In the oriental medicine rhinopathy had been described since Hwangjenaekyung and from earlier period rhinopathy was closely related with lung and lung meridian. So we investigated about 20 oriental medical texts of china which regarded important in medical history. We made a historical study about rhinopathy according to these books and obtained the next conclusion. At first rhinopathy was recognized just one symptom, reduced by some disease, but from Song(宋) dynasty it was understood one part of disease which is in the category of rhinopathy. Name of classified rhinopathy was plentiful as time goes by.

Recently China has carried out a successful anti-satellite missile test at more than 850km altitude January 11 destroying an aging Chinese weather satellite target with a kinetic kill vehicle launched on board a ballistic missile. Korea has developed scientific and commercial satellites and sounding rockets from 1990s. As the fear of the militarisation of space becomes the reality, we need to consider the safety of our space assets from the perspectives of design, operation, and policy. In this paper we study on the general meanings and impacts of Chinese anti-satellite missile test and the measure to protect our space assets from the points of the design, operation and policy.

The opossum shrimp, Siriella Dana, 1850 belongs to the family Mysidae Haworth, 1825. It is the genus of an enormous number of species with frequent morphological variations comprising 84 valid species to date. Among the species, Siriella trispina Ii, 1964 has been recorded from the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea is reported from Korean water for the first time. Siriella trispina is characterized by its exceedingly elongated 5th pair of thoracopods, the spines on the inner ventral margin of the uropodal endopod armed with secondary spinules, and 4-5 pairs of spines on the base of the telson. In the present study, we describe Korean specimens of the species in detail with photographs and illustrations. Siriella trispina is the 8th Siriella species found in Korean fauna.

Cleantioides planicauda (Benedict, 1899) has previously been recorded in China and Japan. In the present study, to our knowledge, we report for the first time the occurrence of this species in South Korea. Here, we provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of the diagnostic characteristics of C. planicauda. Further, for the first time, we determined the partial sequence of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) gene of C. planicauda for molecular characteristic. Additionally, we provide a key to the Korean species and distribution of the genus Cleantioides. As a result of this study, four species of the genus Cleantioides, including C. planicauda, have now been recorded in South Korea.

중국 장홍화는 해발 1500m~3000m에 자생하는 고원식물이다. 장홍화에 함유되어 있는 크로신은 암세포를 파괴시키어 종양세포를 줄이는 작용을 하며, 카로티노이드 성분이 항산화 활성과 면역을 증진시키어 항암효과를 가져다 준다. 또한 다량의 칼륨을 함유하고 있어서 나트륨배출에 효과적이어서 혈압을 떨어뜨리는 작용을 한다. 중국 홍경천은 극한의 생육환경으로 고산병 예방, 피로회복, 작업능력향상, 운동능력향상과 세균의 저항력향상, 진정작용과 강심작용, 조혈작용, 항산화작용등이 신경전달물질의 활동을 증진시키어서 스트레스 해소와 치매 및 인지력을 높여준다고 알려져 있다. 본 실험에서는 홍경천과 장홍화 혼합추출액의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 항산화 물질 활성을 조사했던 바, 홍경천과 장홍화 혼합추출액에서 양호한 반응을 보였다. 또한 에탄올 추출물과 메탄올 추출물 처리구에서도 매우 양호한 항산화 반응을 나타내었다.

중국(中國) 장홍화(藏紅花)는 해발 1500m~3000m에 자생하는 고원식물이다. 장홍화는 여성질환예방과 두뇌의 신경안정, 호르몬분비 촉진, 학습증진과 기억력향상에 의한 알츠하이머 치료의 효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 함유되어 있는 크로신은 암세포를 파괴시키어 종양세포를 줄이는 작용을 하며, 카로티노이드 성분이 항산화 활성과 면역을 증진시키어 항암효과를 가져다 준다. 또한 다량의 칼륨을 함유하고 있어서 나트륨배출에 효과적이어서 혈압을 떨어뜨리는 작용을 한다. 또한 신경전달물질의 활동을 증진시키어서 스트레스 해소와 치매 및 인지력을 높여준다고도 알려져 있다. 본 실험에서는 장홍화(藏紅花)추출액의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 항산화 물질 활성을 조사했던 바, 장홍화(藏紅花) 메탄올과 에탄올추출액에서 항산화 반응이 매우 양호하였다. 또한 총 폴리페놀 함량도 에탄올 추출물과 메탄올 추출물 처리구에서도 비슷한 결과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과들로 미루어 볼 때 장홍화(藏紅花)의 추출액은 건강음료와 화장품의 기능성원료로도 이용이 가능할 것으로 추측되었다.

Objective : In "Suwen" annotated by Wangbing at Tang dynasty of China, there are many books that he quoted. "Zhenjing" is one of them. "Zhenjing" has been known as another name of "Lingshu". However, in Wangbing's annotations, "Zhenjing" and "Lingshu" are shown as quotation books. Method : "Zhenjing" and "Lingshu" are compared. Result : 2 quotations of "Zhenjing" out of 32 quotations are from "Suwen" instead of "Lingshu", 3 quotations are not related with "Lingshu", 3 quotations are similar with "Lingshu" and rest of them could be from "Lingshu". Conclusion : It is supposed that several types of "Lingshu" could be existed when Wangbing wrote annotated "Suwen".

We arrange Korean ancient calendar with Solar calendar during Choseon Dynasty(A.D. 1392-1910). In this period, we have one representable history books and several books, and most of information for date are found from them, ChoseonWangjosillok(조선왕조실록) and Jeungbomunheonbigo(증보문헌비고), etc. In those books many astronomical data and calendar information data are contained, so we can make chronological tables. Most of the data are arranged based on those several books, and for doubtable data are identified from eclipse, historical events and lunar phase calculations etc. We find that arranged chronological tables during Choseon Dynasty are similar to that of China and somewhat different from that of Japan. In addition we summarize all misrecorded date data in ChoseonWangjosillok

This paper deals with second order differential equations with different deviated arguments ${\alpha}$(t) and ${\beta}$(t, ${\mu}$(t)). We investigate the existence of solutions of such problems with nonlinear mixed boundary conditions. To obtain corresponding results we apply the monotone iterative technique and the lower-upper solutions method. Two examples demonstrate the application of our results.

In this paper, we propose a class of meshless collocation approaches for the solution of time dependent partial differential algebraic equations (PDAEs) in terms of a radial basis function interpolation numerical scheme. Kansa's method and the Hermite collocation method (HCM) for PDAEs are given. A sensitivity analysis of the solutions from different shape parameter c is obtained by numerical experiments. With use of the random collocation points, we have obtain the more accurate solution by the methods than those by the finite difference method for the PDAEs with index-2, i.e, we avoid the influence from an index jump of PDAEs in some degree. Several numerical experiments show that the methods are efficient.
