A Novel Black Box Approach For Component Adaptation Technique

  • There are several ways to improve software performance by using existing software. So, the developments of some programs are the most promising ways. However, traditional part programming studies usually assume that the components are recycled "as is". Existing models of component objects only provide limited support for partial adjustments, namely white box technologies ( copy-paste & inheritance) and the black-box methods (such as mixing and encapsulation). These technologies have problems related to recovery, efficiency, implementation of indirect costs, or their own problems. This paper suggests as JALTREE, The Black Box adaptation technology, which allows us for the implementation of previous components, but we need configurable the interface types, for measuring the adaptability. In this article we discussed the types of adjustments including component interfaces and component composition. An example of customizing JALTREE and component can be illustrated in several examples

로봇 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 실행 모니터링/효율적인 데이터 관리방안 (Health Monitoring and Efficient Data Management Method for the Robot Software Components)

  • As robotics systems are becoming more complex there is the need to promote component based robot development, where systems can be constructed as the composition and integration of reusable building block. One of the most important challenges facing component based robot development is safeguarding against software component failures and malfunctions. The health monitoring of the robot software is most fundamental factors not only to manage system at runtime but also to analysis information of software component in design phase of the robot application. And also as a lot of monitoring events are occurred during the execution of the robot software components, a simple data treatment and efficient memory management method is required. In this paper, we propose an efficient events monitoring and data management method by modeling robot software component and monitoring factors based on robot software framework. The monitoring factors, such as component execution runtime exception, Input/Output data, execution time, checkpoint-rollback are deduced and the detail monitoring events are defined. Furthermore, we define event record and monitor record pool suitable for robot software components and propose a efficient data management method. To verify the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed approach, a monitoring module and user interface has been implemented using OPRoS robot software framework. The proposed monitoring module can be used as monitoring tool to analysis the software components in robot design phase and plugged into self-healing system to monitor the system health status at runtime in robot systems.

자바 프로그램의 재사용을 위한 자바 빈즈 컴포넌트의 추출 및 명세화 기법 (Extraction and Specification Technique of Java Components for Reuse of Java Programs)

  • An important technical issue in recent software development is to make needed software by the composition of components that are assemblable, and configurable, and independently extracted. The main advantage of component-based software development is reducing development time and cost. It is more cost-effective in development time to use components that are already developed than developing from scratch. There are two ways of component-based software development: one is to compose self-developed components, and the other is to by the components developed by third-parties and compose them. In the second case, existing non component programs must can be used for reuse in the component development. In this paper, we approach two methods for increase of reusability of Java program. First, we suggest the technique of extracting the elements suitable for the Beans component model from Java program, and then we show a process and a guideline of converting the extract elements into the Beans component model. Second, we suggest a technique of automatically extracting component information from the Java Beans component, expressing them in XML, its is possible to reuse the efficient component environment.

컴포넌트 명세기반의 GPS 애플리케이션 개발 프로세스 (Component Specification-based GPS Applications Development Process)

  • GIS have expanded the use-range to the various application area with the advantage of interface environment, the various geographical operation. topological analysis by the friendly user. Early GIS software was developed as monolithic tool in which all functions packed in the same software. But, these GIS software have the problems of the high cost of constructing system, closely related system architecture and the reusability. And there is a lack of interoperability between them because most of them have their own unique data format according to their practical application fields. So Component is a unit that it is cohesive software package which is able to be developed and arranged independently and connected with another component for necessary system composition. In this paper, we analyze the requirements for component design and component specifications based on the extracted components. Commonly used to extract components from the requirements of the GPS component-based development process is presented. These components extracted by the process can be used to assemble components only. In particular, applications for developers to add features specific case without affecting the other components that can be modify the component.

  • Workflow composition and management is a crucial part of Component Based Development (CBD). Workflows can be composed reusing existing workflows to improve efficiency during the various stages of software development process. Reusability of software process activities is improved by using existing workflows. This paper proposes a Workflow Composition Engine that generates workflow which consists of existing process activities and describes design of The Workflow Composition Engine. A prototype of the Workflow Composition Engine implemented is described.

