Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

Recently, there have been increasing studies on the application of digital technology, which has its focus of the irregular building. However, most of these studies have not clarified the objective of the technology and the effectiveness of professional manpower on its performance. This study analyzes actual used technology and the role of specialty contractor. It presents a framework to quantify the performance of the specialty contractor. For these purposes, this paper presents a proposed method to evaluate the activities of specialty contractors using a queueing model. As an attempt to verify the model, an actual irregular building project, in which digital fabrication is applied, is investigated during the construction phase. In order to collect the digital fabrication data, digital fabrication reports and specialty contractor's work log of project are reviewed. In addition, Digital Fabrication input personnel, productivity data are collected through interviews with experts involving in the case project. Analysis of specialty contractor's performance in digital fabrication reveals that the wait status of project participants varies probabilistically depending on the digital technology application level. The results of this study are expected to contribute toward the improvement of the production level in the construction industry.

The purpose of this study is to classify government regulations and to present the direction of regulation policy in korean construction industry with focus on subcontract or special contractor. The literature research and type analysis are adopted as research method. And the results of this study are as followed. The study has shown the type of government regulations related with subcontract or specialty contractor in korean construction industry. Also, Having shown the institutional function of the regulations in the market. And the study has presented the approach to reform government regulations in construction industry. First, government must recognize not only economic efficiency but also social equity as equivalent policy values. Second, government must evaluate the benefit and cost of policy group as regulations have changed. Third, government must analysis the functions and effects of regulation reform in comparison with existing regulation.

For decades, the productivity issue has been a primary concern for the all stake-holders who participate in domestic construction industry. Especially, between a whole life cycle of building, the construction phase's productivity problem makes or break the entire project. In this respect, the general construction company, who accept the order and construct the building(so called General Contractor), should consider various strategies, such as schedule management, cost management, quality management, inner-crew management, etc., for the productivity improvement., and almost of these management methods have been studied for a long time. But, the researches and studies about the specialty contractor, who construct the building directly in construction site were not sufficiently complete yet. This research begins as an idea which tries to apply the BIM(Building Information Modeling) into the tasks of Specialty contractors for their productivity improvement. And for the effective application of construction BIM to specialty contractors, establish of the BIM project execution plan for them, not the fragmentary adoption of BIM. Therefore, in this paper, we develop the BIM project execution plan for the reinforced concrete companies who conduct the framework construction which located on CP(Critical Path) Especially, we model the "Construction BIM Use List for the RC Work", "BIM Application Master Process" and "BIM Application Detailed Process", and general contractor who use these BIM uses list and process models can manage various specialty contractors about schedule, cost, earned value, quality, safety and environment management systematically.

건설산업의 지속적 발전과 상생을 위해 일반건설업체와 전문건설업체의 파트너링 형성이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 일반건설업체에서는 협력사와의 상생협력을 위해 다양한 지원활동을 펼치고 있으며, 특히 재무지원이 가장 효과적인 지원으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 전문건설업체와의 상생협력을 위한 일반건설업체의 재무지원 현황 및 특징을 분석하기 위해 사용될 수 있는 분석 기본틀(analysis framework)을 개발하는데 있다.

Specialty contractor facilities, which involve a combination of welding and commissioning, face a high risk of serious accidents such as fire, explosion, and suffocation associated with welding work, nitrogen, and argon use. In such facilities, the organizational safety culture has considerable impact on the frequency of accidents. In this study, a safety culture evaluation was conducted on specialty contractors. NOSACQ-50, a standardized survey method on safety culture, was selected as an assessment tool to evaluate the safety culture in specialized construction companies that could not afford to invest heavily in safety. The self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with 201 workers of four construction companies and the results were analyzed. It was found that in companies with low safety culture, the occurrence of irrationality was 66.0%, while in companies with high safety culture, the occurrence of irrationality was 42.6%. Thus, the difference in the occurrence of irrationality by safety culture was statistically significant. The difference in safety culture level according to the experience of occurrence of irrationality was also significant. It was also found that the higher the belief in safety management authorization, safety responsibilities of managers, worker safety priorities, and safety system effects, the lower the probability of irrationality.

