Purpose - The ICT market in the EU is lagging behind that of the US; however, algorithm and software development within the EU have grown steadily, and they involve focusing on the creative cultural convergence conceptualized as part of Horizon 2020 and connecting neighboring markets in the EE and the Mediterranean region. It is essential to study the requirements to market the EU's creative ICT development in emerging industrial countries after examining its applicability in these countries. Research design, data, and methodology - This study deals with data pertaining to the EU's creative industry and competitive edge. The global cultural expansion of the EU facilitates a new concept involving not only low-cost IT products to enhance local cultural artifacts through R&D and the construction of efficient infrastructure services, but also information exchange with a realistic commercialization of the technology that can be applied for creative cultural localization. In the European industry, research on algorithms has been applied for the benefit of consumers. We investigated how the process is conducted in the EU. Results - Europe needs to adjust its economic structure to the local culture as part of IT distribution convergence. The convergence has been converted into a production algorithm with IT in the form of low-cost production. This is because there is an attempt to improve the quality of transport infrastructure, workforce availability, and the distribution of the distance to the local industries and consumers, using IT algorithms. Integrated into the manufacturing industry, based on the ICT infrastructure and solutions, smart localized regional clusters are formed with the help of grafting. Europe has own strategy to increase the number of hub-and-spoke cities. Europe is now becoming integrated, with an EPC system for regional cooperation rather than national competition in ICT technology. Europe has also been recognized in this study as changing the step-by-step paradigm for global competitiveness through new creative culture industries. Conclusions - As a result, there are several ways of converging with others through EU R&D intensity; therefore, the EU can be seen as successfully increasing marginal value, which is useful in developing a special industrial cluster or local cultural cities that create converged development by connecting people and objects with IT. In fact, when compared to the US, Europe has a strong culture and the car industries have a tendency to overshadow the IT industries with integration of services in IT distribution. Considering the rapid environmental changes, the convergence of IT services is likely to take place in Europe, similar to the pharmaceutical industry and the automotive industry. This requires a focus on human resources and automated systems management. The trend is to move away from low-wage industries, switched to key personnel centers of the local university-industry. EU emphasizes the creation of IT market demand in Europe involving local cultural convergence for marketing as the second step to strengthen the economic hub-and-spoke areas.

현재 우리 군의 군수품 조달은 육 해 공군이 개별 보급단, 군지사 및 보급창을 중심으로 구성된 물품 조달 체계를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 납품업체로부터 사용부대까지는 직납의 형태로 배송하고 있어 규모의 경제를 실현하는 데 한계가 있다. 생산원가를 포함한 여러 비용 중 운송비용은 일반관리비용 중 하나로 정의되고, 연 단위 일괄 계약 방식으로 운영된다. 이로 인해 실제 납지 기준의 현실적인 운송비용이 산정될 수 없어 국방 예산 집행의 효율성을 확보하기 어려운 상황이다. 또한, 각 군이 개별적인 조달 체계를 운영하고 있어 유사 시 빠르고 유연하게 대처할 수 없다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국방 수송 분야에 민 군 통합 수송 체계를 구축하여 운영의 효과를 이미 검증한 미군의 DTCI(Defense Transportation Coordination Initiative)를 조직구성과 운영 방식 관점에 벤치마킹하고, 이를 우리 군의 운영 상황에 적합한 민 군 통합 운영 체계 수립을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 새롭게 제안되는 국방 수송 체계의 효과성을 입증하기 위해 과거 실제 납품 실적을 바탕으로 Hub & Spoke 방식을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 직납 체계와 운송거리 측면에서의 정량적 비교를 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과는 우리 군의 군수품 수송 체계의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 전체 계획 수립의 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

