Phylogenetic relationships of Hypsizygus mamoreus and Lyophyllum decastes artificial cultivated using ITS sequences and RAPD polymorphism have been analyzed. Based on ITS region sequences of 14 strains, we could divide into 2 group as group1 to Hypsizygus mamoreus and the control isolated group2 to Lyophyllum decastes were identified as the same species. Restrict analysis of rDNA ITS region which was amplified by PCR, 14 collected strains could be classified into 4 clusters. There was approximately 58% genetic similarity between cluster I(SPA 100, 101, 102) and cluster II(SPA 200, 208 and SPA 201, 202), 41% between cluster III(SPA 104, 103, 203) and cluster IV(SPA 204, 206, 207, 205) by BLAST analysis. RAPD polymorphisms were used to analyze the species diversity of artificially cultivated Lyophyllum decastes SPA 202. As a result, similarity between SPA 202 and SPA 203 was 75%, at the same time, similarity between SPA 202 and Pleurotus eryngii SPA 103 and SPA 104 was 65%.

Purpose - This study investigates the effect of visual merchandising display (VMD) of local specialty retailer of private label apparel (SPA) brands, such as space, display, and presentation on brand awareness, brand image, and purchase intention. It investigates consumers' VMD awareness and purchase intention of SPA brands to help business activities of local SPA enterprises. Research designs, data, methodology - This study uses SPSS 18.0 to study eight local SPA brands and has 193 effective usable copies from a sample of 200. Results - The display and presentation of VMDs of SPA brands had a positive influence on brand awareness and brand image, which in turn had a positive influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - As SPA brands are increasingly located in supercenters, they face space constraints and find it difficult to display their facade and signs effectively. Therefore, decisions pertaining to display, presentation, and space should consider whether these SPA brands are launched as independent specialty shops or in supercenters. The space for VMD is considered important in independent shops. However, shops that open in supercenters should pay more attention to presentation rather than space.

The main reason of environmental pollution and destruction due to an indiscreet development of spa is the law of spa in use. According to the law of spa, the water of spa is ordained not mineral component and its efficacy but water temperature of over $25^{\circ}C$. Therefore this research was to analyze the differences between traditional spa and newly-established spa based on heat flow, geological rock, and fault relating to spa in order to call attention to a revision of the law of spa. According to the results, the location of the traditional spas was in accord with places which are Pohang, Bugok, Dongrae and Haeundae-gu of Busan, Uljin, Chungju, Usung-gu of Daejeon, Yesan, Asan, and Ichon. The heat flow of these places is over 67mW/m2 that is an average of South Korea. Relating to a fault, 92.3% of the traditional spas concurs with a fault and 33.5% of newly-established spa is in accord with a fault. 58.2% of the traditional spas and 42.7% of the newly-established spa are consistent with the granite.

This study aims to examine the impact of visitor's satisfaction on revisit and recommend intention to other in Onyang spa destination. These analyses is based on the Visitors' Survey and, the survey conducted in Onyang Spa Destination in Chung Cheong Province. The results of factor analysis shows: First, six factors are extracted for the attributes of choice towards spa destinations: facilities of the spa, accessibility, water quality of the spa and surrounding areas, costs and prices, hospitality and shopping opportunities, and tourism space. Second, visitor satisfaction is effected by the following factors; facilities of the spa, accessibility, water quality of the spa and surrounding areas, and tourism space. Lastly, the overall visitor satisfaction with the spa destination positively affected visitor loyalty, that is, their intention to revisit the place and recommend it to others.

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of addition of sodium polyacrylate (SPA) to a phytasesupplemented diet on the performance and phosphorus (P) retention of chicks. In experiment 1, chicks were randomly allocated to four dietary treatments which were fed from 7 to 21 days of age: i) basal diet (low nonphytate phosphorus (0.23% NPP)); ii) basal with 250 U/kg diet of phytase; iii) as (ii) with 2.5 g/kg diet of SPA; and iv) as (ii) with 5.0 g/kg diet of SPA. In experiment 2, three replicates, each with three chicks, were fed from 7 to 28 days of age the basal diet (0.23% NPP) with supplementation of phytase (0, 300, 600, 900 U/kg diet) and SPA (0, 2.5 g/kg diet) in a $4{\times}2$ factorial arrangement. In Experiment 1, feed efficiency was improved and excreted P was 10% less with phytase supplementation. However, the addition of SPA did not affect performance or P excretion. Dietary SPA supplementation to the diets showed significantly higher amounts of P retention, and highest values were observed in chicks fed 2.5 g/kg of the SPA-supplemented diet. In Experiment 2, feed efficiency was improved with phytase supplementation, and the addition of SPA showed significant improvement in feed efficiency. Excreted P was significantly lower in chicks fed SPA-supplemented diets, and the retained P coefficient improved with SPA supplementation. In conclusion, the increased transit time of digesta with suitable supplementation levels of SPA may allow phytase activity to be more effective in the degradation of phytate, and improve P retention.

