Nowadays, everyone emphasis the important of environment. it is found that try to apply using the naturally favorable method when arrange irrigation and drainage channel. But we have no accurate standard of region selection yet. so it is make a many problem. The purpose of this study is the making of standard which is optimal region selection for the creation of the naturally favorable waterfront area. We surveyed data of twenty site in korea where are managed by the KARICO(Korea Agricultural Rural Infrastructure Corporation). We analysed the data using suitable three method(simple adding point method, subjectivity decision method, checklist method) for purpose of this study.

This study further covered the maintenance plan and inspection carried out in Part 1.

We Propose an improved shovel design to minimize physical discomfort and the risk of cumulative trauma disorder at shoveling tasks. The specifications of shovels in Korean standard data were scrutinized to check if they met the anthropometric specification of Korean population in 1997. We also applied "Body Map" pictograph and self-conscious checklist to field survey to analyze the discomfort of shoveling task. Thirty male subjects whose age were ranging from 18 to 65 voluntarily participated in the experiment. The measurement results show that shoveling workers were exposed to hazards of CTD's. Especially, when workers were involved in ditch digging and construction their trunk vend more than 120 degree. In order to compare the new designed shovel and the traditional K.S shovel, an analysis of variance was performed and we obtained very strong evidence that the new designed shovel was better in reducing physical discomfort. According to the results from electromyograrn experiment the new shovel contributed to improving subjective comfort level and reducing low back muscle fatigue. For futher study, the research may be extended to determine the relationship among shovel sharpness, type, digging motion and digging force.ing force.

Prepaid plastic card issued by Korea Highway Company had a lot of problems in end-user usage and management. HipassPLUS Card, which is a smart card used for a prepaid electronic payment, overcomes the problems of Prepaid Plastic card. HipassPLUS Card is also designed be compatible to other cards such as public transportation card. Thus, for the safety of using the card in such environment, the functionality and the security of HipassPLUS card should be faultless. This paper developed a test module including the test method, the test checklist, and the test procedure to examine the functionality and security of the payment mechanism of HipassPLUS card. The test module contains the method and the procedure to test the standard items according to the test checklist of HipassPLUS card. The test items and the test checklist of HirassPLUS card was selected under the provision of the specification of Korea Highway Company and ISO standard. The results of evaluation on HipassPLUS card using the proposed test module indicates that 4he HipassPLUS card satisfied the criteria under the characteristics of the functionality, security, and compatibility.

Purpose: Mobile cranes are machines that contribute to high mortality, and the High Risk Factor (SIF) information, which analyzed 2,574 accidental deaths in the construction industry in the past 6 years (2016~2021), resulted in a total of 61 mobile crane accidents. Despite safety measures in the field, it is not used properly. In this study, we present standard risk assessment indicators that contribute to accident prevention. Method: Through expert interviews, fatal accident case analysis, field analysis, and literature research, we present the standard risk assessment index method of the 4M risk assessment method. Result: As a result of analyzing the risk assessment of eight sites, it was concluded that it cannot make a significant contribution to disaster prevention and should be applied as an improvement measure of the Standard Risk Assessment Index Law. Conclusion: Switching to the standard risk assessment index method at construction sites has been proposed to make it easier for health and safety personnel and workers to use, contributing to the reduction of accidents.

International standard for software quality evaluation, ISO/IEC 9126 defines the quality characteristics and sub-characteristics consisting of quality of the software. Also, in this standard, the quality assessment items are presented in metrics based on maturity, fault tolerance, recoverability and compliance which are sub-characteristics of reliability. However, this reliability assessment items which are presented are not applied now due to the mathematical difficulties and the problems caused by collection of data. In order to resolve these problems, this study introduces measures to develop a specific test technique by quality attributes and to measure the quality. In other words, the detailed guidelines are presented to be utilized as a standard by summarizing test activities and techniques by each development life the most commonly used. The SW quality results are derived by assigning weights to software in order of the most important quality characteristics of respective software using checklist that can be easily utilized and applying test technique that can be utilized for detailed evaluation items and checklist. This improves problems that include reliability assessment item of ISO/IEC 9126 as the measures to measure new reliability quality of software.

