규격화된 분전반 제작을 위한 표준작업절차(SOP)의 공정 개발 (Process Development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Manufacturing of Standardized Distribution Boards)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for a distribution board that can monitor the leakage current of a load distribution line in real time. The developed distribution board was fabricated by applying IEC 61439-1. It consists of the distribution board and an alarm device. The work process for making the distribution board was compliant with the KEMC (Korea Electrical Manufacturers Cooperative) regulations. And the AC distribution board range is 1,000 V. In addition, the voltage in DC is less than 1500 V. The distribution board receives a 3-phases and 4-wires power supply system and can supply power to the load of a maximum of 32 single or three phase distribution circuits. Also, leakage current measured on the power distribution board was used by sensors installed. The SOP of the developed distribution board consists of the installation standards for the short circuit alarm device and sensor, the surge protection device, switches and indication lamps, and other devices. The operation procedure was prepared so that each manufacturing step of the distribution board must be confirmed by the persons in charge of preparation, production, quality control and approval before moving forward to the next step.

산사태 대비 SOP에 대한 의식조사 연구 (A Study on The Awareness of Standard Operating Procedure For The Preparation in Landslide)

  • 최근 기후변화로 국지성 집중호우가 증가하고 있으며 이로 인한 산사태 발생도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 또한 도시주거지역에서 발생한 산사태로 인하여 인명 및 재산피해가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 산사태를 대비하기 위한 표준매뉴얼은 작성되어 있지 않으며, 산림청에서 작성한 예방 대응 행동매뉴얼도 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 산사태 발생 및 피해 특징을 알아보고 방재 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 산사태 대비 SOP 작성을 위해 산사태 SOP 필요도와 활용도를 조사하였으며 활용 시 문제점을 알아보았다. 또한 산사태 주요 세부항목의 중요도를 알아보고, 산사태 SOP 활용을 위한 요구사항을 조사하였다. 조사결과는 대부분의 전문가들이 산사태 SOP의 필요도는 높다고 응답하였으나 활용도는 낮았으며 산사태 SOP 활용시의 문제점은 다양한 피해상황의 미반영과 기관의 역할별 재난관리 단계별 규정의 어려움이 나타났다. 또한 산사태 SOP 작성 시 주요 세부항목 중요도에서는 산사태 발생에 따른 비상대응계획, 대피 및 행동요령에 대한 지침, 산사태 재난 대비 훈련 및 교육, 산사태 재난 방송 실시 및 정보 제공에 대한 절차 수립, 유관기관 및 민간단체와의 협조 및 지원체계 등이 가장 중요하다고 응답되었다. 마지막으로 산사태 SOP 활용을 위한 요구사항은 이를 사용할 수 있는 전문 인력의 확충, 법 제도적 강화, SOP 습득을 위한 교육 및 훈련 등 2차적인 요소에 대한 중요성이 나타났다.

설진기 시스템의 혀 영상 획득과정에 대한 표준운영절차 제안 (Standard Operating Procedure of Tongue-image Analysis System to Improve the Reliability)

  • Objectives This study was conducted to suggest a standard operating procedure (SOP) in order to improve the reliability of tongue-image analysis system. Methods An affecting-factors list was made, which may affect the diagnostic parameters of the tongue-image analysis system. They were sub-classified into two groups: controllable and uncontrollable. Only the controllable factors, which could affect the results and easily set-up, were included into the SOP draft. Affecting factors control experiment was performed to investigate the effects of controllable factors, whose influence on diagnostic parameters of the tongue-image analysis system is ambiguous: rehearsal for tongue extrusion; alignment of camera axis; and presentation of a guideline. Three subjects volunteered for this experiment. Each of three variables was implemented twice in a random order by two operators on the subjects. Finally, 96 tongue images obtained in the aggregate. The diagnostic parameter set as a primary outcome in this experiment was the percentage of tongue coating. Results All of the control variables were not significant in both operators; however, the presentation of a guideline was relatively more affect than two other variables. Interaction effects among the variables were also insignificant. Therefore, the presentation of a guideline was included in the final SOP and the other variables were not included. Conclusions We suggested the SOP which could be used for both experimenter and subject. Moreover, Each of the SOPs applied to various types of tongue-image analysis system should be developed in order to improve the reliability.

