현재 SNS는 일반적인 소셜 커뮤니케이션 기능과 더불어 회사나 교육기관 등의 다양한 분야에서 빠른 의사결정이나 효율적인 업무처리 등에 널리 활용되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 일반적인 SNS 플랫폼들은 사용자 그룹을 위한 계층적인 협업 워크스페이스 환경이나 마이그레이션을 위한 워크스페이스 백업 기능을 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 협업 미들웨어인 C3ware를 이용하여 Elgg SNS 플랫폼을 확장한 협업 워크스페이스 환경인 ElggSpace에 대해서 설명한다. ElggSpace는 클라우드 스토리지 기반의 C3ware와 연동하여 사용자 그룹의 대용량 자원 공유를 위한 협업 워크스페이스를 체계적으로 지원한다. 이와 더불어 ElggSpace는 자원 관리를 위한 고수준의 접근제어와 워크스페이스 백업기능을 제공하여 효과적인 협업을 가능하게 한다.

The purpose of this study was to get data on the job attitude of cooks. This study was surveyed 216 cooks who work for deluxe hotels at Pusan. The results were summarized as follow: 1. The cooks think that their devotion is most important source for the best cooking. The next are taste, quality of raw materials, skill and hygiene in order. 2. 57.9% of the cooks think that a degree of expertise their field are average, but 73.6% cooks believe that the degree of expertise is higher than the other restaurant cooks. 3. They think that a good cook should be sincere and have proficiency of skill, good human relationship and study attitude, but they also believe an academic background and knowledge is not important to be a good cook. A deficiency of knowledge about cooking is what cooks believe to be the greatest hindrance for progress of cooking skills. The next hindrance are, a shortage of endeavor and authority of management. 4. The cooks believe that the ability of cooking is most important for a promotion, the others are, in order, human relationship, career background and age. 5. The cooks show little satisfaction with their job, but express their unsatisfaction with their pay. Also the cook's social status is mean. 6. The cooks recognize that a change in hotel policy is most important for the cooking department of the hotel. The next are, in order, enlargement of working space, arrangement of equipments and hiring of experts. 7. The cooks think that Japanese cooking have the best prospect in a food and beverage enterprise, while Chinese cooking have relatively lower prospect.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 개인요인과 부모요인, 학교요인이 그릿 간의 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동·청소년 패널조사(KCYPS 2018)자료를 활용하여 중학교 1학년 학생 2,394명을 표본으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 개인요인인 자아존중감과 주의집중은 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 부모요인인 거부, 강요, 비일관성은 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학교요인인 교사관계는 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석결과를 토대로 청소년기에 그릿에 미치는 요인들을 예측하여 후속연구에 제언하였다.

Purpose - This study carried out an empirical study of the impact of sustainability - which has been gaining attention as challenges are arising in supply chains based on existing trade networks due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic - on SCM performance and financial performance of Korean SMEs. The study seeks to propose a measurement model to enhance the SCM performance and financial performance of Korean SMEs and to identify the relationship between sustainability, SCM performance and financial performance to suggest implications to SMEs, governments, and relevant organizations. Design/methodology - Our Analysis established hypotheses that economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, and other factors related to sustainability have a positive impact on SCM performance and financial performance as well as SCM performance has a positive impact on financial performance, making empirical validations by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling based on data collected through survey from Korean SMEs. Findings - According to an empirical study, although environmental sustainability and economic sustainability among factors of sustainability had a positive influence on SCM performance, social sustainability did not have a statistically significant influence. Furthermore, it was learned that only economic sustainability had a positive influence on financial performance while SCM performance has a positive influence on financial performance. Originality/value - This empirical study explored the relationship between SCM performance and financial performance of Korean SMEs with a high tendency to depend on specific supply chains when the international trade network is in confusion and/or the global supply chain has collapsed. If Korean SMEs allocate management resources to the factors deducted from this study, they would be able to build more efficient supply chains and improve financial performance to improve sustainability.

