코로나19 상황 속에서 소셜커머스의 선택요인에 관한 연구 (A study on the growth factors of social commerce in the COVID-19 situation)

  • 본 연구는 소셜커머스 이용자들이 인식하는 소셜커머스 선택요인의 중요도와 만족도가 어떠한 차이를 나타내는지, 소셜커머스 선택요인과 재구매 의도 간에 영향 관계가 존재하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 2021년 9월 1일부터 9월 17일까지 17일간 설문조사를 실시하였고, 316부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 소셜커머스의 선택요인은 안전성, 편의성, 경제성, 정보성, 집단성, SNS 관련성 6개 요인으로 구분되었다. IPA 결과는 1사분면 편의성, 2사분면 SNS 관련성과 정보성, 3사분면 집단성, 4사분면 안정성과 경제성의 순으로 나타났다. 소셜커머스 선택요인과 재구매 의도 간의 영향 관계에서는 소셜커머스 선택요인 중 편의성, 경제성, 안전성, 정보성이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과로 기존 소셜커머스가 저렴한 가격에 중요하였다면 코로나19 상황에서 비대면 상거래는 편의성이 더 중요하다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. IPA를 통하여 지속적으로 이용자들의 쇼핑 경향을 파악하고 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 체계를 구축하는 것이 무엇보다 중요할 것으로 사료된다.

LBSNS에서 연속 질의 빈도 감소를 위한 가상그리드 기법의 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of Virtual Grid for Reducing Frequency of Continuous Query on LBSNS)

  • 웹 상에서 사용자들 간의 관계(Relation)를 통해 인적 네트워크를 형성할 수 있게 해주는 온라인 서비스를 SNS(Social Networking Services)라고 한다. 최근에는 GPS가 내장된 디지털장치(스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC 등)를 통해 획득한 위치 정보를 SNS에 추가한 LBSNS(Location-Based SNS) 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 사용자가 원하는 관심지역의 정보만을 구독하는 LBSNS 서비스를 구현하기 위해서는 공간필터링 기법이 요구된다. 공간필터링을 위해서는 트윗에 위치정보를 포함해야 한다. 위치정보는 사용자의 이동에 따라 함께 변하는 동적정보로 표현되거나 최초위치에서 고정되는 정적정보로 표현될 수 있다. 동적 위치정보를 사용할 경우 사용자의 이동에 따라 연속적으로 공간 필터링 질의가 발생하므로 서버에 많은 부하를 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 동적 위치정보로 인해 대량으로 발생하는 연속질의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 가상그리드 기법을 이용한 공간필터링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 성능평가 결과 가상그리드 기법을 활용한 경우 질의 발생빈도 측면에서 최고 93%성능이 개선되었다.

프로이트의 정신분석이론에 나타난 사회복지 연관성 연구 (A Study on Social welfare relevance Appearing in Freud's psychoanalytic theory)

  • 본 연구는 프로이트의 정신분석이론에 나타난 사회복지 연관성을 논의하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신분석에서는 클라이언트의 가족력과 개인력을 자세하게 밝혀 클라이언트가 현재 가지고 있는 문에 대한 특징을 파악할 수 있도록 도와준다. 이때 사회복지사는 적극적으로 클라이언트의 얘기를 경청하고 다한 정보를 얻기 위해 노력하게 된다. 둘째, 정신분석기법에서 사용할 때, 클라이언트의 저항을 해석하고 분석하여 클라이언트와의 친화관계를 지속적으로 유지해 나가는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 셋째, 정신분석이론은 클라이언트의 무의식에 존재하는 잠재적 갈등이나 감정을 이해함으로써, 클라이언트의 현재 심리상태를 적절하게 적용할 수 있다. 넷째, 개입과정 중에 사회복지사는 클라이언트의 전이반응을 잘 다룰 필요가 있다. 이런 과정을 통해 사회복지사는 클라이언트의 신경증적 불안을 야기할 수 있는 자극이 그만큼 줄어들게 되는 효과를 관찰할 수 있다. 결론적으로 정신분석에서 사용하는 모든 해석의 기법들은 결국 사회복지사가 클라이언트로 하여금 자신의 문제에 관한 통찰력을 증진시켜 주며 클라이언트가 자신의 심리적 문제를 스스로 해결할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 기법들이다. 정신분석이론은 사회복지현장에서 많이 적용되고 있다.