  • The Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) program, being established in China, is an optimal way for the sustainable utilization of the medicinal plant and animal resources. Most frequently used Chinese materia medica will be mainly produced from the GAP bases in the future. To assure the successful operation of GAP program, standard operating procedure (SOP) should be implemented for specific plants or animals. Both GAP and SOP include the requirements in many aspects from the ecological environment of cultivation place, germplasm and varieties, seedling and transplant, fertilization, irrigation, and field care, to harvest and process, package, transport and storage. As a complex system, GAP demands strong commitment from the pharmaceutical industry, local administrative involvement, long term R&D support, and years of time of development before a satisfactory result can be achieved.

음성의 안정적 변수 추출을 위한 SOP 개발 연구 (Study of Developing SOP for Extracting Stable Vocal Features for Accurate Diagnosis)

  • Voice can be widely used to classify the four constitution types and to recognize one's health condition from extracting meaningful features as physical quantity in traditional Korean medicine or Western medicine. In this paper, we proposed the method to update the standard operating procedure (SOP) to acquire and record voices for extracting stable vocal features since they are sensitive to the variation of a subject's utterance. At first, we obtained pitch frequencies from vowels and the sentence and intensity form the sentence as features with voices acquired under subjects' utterance conditions and then the deviation ratios of features from median values according to the utterance conditions were obtained and the condition to minimize the ratio was selected as a new SOP. As a result, we decided the SOP for a subject to utter vowels with the length of 2s~1s and sentences with over 2s interval between them after practice, in consideration of the deviation and qualitative requirements. Stable voice features obtained from updated SOP produce accurate diagnosis, which will be developed and simplified for using in the u-Healthcare system of personalized medicine.

  • This study was done to report the improvement of second case report form(CRF) and standard operating procedure(SOP) of Tentative Korean Standard Differentiation of the Symptoms and Signs for Stroke. We were in charge of developing case report form(CRF) and educating the investigators. In the process of this project, we needed to develop standard operating procedure(SOP) for this CRF. So we made Tentative Korean Standard Differentiation of the Symptoms and Signs for Stroke and tried clinical application at Department of Oriental Internal Medicine of Wonkwang University and Daejeon University in 2005. And in this pilot study we can find out some problems and need to improve it. We strengthen the incision and exclusion criteria of CRF We canceled the Chief complains entry for efficiency. We reflected the decision of Stroke standard committee. We reduced the differentiation index of CRF to promote efficiency and accuracy. We rearranged the order of the differentiation index to promote rationality and practicality. We regulated detail item belonging to Differentiation index. We used a colloquialism in question. We inserted flow chart in SOP. We inserted picture of diagnostic index.

Development of the structural health record of containment building in nuclear power plant

  • The main objective of this work is to propose a reliable routine standard operation procedures (SOP) for structural health monitoring and diagnosis of nuclear power plants (NPPs). At present, NPPs have monitoring systems that can be used to obtain the quantitative health record of containment (CTMT) buildings through system identification technology. However, because the measurement signals are often interfered with by noise, the identification results may introduce erroneous conclusions if the measured data is directly adopted. Therefore, this paper recommends the SOP for signal screening and the required identification procedures to identify the dynamic characteristics of the CTMT of NPPs. In the SOP, three recommend methods are proposed including the Recursive Least Squares (RLS), the Observer Kalman Filter Identification/Eigensystem Realization Algorithm (OKID/ERA), and the Frequency Response Function (FRF). The identification results can be verified by comparing the results of different methods. Finally, a preliminary CTMT healthy record can be established based on the limited number of earthquake records. It can be served as the quantitative reference to expedite the restart procedure. If the fundamental frequency of the CTMT drops significantly after the Operating Basis Earthquake and Safe Shutdown Earthquake (OBE/SSE), it means that the restart actions suggested by the regulatory guide should be taken in place immediately.

