SNS 정치참여에 관한 연구가 가장 많이 다룬 주제는 정치참여 효과, 선거캠페인, 그리고 공론장의 문제였다. 정치참여 효과에 대해서는 SNS 이용자의 정치참여의 특성, SNS가 정치참여에 미치는 변화 정도, 적극적 SNS 정치 참여 집단, 그리고 젊은 층의 정치참여에 미치는 영향 등에 관해서 연구가 진행되었다. 선거 부문에서는 투표율 제고 효과, 투표 행태에 미치는 영향, 선거결과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 정책선거의 가능성 등의 쟁점이 있었다. 끝으로 공론장에 관한 연구는 SNS 정보의 질적 평가와 사회파편화 현상이 주로 논의 되었다. 세 가지 주제 전체에 걸쳐 공통적으로 관찰되는 현상은 거의 모든 쟁점에 대해서 서로 상반되는 주장과 연구결과가 나타난다는 점이다. 이러한 상반된 연구결과는 현실정치 변수가 충분히 고려되지 않은 점과 연구대상과 변수를 엄밀하게 규정하고 설계하지 못한 점에서 비롯될 가능성이 크다. 향후 국가 간 비교연구를 통해 현실정치 맥락을 풍부하게 반영하고, 독립변수를 좀 더 세밀하고 구분한다면 SNS 정치참여에 대한 보다 정확한 연구성과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of offering brand-name fast food at schools on student participation in school lunch. Two studies were conducted in Indiana, USA. In the first study, daily participation rate of 42 Indiana schools were compared between the days when brand-name fast food were offered and when they were not offered. The impact of brand-name fast food service on school lunch participation differed depending on the types of service offering brand-name fast food. Offering brand-name fast food solely as part of reimbursable meals or a-la-carte items was shown to induce students to the lunch option where brand-name fast food was offered. The second study examined the relationship of brand-name fast food service to monthly participation rate by analyzing secondary data of 1,282 Indiana schools using multiple regression analysis. Offering brand-name fast food was associated with monthly participation rate in school lunch only when schools offered them solely a-la-carte. Based on the results of two studies, it was concluded that offering brand-name fast food induced students from other lunch options to the options where brand-name fast food was offered on the day of service. However, increased or decreased participation in school lunch only on a few days could have not impacted average school lunch participation over a month. It is recommended that schools planning to offer brand-name fast food should make it available as part of reimbursable school lunches so that usual school lunch eaters would not be distracted to a-la-carte lines. Objectives: This study analyzed the education participation reasons and deterrents of dietitians who work in welfare facilities for the elderly. Methods: The survey was completed by 144 dietitians working at welfare facilities for the elderly in Korea. The survey was conducted in October, 2018, both on-line and off-line, based on the demographic characteristics, work status on welfare facilities for the elderly, Participation Reasons Scale (PRS) and Deterrents to Participation Scale (DPS-G). The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regressive analysis using SPSS ver. 25.0. Results: The reason for participation were divided into three factors: 'Responsibility of professional and self-development ($5.76{\pm}1.04$)', 'Job stability and personal benefits ($4.98{\pm}1.28$)', and 'Interaction and development of professional competencies ($5.85{\pm}1.00$)'. 'Interaction and development of professional competencies' was the highest motivation factor. Also, the deterrents for participation were divided into four factors: 'Dispositional barrier ($2.70{\pm}1.29$)', 'Dissatisfaction of education usability ($3.39{\pm}1.38$)', 'Institutional barrier ($4.21{\pm}1.45$)', and 'Situational barrier ($2.36{\pm}1.30$)'. 'Institutional barrier' showed the highest deterrents factor. In addition, 'Responsibility of professional and self-development' and 'Interaction and development of professional competencies' were negative attributes for 'Dispositional barrier' (p<0.001). Conclusions: These results provide basic data to promote participation in education and contribute to the improvement of their job ability and education capacity of the food and nutrition management of welfare facilities for the elderly.

본 연구의 목적은 승마 체험 참여자들의 참여정도에 따른 사회성발달 및 생활만족과의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 승마프로그램 참여자들을 모집단으로 설정하고 유층 집락 무선표집법(Stratified cluster random sampling)의 방법으로 표본을 추출하였다. 입력된 자료는 Windows용 SPSS/AMOS 22.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 통계 처리하였고, 그 결과 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 승마 체험의 참여정도, 사회성발달과 함께 생활만족은 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 승마 체험 참가자들의 참여정도와 사회성발달은 관계가 부분적으로 있었다. 특히 승마 체험 참여정도가 사회성 발달의 활동성에 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 승마 체험 참가정도는 참가자의 생활만족과의 관계에 영향 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 승마 체험 참여에 따른 사회성발달은 생활만족에 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 승마 체험 참여와 사회성발달 및 생활만족은 인과 관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