The purpose of this study was to give help for more activation to the area of spa industry appropriate to the emotion of our country based on the spa of recognition of massage specialist. Aroma Essencial oil bath was the first favorite of the customers when they're going to have bath in Hydro-therapy or with some other material in their bathtub according to the general results of the previous study. The most high voice of discontent of customers was the high price and the main customer's ages on the spa-therapy were the ages 30s and 40s. The method for activation for future spa-therapy were showed as the better facilities and advertising, reasonable price, systematic education programs, professionalists as an order. The proper care hours for spa-therapy that customers like most was 1:30-2:30 and the resonable price of one time care of that was shown as 100,000-200,000 won. The priority actions for the competition with foreigners on this area of spa-therapy will be the various and nation-wide advertisement of the effectiveness on spa-therapy to the customers to use easily and to be made being generalized on their lives. And the our inland spa-therapy must have main position at the center of cities, the various programs to satisfy the Korean traditional culture of them should be studied and introduced. And at that time future inland spa-therapy industry will have power for the competitions with similar foreign industries.

In this paper we suggest method for scalar recoding which is both secure against SPA and DPA. Suggested method is countermeasure to power analysis attack through scalar recoding using negative expression. Suggested method ensures safety of SPA by recoding the operation to apply same pattern to each digit. Also, by generating the random recoding output according to random number, safety of DPA is ensured. We also implement precomputation table and modified scalar addition algorithm for addition to protect against SPA that targets digit's sign. Since suggested method itself can ensure safety to both SPA and DPA, it is more effective and efficient. Through suggested method, compared to previous scalar recoding that ensures safety to SPA and DPA, operation efficiency is increased by 11%.

Estrogen withdrawal in post-menopausal women leads to overactivation of osteoclasts, which contributes to the development of osteoporosis. Inflammatory cytokines are known as one of mechanisms of osteoclast activation after estrogen deficiency. SPA0355 is a thiourea derivative that has been investigated for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. However, its efficacy in bone resorption has not been previously investigated. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of SPA0355 on the development of osteoporosis and to explore its mode of action. In vitro experiments showed that SPA0355 inhibited receptor activator of $NF-{\kappa}B$ ligand (RANKL)-induced osteoclastogenesis in primary bone marrow-derived macrophages. This effect appears to be independent of estrogen receptor activation as ICI 180,782 failed to abrogate its effects on osteoclasts. Further signaling studies revealed that SPA0355 suppressed activation of the MAPKs, Akt, and $NF-{\kappa}B$ pathways. SPA0355 also increased osteoblastic differentiation, as evidenced by its effects on alkaline phosphatase activity and mineralization nodule formation. Intraperitoneal administration of SPA0355 to ovariectomized mice prevented bone loss, as verified by three-dimensional images and bone morphometric parameters derived from ${\mu}CT$ analysis. Noticeably, SPA0355 did not show hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity and also had little effect on hematological parameters. Taken together, the results indicate that SPA0355 may protect against bone loss in ovariectomized mice by stimulation of osteoblast differentiation and by inhibition of osteoclast resorption. Therefore, SPA0355 is a safe and potential candidate for management of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

본 논문에서는 광범위 Community Computing 환경에서의 Community Computing Network의 에너지 효율과 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 수정된 SPaC(Simple Packet Combining)를 제안한다. 제안하는 수정된 SPaC는 같은 패킷을 두 개 이상의 오류가 있는 패킷을 이용하여 에러를 복구하는 기존의 SPaC를 수정하여 특정 threshold 값을 사용하여 감청 시 CPU의 처리량을 줄이고 패리티 패킷을 이용하여 높은 신뢰성과 보다 향상된 에너지 효율을 가진다.

Settled lifestyle as important to health and healing to medical tourism and wellness tourism in the 21st century has emerged as the best promising service industry. Jeju Island has a variety of local resources, and the directions was considered to spa industry promotion application it. Jeju Island has a variety of local resources which can be used for spa industry promotion. Jeju Island's beautiful natural environment, mineral resources, water resources, biological resources, agricultural products, traditional folk remedies available in Jeju's spa treatments. Using the local resources of Jeju, 'Jeju specialized spa treatments' can develop of 12 kinds of spa treatments. Namely, thalssotherapy, stone therapy, black sand poultice, hot-floored therapy using volcanic soil, thalassotherapy, drinking therapy, hydrotherapy, herbal/medicinal plants poultice, forest therapy, Spa cuisine, facial beauty, diet therapy. 12 kinds of Jeju specialized spa treatments development and service to the local resources of basic research on the physical and chemical characteristics, product development, clinical trials, efficacy studies should precede. In addition, customized spa services programs should be developed considering the propensity of customers, customer needs, and a spa type. And standardized program of spa services and need a manual painter. Medical tourism and wellness tourism in conjunction with efforts to be considered in order to increase the competitiveness of the spa industry in Jeju.
