실규모 수리모형실험을 이용한 계단 흐름에서의 안전성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Safety at Stairs Flow using the Real-scale Hydraulic Model Experiment)

  • 본 연구에서는 침수된 계단 흐름의 변화에 따른 인명의 대피 안전성을 분석하기 위하여 실규모의 계단 수로 모형을 제작하여 수리 실험을 수행하였다. 실험에서는 계단 각각의 단에서의 수심과 유속을 측정하였으며 이를 이용하여 단위 폭당 비력을 산출하였다. 그리고 산출된 단위 폭당 비력 값을 이용하여 침수된 계단 흐름의 변화에 따른 구간별 대피 안전성을 제시하였다. 실험을 통해 측정된 수심 값과 Ishigaki의 단위 폭당 비력에 따른 대피 안전성 그래프를 결합하여 분석한 결과 계단 흐름 수심 0.20 m 이상에서는 도움 없이 성인 남성의 대피가 어려운 것이 확인되었으며, 수심 0.15 m 이상에서는 성인 여성과 노인 남성이 도움 없이 대피가 어려운 것으로 확인되었다. 노인 여성의 경우 수심 0.13 m 이상에서 도움 없이 대피가 어려운 것으로 나타났다.

타이트 스커트 실루엣 및 길이에 따른 동작적합성과 트임길이에 관한 연구 (A Study on Moving Fitness and Slit Length in Relation to Length & Silhouette of Tight Skirt)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the moving fitness and slit length of tight skirt in relation to its length & silhouette. Five kinds of length, micro mini, mini, natural line, medi and maxi, and two kinds of siihuette, slim & straight-a total of ten tight skirts-were investigated. Ten college students were chosen for this experiment. The moving fitness was tested by measuring the step length, step width and step angle in the case of walking on the flat and going up the stairway & bus stair. The slit length was tested by measuring the back slit length needed in the case of going up stairway & bus stair. Data were analyzed with use of SAS pakage. The statistics were based on average, standard diviation, two-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. The main results were as follows. 1. There was significant difference in the moving fitness according to length & silhouette of tight skirt. The moving fitness of slim type was lower than that of straight type and the longer the skirt length was, the lower the moving fitness was. The significance appeared particularly in the case of going up the bus stair. 2. There was significant difference in the skirt length obove slit accorting to length & silhouette of tight skirt. The skirt length obove slit of slim type was shorter than that of straight type. The longer skirt length was, the longer it was from micro mini to natural line, that of medi skirt was shorter or a little longer than that of natural line skirt and there was little change from medi skirt to maxi skirt.

팬티스타킹의 치수표시에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sizing System of Pantyhose)

  • The pantyhose is a close-fitting garment, and consumers are highly sensitive to any progress made in fitting the garment to their lower body and increasing comfort. However, the pantyhose manufactured in Korea are only one-sized. The purpose of this study is to suggest a sizing system for pantyhose. The results of this study are as follows: 1. As a results of questions regarding the sizing system of pantyhose, 88.2% of people who responded to our questionnaire preferred multi-sized pantyhose. In particular, larger women opposed to thin women expressed some dissatisfaction in the length and the width of the pantyhose. In addition, most of women preferred an indication of the sizing system and the body size of the control dimension (body mass and height). 2. The 13 species of pantyhose that were manufactured abroad are of all sizes, and only one type of pantyhose is one-sized. However, most domestic pantyhose except one, are one-sized. 3. As a result of the experiment, the spandex content in pantyhose was approximately 12∼18%. Moreover, the elongation rate was approximately 200-370%, which differed according to the features of the material. The stretch size of the pantyhose had varies greatly, add has not yet been standardized. 4. The methods for indicating the pantyhose size in this study are the square method and the stair method. The characteristics of the square method are simple, but the coverage is relatively low. The characteristic of the stair method are so complicated that older women have a low preference for this method. However, the coverage rate is high.