조선은 19세기 내우외환(內憂外患)으로 인해 큰 충격과 시련을 겪는다. 당시 사상계는 유불선(儒佛仙) 삼교가 서로 융화되지 못하였다. 몇몇 선각자는 사상과 시대를 반추하고서 유불선 삼교를 합일(合一)시켜 민생의 삶과 심정을 어루만져주면서 궁극적으로 국가의 태평성대를 도모하였다. 그들의 유불선 합일은 심신수련과 체험에 입각한 것이 많았다. 연담(淵潭) 이운규(李雲圭)는 유불선 합일사상으로 새시대를 갈망하였다. 그의 사상은 두 계열로 나누어진다. 그 하나는 광화(光華) 김치인(金致寅)으로 계승되는 계열이고, 다른 하나는 "정역(正易)"을 저술한 일부(一夫) 김항(金恒)의 계열이다. 본 논문은 김치인의 삶과 유불선 합일사상을 다루었다. 김치인은 이운규의 아들 이용래에게 나아가 수학한 이후 여러 영산(靈山)들을 찾아 심신을 수련하면서 신비한 종교적 체험을 통해 자신의 교학(敎學)를 세웠다. 그는 이론적 교학을 세우는 데 도(道)를 중시한다. 도의 근원은 하늘에서 나온 것으로 여긴다. 그 도는 인간의 사유양상으로 인하여 '유교'와 '불가 선가'로 구분되었으나 궁극적으로는 '하나이다'는 것이다. 그 '하나'임을 설명할 때 성리학적 개념 즉 '음'과 '양', 그리고 '체'와 '용'을 원용하였다. 즉 '도'의 양면으로 '음'과 '양' 그리고 '체'와 '용'이 있는 것처럼 김치인은 유불선 어느 한편에 치우치지 않고, 오로지 '음'이고 '체'인 '불가 선가'의 신령설(神靈說)을 중심으로 '양'이고 '용'인 유교의 윤리설을 합설하여 하나의 구심을 찾고자 하였다. 특히 그는 심신을 수련하는 데 노래를 읊조리고 춤을 추는 영가무(詠歌舞)를 추구하였다. 이러한 유교의 윤리나 불가 선가의 수련은 궁극적으로 구심이 없는 당시 민초나 처사들에게 도의 실현을 촉구하면서 참다운 선을 지향하도록 것이었다. 김치인의 유불선 합일 사상은 전통적 고유사상을 지니고 있으면서도 보편성을 지향하고 있기에, 이에 대한 고찰은 김치인과 그 후학들의 정체성을 되돌아보는 계기를 줄 것이다.

2013년 대만 타이페이에서 열린 국제학술대회(주제 : 융, 아시아, 그리고 횡 문화성)에서 'The Red Book : East and West' 제하로 발표한 논문으로 C.G. 융의 '붉은 책'의 <논평> 가운데 나타난 노자도덕경의 사상과 유사한 부분을 들어서 노자도덕경의 해당되는 대목과 비교 고찰하였다. 또한 극동아시아(한.일) 문화의 나-너, 권위자 관계와 체험양식의 특징과 서구적 체험방식의 차이가 붉은 책에 기술된 융의 환상속의 자아의 태도(예 : 필레몬에 대한)에 어떻게 반영되었는지를 제시했다. 도덕경과의 비교에서는 '멸시받는 신' , '소박함' , '언어도단', '작은 것', '조롱', '선과 악', '비움', '미명(微明)'의 주제별로 살펴보았는데 상당한 사상적인 공통점을 발견하였다. 다만 '비움'(emptiness, das Leere만은 충일(fullness, das Volle)의 대자 격으로 사용하고 비움 본연의 노자적 의미와는 다르게 쓰고 있음을 발견했다. 「붉은 책」 <논평>에서의 융과 노자의 유사성이 바로 융이 노자도덕경의 영향을 받은 때문이라고 속단할 수는 없고 오히려 고대그리스 철학, 중세 자연철학자들의 사상에 깊은 통찰을 가진 융 자신의 무의식에서 올라온 관념의 표현이라고 생각해 본다.

본 논문은 음성인식을 위한 음성구간 검출과정에서, 음향에너지 이외에도 화자의 입술움직임 영상신호까지 확인하도록 함으로써, 외부의 음향잡음이 음성인식 대상으로 오인식되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 시도한 것이다. 먼저, PC용 화상카메라를 통하여 영상을 획득하고, 입술움직임 여부가 식별된다. 그리고 입술움직임 영상신호 데이터는 공유메모리에 저장되어 음성인식 프로세스와 공유한다. 한편, 음성인식의 전처리 단계인 음성구간 검출과정에서는 공유메모리에 저장되어 있는 데이터를 확인함으로써 사람의 발성에 의한 음향에너지인지의 여부를 확인하게 된다. 음성인식기와 영상처리기를 연동시켜 실험한 결과, 화상카메라에 대면해서 발성하면 음성인식 결과의 출력까지 정상적으로 진행됨을 확인하였고, 화상카메라에 대면하지 않고 발성하면 음성인식 결과를 출력하지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 음향에너지가 입력되더라도 입술움직임 영상이 확인되지 않으면 음향잡음으로 간주하도록 한 것에 따른 것이다.

