소셜 커머스 고객 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (On the Factors that Affect Customers' Satisfaction in Social Commerce)

  • Social commerce is regarded as a kind of e-commerce that utilizes social media. Considering increasing complaints around social commerce market, it is important to see customers' satisfaction level and intentions to repurchase. In this study, we examine antecedents that affect customers' satisfaction and relationship between satisfaction and intention to repurchase in social commerce market. We also use social media characteristics as moderators between antecedents and customers' satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, except site design, most of the intrinsic factors of service quality, such as information, transaction, communication and perceived security had positive effects on customers' satisfaction. Second, all the extrinsic factors of service quality, such as discount rate, constraints, and discrimination had significant impacts on customers' satisfaction. Third, the social media characteristics could not moderate the relationship between service qualities and customers' satisfaction. Fourth, customers' satisfaction had positive effect on the intention to spread through social media. Fifth, customers' satisfaction had positive effect on the intention to repurchase. Social commerce companies need to set up strategies considering the antecedents of customers' satisfaction using these research results. They also need to secure customers that have sustainable purchasing intentions.

저소득 중장년 남성의 건강만족도 및 가족관계만족도가 우울에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 친분관계 만족도 매개 효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Health Satisfaction and Family Relationship Satisfaction on the Depression of Low Income Middle-Aged Men - Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Social Acquaintance Satisfaction -)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 경제적 어려움이 클 것으로 예상되는 저소득층 중장년 남성을 대상으로 건강만족도와 가족관계만족도가 우울에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고, 우울상태가 사회적 친분관계 만족도에 따라 어떤 변화가 있는지 매개효과를 분석하였다. 중장년 연령 50세 이상 64세 이하를 대상으로 15차 한국복지패널 자료로 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 우울에 영향을 미치는 사회적 친분관계 만족도의 매개효과 분석 결과 건강만족도에 대해서는 부분매개효과를 보였고, 가족관계만족도에 대해서는 완전매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구결과는 저소득 중장년 남성을 위한 사회적 친분 관계 만족도 향상을 위한 서비스 지원이 우울과 같은 정신건강에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 명확하게 밝혀냄으로써, 추후 중장년 남성을 대상으로 하는 사회적 관계망 지원 서비스의 타당성 검증에 효과적인 기준을 제공할 수 있다.

  • The relationships of social support and parent-satisfaction to the mothers' parenting behaviors were examined in a sample of 235 mothers who have preschool-aged children. Mothers completed three kinds of questionnaires such as the perception of the social support, the parent-satisfaction comprised of five subscales, general satisfaction parent-child relationship, support of husband, parent role conflict, and support of child, and the parenting behaviors comprised of two subscales, warmth and control. Social support and parent-satisfaction were found to have significant influence on mothers' warmth. The more social support they perceived and the more parent-satisfaction they had, the warmer they were. But these variables were not significantly related to the mothers' control except two subscales of parent-satisfaction they had, the warmer they were. But these variables were not significantly related to the mothers' control except two subscales of parent-satisfaction, parent-child relationship and parent role conflict. the importance of social support was emphasized for yielding the positive parenting behaviors.

보육교사의 정서적 몰입이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (The Effect of Affective Commitment on Life Satisfaction Among Child Care Teachers: Moderating Role of Social Support)

  • Objective: The purpose of the present study was to examine the associations between affective commitment, social support, and life satisfaction among child care teachers. Methods: One hundred fifty-four child care teachers in the metropolitan area of Seoul completed a questionnaire on affective commitment, social support, and life satisfaction. Descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, hierarchical multiple regression analyses using the bootstrapping method were conducted. Results: The results showed that affective commitment predicted increased life satisfaction. The results also revealed significant moderation effects of social support on the relationship between affective commitment and life satisfaction. Further analyses revealed significant moderation effects of support from directors and colleagues on the relationship. Conclusion/Implications: The findings highlight the importance of affective commitment in enhancing life satisfaction among child care teachers. The positive association is more pronounced among child care teachers who perceive social support, highlighting the supportive roles of directors and colleagues in enhancing life satisfaction among child care teachers.