아동성범죄 발생지의 3D 시뮬레이션을 이용한 물리적 환경 개선양상에 따른 범죄예방 효과분석 (The Effects of Crime Prevention on the Improvement of the Physical Environment in Scene of Child Sex Offense by Using 3D Simulation)

  • This research progressed space evaluation test with 3D simulation for exterior space of detached housing area among the Seoul spaces of child sex offense in 2010. Based on changing analysis on natural surveillance by spatial changes of each physical element, the purpose is to suggest effective construction planning measure for preventing child sex offense. The results of research are as follows. First, natural surveillance of space's height differences and width differences were compared and analyzed. As the result, footpath shows that stairs of slope didn't make lots of effects on visual block, not block of spatial moving, because of the difference of stair height. Also, in case of parking space, visual connection with footpath is expanded when designing pilotis rather than heightening floor height, so activities of exterior people could be seen more easily. Therefore, natural surveillance was higher. Second, natural surveillance of architectural elements by changes of footpath' width was compared and analyzed. As the result, openness of footpath should be secured rather than openness of architectural element. And, planning autonomy of architectural form could be more expanded when securing openness of footpath.

Does Strategy of Downward Stepping Stair Due to Load of Additional Weight Affect Lower Limb's Kinetic Mechanism?

  • This study measured the downward stepping movement relative to weight change (no load, and 10%, 20%, 30% of body weight respectively of adult male (n=10) from standardized stair (rise of 0.3 m, tread of 0.29 m, width of 1 m). The 3-dimensional cinematography and ground reaction force were also utilized for analysis of leg stiffness: Peak vertical force, change in stance phase leg length, Torque of whole body, kinematic variables. The strategy heightened the leg stiffness and standardized vertical ground reaction force relative to the added weights (p<.01). Torque showed rather larger rotational force in case of no load, but less in 10% of body weight (p<.05). Similarly angle of hip joint showed most extended in no-load, but most flexed in 10% of body weight (p<.05). Inclined angle of body trunk showed largest range in posterior direction in no-load, but in vertical line nearly relative to added weights (p<.001). Thus the result of the study proved that downward stepping strategy altered from height of 30 cm, regardless of added weight, did not affect velocity and length of lower leg. But added weight contributed to more vertical impulse force and increase of rigidity of whole body than forward rotational torque under condition of altered stepping strategy. In future study, the experimental on effect of weight change and alteration of downward stepping strategy using ankle joint may provide helpful information for development of enhanced program of prevention and rehabilitation on motor performance and injury.

피난계단 출입구 유효너비가 수용인원의 피난시간에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of the Effective width of the Exit of the Evacuation Stairs on the Evacuation Time of the Occupants)

  • 연구목적: 건축법에 따라 설치되는 피난계단 출입구의 최소 유효 폭(90cm) 기준이 해당 층을 사용하는 전체 재실자의 피난 시간과는 어떤 관계가 있는지 피난 관점에서 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 출입구 폭의 변화에 따라 재실자의 피난 시간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 피난 시뮬레이션(Pathfinder)을 통하여 알아보았다. 연구결과: 출입구의 유효 폭이 최소기준 90cm보다 커지면 커질수록 피난계단으로의 피난 시간이 단축되는 것을 알 수 있었고, 더불어 출입구의 너비가 일정 크기 이상 되면 피난 시간은 더는 단축되지 않는다는 사실도 알 수 있었다. 이는 해당 층 전체 재실자의 수에 따라 피난계단 출입구의 유효 너비를 적정하게 달리 적용할 수 있다는 방증(傍證)이기도 한 것이다. 결론: 앞으로는 재실자의 피난 안전성 확보를 위해 용도별 전체 수용인원을 고려한 피난 계단 출입구 유효 폭 기준이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 더불어 연구 및 실험을 통해 용도별 수용인원에 따른 다양한 출입구 유효 폭 기준이 만들어진다면 재실자의 피난 효율성이 크게 증대될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

유니버설 디자인 관점에서 성당 비전례공간 평가 - 부산교구 6개 사례를 중심으로 - (Evaluation on Non-liturgical Space of Catholic Churches from the Perspective of Universal Design - Focused on 6 Cases in Busan Parish -)