This study deals with transfer passengers in hub airports. The research objective is to derive measures for transfer passenger quantity enhancement at Incheon International Airport by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process. In pursuing the above objective, this study conducted a survey to evaluate various selection criteria for choosing transfer airports and ranked attributes in weight order with Analytic Hierarchy Process. Furthermore, based on the trend analysis of Incheon International Airport's transfer passenger movement, this paper analysed main transit routes of Incheon International Airports against competitor airports among the region. The main result found from the study is flight frequency, ticket price and connecting hour were the most important 3 factors when people choose transit airports. Therefore, it is recommended government, airport authority and airlines to cooperate closely to meet the transfer passengers' needs on frequency, price and transit hour of flights.

In this paper, we will discuss the main characteristics of Korean traditional medicine and their bond with the philosophy of Noja(老子) to ultimately examine how "Dodeokgyeong(道德經)" affected medicine as a pragmatic field of study. Noja(老子) viewed the universe and the creatures living in it to be constituted by gi(氣), and that everything continuously moves and changes as a result of the conflicts between two opposing energies within, eum(陰) and yang(陽). "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" is about how this theory is applied to human lives. "Dodeokgyeong" speaks of the Heaven, Human, and Do accordance, offering the theoretical basis for the correspondence between nature and human in the "Hwangjenaegyeong", where the Heaven, Human and Do(道) accordance theory is embodied into each element of the human vital activity, establishing the identity of Korean traditional medicine as natural medicine. Noja declared life in accordance with Do(道) as an ideal way to live. "Hwangjenaegyeong" applies this idea to human vital activity setting the realization of Do the ultimate goal of life and offers actual guidelines. The preventive aspect of Korean traditional medicine is the characteristic most affected by "Dodeokgyeong". "Hwangjenaegyeong" and "Dodeokgyeong" both recognized the relativity of objects, and spoke of harmony and balance as the answer to conflicts between matters.

감 자 Rhizoctoηia stem canker 방 제 용 의 Trichoderma harzianum A Tee 52445 의 포자를 각종 천연담체에 고정화시킨 후 발아율과 강도 벚 점착성 등의 물성을 조사하였다. 천연담체 중 gelatin과 감자 전분 젤에 포자를 고정화시켰을 때 각각 2.81 % 와 2.90%의 발아율을 보였고 강도와 점착성은 감자 전분 고정화 겔보다 gelatin 고정화 겔이 우수하였 다 .. Gelatin에 몇 종의 물성 이 우수한 담체를 섞 어 서 만든 혼합담체에 포자를 고정화시 켰을 경우 물성 은 개선이 되었으냐 발아율은 오히려 낮아졌고 1% 의 corn steep liquor를 gelatin에 첨가하여 포자를 고정화시켰을 때 말아율이 약 0.6% 상승되었다.

ICA(Independent Component Analysis)를 이용하여 신호를 분리했을 때 그 중 어느 것이 원하는 신호인지 알아낼 수 있는 일반적인 방법이 없다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 배기음에 오염된 음성 신호를 가정하고 이를 ICA를 이용해 분리했을 때 분리된 신호에서 어느 것이 배기음이고 음성 신호인지 구별할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 음성 신호는 음성 선호와의 상관계수가 가장 크게 나타날 것으로 예상되므로 오염된 음성 선호와 같은 동일인의 단모음 '아', '오', '우' 신호와 타인의 단모음 선호를 이용하여 분리된 각 신호와의 상관계수를 구하되 일괄 방식, 최대값 방식, 평균값 방식 등 세가지 방식으로 구하고 각 방식마다 '아', '오', '우'와의 상관 계수로 구분하고 이외에 투표 방법, 합산 방법을 추가한 다섯 가지 방법을 시도하여 가정 좋은 분류율을 나타내는 방식 및 방법을 제시하였다.

배플이 장착된 KSR-III 엔진의 연소장 및 성능을 예측하기 위하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 수치해석의 검증을 위해 3차원 계산을 수행하여 연소시험과 비교하였으며, 정성적으로 잘 일치하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 배플이 장착됨에 따라 연소실 전압이 감소하여 특성속도가 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 이것은 엔진의 성능 감소로 이어지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 분사기 면과 연소실 벽면 및 배플 벽면에 국부적인 고온 영역이 발생하는 것을 볼 수 있었으며, 이것은 분사기 면에 막냉각을 설계하여 장착할 수 있는 기본 자료로 활용되었고 실제 엔진에 적용되었다.
