PC 기반 전동기 고장 진단 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of PC based Motor Fault Diagnosis System)

  • This study is for implementation of PC based Motor fault diagnosis system. By using harmonics and current signals of the motor, this system diagnoses the motor condition by accumulated harmonic contribution rate. In this proposed system that was composed of 5 parts. A sensor, connection box, evaluation board, device server, and main computer are those. There were two types of sensor, one was harmonic sensor the other was current sensors. The signal was acquired by sensor, and transferred to evaluation board. Second one is connection box. Because the output type of sensor and input type of evaluation board is different, connection box was necessary. Third one was evaluation board. The signal from the sensor was converted to digital signal in evaluation board. And this signal was transferred to device server. Fourth one was device server. Device server transferred the data from evaluation board to main computer. And the last one was other parts controlled by main computer. In main computer, there were communication and diagnosis algorithms. The result was derived by main computer. In the result, there were 12 categories and 5 levels of motor conditions. The proposed system had some advantages comparing with stand alone type commercial motor fault diagnosis system. The first, by using remote access it was easier to get the conditions of motor. The second, there was no need to handle the sensors when users measured the motor signals. By this property, no one was necessary at motor location site. The third, this system was less restricted by times and places than commercial stand alone type diagnosis system. Therefore users can operate this system only using the main computer. Once the sensors are installed at the motor, users doesn't need to move to check up the condition of motors. Moreover, if there is ethernet hub, many motors can be not only diagnosed at once but also decreased its cost.

  • KSR-III 발사체를 위하여 개발된 추진기관 공급계와 엔진에 대한 연계시험을 위하여 수직형 시험설비가 구축되었으며, 연소시험이 진행되었다. 수직형으로 장착이 이루어진 시험에서 배플이 없는 엔진은 점화순간 즉시 불안정 연소현상이 발생하였으며, STS 배플과 복합재 배플 엔진의 경우 점화에 의한 불안정 발달이나 연소중 불안정 연소현상은 억제되었다. 배플이 있는 엔진의 경우 정상연소중 비정규적 압력섭동이 일시적으로 발생하였으나, 배플에 의해 음향적 특성을 가지는 불안정 연소로의 발달이 강력히 억제됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 일련의 시험을 통하여 복합재 배플을 가지는 최종 개발형 엔진이 비행용 KSR-III 추진기관시스템으로서 정상운용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

데이터 생성의미를 활용한 정보공유구조의 효과성 비교 연구 (An Evaluation of an Information Sharing Workflow Using Data Provenance Semantics)

  • 본 연구는 효과적인 정보공유를 위한 방안으로서 생성의미종속성을 소개하고, 데이터의 생성의미에 대한 이해가 정보공유에 미치는 영향을 측정하는 정보공유비용모형을 제시한다. 정보공유비용모형은 복수의 사용자집단 또는 부서들 사이에서 데이터의 생성의미 차이로 인한 정보공유 오류비용을 측정한다. 정보공유 오류비용은 정보공유오류의 발생확률과 비용에 의하여 결정되는데, 오류 발생확률은 사용자집단들 사이의 생성의미 차이를 나타내는 정보공유 거리로 측정된다. 본 연구는 대표적인 정보공유아키텍처인 부서별 데이터관리구조, 허브형 구조, 계층형 구조, 독립형 구조를 대상으로 정보공유비용을 측정함으로써 정보공유구조가 정보공유에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 정보공유비용의 관점에서 허브형이 가장 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 데이터의 생성의미에 대한 표준화가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 허브형 정보공유구조는 부서별 데이터관리구조와 같은 특성을 보였다. 그리고 모든 정보공유구조가 독립형 구조보다 낮은 정보공유비용을 보임으로써 비록 표준화가 이루어지지 않아도 데이터를 공유하는 것이 공유하지 않는 경우보다 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 참나무류 임분에 자연 발생한 잣나무와 인공 조림된 잣나무 침엽을 80% acetone과 DMSO(Dimethylsulfoxide)로 추출하여 측정한 엽록소 함량을 비교하였다. 80% acetone에 비해 DMSO로 추출한 총 엽록소 함량은 잣나무 침엽의 모든 연령에서 약 4-6배 높은 값을 나타했다. 또한 DMSO로 추출한 경우 상층 임관을 점유한 인공 조림된 잣나무와 하층에 생육하는 잣나무 간에는 총 엽록소 함량에 차이가 없었으며, 80% acetone으로 추출한 경우에도 역시 두 종류의 잣나무 사이에 연령별 총 엽록소 함량의 차이는 없었다. DMSO로 추출할 경우 자연 발생 잣나무와 인공 조림된 잣나무 침엽 모두 6시간의 추출이 적절한 것으로 판단된다.

