본 논문에서는 글로벌 IT 업계의 현실적인 대안으로 부상하고 있는 분산 스크럼 전략과 최적화된 애자일 기법을 사용하여 애자일 소프트웨어 분산 개발 프레임워크(AFDSD)를 제안하였다. AFDSD를 미국 야후사의 카멜레온 프로젝트에 실제 적용하고 종합적인 평가를 수행한 결과, 그 성능과 만족도가 30% 이상 향상되었다. 또한, 개발 조직의 애자일 도입 수준 평가, 프로세스와 프랙티스의 민첩도 산출, 애자일 프로젝트 성공도 산출 및 이전 버전과의 생산성과 품질 비교를 수행함으로써 애자일 프로젝트에 대한 새로운 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 실제 성공적인 적용사례를 통해 그 효율성이 검증된 분산 애자일 전략을 반영한 소프트웨어 개발 및 평가 모델을 제공함으로써 일반 업체들이 각자의 프로젝트 환경에 맞게 변형하여 손쉽게 적용 가능하도록 하는 것이다.

The management of mega construction projects which incorporate a large number of stakeholders, technologies, data, work culture etc., is cumbersome. The experts in the construction arena advocate that interface management serves as a precise tool in resolving these conflict points due to the intricate nature of the construction projects. Interface management is a current trending management practice in the construction industry which is also a beneficiary to mega/fast track projects in enhancing the project performance. The main objective of this study is to validate a model for assessing the relationships among interface management, IT applications, project performance & project benefits. The mediating effect of interface management in relationship between project performance & interfacial factors was also investigated. The research model was validated using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling) approach. Data were collected from clients, contractors, consultants in large scale projects through questionnaire survey and smart-PLS software was used to analyse the conceptual model. The research model comprises eleven hypothesis and the significance of these hypothesis were tested using T- statistics values. The research implies that people/participants factor is greatly influenced by interface management with the path coefficient of 0.608 and also enhancement of project's schedule performance due to the interface management is strongly appealing (Path coefficient = 0.711). The results also reveal IT application is significantly associated with interface management practice (Path coefficient =0.723) and also the effect of IT application on project performance (schedule, cost, quality & safety) is successfully mediated through interface management practice. The practical application of this validated model was done through case study. The case study aims at measuring the impact of interface management on interfacial factors and role of interface management in improving the project performance in the construction organisations.

본 연구에서는 지속적인 증가 및 확대 추세에 있으나 여전히 많은 실패를 겪고 있는 SDO(Software Development Outsourcing) 프로젝트의 성과 향상을 위해 SDO 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. SDO는 본질적으로 관계측면의 위험과 성과측면의 위험이 복합적으로 혼재되어 나타나는 바, 복합적인 위험요인으로 인해 SDO 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 선행연구를 통해 도출하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 SDO 경험이 있는 고객사의 정보시스템 인력을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시하여 214개의 설문을 수집, 분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, SDO의 성과에는 벤더의 힘과 고객사 요구사항의 불변성, 목표의 명확성 그리고 목표의 일치 정도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 벤더의 지식과 고객사 지식은 모두 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 SDO의 실패를 낮추고 성공 가능성을 높이는 데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study presents a R&D performance monitoring system (RDMS) that is applicable for managing nuclear program in KAERI. The prime goal of RDMS is to furnish project manager with reliable and accurate information on status of progress, performance and resource allocation, and attain traceability and visibility of project implementation for effective project management. In this study, the work breakdown structure (WBS) as the governing factor for integration of scope, schedule, resource data was derived, and the above parameters were loaded personal computer. A RDMS is comprised of about 12,000 R&D activities of the 16 goverment-led projects. The Primavera software was used to monitor the progress, evaluate the performance and analyze the resource distribution to activities.

프로젝트 관리의 목표는 프로젝트를 성공하기 위함이다. 그러나 프로젝트 수행 결과가 성공이라고 명확히 판단할 수 있는가? 또한 판단 결과에 고객과 개발자 모두 동의하는가? 성공과 실패에 대한 정의와 판단 척도들에 대해 다양하게 제시되고 있으나 명확한 분류 기준이 없다. 본 논문은 개발 성공을 결정하기 위한 판단척도들을 살펴보고, 프로젝트의 성공과 실패에 대해 재정의한다. 이러한 정의에 의해 프로젝트 수행 결과를 판단하는 척도와 기준을 제시한다. 제시된 판단 척도와 기준을 적용할 경우, 성공과 실패를 분류하는데 고객과 개발자간의 불협화음을 줄일 수 있을 것이다.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a theoretically sound framework for performance analysis that offers many advantages over traditional methods such as performance ratios and regression analysis. Largely the result of multidisciplinary research during the last three decades in economics, engineering and management, DEA is best described as an effective new way of visualizing and analyzing performance data. Besides, overseas information technology companies have aggressively tried to enter the domestic market. In the age of globalization and high competition, it is imperative that the system integration (SI) companies need to introduce the performance evaluation models of SI projects, including Capability Maturity Model and Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination, to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, it makes our research regarding evaluation of SI projects very opportune. The purpose of the study is not only to evaluate efficiency of each project by DEA but also to gain insight into various factors such as project complexity, team members' man-months structure, and process index(project management index) that link to the projects performance.

