As Social Welfare Service Act was revised in 2011 and its enforcement decree was revised in 2012, the function of local social welfare center was classified into 3 functions such as case control function, service supply function and local society systematization function. Therefore, from 2013, local social welfare center faces the assignment to establish its status as a core subjectivity of local social welfare while maintaining function, role, business, program, service and organization system required for local social welfare center. Currently, there are internal and external limit factors for local social welfare center to perform its original function. The external limit factors are competition with similar organization, diversification of welfare desire depending on social change, insufficient service network construction and lack of partnership between private sector and government. The internal limit factors are lack of local social organization's ability, program issue, insufficient resource, insufficient manpower, etc. In order for local social welfare center to overcome the limit factor and establish the core status for improving the life quality of resident, it should concentrate its ability on local society systematization, construct human & material support network related to local social welfare, minimize social education program and simple relief project gradually, suggest the reasonable direction for village to nurture resident organization, develop the program based on the research on local resident's desire and create the partnership between private sector and government.

This study seeks to discuss the effects of social support, acceptance of disability, and the sense of economic stability on the part of parents of children with developmental disabilities who are receiving treatment and training at a child development center has on family function. A survey was given to 252 parents of children who were using the child development center in S city. In the relationship between social support and family function, the mediating effects of the disability acceptance and the social support, the disability acceptance and the family function were used to verify the adjustment effect of the economic stability. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of checking the moderating effect of economic stabilization, social support, family function, disability acceptance and family function did not show any effect on economic stability. Second, as a result of verifying whether the relationship between social support and family function is mediated by disability acceptance, disability acceptance partially mediated the relationship between social support and family function. This study is significant in that it provided basic data for the development of a program to help children with developmental disabilities function properly.

The short animation directed by Sang-Ho Yeon has led the sympathy and reflection of audiences through reveling the violence of the military in the form of the social criticism film. The explores the social value of animation by the content of social criticism, not for entertainment uses but for public interest. This research addresses how the function of social criticism implements in animation film, especially, its narratives and direction. In the light of this, firstly, literature will review the general characteristics of social criticism films, Secondly, based on literature reviews, analysis tools will be drew, thirdly, the case study regarding will be processed by focusing on The function of social criticism, the technique of direction and expression of animation. As a result of this research, shows unique traits because of the hierarchical and exclusive characteristics of military culture, which differs from general characteristics of social criticism films dealing with historic and social issues. In addition to this, the function of social criticism is effectively implemented in animation film, by the creative narratives and technique of direction by a director, Sang-Ho Yeon.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of exercise on functional status, activity of daily living and social re-adjustment(social function, depression) in stroke patients. Method: A quasi-experimental pretest and posttest study was used. The subjects consisted of 33 adults who were stroke in the G hospital, and the period of data collection was from February 8, 2006 to August 30, 2006. Seventeen patients were assigned to experimental group and sixteen to the control group. The subjects of the experimental group performed an exercise for 15-20 minutes twice a day, 3-5 times per week, during six weeks. Outcome variables were functional status, activity of daily living and social re-adjustment. Chi-Square test and T-test were used to examine the equality of the subjects and ANCOVA used to examine the group difference using SAS. Results: There ware significant differences in functional status, activity of daily living, and social re-adjustment(social function, depression) between the two groups. Conclusion: The above results state the exercise can be an effective intervention to improve the functional status, activity of daily living, and social re-adjustment(social function, depression) of stroke patients.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between social participation activities, cognitive function, and depression of middle and old single-person households in consideration of social problems such as aging population and increasing single-person households. For the analysis, path analysis and multi-group analysis were conducted. As a result of the analysis, it was found that social participation activities of middle and old single-person households reduced depression through increased cognitive function, and the positive effects of social participation activities were stronger in groups of dementia. Based on these results, we discussed ways to promote social participation activities, implications for developing programs that can help cognitive function or mental health, and suggested the need for programs or treatment methods to promote social participation rather than isolated treatment in nursing facilities.