A Study on Gamification Consumer Perception Analysis Using Big Data

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze consumers' perceptions of gamification. Based on the analyzed data, we would like to provide data by systematically organizing the concept, game elements, and mechanisms of gamification. Recently, gamification can be easily found around medical care, corporate marketing, and education. This study collected keywords from social media portal sites Naver, Daum, and Google from 2018 to 2023 using TEXTOM, a social media analysis tool. In this study, data were analyzed using text mining, semantic network analysis, and CONCOR analysis methods. Based on the collected data, we looked at the relevance and clusters related to gamification. The clusters were divided into a total of four clusters: 'Awareness of Gamification', 'Gamification Program', 'Future Technology of Gamification', and 'Use of Gamification'. Through social media analysis, we want to investigate and identify consumers' perceptions of gamification use, and check market and consumer perceptions to make up for the shortcomings. Through this, we intend to develop a plan to utilize gamification.

Social Comparison Theory and Interpersonal Contact: The Influence of Incidental Envy on Contacting Higher or Lower Status Others

  • Incidental envy influences behavior in various domains. However, no research, to date, has investigated whether incidental envy influences interpersonal behavior toward others who are unrelated to the emergence of the emotion. That is, the literature is silent on how those who experience incidental envy engage in interpersonal contact and how this may affect consumers. In this paper, we address this question by investigating the influence of incidental envy on interpersonal contact with others of higher or lower status based on the social comparison theory. We demonstrate that incidental envy (versus a neutral emotion) motivates people to contact higher status others to facilitate upward assimilation (experiments 1 and 2). We also show that when competition (a situational factor that heightens the personal relevance of the interaction with the target) is involved, individuals who feel envy (versus a neutral emotion) are more likely to contact lower status others to engage in downward contrast (experiment 3). We conclude with a discussion of the practical implications of our findings.

사회복지과 학생들이 지각하는 사회복지사의 이미지에 대한 연구 (A Study of Social Workers' Image as Perceived by University Students from Social Welfare Departments)

  • Purpose : This study aims to investigate social welfare and students' image of social workers and determine the relevance of these factors to the academic system, gender, and their motivations when selecting a major. Methods : For this study, social welfare students from two two-year colleges and two four-year universities were randomly selected, and 320 students from social welfare departments who understood and agreed to participate in the research took the survey. The data analysis of this study was conducted using SPSS 23.0. Results : The Social Welfare Department students' perception of a social worker's image was shown to be positive. In the social worker image based on academic background, the first grade was found to be more positive than the second, third, and fourth grades. The professional image was more positive than the traditional, social, and vocational images. The gender-based social worker image showed that females were more positive than males. Females were more positive for the professional image, and males were more positive for the traditional image. Regarding the image of social workers based on students' motivation when choosing their major, it was found that volunteer jobs were more positive in terms of traditional images, social images through recommendations, and professional images with aptitude and interest. Conclusion : In sum, most of the students in the social welfare departments had a positive perception of the social worker position. They had a more positive image at the time of admission. Finally, students who entered the school with an expert awareness of social welfare were more positive.

스마트 러닝 이용자의 학습 동기요인이 실용적 가치와 헤도닉 가치를 통해 교육성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Smart Learning User' Learning Motivation Factors on Education Achievement through Practical Value and Hedonic Value)