A prompter software is used, behind the camera, to scroll the script for a TV narrator. So far it has been manually operated by an assistant, who scrolls the caption following narrator's speech. Automating this procedure using a speech recognition technology has been investigated in this project. The developed auto-scrolling software was tested in offline and online, which shows performance good enough to replace an existing prompter software. This paper describes the whole development process and concerns to be cared.

The purpose of this study is to find what causes make public projects hold off, going beyond the planned deadline and budget. Using System Dynamics(SD) and their derivative Urban Dynamics(UD) models, it intends to analyze major feedback loops based on VENSIM and to simulate them with STELLA software, all of which are interrelated with various causes of project delay. To prevent or ameliorate project delay, first of all it advises to focus on endogenous delaying factors not exogenous ones. These factors either reinforce or balance certain loops in complex causal structure, In the case example on the Cremation Building Project in Cheongju, Residents’ participation demand make negotiation put off and delayed negotiation reinforces administrative-expediency planning in order to observe a time limit, on the other hand, once building consensus, it increase both the level of planning performance and public trust. In the meantime, the real planning process used to neglect residents opinions and manage public grievance only through compensation, he a result of simulation, visible fruit of negotiation in the initial phase seems to be not satisfactory owing to funds and time consumed, but after reaching an mutual agreement among stakeholders, planning performance is effective and strategic than administrative-expediency planning viewed in both financial and time angle. It proposes to devise specific tools schematizing project implementation. In order to upgrade the quality of project management, it recommends for planners to adopt key concepts based on SD/UD diagrams and causal loops, which would contribute to enriching Planning abbots.

최근 건설 프로젝트가 대형화 및 복잡화됨에 따라 다수의 하도급업체들이 참여하는 형태로 진행되고 있다. 특히 하도급업체들이 자체 자원을 운용하여 공사를 수행함에 따라, 기존의 원 도급업체가 주도하는 중앙집중식 조정방식은 실효성이 저하되고 있다. 하도급업체의 자원수급이 건설공사의 공정과 일치하지 않을 경우 해당업체의 공사가 지연될 뿐만 아니라, 다른 하도급업체의 공사들과 더 나아가 건설공사의 지연을 초래한다. 이에 따라, 관련 하도급업체들이 해당 공사에 공정변경이 생길 경우에 이에 맞추어 건설공사 공정을 조정하는 새로운 건설공사 공정변경의 분산조정에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 연구자는 건설공사 공정변경의 분산조정방식 및 이를 위한 소프트웨어 에이전트를 이용한 보상협의 방법을 정의하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 건설공사 주체인 하도급업체의 자원수급의 효율성을 향상시키는 데 필요한 방법을 정의하고, 구현하고, 검증함으로서 하도급업체의 이윤추구 및 건설공사의 성공적인 수행을 함께 달성할 수 있도록 한다.

일반적으로 프로젝트 감리는 프로젝트 관리 점검 항목을 기반으로 정보 시스템 프로젝트의 관리 활동을 검토하고 문제점을 지적하여 개선 사항을 반영하게 함으로써 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 관련 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 프로젝트 수행 조직은 프로세스 기반의 조직 성숙도 모델들을 적용하여 프로젝트를 관리하고 있다. 그러나, 실제 프로젝트 수행 단계에서는 기대 만큼 효과가 크지 않다. 본 논문에서는, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 프로젝트감리검토항목을 조직 성숙도 모델 설문 항목과 연계하여 조직 성숙도 평가 모델을 설계함으로써 감리 결과뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 전이나 이후에도 평가를 가능하게 하여 프로젝트 발주기관 및 개발 기관의 프로젝트 평가와 프로젝트 수행에 대한 조직 수준의 평가를 통해 프로젝트 수행 역량 개선이 가능한 모델을 제시하였다.