The purpose of this study is to discuss Faimly Business. Family Business means a business that is owned and managed by one or more family members,. Family Business is defined as one in which at 51% of the business is owned by a single family and at least one and more family members are involved in the management activities in addition to which transfer of leadership to next generation family member is anticipated. This study is to examine a clear understanding of the relationship between family functioning and business viability in families who own and operate businesses. The Overall objectives of this study are first to introduce the Family Business in the Home Economics Consumer Studies and Family Resource Management field second to theoretically review definition of Family business and related concepts bivalent attributes of Family Business the dual relationship of the social and business functions in the Family Business the dual relationship of the social and business fun tions in the Family Business, Family Business is characterized by the dual relationship of two naturally separate functions; the social function(the family) and the business function(the family business). The family in it's social function satisfies different social and emotional needs. On the other hand the business function is result-oriented the decision -marking process and behavioral pattern must be based on an objective economic model in order for the family business to compete and survive It's important to handle the overlap between the social and the business functions of Family Business and offers some guidelines on how to address with the overlap problems This study is a useful instrument for researcher educators practitioners and policy makers.

Objective: This study examined the facotrs influencing the relationship of adolescents with non-custodial parent. Specifically, this study focused on the comparative influence of the family function as a factor controlling other factors such as socio-demographic characteristics, beliefs about parental divorce, and social support. Methods: Data were collected from 322 adolescents from divorced families using a structured questionnaire. SPSS 22.0, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression were performed to analyze the data. Results and Conclusion: The results revealed that beliefs about parental divorce, social support, and family function affected the relationship with non-custodial parent. After controlling the influence of other factors, family function was found to have a significant influence on the relationship with non-custodial parents. Based on the results, practical suggestions were provided to enhance the relationship between adolescents and non-custodial parents.

The objective of the study was to analyze difference in cognitive function according to social isolation level in elderly Korean. The author classified the social isolation into the structural isolation and contact isolation. Structural isolation corresponded to the no spouse or no children and the contact isolation corresponded to the absence of contact with children, friends or social association. Author conducted multivariate regression analysis with the elderly people aged 65 years or older from the 5th wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing data. Number of sample was 3,971. It was confirmed that the level of cognitive function was lower according to level of social isolation. It was also confirmed that friends/neighborhood isolation, and social activity isolation showed significant relationships with cognitive functions. Based on the results, author suggested that to protect the elderly from negative effects of social isolation, we needed the policy to promote elderly's the participation in social activity. The study to analyze the factors related to social isolation was also needed.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of social support and self-efficacy between academic stress and college adjustment in physical therapy students. Design: Survey. Methods: 75 subjects were surveyed about the level of academic, Academic Stress, College Adjustment, Social Support, Self-Efficacy, and self-control. To confirm the cognitive function on brain activity were evaluated. Results: First, College students have higher academic stress and lower college adjustment. Higher social support and self-efficacy have lower academic stress and better college adjustment. Second, students with high academic stress need constant attention to increase their social support and programs to reduce academic stress. Third, students with high academic stress, low social support, and low self-efficacy can increase their cognitive strength through the brain wave thereby reducing the academic stress they are currently feeling. Conclusion: In order to improve the College Adjustment, it is considered that it is important to increase the cognitive function through brain train along with the development of a student management program that can reduce academic stress and increase social support and self-efficacy.

A Social Networking Service (SNS) platform provides digital footprints to discover users' interests and track the social diffusion of product adoptions. How to identify a small set of seed users in a SNS who is potential to adopt a new promoting product with high probability, is a key question in social networks. Existing works approached this as a social influence maximization problem. However, these approaches relied heavily on text information for topic modeling and neglected the impact of seed users' relation in the model. To this end, in this paper, we first develop a general product adoption function integrating both users' interest and social influence, where the user interest model relies on historical user behavior and the seed users' evaluations without any text information. Accordingly, we formulate a product adoption maximization problem and prove NP-hardness of this problem. We then design an efficient algorithm to solve this problem. We further devise a method to automatically learn the parameter in the proposed adoption function from users' past behaviors. Finally, experimental results show the soundness of our proposed adoption decision function and the effectiveness of the proposed seed selection method for product adoption maximization.