  • This study evaluated non-liturgical space of catholic churches based on the four principles of universal design; accessible design, supportive design, safety-oriented design, and adaptable design. To design those spaces in terms of supportive design principle, diaper exchanging station needs to be placed in the restroom. Findings of this study are as follows: In terms of accessible design, valid width of entrance door to each room(more than 800mm), installation of elevator, height of riser in the stair, and width of step board were appropriate, but there were many spaces where door sils were not removed. In terms of supportive design, notice board at teacher's room and installation of storage closet, and width of passage to office(more than 1,200mm) were also appropriate, but storage closet at a meeting and prayer room, and space for storing flowers appeared inappropriate. To design those spaces in terms of supportive design principle, diaper exchanging station needs to be placed in the restroom. In terms of safety-oriented design, installation of round-edged furniture, use of non-slip flooring material, installation of safety emergency bell at a restroom, and installation of wall handle were required. In terms of adaptable design, space for wheelchair users at each room, installation of the furniture that can adjust the height, installation of desk with different height at an office, installation of toilet and basin considering children were considered to be necessary.

시뮬레이션을 통한 대학도서관의 피난 소요시간 비교 관한 연구 (A Study on Comparison and Shortening of Evacuation Time Required of University Library by Simulation)

  • 대학 도서관은 학생들의 공부할 공간과 도서자료를 비축할 수 있는 공간으로 시설물이 대규모화가 될 수 밖에 없는 현실이다. 또한 많은 인쇄자료로 인해 화재 시 불이 급속도로 번져 많은 유독가스로 인하여 대량의 인명 피해로 연결될 수 있다. 이에 합리적인 도서관의 피난설계안을 도출하고자 시뮬레이션을 통해 현재의 상태의 피난에 소요되는 시간과 개선된 안을 적용한 피난에 소요되는 시간을 비교 분석한 결과 피난 소요시간을 줄이는 가장 확실한 방법은 피난 로를 다양하게 하여 재실 자들을 분산시켜 이동하게 하는 것이다. 그러나 피난 로의 확충이 불가할 경우 문의 너비와 계단 폭을 늘리는 것만으로도 피난 소요시간을 감축할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 도서관신축이나 리모델링 등에 적용하여 화재피난에 대비한다면 훨씬 더 안전한 도서관 시설이 될 수 있을 것이다.

마을회관의 유니버설디자인 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on Current Situation of Rural Community Facilities Applied Universal Design)

  • In recent years, the population composition of rural area is changing due to the decreasing population growth of the aged with disability and people returning to farming. Since 1970's the rural community facilities have been spreaded out across most rural villages. Although the rural community facilities are the most widely used facilities, the existing facilities are need to be new built or remodeled according to demographic changes, usage of facilities, and environmental condition. Given this reality, the rural community facilities such as village assembly hall and nursing home for senior citizen are not only used for daily life place but also used like co-residence having meals and sleeping together. Therefore the rural community facilities have the potential to become welfare service space for rural elderly people. This research focuses on the current situation of universal design applied community facilities. According to the research, most of the village community facilities were built in the 1990s and 82% of the buildings were more than 15 years old. Furthermore, 45% of the village community facilities more than 15 years old most have a ground floor in masonry structure. The area of the building is 65% less than $100m^2$. The width of the access entrance, the height of the sink, gas safety valve and so forth were relatively well designed. However, the handrail of the entrance, space in front of the toilet bowl, the height difference between the entrance and floor, the installation of the width of the ramp and stair handrail was relatively incomplete. Village community facilities to be built in the future should be universal design fundamentally.

할인점 지하매장의 피난성능 개선에 관한 연구 (The Improvement of Evacuation Performance for Discount-Store in Underground)

  • 본 연구는 현재 급속히 확산되고 있는 대형 할인점의 지하 매장에 대한 피난성능 개선방안을 제시하기 위한 것으로 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 할인매장의 건축적 공간 특성 및 피난 상 문제점 분석 지하매장의 거주밀도 분포조사 피난용량 적정성 검토를 위한 피난 시뮬레이션 연구결과, 매장의 실질적인 수용인원을 기준으로 적정피난용량을 결정해야 하며, 피난동선상에 있는임시 판매대, 쇼핑 카트, 그리고 피난층의 계산대가 피난에 중요한 장애요소로서 이에 대한 개선과 제도적 정비가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 피난시간을 기준 한 성능기준 피난설계 분석결과, 사례분석 대상 지하매장은 적정피난용량을 확보하지 못하고 있음을 보여주었다.