트리 컴포넌트 모델 : 하이브리드 메시지 전달을 사용한 컴포넌트 조합 (Tree Component Model : Component Composition with Hybrid Message Passing)

  • 최근 컴포넌트 간의 약 결합을 지원하는 Exogenous 커넥터 기반의 컴포넌트 모델이 제안되었다. 이 모델은 커넥터에서 메소드 호출의 시작과 결과를 관리하여 제어와 계산을 분리한다. 하지만 컴포넌트 사이의 연결 계층과 커넥터 수가 증가 할수록 시스템을 구성하는 객체의 수가 크게 증가하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 직접 메시지 전달과 간접 메시지 전달이 혼합된 하이브리드 메시지 전달을 사용한 트리 컴포넌트 모델을 제안한다. 이는 컴포넌트를 인터페이스들로 랩핑하여 모든 제어가 계산과 분리되어 인터페이스 레퍼런스를 통해서만 이루어진다. 이렇게 연결된 컴포넌트 사이의 조합은 항상 트리 구조를 이루는 특징이 있다. 아울러 구현 예와 비교 평가를 통해 트리 컴포넌트 모델이 실용적으로 적용 가능하고 시스템의 구성과 메시지 전달을 중재하는 객체 수의 감소를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • CBD를 지원하는 소프트웨어 개발기법이 최근 많은 관심과 함께 도입되면서 이를 효과적으로 운용할 수 있는 아키텍처기반의 조립 및 활용분야가 활발히 연구되고 있다. 특히, C2 아키텍처는 GUI를 지원하기 위한 메시지방식의 컴포넌트 조합기법이라는 점에서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 그러나, 컴포넌트들의 계층적인 순차성과 메소드 호출방식의 서버컴포넌트의 경우 이를 적용하려면 컴포넌트의 수정이 불가피하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 C2아키텍처에서 일부 변형하여 메시지핸들링부분을 컴포넌트와 커넥터가 아닌 메시지 자체에 둠으로써 메소드 호출방식이라도 컴포넌트의 수정이 필요 없이 조합 및 운용할 수 있는 Plug-and-Play를 지원하도록 하였다. 또한, 계층적인 순차성을 갖지 않고 메시지를 사이에 둔 컴포넌트들의 병렬성을 갖도록 하여 보다 자유로운 메시지 핸들링이 가능하도록 하였다.

3 레벨 관점의 서비스 타입의 분류 및 정의 방법 (3 Leveled Viewed Classification and Definition of Service Type for SOA)

  • SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) can be a technique to make compassable software from mapping business service to software component. To support effective SOA, it is important that services have to be defined or classified more independently for dynamic and reusable composition. Several methods have been issued but no ways to defined service granularities, service type or service unit. In this paper we introduce 3 level views, service level, service granularity to reuse effectively. And, we suggest service definition guidelines using them.

  • GIS provides the various analyzing and displaying using diverse spatial data have supported the powerful functionality and friendly user-interface. But, early GIS software is developed as package tool, it have many difficulties with reducing the cost of developing GPS application and satisfying the various user requirements. At present, the developed GPS applications across multiple domains, despite the common features are built separately for each domain in terms of software engineering development followed out waste of time and money expenditure. However, common features between GPS applications, if deployed as a component assembly and reuse components in terms of enabling the two kinds of component-based development can bring out the beneficial results. In this paper, we described the Analysis and design of GPS ApplicationsS based on Component. Each GPS component is composed of many objects accomplish the atomic service processing and cooperate with each other. And, GPS components meets the qualifications of thc low cost of developing GPS application because of the reusability and re-composition.

  • This paper explores how to characterise security properties of software components, and how to reason about their suitability for a trustworthy compositional contract. Our framework provides an explicit opportunity for software composers as well as software components to test a priori security properties of software components in a system composition. The proposed framework uses logic programming as a tool to represent security properties of atomic components and reason about their compositional matching with other components.