  • The appearance of education is also rapidly changing in social changes represented by social networks. And the development of information and communication technology is also having a widespread effect on the education field. In the era of untact caused by Covid-19, education through smart learning is having a greater effect on students as well as adult learners more quickly and broadly. In addition, smart learning is not just limited to learning content, but is developing into personalized, convergence, and intelligent. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of ARCS motivation theory that can determine the learning motivation of smart learning users, and to empirically study the casual relationship between these factors on education achievement through practical value and hedonic value. Specifically, I would like to examine how the independent variables ARCS motivation factors (attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction) affect learners' education achievement through the parameters of practical value and hedonic value. To this end, a research model was presented that applied the main variables of attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction, which are four elements of ARCS motivation theory, a specific and systematic motivational strategy to induce and maintain learners' motivation. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was carried out on learners with experience using smart learning. As a result of the study, first attention was found to have a positive effect on the hedonic value. Second, relevance was found to have a positive effect on the hedonic value. Third, it was found that confidence did not have a positive effect on the practical value and the hedonic value. Forth, satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the practical value and the hedonic value. Fifth, practical value was found to have a positive effect on the education achievement. Sixth, hedonic value was found to have a positive effect on the education achievement. Through this, it can be seen that the intrinsic motivation of learners using smart learning affects the education achievement of users through intrinsic and extrinsic value. A variety of smart learning that combines advanced IT technologies such as AI and big data can contribute to improving learners' education achievement more effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, it can contribute a lot to social development.

Social Networks As A Tool Of Marketing Communications

  • The relevance of the research topic lies in the necessity to use social networks as innovative tools of marketing communications. A wide audience and the ability to segment the market for a specific consumer determine the construction of a corporate strategy, which will be based on using the social networking approach. The spread of the global coronavirus pandemic has led to the rapid development of remote communication channels between the company and the customer. The issue of using marketing tools in social networks acquires the most urgent importance in the modern world of the introduction and implementation of the company's marketing strategies. The purpose of the academic paper is to study the use of social networks as features of implementing the marketing campaign. Social networks are the result of the development of digital technologies and the processes of creating an information society involved in the digital space. The objectives of the research are to analyse the opportunity of using social networks as a tool for marketing communications and their implementation at the level of its widespread use by enterprises and establishments. It is significant to create an advertising campaign by defining the target audience and outlining the key aspects, on which the company is focused. The research methodology consists in determining the theoretical and methodological approaches to the essence of introducing social networks and their practical importance in the implementation of marketing activities of companies. The obtained results can significantly improve the quality of functioning of modern enterprises and organizations that plan to master a new market segment or gain competitive advantages in the existing one. The academic paper examines the essence of social networks as a tool of marketing communications. The key principles of the development of digital social platforms were revealed. The quality of implementing the advertising campaign in the social network was studied, and further prospects for the development of using social networks as a component of the marketing strategy were outlined. Therefore, the academic paper analyses the problems of using social networks as a marketing tool.

Who Leads Nonprofit Advocacy through Social Media? Some Evidence from the Australian Marine Conservation Society's Twitter Networks

  • While much in the field of public management has emphasized the importance of nonprofit advocacy activities in policy and decision-making procedures, few have considered the relevance and impact of leading actors on structuring diverse patterns of information sharing and communication through social media. Building nonprofit advocacy is a complicated process for a single organization to undertake, but social media applications such as Facebook and Twitter have facilitated nonprofit organizations and stakeholders to effectively share information and communicate with each other for identifying their mission as it relates to environmental issues. By analyzing the Australian Marine Conservation Society's (AMCS) Twitter network data from the period 1 April to 20 April, 2013, this research discovered diverse patterns in nonprofit advocacy by leading actors in building advocacy. Based on the webometrics approach, analysis results show that nonprofit advocacy through social media is structured by dynamic information flows and intercommunications among participants and followers of the AMCS. Also, the findings indicate that the news media and international and domestic nonprofit organizations have a leading role in building nonprofit advocacy by clustering with their followers.

주관적 계층인식 변화와 의료비지출과의 관련성 (Relevance of Change on the Subjective Recognition of Social Class and Medical Expenditure)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the change gap in the perception of subjective hierarchy and medical expenditure and the factors influencing medical expenditure. Methods: An analysis based on the the data extracted from the Panel Study of Korea Health Panel for 2012-2013 (n=9,359) is conducted. Further in this study, data analysis included a chi-square test and logistic regression using SPSS version. 22.0 to analyze the factors influencing the turnover intention of industrial workers. Results: Model I showed decreases in medical expenditure by 1.247, 1.391, and 1.441 times in social classes one, two, and Model II showed an increase in medical expenditure by age, spouse, number of family members living together, insurance type, income class, economic activities, subjective health status, chronic illness and change on subjective recognition of social class. Conclusions: The study concludes that the state and community require psychological, social, and cultural support, in addition to individual efforts, to reduce medical expenditure.
