The Effect of Life Sports Participation of Life Sports Athletes in Mungyeong City on Life Satisfaction (문경시 생활체육 동호인의 생활체육 참여가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The subjects of this study were municipal citizens of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and selected 250 members of the sports clubs as members. The sampling method for the data was used with simple ramdom sampling method, self-administration method. After questionnaire was distributed and retrieved, a total of 200 questionnaires were analyzed except for 50 items which were judged to be lack of credibility (double entry, no entry, insufficient data). For the data analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA were conducted in this study. First, there was no significant difference in life satisfaction among the participants. However, there was a significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to age. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in the life satisfaction of the athletes according to educational background, and there was a statistically significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to educational background.

Health-promoting Lifestyle Behaviour for Cancer Prevention: a Survey of Turkish University Students

  • Background: Health risks associated with unhealthy behaviours in adolescent and university students contribute to the development of health problems in later life. During the past twenty years, there has been a dramatic increase in public, private, and professional interest in preventing disability and death through changes in lifestyle and participation in screening programs. The aim of the study was to evaluate university students' health-promoting lifestyle behaviour for cancer prevention. Method: This study was carried out on university students who had education in sports, health and social areas in Celal Bayar University, Manisa, Turkey. The health-promoting lifestyles of university students were measured with the "health-promoting lifestyle profile (HPLP)" The survey was conducted from March 2011 to July 2011 and the study sample consisted of 1007 university students. T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analyses were used for statistical analyses. Results: In the univariate analyses, the overall HPLP score was significantly related to students' school, sex, age, school grades, their status of received health education lessons, place of birth, longest place of residence, current place of residence, health insurance, family income, alcohol use, their status in sports, and self-perceived health status. Healthier behaviour was found in those students whose parents had higher secondary degrees, and in students who had no siblings. In the multiple regression model, healthier behaviour was observed in Physical Education and Sports students, fourth-year students, those who exercised regularly, had a good self-perceived health status, who lived with their family, and who had received health education lessons. Conclusion: In general, in order to ensure cancer prevention and a healthy life style, social, cultural and sportive activities should be encouraged and educational programmes supporting these goals should be designed and applied in all stages of life from childhood through adulthood.

A Case Study on the Connection of Volleyball Classes for Middle School Girls (중학교 여학생의 배구수업 연계에 관한 사례연구)

  • This study was a case study on the connection of volleyball classes for middle school girls. It presents concrete examples of girls' links in school and out of school. Data analysis was organized by classifying volleyball classes from regular curriculum, school sports clubs, club activities, school leagues, and community related classes. In addition, the meanings of the categories were analyzed and interpreted and reconstructed around the possibility of practice at school. The results of this study were divided into experiences in volleyball classes, volleyball lessons using creative and convergence classes. In the discussion, the study was analyzed as connected classes within the school and outside the school. Suggestions were given on teachers' practical studies, best case studies on class linkage, plans to link school sports-life sports-professional sports, and participation and connection of female students in class.

Correlation Analysis of Marine Leisure Sports Wear -Focused on Body Shape, Age and Variable

  • This study investigated the purchase status, wearing status, purchase satisfaction, selection criteria, and improvement marin leports wear for subjects who enjoy marine leisure sports in the southwestern region of Jeollanam-do, and examines the correlation between age and body type and the correlation between variables. SPSS Ver. 26.0 program was used for analysis. In the correlation between the motivation for participation and the selection criteria, when participating to increase physical strength, it was selected based on the fit. When participating for leisure or hobbies, they were selected based on design and color. The relationship between the selection criteria and purchase satisfaction was not satisfied in terms of price when they were selected based on activity or utilization of other uses. As for the selection criteria according to the body type, clothing was selected based on price and fashion for large triangles and squares, and elasticity for inverted triangles. As for the preferred color by age, only those in their 40s preferred blue and other age groups preferred achromatic color. In future studies, it is thought that a study on the preference of each marine leisure sports item should be conducted.

Research on ways to revitalize sports activities for the disabled in residential facilities for the disabled : Q methodology (장애인거주시설 장애인체육활동 활성화 방안 연구: Q방법론)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify types of perceptions regarding the activation of physical activities for individuals living in disability residential facilities using Q methodology and to derive implications based on these findings. To achieve this, an open-ended survey was first conducted with prior research, field experts, and specialists in adapted physical education to create a total of 25 Q statements. Subsequently, a Q sorting was conducted with 22 facility staff members, and the results were analyzed using the PQ Method 2.3.5 program. The analysis revealed three types: government support, expansion of disability sports facilities, and consensus building. It was confirmed that expanding physical facilities that actively support participation in physical activities through government support and improving societal perceptions of disability sports activities are crucial for enhancing physical activities in disability residential facilities. These research results provide a basis for policy documents and direction setting for future activation of physical activities in disability welfare facilities.

