다속성 빅데이터로부터 유용한 정보 추출에 관한 연구 - 서울시 1인 가구를 중심으로 - (A Study on Extraction of Useful Information from Big dataset of Multi-attributes - Focus on Single Household in Seoul -)

  • This study proposes a data-mining analysis method for examining variable multi-attribute big-data, which is considered to be more applicable in social science using a Correspondence Analysis of variables obtained by AIC model selection. The proposed method was applied on the Seoul Survey from 2005 to 2010 in order to extract interesting rules or patterns on characteristics of single household. The results found as follows. Firstly, this paper illustrated that the proposed method is efficiently able to apply on a big dataset of huge categorical multi attributes variables. Secondly, as a result of Seoul Survey analysis, it has been found that the more dissatisfied with residential environment the higher tendency of residential mobility in single household. Thirdly, it turned out that there are three types of single households based on the characteristics of their demographic characteristics, and it was different from recognition of home and partner of counselling by the three types of single households. Fourthly, this paper extracted eight significant variables with a spatial aggregated dataset which are highly correlated to the ratio of occupancy of single household in 25 Seoul Municipals, and to conclude, it investigated the relation between spatial distribution of single households and their demographic statistics based on the six divided groups obtained by Cluster Analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is to validate the validity of the methodology for analyzing the space with complex characteristics and to evaluate the existing spatial structure analysis theory. Seven example models are designed and analyzed data of spatial syntax analysis and visibility graph analysis. And analyzed the agent-based model using two analytical methods: the adjacent space and the whole spatial connection. The results of this study are as follows. Based on the analysis of the agent - based model for perfectly freewalking, the validity of the method is verified in terms of predictive ability and effectiveness. Agent-based models can be simulated considering various variables, so realistic predictions will be possible and a new biography of complex systems can be met.

공간적 확률 과정 기반의 수율 정보를 이용한 번인과 신뢰성 검사 정책 (Differential Burn-in and Reliability Screening Policy Using Yield Information Based on Spatial Stochastic Processes)

  • Decisions on reliability screening rules and burn-in policies are determined based on the estimated reliability. The variability in a semiconductor manufacturing process does not only causes quality problems but it also makes reliability estimation more complicated. This study investigates the nonuniformity characteristics of integrated circuit reliability according to defect density distribution within a wafer and between wafers then develops optimal burn-in policy based on the estimated reliability. New reliability estimation model based on yield information is developed using a spatial stochastic process. Spatial defect density variation is reflected in the reliability estimation, and the defect densities of each die location are considered as input variables of the burn-in optimization. Reliability screening and optimal burn-in policy subject to the burn-in cost minimization is examined, and numerical experiments are conducted.

공간회귀분석을 활용한 살인사건 영향요인 분석 (Determinants of Homicide Locations Using Spatial Regression Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 도시 공간적 특성에서 살인사건의 발생 원인을 규명해보고자 한다. 이에 살인사건에 영향을 미치는 도시 공간적 특성요인으로 주택 유형, 인종적 이질성, 거주 불안정성, 인구 과밀화, 상업지역, 청소년과 성인 초기 그리고 노인 인구비율을 선정하였다. 분석자료는 229개 시군구를 대상으로 2016년 국가통계포털, 17개 광역자치단체의 통계연보 등을 활용하여 수집하였으며 공간오차모형(SEM)을 활용한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 공간회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 주택 유형 중 아파트, 인종적 이질성, 거주 불안정성, 인구 과밀화는 유의수준 0.01에서 그리고 주택 유형 중 다세대 주택은 유의수준 0.1에서 살인사건에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 도시 공간적 특성요인으로 확인되었다. 하지만, 주택 유형 중 단독주택과 연립주택, 상업지역, 거주민의 특성인 청소년과 성인 초기 그리고 노인 인구비율은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 선행연구에 비해 확장된 연구모형을 적용함으로써 사회구조적 측면에서 살인사건의 원인에 관한 이해와 설명을 확대하는데 기여하였다. 향후 살인사건의 발생 원인을 사회행태적 측면과 사회구조적 측면을 결합한 후속 연구의 필요성이 적지 않다.

관측망 밀도 변화가 기상변수의 공간분포에 미치는 영향: 2019 강원영동 입체적 공동관측 캠페인 (Effects of Observation Network Density Change on Spatial Distribution of Meteorological Variables: Three-Dimensional Meteorological Observation Project in the Yeongdong Region in 2019)

  • We conducted a study on the impact of observation station density; this was done in order to enable the accurate estimation of spatial meteorological variables. The purpose of this study is to help operate an efficient observation network by examining distributions of temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed in a test area of a three-dimensional meteorological observation project in the Yeongdong region in 2019. For our analysis, we grouped the observation stations as follows: 41 stations (for Step 4), 34 stations (for Step 3), 17 stations (for Step 2), and 10 stations (for Step 1). Grid values were interpolated using the kriging method. We compared the spatial accuracy of the estimated meteorological grid by using station density. The effect of increased observation network density varied and was dependent on meteorological variables and weather conditions. The temperature is sufficient for the current weather observation network (featuring an average distance about 9.30 km between stations), and the relative humidity is sufficient when the average distance between stations is about 5.04 km. However, it is recommended that all observation networks, with an average distance of approximately 4.59 km between stations, be utilized for monitoring wind speed. In addition, this also enables the operation of an effective observation network through the classification of outliers.