Development of Squat Posture Guidance System Using Kinect and Wii Balance Board

  • This study designs a squat posture recognition system that can provide correct squat posture guidelines. This system comprises two modules: a Kinect camera for monitoring users' body movements and a Wii Balance Board(WBB) for measuring balanced postures with legs. Squat posture recognition involves two states: "Stand" and "Squat." Further, each state is divided into two postures: correct and incorrect. The incorrect postures of the Stand and Squat states were classified into three and two different types of postures, respectively. The factors that determine whether a posture is incorrect or correct include the difference between shoulder width and ankle width, knee angle, and coordinate of center of pressure(CoP). An expert and 10 participants participated in experiments, and the three factors used to determine the posture were measured using both Kinect and WBB. The acquired data from each device show that the expert's posture is more stable than that of the subjects. This data was classified using a support vector machine (SVM) and $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classifier. The classification results showed that the accuracy achieved using the SVM and $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classifier was 95.61% and 81.82%, respectively. Therefore, the developed system that used Kinect and WBB could classify correct and incorrect postures with high accuracy. Unlike in other studies, we obtained the spatial coordinates using Kinect and measured the length of the body. The balance of the body was measured using CoP coordinates obtained from the WBB, and meaningful results were obtained from the measured values. Finally, the developed system can help people analyze the squat posture easily and conveniently anywhere and can help present correct squat posture guidelines. By using this system, users can easily analyze the squat posture in daily life and suggest safe and accurate postures.

소비자 요구를 반영한 아파트 보조주방 모듈 개발에 고한 연구 (A Study on the planning of the Sub-kitchen Module Meeting Consumer Needs for the Apartment Unit Plan)

  • Korean living culture raised the users' needs for sub-kitchen. In the traditional Korean house, there was large space related to kitchen area for preparing food and stock big and bulky housing stuffs. As apartment housing became dominant as Korean dwelling, sub-kitchen has been planed in the balcony that is not included in the sales area. In this study, the case of the apartment housing in Esiapolis, Daegu was analyzed. To plan the user-oriented sub-kitchen, the consumer research was carried out. Consumers needed a pantry, more storage near the kitchen, and wanted to place washing machine and washing stand in a sub-kitchen. Sub-kitchens were planed to meet those consumers' needs. Through this case study and former studies analysis, sub-kitchen's function unit was derived: wash, storage, auxiliary work. By combining each function unit, sub-kitchen was classified into 3 types, wash & auxiliary work, wash & storage, and wash & storage & auxiliary work. For each sub-kitchen type, components of function units, available layouts, and minimum size were recommended.

  • This paper present a unified method of steady state performance analysis and limits characteristics of an autonomous three-phase self-excited induction generator (SEIG) driven by a wind turbine under different types of loads and speeds. The proposed method is based on a new mathematical function to solve for the real and imaginary components of the complex equation of the mathematical model. Performances limits, regulation and characteristics of different configurations will be thoroughly examined and compared. The proposed system will be modeled and simulated and the performance limits characteristics will be compared with variable speed and variable capacity.
