increased application of acupuncture points. Also, it would be a reference to revise the WHO standard APLs in the future.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microbiological quality and assure the hygienic safety of the Bibimbap production in elementary school foodservice in accordance with the HACCP(Hazzard Analysis Critical Control Point) program. The time-temperature relationship and the microbiological quality(total plate count and coliform bacteria count) were assessed to find the critical control point(CCP) during each of the production phase. In the pre-preparation phase, the risk factors of the raw ingredients exceeded the standard level suggested by Solberg et al. Mungbean starch jelly, egg and Kochujang were satisfactory in that no coliform groups were observed over the standard TPC level. In particular, there was a high the risk of beef from the early stages in terms of the coliform level. In the pre-preparation phase, green pumpkin had more coliform groups than the standard level even after washed, which calls for special attention to washing, sterilization, secondary infection of the handler, and the required time for pre-preparation of raw vegetables. In the cooking phase, the temperature of the soybean sprout and mungbean starch jelly decreased to 42$^{\circ}C$ and 26$^{\circ}C$, respectively, which was within the risk zone. In particular, mungbean starch jelly had a great risk factor even after boiling in hot water. During the storage stage before serving, a lot of ingredients were exposed to poor management of temperature and time and thus exceeded the standard level in the total plate counts. In particular, the microbiological count of beef was five times the standard level. Green pumpkins and soybean sprouts were left at 15-38$^{\circ}C$ that is within the risk zone for a long period of time after they were cooked. It is highly recommended that the time of the storage stage before consumption should be shortened and that proper devices should be used to prevent proliferation of bacteria. The number of TPC of the utensils was satisfactory enough, but the knife used exceeded the standard level and thus was a risk factor of bacteria proliferation.

This paper presents a novel automated threshold-decision algorithm that uses the mean and standard-deviation values obtained from the difference values of consecutive frames. At first, the calculation of difference values is obtained by the weighted ${\chi}^2$-test algorithm which was modified by joining color histogram to ${\chi}^2$-test algorithm. The weighted ${\chi}^2$-test algorithm can subdivide the difference values by imposing weights according to NTSC standard. In the first step, the proposed automatic threshold-decision algorithm calculates the mean and standard-deviation value from the total difference values, and then subtracts the mean value from the each difference values. In the next step, the same process is performed on the remained difference values, and lastly, the threshold is detected from the mean when the standard deviation has a maximum value. The proposed method is tested on various video sources and, in the experimental results, it is shown that the proposed method efficiently estimates the thresholds and reliably detects scene changes.

Curriculum requires careful deliberations, as it reflects social needs as well as the needs of the relevant curriculum. Developing a standard for informatics curriculum will be significant in that it will provide a knowledge frame for constant revision of curriculum. The aim of this study, based on Tyler's Model of Curriculum Development, is to find implications regarding the standard development of knowledge system for informatics curriculum in Korea, through the comparison of CSTA 2003 and 2011 curriculum. In order to achieve this, analyses of various curriculum theories and overseas curriculum have been made, and finally a comparison of the CSTA curriculum standards for 2003 and 2011. As a result, in order to develop the curriculum standard, the aims of the curriculum and standard need to be clarified. Furthermore, implications have been made for the suggestions on review and evaluation of overseas curriculum.
Using the children supplements of Korea Welfare Panel Study(first wave), this study examined that the correlation and differences between income-poverty(minimum cost of living)and housing- poverty(sub-standard housing) and analyzed the effects of living in sub-standard housing conditions on children's school achievement. The findings of the study are as follows. First, there is low correlation between income-poverty and housing-poverty. Second. there is differences of household characteristics between only housing-poverty household and only income-poverty household or income and housing poverty household. Third, living in sub-standard housing conditions has statistically significant negative effect on school achievement even after controlling for income-poverty, sex, self-esteem, adaptation to school life, family type, mother's education, private education cost, rearing behavior. The findings of this study suggest that more active housing policy approach is needed to support development of children living in sub-standard housing conditions. Based on this research, we present needed policies in the conclusion.
Purpose: To determine association of contraceptive knowledge, sexual double standard, and contraceptive self-efficacy among unmarried women in their 30s and 40s. Methods: With a survey design, data were collected from 119 unmarried women in their 30s and 40s in G city of Korea from September 2017 to March 2018. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Contraceptive knowledge, sexual double standard, and contraceptive self-efficacy scores of participants were $8.97{\pm}2.22$, $18.54{\pm}5.57$, and $45.84{\pm}6.90$, respectively. Contraceptive self-efficacy was negatively correlated with sexual double standard. Factors influencing contraceptive self-efficacy were sexual double standard (${\beta}=-.26$, p=.003), existence of boyfriend (${\beta}=.25$, p=.004), and contraceptive education need for adults (${\beta}=.17$, p=.044). They explained 19% of contraceptive self-efficacy of participants. Conclusion: To increase contraceptive self-efficacy of unmarried women in their 30s and 40s, lowering sexual double standard and developing customized contraceptive education according to age and knowledge level are needed. Research on factors related to contraceptive self-efficacy of unmarried women in their 30s and 40s from various regions are also needed in the future.
This research examined compound particles, which have not been properly addressed in existing studies on particle combination education, from the perspective of Korean language education as a second language. First, existing research was examined with the understanding of the issue that there is a lack of discussion in existing studies on the education method of either including the compound particle in particle combination or excluding it all together. In the next chapter, an examination was made on the concept and usage of terminology for compound particles in the field of Korean linguistics. Following a summary of this information, a review was made on the list of compound particles established in Korean linguistics. Thus, seven compound particles were identified for Korean language education considering discriminant standard and educational effectiveness from the perspective of Korean language education. The researcher proposes that the compound particle should be taught as an extension of particle combination education and that its concept should be clearly outlined as a direction for future education.

The education status of the body make-up foundations for teenage girls was evaluated and their purchase & wearing behaviors and the level of satisfaction were studied to analyze the relationship between education level and wearing satisfaction. The research was conducted for 728 middle and high school girls in Seoul and Incheon area, by the questionnaire method. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, $X^2$-test, t-test, and ANOVA were performed. Among various foundation education contents learned in home economics class, most students were aware of the kind of underwear, the fiber content & management methods, laundry methods, and the kind and function of foundations. While more than 80% of all respondents didn't know about the size of foundations. As a results, most of students realized the influence of foundation wearing on the human body, selection methods for brassiere and girdle according to form and age, and matters to be attended to wear brassiere and girdle. The education standard, practical use, and awareness degree on the side effects, and the need for foundation education were positively related each other. Therefore, it is very important to educate teenage girls in the fast growth period the right selection of foundation and its effect on body health, in order to provide normal growth and healthy body.