스마트폰 사용이 건강한 성인의 보행패턴에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Smart Phone Use on Gait Pattern in Healthy Adults)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 사용이 건강한 성인의 보행패턴에 미치는 영향을 알고자 하였다. 건강한 성인 20명이 본 연구에 동원되었다. 모든 대상자는 보통보행과 스마트폰 보행을 각각 2회씩 수행하였다. 보통보행은 대상자가 선택한 속도로 걸었으며, 스마트폰 보행은 동영상 시청을 하면서 걸었다. 보행 동안 GAITRite 시스템을 이용하여 보행패턴과 관련된 시, 공간적 변수를 확인하였다. 통계분석은 두 보행에 대한 시, 공간적 변수를 비교하기 위하여 대응 표본 t 검정을 이용하였다. 시간적 변수비교에서 스마트폰 보행은 보통보행보다 보행속도, 분속수에서 유의하게 낮았으며(p<.05), 한쪽 다리 지지 시간, 양쪽 다리 지지 시간에서는 유의하게 길었다(p<.05). 공간적 변수 비교에서 스마트폰 보행은 보통보행보다 한 발짝 길이, 한걸음 길이에서 유의하게 짧았으며(p<.05), 보행 시 보간에서는 유의하게 길었다(p<.05). 본 연구의 결과는 보행 동안 스마트폰 사용이 올바른 보행패턴에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 증명한다.

도시특성이 건축물의 탄소배출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 서울시 424개 행정동에 대한 공간회귀분석의 적용 (The Impact of Urban Characteristics on Carbon Emissions of Buildings in Seoul: Application of Spatial Regression Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 건축물에서 발생하는 탄소배출량에 영향을 미치는 도시특성 요인을 분석하였다. 2021년 서울시 에너지정보 플랫폼에서 구득한 건축물에서 사용된 에너지와 탄소배출량을 이용하여 424개 행정동 단위의 분석을 실시하였다. 종로와 강남, 구로와 목동 등지에서 단위 건물면적당 탄소배출량이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 공간시차모형(SLM)을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 건물의 탄소배출량에 영향을 미치는 변수는 건조환경요인의 상업, 교육, 업무, 공업시설 변수와 인구요인의 생활인구, 교통시설 요인의 통행량, 버스노선 수, 지하철역 수, 환경요인의 녹지면적과 하천면적으로 파악되었다.

Approximate estimation of soil moisture from NDVI and Land Surface Temperature over Andong region, Korea

  • Soil moisture is an essential satellite-driven variable for understanding hydrologic, pedologic and geomorphic processes. The European Space Agency (ESA) has endorsed soil moisture as one of Climate Change Initiates (CCI) and had merged multi-satellites over 30 years. The $0.25^{\circ}$ coarse resolution soil moisture satellite data showed correlations with variables of a water stress index, Temperature-Vegetation Dryness Index (TVDI), from a stepwise regression analysis. The ancillary data from TVDI, Land Surface Temperature (LST) and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) from MODIS were inputted to a multi-regression analysis for estimating the surface soil moisture. The estimated soil moisture was validated with in-situ soil moisture data from April, 2012 to March, 2013 at Andong observation sites in South Korea. The soil moisture estimated using satellite-based LST and NDVI showed a good agreement with the observed ground data that this approach is plausible to define spatial distribution of surface soil moisture.

공간능력, 시지각 회상 능력, 학습양식에 따른 지구와 달의 운동 개념 (Concepts on Motion of Earth and Moon to Spatial Ability, Visual-Perception-Recall Ability, Learning Styles)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among spatial ability, learning styles, visual-perception- recall abiltiy, and the conceptual construction of the earth and moon's motion. Four paper-and-pencil tests were used to measure students' cognitive variables. Spatial ability was measured by Spatial Visualization Test, visual-perception-recall ability was measured by Rey's Figure which also have used to test visual- perception-recall ability of right-temporal lobes, and VVT were used to investigate students' learning styles. further, the test of concept construction was consisted of 15 items about the earth and moon's motion developed by researcher One hundred and twenty-seven 6th-, one hundred and sixteen 7th-, eighty-seven 9th-grade, ninety-three college students were participated in the investigation of the effects of age and learning style on conceptual construction. In the analysis of students' performances, spatial ability, visual-perception-recall ability, and conceptual achievement showed an increasing pattern with grading. In addition, visual learner's conceptual achievement showed a significantly higher score on conceptual test than verbal learner's(p<0.05). The results of the present study supported tile hypothesis that learning styles would differently influence to learning atmospheric concepts by students'learning styles. This study also indicated to be considered the students' spatial ability in learning atmospheric concepts.

Characterization of Al2O3 Thin Film Encasulation by Plasma Assisted Spatial ALD Process for Organic Light Emitting Diodes

  • Organic light emitting diode (OLED) is considered as the next generation flat panel displays due to its advantages of low power consumption, fast response time, broad viewing angle and flexibility. For the flexible application, it is essential to develop thin film encapsulation (TFE) to protect oxidation of organic materials from oxidative species such as oxygen and water vapor [1]. In many TFE research, the inorganic film by atomic layer deposition (ALD) process demonstrated a good barrier property. However, extremely low throughput of ALD process is considered as a major weakness for industrial application. Recently, there has been developed a high throughput ALD, called 'spatial ALD' [2]. In spatial ALD, the precursors and reactant gases are supplied continuously in same chamber, but they are separated physically using a purge gas streams to prevent mixing of the precursors and reactant gases. In this study, the $Al_2O_3$ thin film was deposited by spatial ALD process. We characterized various process variables in the spatial ALD such as temperature, scanning speed, and chemical compositions. Water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) was determined by calcium resistance test and less than $10-^3g/m^2{\cdot}day$ was achieved. The samples were analyzed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM).