The purpose of this research is to investigate various characteristics of the health unit presented in current physical educational curriculum and study a variety of middle school physical education textbooks in the aspect of health education. The conclusions of this research are as follow Acquiring and executing of health knowledge is important in the school health education. Thus, the contents of textbook suitable to the developmental stage of teenager and applicable to future life should be concretely presented in the physical education textbook. The standard of selecting the range of physical education contents should be regulated, and the contents appropriate to standard should be presented in the physical education textbook. We make student utilize the textbook by showing the sample the example of portfolio and self-checklist in the textbook. In the aspect of formation of textbook, scientific and systematic which is appropriate to improving the power of thinking and inquiry should be used in the textbook. In the aspect of format of textbook, application of CD-ROM or video type should be attempted, making the textbook. Moreover, the health education in the physical education textbook should be connected to not only the school health education but the health education in the unit of home and society for the purpose of successful health education.

Objectives For the methodological review on the accuracy study of questionnaire for Sasang constitution diagnosis, we searched the various diagnostic accuracy study of the questionnaires for Sasang constitution. Methods We searched MEDLINE, the Cochrane Library, KISS, and DBPIA. Additionally, We hand-searched the main oriental medical journals. All articles were independently reviewed and selected by two evaluators. And selected articles were assessed by "Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies Tool"(QUADAS Tool) for the methodological review. Results The twenty eight studies initially identified studies were included in the methodological review. The part of "Acceptable reference standard", "Uninterpretable results reported" and "Withdrawals explained" was very weak in the risk of bias. The part of "Representative spectrum", "Acceptable delay between tests", "Incorporation avoided", "Reference standard results blinded", "Index test results blinded" was unclear in the description. Conclusions For the further study on the accuracy study of Sasang constitution diagnosis, we have to improve the aforementioned errors. Additionally, the checklist for the description of study might be needed.

When promoting BTL(Build Transfer Lease; below BTL) project, negotiation is a stage of examining observation and reflection of RFP(Request for Proposal below RFP) in terms with facilities, operating and financing. It keeps an important position in whole process. However, there is no consistent guideline or model which helps evaluating the result of negotiation. It is difficult to apprise the quantitative outcome after executing negotiation. Thus, this study presented the Value Engineering -based process and model of estimating the outcome of negotiation for the purpose of estimating and verifying the result of negotiation objectively, Evaluating factors of negotiation were classified into 6 fields, 38 divisions and 135 items, focused on cultural facilities on BTL project. Weight of every factor was estimated, and quantitative checklist was established. This study presented the model which could measure the outcome of negotiation. This result would be a critical checklist before negotiation on BTL project, an index of feedback during negotiation, and also a standard of estimating the outcome after negotiation.

Objective : Heart rate variability (HRV) is known to reflect autonomic nervous system activity. Individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are reported to have lower HRVs. We attempted to find HRV indices with head up tilt position that reflect the symptoms well in order to evaluate PTSD symptoms. Methods : Sixty-seven patients with PTSD and 72 patients without PTSD were assessed using the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5), the Beck Depression Inventory, the Beck Anxiety Inventory and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. HRV was measured in the head-up tilt position. We collected data regarding heart rate (HR), standard deviation of the NN intervals (SDNN), the square root of the mean squared differences of successive NN intervals (RMSSD), log low-frequency (LNLF) and log high-frequency (LNHF). Results : The value of LNHF was different according to presence or absence of PTSD after head-up tilt position. In the findings of the association between PTSD symptoms and HRV indices as based on head-up tilt, LNHF had a significant correlation with the total score of PCL-5. Conclusion : The reduction of the high-frequency component of HRVs in the PTSD group might reflect more PTSD symptoms.
