The Influence of the Social Support on the Job Attitude of Public Social Worker : Focusing on the mediating effects of Self-Esteem

  • The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.

교사-유아관계와 유아의 사회적 능력과의 관계 (Relationship of Children with Their Teachers and Children's Social Competence)

  • This study was designed to examine the relationships between three distinct dimensions of teacher-child relationship(closeness, conflict, and dependency) and various aspects of children's social competence. The subjects were 101 children at their ages of five to six years old (56 keys, 45 girls) in Jeonju city. The data were collected through preschool teachers by using self-administered questionnaire method. The results showed that teacher-child relationship was significantly associated with their social competence in preschool. Specifically, closeness in children's relationship with their teachers was fouled to be strongly correlated with children's social competence, white conflict between children and their teachers was negatively related with children's social competence. Finally, children's dependency on their Coachers was associated with children's problem behaviors.

후기 청소년의 부모-자녀 관계, 사회적 지지 및 대처 (Perceived Social Support and Parent-child Relationship ,Coping in Late Adolescents)

  • The Purpose of this study was to identify of parent-child relationship, Perceived social support and coping of female in late adolescents and its relationships. The underlying assumption is that Parent-child relationship based on internal working cognition affects on perceived social support and coping. The sample was consisted of 277 female students of college. The instruments used in this study were Parental bonding instrument (PBI)(Parker, Tupling & Brown. 1979), Personal resources questionnaire : PRQ-part II (Weinert ' Brant, 1987), and Way of coping (Folkman & Lazarus, 1985). The data was analyzed using frequencies, correlation coefficient, ANOVA. and t-test. As a result. perceived social support correlated positively with Parental care and negatively with parental overprotection. Perceived social support showed positive relationship with coping. Perceived social support differed according to parent-child relationship type. The group of 'affectionate constraint' high care and high overprotection. reported high perceived social support, but 'affectionless control'(low care and high overprotection) reported low perceived social support. The group of high perceived social support showed higher parental care and higher coping than low one. The group of high coping showed higher parental care, lower parental overprotection and higher perceived social support than low one. Findings from this study linking retrospective accounts of early parental relationships to current working models concerning the nature of supportive relationships are consistent with attachment theory that individual who, as children, experienced relationships with their parents that were independent-encourage. affectionate, and not overprotective developed working models of others as available to provide social support. This study confirmed that perceived social support significantly related to coping in dealing with stress.

만성질환을 가진 독거노인의 우울이 음주에 미치는 영향: 사회적 관계만족도의 조절효과 (The Effects of Depression of the Single Seniors with Chronic Diseases on Drinking: An Analysis of the Moderating Effect of Social Relationship Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 만성질환 독거노인의 우울, 음주, 사회적 관계만족도 간의 관계를 규명하고, 우울과 음주에 대한 사회적 관계만족도의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 13차 한국복지패널(KWPS) 데이터를 활용하여 결측치를 제외한 만성질환 독거노인 217명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN v21.0을 활용였다. 본 연구를 위해 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 만성질환 독거노인의 우울과 음주 사이에서 사회적 관계만족도 중 가족관계만족도는 음주를 줄이는 조절효과가 있었으나, 우울과 음주에 대한 사회적 관계만족도 중 사회친분관계만족도는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 사회적 관계만족도 중 특히 가족관계만족도를 향상시키고 음주를 낮출 수 있는 실천 및 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job characteristics and job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response), and the moderating effect of social support. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that job characteristics factors have partly negative relationships with job stress response. But, job variety has positive relationship. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job characteristics and job stress.

  • Objective: This study examined the relationship between maternal beliefs on social development, management strategies of peer relations, and their child's peer competence in order to understand how to promote children's peer competence. Methods: Self-report questionnaires were used on 195 mothers with children four to years old. Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation Analysis and Baron and Kenny's three-step regression. Results: First, there was a positive relationship between maternal beliefs on social development and their child's peer competence. Second, this study found that there were partial mediating effects of advice·support and supervision on the relationship between maternal beliefs on social development and children's social competence. Conclusion/Implications: The findings confirm that mothers' beliefs on social development and management strategies of peer relationships are proceeding factors for children's peer competence. Significant attention should be paid to mothers' beliefs on social development and management strategies of peer relationships for children's positive social development.