구제역 긴급행동지침(SOP)상의 화학처리방법으로 처리된 양돈분뇨의 고온호기산화공정 적용 연구 (The Effect of NaOH treatment-Citric acid neutralization of Korean Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Physicochemical Compositions of Domestic Swine Excrement for the Connection to Thermophilic Aerobic Oxidation (TAO))

  • We planned to study how the chemical disposal designed by SOP can affect on physicochemical compositions of the livestock excrement. According to Livestock Manure Management Scheme, we experimented in two steps; the first step, NaOH treatment-Citric acid neutralization, and then the second procedure, Thermophilic Aerobic Oxidation (TAO) system. Physicochemical compositions of the 3-days-old samples after NaOH treatment were pH 10.31, EC 24.54 mS/cm, SCOD 3,022 mg/L, T-N 4,315 mg/L, $NH{_4}^+-N$ 1,960 mg/L, and not detected E. coli.. And those of one-day-old samples after citric acid neutralization were pH 7.36, EC 32.89 mS/cm, $SCOD_{Mn}$ 12,733 mg/L, T-N 4,787 mg/L, $NH{_4}^+-N$ 2,450 mg/L, and E. coli. not detected. In contrast, the physicochemical compositions of the treatment plots after the second treatment with TAO system (72hr) were pH 9.42 EC 24.21 mS/cm, $SCOD_{Mn}$ 3,660 mg/L, T-N 3,616 mg/L, $NH{_4}^+-N$ 1,190 mg/L, and no detection of E. coli.

  • Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) provide a degree of assurance that an operation will be performed consistently by different people and also consistently by the same person at different times. An SOP is a written set of instructions that someone should follow to complete a job safely, with no adverse effect on personal health or the environment, and in a way that maximizes operational and production requirements. Basic categories of SOPs include purpose, scope, reference document, definition, responsibility, procedure, and so on. In this work, we introduce SOPs for bioprocess.

임상에서의 현미경: 작동, 유지보수 및 레이저 안전 (Clinical Microscopy: Performance, Maintenance and Laser Safety)

  • 임상병리 검사분야에 있어서 환자로부터 유래된 조직이나 세포의 형태학적 변화, 세포 생리, 세포 내 분자의 추적 및 신호전달 체계 등의 임상검사 및 관련 연구를 위한 빼놓을 수 없는 주요한 진단과 연구장비로서 현미경이 가지는 의미는 크다고 할 수 있다. 현미경에 대한 포괄적인 지식과 이해를 바탕으로 현미경의 올바른 사용, 관리와 유지보수는 신뢰도 높은 이미지 획득과 그에 따른 정확한 데이터 분석을 통한 질병의 진단을 위해서 반드시 요구되는 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 광학현미경의 표준 운영 절차(standard operating procedure, SOP)는 현미경의 작동 절차와 함께 검사실 규모에 따른 현장 사용자의 체계적인 현미경 장해 해결 방안과 기계적 원리에 대한 핵심 정보가 함께 수록되어야 한다. 현미경 유지관리 업무에는 대물, 접안렌즈와 현미경 내부 광학필터의 청소, 광원의 교체와 교정, XY재물대 유지보수, 공초점 레이저 주사 현미경(confocal laser scanning microscope)에서의 점확산함수(point spread function, PSF) 측정, 형광현미경에서의 검사 품질관리(quality control, QC)와 체계적인 현미경 장해 해결방안 등이 포함되어야 한다. 본 종설에서는 국제적 기준에 따른 레이저의 위험도에 따라 일부 현미경에 장착된 레이저 광원에 대한 안전지침과 보호장구에 대한 내용을 함께 소개하였다. 현미경을 통해 획득된 이미지는 촬영된 시점의 검체에 대한 모든 정보를 제공한다고 할 수 있으며, 적절한 유지보수 프로그램과 그에 따라 적합하게 관리된 현미경만이 이미지 데이터를 통한 정보의 획득, 올바른 해석과 정확한 진단에 반드시 필요한 선제 조건들이라고 하겠다.