A Comparative Study on the Sport-for-all Participation and Life Satisfaction Between Rural and Urban Elderly (농촌 노인과 도시 노인의 생활체육참가와 생활만족도 비교)

  • This study's goal is to compare influencing factors to life satisfaction and sport participation of the elderly in the rural and urban area. And it is to provide basic information that is appropriate to the local peculiarity. In the research, we used the 2006 KLoSA, got the following result through the more than 60 years old 502 peoples in the rural area and 1129 in the urban area. There were significant differences of factors related to the life satisfaction between rural and urban elderly, and the most sport participants have higher life satisfaction than non-participants. Through the probit analysis, the result shows that significant factors affecting sport participation for the rural elderly are gender, age, working/retired, and for urban elderly, the education level and income are added. About the participation, there were also significant differences on the participation frequency for the rural elderly and on the participation hours for urban elderly. The significant factors of life satisfaction for rural elderly are the education level, subjective health, and sport participation, and for urban elderly were the education level, income, subjective health, and sport participation. Overall, it shows the urban elderly have higher life satisfaction than the rural elderly. The welfare system to improve the sports participation and life satisfaction needs the differentiated support reflecting the social demographic characteristics.

A Study of Satisfaction with the children of multi-cultural family through Taekwondo program (태권도 교육 프로그램을 통한 다문화가정 자녀들의 만족도 연구)

  • This study aimed to improve the satisfaction of multi-cultural children by encouraging their participation in healthy exercises, and confirm the level of changes in their school life, the satisfaction with happiness. In order to achieve this purpose, dividing the participants in this program into an experimental group of 20 who participate in taekwondo training program and a comparison group of 20 who do not do sports activity, the study was conducted with a binary mixed design by three repeated measures by group. The conclusions made through these measures were as follows: According to the measurement time between the experimental group who participated in taekwondo training program and the comparison group who did not do sports activity, there were differences in changes in satisfaction of school life, leisure satisfaction, and satisfaction with happiness. Namely, the change in the experimental group was more than that of the comparison group. In conclusion, for multi-cultural children, it can be assessed that as the duration of participation in the taekwondo training program increases, the effect was clear, and it was found that satisfaction of school life, leisure satisfaction, and happiness satisfaction have changed statistically and significantly.

  • This study analyzed the effect of participation of in - company events on organizational commitment. A total of 52 questionnaires were analyzed for workers. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no statistically significant correlation between employees' satisfaction with organizational life satisfaction and the correlation coefficient between MT / WS and Sports events was -.478, p <.01 Level negative correlation. Second, the group differences of the organizational life satisfaction according to the individual characteristics of the workers were analyzed according to the age and position, and the organizational life satisfaction was analyzed as being higher than that of 30 ~ 35 years of age More than the deputy director. Third, there was no statistically significant difference between groups of self-efficacy according to personal characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational commitment influences organizational commitment through organizational life satisfaction and self - efficacy.

The Effects of Rapport Building Behaviors on Relationship Quality and Behavioral Intentions (라포형성행동이 관계품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 )

  • Since COVID-19 crisis, health concerns and the need for interpersonal activities have driven many people to engage in leisure activities, which has naturally led to a steady increase in the participation rate of life sports. However, the start-up rate of sports facilities is decreasing and the closure rate is steadily increasing, and to survive in the over-competitive situation, sports facility operators need to develop and provide services with competitive advantages and come up with differentiated marketing plans. The purposes of this study were to (a) identify rapport-building behaviors for bring about relationship quality, customer satisfaction and customer trust, to a service provider in the sports leisure service environment (b) examine the ways in which customer satisfaction and customer trust induces positive behavior intentions in the sports leisure service environment, and (c) empirically verify the path of rapport- building behaviors through customer quality to continuance intention and WTPP(willing to pay premium price). The proposed conceptual model was empirically tested via structural equation modeling analysis using data collected from 350 adults who enjoy sports leisure services nationwide. Based on data analysis, firstly, attentive behavior, connecting behavior, courteous behavior, and information sharing behavior, were found to have a positive effect on relationship quality ,customer satisfaction and customer trust. Second, customer satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on both continuance intention and WTPP. Third, customer trust, a subcomponent of relationship quality, was found to have a positive effect on continuance intention, but not on WTPP. The findings of this study show that, first, rapport building with customers is important for sustainable growth management in the increasingly competitive sports and leisure service environment.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine if influence parents on soccer player role socialization. The participants of the study are 149 who are university soccer players. The stratified cluster random sampling method has been used in this study. The material collection device was the brochure named [Influence parents on soccer player role socialization]. The result of reliability check up was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. 8847~.7306. To analyze materials, the "ANOVA" and "regression analysis" were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. 1. Participation of parents influence on status of team internal. 2. Participation of parents influence on position of team. 3. Participation of parents influence on career of get a prize.
