  • This study interprets the corporate social responsibility and its management through analysis of philosophical view of Mozi(墨子). Mozi was a chinese philosopher during the Hundred Schools of Thought period. He advocated Universal love(兼愛), which stresses that people should care for everyone equally. This principle is in accord with the sustainable management strategy for global market environments. The realization of the value that the company pursues in the rapid growth of such enterprises is an important issue. The pursuit of corporate value in its own interest under the rapidly changing business environment is perceived very negative. And it has demanded a different philosophy as a new management philosophy. The philosophical strategies of these companies were centered around the core philosophy of the ancient Chinese philosopher, Mozi. It is not merely an outcome approach as the act or moral principle but the inner motive to love each other and the principle of sharing the profits of each other. In order to pursue the sustainable value of the enterprise, We would like to suggest a way to pursue the existing absolute value, and to suggest a philosophical strategy based on the philosophy of Mozi.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the reason of the change of production-and-marketing system and of the regional division. The data for this study were collected by administering interviews with people engaging in hemp fabric industry: namely, craftsmen and managers in the production and marketing of "hemp fabric" handcraft. The summary of this study is as follows: First, the hemp fabric industry is a main subsidiary business of agriculture in Andong. The process of making hemp fabric heavily depends on manual labor. The process is divided into five stages: namely, cultivating hemp, pre-reeling, reeling, weaving, and colouring. Second, Andong "hemp fabric" handicrafts industry had been continuously growth until the late 1960s. During the period of Japan colonization, it was under boom condition: while the other traditional fabric industries were declined. In the 1970s, the decrease of the demand of hemp fabric was the result of mass production of substitute goods on factory system: while, in the 1980s, the growth of per capital income play an important role in bringing about the increased demand of hemp fabric. Third, in the 1980s. production-and-marketing system was changed as the result of the effort to improve the quality and the process, the advanced age of craftsmen, and the weak function of existing marketing systems. The social division of labor within the district is well developed between cultivating hemp, reeling and weaving. The social division of labor is also found in the partly process of handcratfs, and between the production and marketing. The social division of labor between production and marketing is not strongly developed to establish a reliable enterprise that develops a new product and opens a new market. Fourth, the spatial boundary of the production of hemp fabric handcrafts becomes limited into a special region based on the regional specialization of hemp cultivating and the differentiation of utilization of labor.

  • In order to achieve the results that are appropriate for the purpose of the enterprise, it is important to comprehensively understand the behaviors within the roles of the members of the organization and actions outside the roles. However, there have been relatively few studies on corporate social responsibility (CSR) among the existing studies that have been conducted to date. In particular, organizational citizenship behavior, a voluntary commitment by organizational members, is perceived as a very effective way of enhancing corporate performance, but studies on organizational citizenship behavior based on corporate social responsibility have rarely been conducted. In recent years, domestic companies have recognized social responsibility as an activity rather than an additional activity. Therefore, it is very meaningful to look at the organizational performance by examining the factors that make up this social responsibility from the perspective of the company. It is considered a task. In order to demonstrate this, this study collected 303 data from a business incubator center operated by universities and public institutions nationwide and used a total of 303 samples. As a result of the verification, the wages received by the members of the organization did not affect the organizational commitment, and the working hours and the working environment affected the organizational commitment. In addition, corporate social responsibility has an effect on organizational trust in the marketing side. Organizational commitment and organizational trust were studied to positively affect organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, this study divides the degree of perception of social responsibility of the organizational members into the high recognition group and the low recognition group and analyzed whether there is a difference in the level of organizational citizenship behavior according to the employment type (regular and irregular workers) The results of this study are as follows.

  • This study aimed to analyze influencing factors to increase the wage differential between large enterprise and subcontracted small-medium enterprises by using panel data composed of 19 manufacturing industries for 16 years from 1999 to 2014. According to the results of analysis, in large enterprises the elasticity of substitution between the labor inputs and the subcontracted product supplies from small-medium enterprises was significantly less than 1. So, the increase in wages of workers of large enterprises, whose degree of employment protection was relatively high, seemed to increase the share of wage cost in total cost and was resulted to decrease the cost share of subcontracted product supplies significantly. This was interpreted to be able to exert a negative influence upon the price of subcontracted product supplies and the wages of workers in subcontracted small-medium enterprises, and, therefore, to increase the wage differentials between large enterprises and subcontracted small-medium enterprises. Furthermore, it was also found that the increases in the labor union participation rate at large enterprises and the openness rate of the industry concerned were contributing to make such effects much stronger significantly. In order to mitigate the wage differentials and the polarizing trend in labor market, we can suggest to establish a certain kind of flexible wage system and to introduce co-bargaining practices with the workers of subcontracted small-medium enterprises within large enterprises, and also for the workers of small-medium enterprises, to prepare new social systems to upgrade their human resources and job skills drastically.

Therefore, this research is focused on presenting the ideal network(net) by considering the Network that organizations and business in Cluster or the network including the factors linked organizations and business in Cluster. therefore, this research carried out three big analysis. from the case investigation we pulled out the core growth factor, and then we approached the analysis of net structure for making application to Network Analysis. and then we analyzed that the characteristics of the Network after measuring by on the basis of analyzing core growth factor. and especailly, this research carried out the Core analysis for recognition of Core- support-frame by base Centrality Test on the net which is composed of growth support organizations at each Business. Judging from this, we can help to make full use of resources for the network analysis in Cluster and establish the Network Strategy by Structure comparison between the structure of industry-Cluster and ideal Business-support networks on the basis of the analysis from the Core-success-factor

  • This study examines the status quo of the support system for companies of persons with disabilities in Korea, and then estimates the corporate income tax reduced from a special taxation system, same as one applied to social enterprises and standard workplace for persons with disabilities, using 「Data for registered companies of persons with disabilities」(2020.6) by the Disable Enterprise Business Center. Now companies of persons with disabilities have more than 87% in the business continuity rate, and their employment rate of the average rate for 2015-2017 is higher than public institutions and private companies, which is in line with the government's employment promotion policy for the disabled. However, article 14 (Support in Taxation) of the 「Act On The Facilitation Of Entrepreneurial Activities Of Persons With Disabilities」 is still declarative and optional. Meanwhile, the corporate income tax reduced by a simulation method was calculated to be about KRW 130.1 billion for 5 years (KRW 26.02 billion per year). In this context, when comparing the tax revenue to be reduced with a positive effect by securing the effectiveness of Article 14, it can be said that the tax support for companies of persons with disabilities is feasible.

  • This paper tries to study the ecosystem after constructing the network of the continuing transactions associated with distribution industry with the data of more than 50 thousands firms provided by the Korean enterprise data (KED) for 2015. After applying the clustering method, one of social network analysis tools, we find the firms in the network grouped into 732 clusters occupying about 80% of whole distribution industry sales in KED data. The firms in a cluster have most of their transactions with other firms in the cluster. But the clusters have smaller firm numbers in the cluster and sales portion of the biggest firms in the industry than the case of the manufacturing industry. The Input-output analysis for the biggest distribution firms show that the small and medium size enterprise(SME)s have very high sale dependency on a main firm in some clusters. This fact implies more efficient fair transaction policies within the clusters. And small number of big distribution firms have very high rear production linkage effects on SMEs or on the 10th or 31th group with high portion of SME employment. They should be considered important in the SME growth and employment policies.