목적: 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 강도와 사회참여의 관계를 확인함으로써 대학생의 사회참여도에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자한다. 연구방법: 강원도 소재의 K대학교 작업치료학과 재학생 136명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. SNS 강도는 핸드폰에 저장되어 있는 SNS 친구 수와 카카오톡 평균연락횟수로 측정되었다. 사회참여 측정도구는 Godelief 등(2009)에 의해 수정된 Maastricht Social Participation Profile(MSPP)를 사용하였다. MSPP는 공식적 사회참여(약속활동), 비공식적 사회참여(친구 및 지인과의 접촉, 가족과의 접촉) 항목으로 이루어져있다. 결과: 95% 신뢰수준에서 SNS 친구 수와 약속활동 항목, 카카오톡 평균연락횟수와 친구 및 지인과의 접촉 항목에서 상관성을 보였다. 결론: 대학생들의 SNS 강도와 사회참여는 정적인 관계를 보였다. 따라서 SNS 강도와 사회참여가 높을수록 상호교류가 원활하게 이루어져 다양한 사람들과의 관계 유지에 도움을 준다. 하지만 가족 간의 관계 유지에는 영향을 끼치는 다른 변수가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 부모의 돌봄참여에 대한 소아중환자실 간호사의 인식을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울에 위치한 상급종합병원 2곳의 소아중환자실에 근무하고 있는 간호사 5명이며, 일대일 심층 면담을 수행하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 1월부터 2월까지였고 전통적 내용분석을 이용해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 소아중환자실 부모의 돌봄참여에 대한 간호사의 인식은 5개 범주와 43개 하위범주가 도출되었으며, 5개 범주는 필요성, 의미, 효과, 장애 요인과 촉진방안으로 나타났다. 간호사는 소아중환자실에서 집중 간호를 필요로 하는 자녀의 중증 상태로 인해 부모가 정서적 부담을 경험하며, 면회가 제한된 병원 정책이 이러한 부담을 악화시킨다는 점에서 소아중환자실에서 부모 돌봄참여의 필요성과 그 효과를 인식하고 있었다. 주요한 장애 요인은 부모의 돌봄참여에 대한 간호사의 지식과 역량의 부족, 과중한 업무 부담, 소아중환자실과 병원 내 정책이나 지침의 부족으로 나타났다. 촉진방안은 간호사 대상 부모 돌봄참여의 의미와 실천방안에 대한 교육 제공, 간호사뿐 아니라 부모를 포함하여 인식개선 활동, 전담 전문가를 지원하는 방안으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 향후 소아중환자실에서 부모의 돌봄참여를 통합적으로 도입하기 위한 간호 중재의 개발과 효과 검증을 위한 후속 연구가 필요할 것이다.

Residents Participation in Environmental Problems is essential for achieving better environmental. But, the Residents Participation in Korea is lack of popularity and still be situated in the level of only problem raises and protests afterwards. Public Environmental Education necessary for Residents Participation, is not a pratical education, because the education in the government side be performed mostly for the government employees and the environmental experts. To encourage the Residents Participation in Environmental Problems, the decision procedure of the environmental policies should by opened, and pratical movements. To enhance the Public Environmental Education, the NGOs' programs and mass-media campaign for environment should be enlarged and supported by the government.

This paper aims to highlight the importance of employee participation in green management in hotel firms. In particular, the study examined the role of employee participation in green management on cost saving as a hotel's performance indicator. We collected data from senior and general managers in Korean and US hotels. The results of the study supported our hypotheses, showing that the employee participation had a significantly positive relationship with cost savings in hotels. The results of the study also supported other hypotheses, showing that resource conservation and green building management had positive relationships with cost savings in hotels. Therefore, it can be predicted that green management can save cost in hotel firms. Such managerial implications are discussed.

We have investigated the effects of participation in science fairs on perception, science related attitudes and science inquiry process skill of thirteen fifth-grade elementary school children in the science subjects. Questionnaires were prepared to find out student's reactions to the participation in science fairs. All participated children responded that the activities at the fairs were interesting and helpful to learning scientific knowledge and inquiring scientific questions. From the analysis of the responses we have found that the participation process including preparatory ones during the fairs may help children to enhance their science related attitudes and science inquiry process skill and can be considered as a useful science curriculum.

A rural community has distinct regional characteristics. It preserves the traditionality relatively and its residents live long in the community. Therefore, a rural community forms the sense of community which differs from that of the city and the participation factors affecting the sense of community also may appear differently. This study aims to examine the characteristics of community participation according to types of sense of community by using a segmentation approach. Through a self-administered survey, data was collected from 130 rural community residents in Pyeongtaek. As for the sense of community of rural community residents, two segments which are high level of sense of community and low level of sense of community were deduced. According to the types of sense of community, the difference of each segmentation was analyzed :Socio-demographic characteristics and community participation activities. The findings significantly will be used to make the way to build up the sense of community in rural.