건설보증시장은 건설산업 및 건설시장의 변화에 영향을 받는 후방시장으로서의 특성을 갖고 있다. 최근 종합건설업체와 전문건설업체간의 업역 규제가 폐지되는 등 건설산업 생산체계의 대대적 개편이 추진됨에 따라 건설시장 뿐만 아니라 건설보증시장에도 큰 변화가 예상된다. 건설보증시장에는 현재 업역과 업종을 기반으로 구분된 종합·전문·기계설비의 3개 공제조합이 운영되고 있다. 업역이 폐지되고 나면 3개 공제조합 간 경쟁구조가 형성되는 등 건설보증시장에 여러 영향을 미칠 것이고, 따라서 시장 변화에 따라 건설보증기관의 역할에도 변화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 건설산업 생산체계 개편이 건설보증시장에 불러올 변화를 분석·예측하고, 건설보증시장에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하였다. '건설산업 생산체계 개편안'과 건설보증 관련 법령 및 제도· 정책, 건설 보증기관 관련 통계자료를 검토하여 건설보증시장의 현황을 파악하고, 3개 공제 조합원을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 시장 참여자의 보증기관 이용 행태를 분석하였다. 생산체계 개편 후 보증시장 변화를 살펴보면, 기계설비 조합원의 타 보증기관 이용 의향이 가장 높으며, 종합과 전문 조합원은 경쟁 확대에도 불구하고 기존 공제조합을 이용, 타 이용기관을 중복으로 이용하는 조합원들이 많을 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구는 건설생산체계 개편에 따른 종합·전문건설사업자 간 상호참여 가능한 시장규모를 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 실제 시장 참여자의 시장진출 의향 및 방식을 분석하여, 향후 건설시장의 변화를 분석하고 예측하였다. 먼저, 종합·전문건설사업자의 업무 내용 연관성, 등록기준 유사성, 종합·전문 상호참여 가능한 시장을 분석을 통하여 종합공사업종과 전문공사업종 간 연계성 비율을 살펴보았다. 선행연구들의 통계자료에 의존한 추정의 한계를 극복하기 위해, 실제 시장 참여자의 시장진출 행태를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 건설 생산체계 개편이 건설시장에 미치는 영향을 보다 구체적으로 분석하기 위하여, 종합·전문건설사업자를 대상으로 상호시장 참여 의향, 참여방식 등에 관하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 종합건설사업자의 52%가 전문시장에 참여 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전문건설사업자의 55.1%가 종합시장에 참여 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 토공사, 철근콘크리트공사, 시설물유지관리, 상하수도설비공사, 실내건축공사업 시장에 참여 의향이 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 공사 규모로는 5억~30억 미만 규모의 사업에 대한 경쟁이 예상된다. 본 연구를 통해 건설산업 생산체계 개편으로 인해 건설업체가 당면하게 되는 주요 환경변화를 이해하고, 이러한 변화에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

고도성장기를 지난 한국경제와 한국기업은 더 큰 도약을 이끌 새로운 패러다임을 고민해야 하는 시점이다. 최근 일반건설업과 전문건설업의 상생이 중요한 화두로 떠오르는 시점에서 상생협력의 특징과 내용 그리고 수준을 평가하는 중요한 과제이다. 본 논문의 목적은 일반건설업체와 전문건설업체간의 상생협력에 대한 수준평가를 위해 활용될 수 있는 상생협력 평가 항목을 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설산업과 타 산업 분야의 상생협력 3개 사례를 중심으로 상생협력평가항목을 개발하고 제안하였다.

전문건설업체의 관리자 및 기술자의 역량에 따라 건설산업 경쟁력과 관련된 기능공 및 임시 근로자의 노동생산성이 좌우된다. 그러므로 건설산업 경쟁력을 향상하기 위해서는 교육 프로그램을 통한 전문건설업체 관리자 및 기술자의 역량강화가 절실히 요구된다. 그러나 전문건설업체의 관리자 및 기술자 교육에 관한 연구는 한정적이거나 수행된 바 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 전문건설업체 종사자 대상 교육의 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 개선방안의 일환으로 수요자 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 개발방향을 마련하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육 프로그램에 관한 광범위한 문헌검토가 이루어졌으며, 현행 전문건설업체 종사자의 교육 현황과 문제점, 그리고 요구사항을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 문헌 및 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 전문건설업체 종사자 맞춤형 교육 프로그램의 개발방향을 교육내용, 방법 및 형태, 시간으로 구분하여 제안하였다.