노인의 연령규범과 사회활동 및 삶의 만족도 간 관계에서 죽음준비행동의 조절효과 (The Relationship Between Elderly Age Norms, Social Activities, and Life Satisfaction: The Moderating Effect of Death Preparation Activities)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 연령규범과 사회활동, 그리고 삶의 만족도 간의 구조적 인과관계를 검증하고 노인의 죽음준비행동의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 분석을 위해 2017년 노인실태조사 자료 중 배우자와 자녀가 있는 노인 6,288명을 대상으로 하였으며 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 연령규범이 긍정적일수록 노인의 사회활동이 유의하게 상승한다. 둘째, 노인의 사회활동이 늘어나면 삶의 만족도가 유의하게 상승한다. 셋째, 노인의 연령규범이 긍정적일수록 노인의 삶의 만족도가 유의하게 상승한다. 넷째, 노인의 연령규범과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 사회활동의 유의한 정(+)의 매개효과가 있었다. 다섯째, 노인의 연령규범, 사회활동, 그리고 삶의 만족도의 구조적 인과관계에서 죽음준비행동의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 연령규범이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 죽음준비를 하지 않는 노인이 죽음준비를 한 노인에 비해 그 영향력이 유의한 차이로 크게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 실천방안을 제언하였다.

대학수업에서 교수의 이미지메이킹이 학습자의 수업만족 및 수업몰입에 미치는 영향 (The effect of professor's image-making on college student's class satisfaction and class commitment)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of the professor's image making (internal, external, social image) perceived by college students on instructional outcomes. The influence of the professor's image making on class satisfaction and class commitment was analyzed, and the mediating effect of class satisfaction and the relationship between class satisfaction and class commitment in the relationship between image making and class commitment was considered. First, it was found that the external image and social image of the professor had a significant effect on class satisfaction. The level of interpersonal relations, such as communication, manners, manners, and intimacy as well as the management of external expressions, clothing style, makeup, hair, gestures, postures, attitudes, voices, speech, and speech speed brings satisfaction to the class. Second, it was found that the professor's inner image, outer image, and social image had a significant effect on class commitment. In order to satisfy the students' immersion in class, professors are required to manage internal, external, and social images. Third, it was found that class satisfaction had a significant effect on class commitment. If the class satisfaction is high, it means that class immersion also increases. Fourth, as for the social image of a professor, it was found that class satisfaction had a completely mediating effect in the relationship between class commitment, and the external image of a professor was found to have a partial mediating effect in class satisfaction in the relationship between class commitment. It was found that the social image of professors perceived by college students improve class satisfaction, and this improves class satisfaction further enhances class immersion.

아버지의 결혼만족도 및 양육태도와 유아의 사회적 능력간의 관계 (The Relationship between Fathers′ Marital Satisfaction, Child Rearing Attitude and Children′s Social Competence)

  • This study investigated the relationship between fathers' marital satisfaction, child rearing attitude and children's social competence. The subjects of this study were 274 fathers of 4-5 year old children who enrolled in kindergartens located in Seoul and metropolitan areas. Data was analyzed using the following methods:frequency, percentage, mean, Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. As a result of this study, it was revealed that there were a significant relationship between the marital satisfaction and child rearing altitude of fathers and the social competence of children. However, this study showed that the child rearing attitude rather than the marital satisfaction of fathers was the more influential on the social competence of children.