세계적으로 ESG경영 열풍이 불면서 국내,외 기업들은 자발적으로 지속가능경영을 선언하고 전략을 수립하여 적극적으로 대응하고 있다. 금융위원회에서는 ESG경영을 나타내는 지속가능보고서 공시를 단계적으로 의무화하고 있으며, 앞으로 중소기업까지 확대될 것이다. 지속가능보고서의 정보공개는 주로 국제표준 GRI, SASB, TCFD로 활용되며, 국내 다수 기업이 GRI Standards 가이드라인을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능보고서의 구성체계를 살펴보고 GRI Standards를 기준으로 공기업과 사기업을 비교하여 유형별 지속가능경영을 분석하고자 한다. TF-IDF 모델링을 통해 분석 결과 공기업은 '사회', '노동' 분야에 초점을 두었으며, 사기업은 '경제', '환경' 분야에 집중하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전자·정보통신 산업은 '제품책임'에 중점을 두는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속가능경영을 등급에 따라 수치화하여 분석한 기존 연구와는 달리 비정형데이터인 지속가능보고서를 분석함으로써 ESG경영에 관심을 갖는 연구자 및 관리자에게 유용한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose - The rapid rise of e-commerce enterprises has led to the development of the logistics industry. At the same time, some enterprises are motivated by the interests to start reducing costs and inputs, which on the contrary leads to low quality of service, thus reducing customer satisfaction. In recent years, vicious competition, violent express delivery and lack of professionalism in the logistics market have led to high annual customer complaint rate, which has resulted in the company losing many loyal customers, but also unable to obtain new customers. Therefore, to pay attention to and understand the psychological needs of customers and improve the quality of logistics distribution service has become a pressing problem for Every express company. Design/methodology - By analyzing the problems existing in logistics distribution of express companies, this paper explores various factors affecting customer satisfaction and takes consumer sentiment as a mediating variable. Through questionnaires to collect relevant data, put forward hypotheses for empirical analysis, use two different software including SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to analyze the information, draw conclusions and make recommendations. Findings - According to the above research results, the reliability, convenience, efficiency, professional can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction through the mediating effect of their sentiment, convenience and professional on consumer sentiment and satisfaction are more significant. Originality/value - This paper the establishment of distribution service indicators related to customer satisfaction and empirical analysis can not only enrich and supplement the distribution service quality indicator system studied by the former, but also provide a theoretical basis for future research.

노동이사제도가 회사법에 도입되기 위해서는 노동이사가 우리 회사법 속에서 설명되어야 하고 도입의 불가피성이 설득되어야 한다. 그리고 주주의 기관 선임권과의 갈등도 해결되어야 하는 과제이다. 영업이익에 연동하는 배당을 받는 주주들에게 경영진은 절대적 의미를 갖는다. 반면 단체행동권을 보장받고 노동의 대가를 계약법과 노동법에 의해 지급받는 노동자에게 경영진은 노사협력의 파트너로서의 위치에 있다고 보아야 하므로 노동이사제도는 자칫 혼동의 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 노사대결을 유발하는 기존의 '통제와 명령' 중심의 인력관리에서 벗어나 '이해와 참여, 협력하는 관계'를 형성할 수 있는 시스템을 만들어야 한다는 목소리가 높아지고 있고 기관의 이해당사자인 노동자들의 직접 경영참여를 통하여 공공기관 낙하산 임용 폐해를 개선할 수 있다는 계기가 될 수도 있다.

본 연구는 나눔 경제가 최근 사회적 기업과 협동조합 등 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있는 현상에 주목하여 우리나라에서 나눔 경제를 실천하고 있는 사례를 소개하고 지속가능한 실천공동체로서의 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌을 토대로 나눔 경제의 합리성을 고찰하고 연구동향을 파악하였다. 또한 나눔 경제로 운영하고 있는 기업 중 성심당과 서광사 사례의 특징을 분석하였다. 최근 경제적 불평등이 심화되는 한국 경제에서 새로운 경제적 패러다임의 제시가 필요한 상황에서 본 연구는 EoC의 주요가치를 이해하고 EoC 관련 연구사례와 가치를 추구하는 실천공동체 기업인 성심당과 서광사의 사례를 탐구함으로써 새로운 경제 관점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 4차 산업혁명시대에 주고 나누는 실천을 통해 모두를 위한 인간중심의 윤리적 기업가 정신은 어느 때 보다 중요하며 이러한 실천 정신을 통해 지속가능한 사람중심의 실천공동체로서 기업이 권한을 갖게 되는 새로운 패러다임을 제시하는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 사회적 자본 이론을 기반으로 디지털 전략이 기업의 관계적 행동, 인지 차원, 지속적인 디지털 전환을 통해 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구모형은 1년 이상 근무한 국내 기업 종사자 300명을 대상으로 2024년 2월 20일부터 2월 23일 설문으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 테스트하였으며, Smart PLS 4.0을 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전략이 조직 내 협력과 상호작용을 촉진하고 구성원들의 디지털 기술 이해와 인식을 향상시키며, 지속적인 변화와 혁신을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 지속적인 디지털 전환과 인지 차원이 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 관계적 행동 차원의 영향은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 디지털 전략이 단순한 기술 도입을 넘어 조직 내 상호작용과 인식 변화를 촉진함으로써 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사하며, 한국 기업들이 디지털 전환을 효과적으로 추진할 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

본 연구는 코로나-19시대 청소년의 문제해결능력이 사회성에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원이 수행한 코로나-19 이후 청소년의 사회성 싵태를 파악하기 위해 웹과 모바일을 이용한 조사자료를 활용하였으며, 학령기 청소년 1,471명을 조사대상자로 선정하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS WIN 25.0과 PROCESS MACRO를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계 분석 및 자아존중감의 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 문제해결능력은 사회성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 문제해결능력과 사회성 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 청소년의 자아존중감을 높이고, 사회성을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 개입과 프로그램들을 제시하였다.