  • This research intends to observe the effects of social capital regarding fashion social enterprises on the community sense of participating consumers, and verify the relationship of the effects that such social capital and community sense have on sustainability formation variable(shared values, suitability of values, behavioral flow, cognitive belief and long-term relationship orientation) of social enterprises. For such analysis, a sample of 400 consumers with experience of purchasing products of fashion social enterprises more than once was utilized, and path analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 20.0. As a result of this research, first, information sharing, social participation among the characteristic factors of social enterprises' social capital had a meaningful impact on shared values, and self-pursuit and significance meaningfully affected the suitability of values. Second, mutual influence, sense of belonging, satisfaction of needs and emotional bond among the characteristic factors of community sense between social enterprises and consumers meaningfully affected shared values, whereas mutual influence, sense of belonging and emotional bond substantially influenced suitability of values. Third, shared values and suitability of values affected the relationship between behavioral flow and cognitive trust, and behavioral flow and cognitive trust both had meaningful impact on long-term relationship orientation.

A Study on Management Competency Affecting Organizational Performance

  • This study is to examine the effects of business management competency, organizational management competency, relationship formation competency, marketing competency, and entrepreneurship, which are perceived by organizational members of social enterprise, on organizational performance, economic performance and social performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the business management competency of the executives influencing the economic performance, which is the organization performance of the hypothetical social enterprise, was adopted. In other words, the organizational management competency (H1-1), the relationship formation competency (H1-2), the marketing competency (H1-3), and the entrepreneurship (H1-4), which are executive business management competency, have a positive effect on the organizational performance of the social enterprise respectively. Second, Hypothesis 2 indicates that the business management competency of social enterprise executives has a positive effect on organizational performance, social performance, and Hypothesis 2 has been adopted. In other words, the business management competency of the management on the social performance of the social enterprise is in the order of relationship forming competency (H2-2), marketing competency (H2-3), organizationalmanagement competency (H2-1), entrepreneurship (H2-4) Showed high influence. The higher the relationship formation competency, marketing competency, organizational competency, and entrepreneurship, which are the business management competency of the social enterprise management, the economic social performance of the social enterprise is more improved.

사회복지사의 사회복지 가치적합성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 감성노동의 매개역할을 중심으로 (The Effect of Social Worker's Person-Social Welfare Value Fit on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment: Mediating Role of Emotional Labor)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사가 인식하는 사회복지의 가치적합성이 그들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 감성노동(표면행위, 내면행위)의 매개역할을 살펴보았다. 보다 구체적으로 기존에는 주로 조직수준에서 이루어진 가치적합성 연구를 직업수준에서 살펴보면서, 사회복지사가 사회복지의 가치적합성을 인식할수록 그들의 직무만족과 조직몰입 수준이 증가하는지, 그들의 표면행위가 사회복지 가치적합성과 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 관계를 부정적으로 매개하고, 내면행위가 긍정적으로 매개하는지를 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 실증분석의 결과에 의하면, 사회복지사가 사회복지 가치적합성을 인식할수록 표면행위는 감소하고 내면행위는 증가하였으며, 직무만족과 조직몰입의 수준은 높아졌다. 표면행위는 사회복지 가치적합성과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 완전매개하였으며, 내면행위는 사회복지 가치적합성과 직무만족, 그리고 사회복지 가치적합성과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 각각 완전매개하였다. 사회복지 가치적합성에 대한 인식이 사회복지사의 감성노동을 표면행위에서 내면행위로 개선시킴으로써 직무만족과 조직몰입을 증가시킨다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 사회적 자본과 관련한 기존의 연구들은 주로 사회적 자본이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 규명해 왔다. 그러나 이러한 선행연구들은 사회적 자본이 혁신성과에 어떠한 단계를 거쳐 영향을 미치는가에 관한 중간과정을 블랙박스(black box)로 가정하고 있다. 지식기반관점에 따르면 혁신은 상호의존 관계에 있는 행위자들 간의 지식의 교환과정의 결과로써 가능할 수 있다. 다른 의미로, 혁신창출은 사회적 자본과 같은 무형자원이 구성원 간의 지식관리 활동을 유발하게 되고, 이러한 지식관리 활동은 혁신창출의 원동력이 된다. 그리고 혁신달성을 통한 관계만족이 지속적인 관계투자를 가능하게 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회적 자본에서 출발하여 관계투자로 이어지는 연구가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 살펴보면, 혁신 성과에 미치는 지식공유의 영향을 제외하고, 모든 설정된 가설은 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신 성과 달성은 중소기업에게 관계만족을 증가시켜 지속적인 관계투자를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경영전략 측면에서 기업의 지식관리 활동의 중요성을 제시하고 있다.