  • 오프라인 채널에서의 관계 마케팅활동에 대해서는 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있지만 온라인 채널에서 그 영향력에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 비대면 쇼핑상황에서 관계를 유지하고자 하는 기업의 경제적, 사회적, 구조적 활동이 관계만족과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 온라인 점포 이용자 180명을 토대로 경로분석을 수행한 결과, 할인 형식의 경제적 활동과 쇼핑몰 내에서의 동선, 배송서비스와 같은 구조적 활동은 관계만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 구조적 활동의 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 유의수준 p<0.05에서 사회적 활동은 관계만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었지만 p<0.01에서는 유의하다. 이는 온라인 점포에서 판매원과 사회적 유대감을 형성하는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문에 비유의하게 나타났지만 그 방향성은 긍정적임을 의미한다. 따라서 온라인 점포가 고객들과 사회적 유대감을 형성할 수 있다면 이는 관계만족에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치지가 이는 곧 경쟁 기업과도 차별화할 수 있는 요소가 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

프랜차이즈 본부의 경제적 책임과 박애주의적 책임이 가맹점의 경제적 만족, 사회적 만족, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Franchisor's Economic and Philanthropic CSR on Franchisees' Economic Satisfaction, Social Satisfaction, and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - The major objective of this study was to investigate the effect of franchisor's (economic and philanthropic) CSR in inspiring franchisee's loyalty for the franchisor. Another aim of this investigation also was to clarify the mediating role of economic and social satisfaction in the relationship between franchisor's CSR and franchisee's loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study explores the structural relationship between franchisor's CSR and franchisee's loyalty and in these relationships, the mediating role of relationship satisfaction. Data were gathered from employees(above manager) in food-service franchisee companies in Seoul, Korea. The questionnaires were distributed to managers of the franchise stores. A total of 251 questionnaires were collected. Data management and analysis were performed using SPSS 21.O and SmartPLS 3.0. Evaluation of measurement model and structural model was carried out using confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Result - The results of this study show as follows. First, economic CSR had positive effects on economic satisfaction and social satisfaction. Second, philanthropic CSR had positive effects on social satisfaction. Third, economic satisfaction and social satisfaction had positive effects on franchisee's loyalty to the franchisor. Conclusions - The important implications of this study have as follows. First, this study has found that economic CSR can create a high economic satisfaction and social satisfaction of franchisee. Second, this findings suggest that the philanthropic CSR can improve the social satisfaction of franchisee. Third, this results demonstrate, for the first time, that the economic satisfaction and social satisfaction of franchisees can play a crucial role to improve their loyalty for the franchisor and pursue mutual development by maintaining the stable business relationship with a franchisor. In this investigation there are at least three limitations. First, Because the research sample is limited to the foodservice franchisee in Seoul, it is not possible to be representativeness of the national franchisee. Second, CSR activities are mostly focused on large franchise companies. Therefore, there is a limit to the research approach. Finally, this study examined the effect of economic CSR and philanthropic CSR on the loyalty of franchisors, but in the future study, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between CSR and loyalty of franchise companies by collecting specific quantitative data such as re-contract rate and management performance of franchisees.

사회적지지가 남녀청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 삶의 만족도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Social Support on Adolescents' School-Related Adjustments: The Mediation Effect of Life Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social support, life satisfaction, and school-related adjustments of adolescents. The participants were 260 junior high school students (140 male and 120 female students) from the Seoul area. They completed questionnaires on social support, life satisfaction, and school-related adjustments. The collected data were analyzed using basic descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and a multiple regression analysis. Baron and Kenny's method was used and examined, and the Sobel test was performed to determine the mediating model's significance. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 19.0 for Windows. The major findings were as follows: first, social support (parents/teacher/friend) was positively correlated with the adolescents' school-related adjustment. Second, the adolescents' life satisfaction was also positively correlated with the adolescents' school-related adjustments. In addition, social support was positively correlated with life satisfaction. It was further found that the adolescents' life satisfaction tended to play a perfectly/partially mediating role between social support and school-related adjustment; that is, social support (parents/teacher/friend) was shown to have not only a direct effect, but also an indirect effect through the adolescents' life satisfaction, on the school-related adjustments. These results clearly indicated that adolescents' life satisfaction plays a crucial role in the relationship between social support and the adolescents' school-related adjustments.
