To provide social security and for cooperative smart camera context awareness processing, each camera stores and exchange context data. For a specific event, measured values with other context data is stored RDB. RDB is transformed to ontology RDF file and is used for context reasoning. Interoperability between smart cameras conforms to ONVIF and constitutes intelligent surveillance system. To guarantee the confidentiality and integrity, securiy techniques are adopted. Security overhead between agents is analyzed in the prototype system implemented.

In this paper, we review relevant technologies of Mixed Reality(MR) and show important components of perspective that can overcome technical limitations of the current MR. An MR technology combines real and virtual objects in a real environment, and runs interactive in real time, and is regarded as an emerging technology in a large part of the future of Information Technology(IT). We've grouped the major obstacles limiting the wider use of MR technologies into three themes: technological limitations (i,e., tracking, rendering, authoring, and registration), user interface(UI) limitations(i.e., UI metaphor for MR interaction), and social acceptance issues.

Online cybercrime has various causes. The criminal guilty language, Criminal lingo is active in the shaded area with the bilateral aspect of the word on cyber. It has been continuously producing massive risk factors in cyberspace. Criminals are shared and disseminated online. It has been linked with fake news and aids to suicide that has recently become an issue. Thus the criminal lingo has become a real danger factor on cyber interface. Recently, Criminal lingo is shared and distributed as cyber hazard information. It is transformed that damaging to the youth and ordinary people through the internet and social networks. In order to take action, it is necessary to construct an expert system based on AI to implement a smart management architecture with block-chain technology. In this paper, we study technically a new smart management architecture which uses artificial intelligence based decision algorithm and block-chain tracking technology to prevent the spread of criminal lingo factors in the evolving cyber world. In addition, through the off-line regular patrol program of police units, we proposed the conversion of online regular patrol program for "cyber harem area".

컴퓨터 에이전트가 우리의 일상에 미치는 영향력이 커지고 에이전트와의 상호작용이 대인 상호작용과 유사하게 변화할수록, 업무적 효율성보다 에이전트와의 상호작용에서 사용자가 겪게 되는 심리적 사회적 경험이 중요해진다. 사용자의 긍정적인 심리적 경험을 유도하기 위해 에이전트와 사용자의 상호작용에서 사회적 실재감(social presence)을 증진시키고자 하는 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 연구들에서는 에이전트의 언어적/비언어적 커뮤니케이션에 대인적 요소를 적용함으로써 사회적 실재감을 증진시키고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 대인관계에서 매우 중요한 커뮤니케이션 요소인 상호적 자기노출(self-disclosure)이 사용자들의 사회적 실재감 인식과 에이전트 평가, 사용자 경험에 있어 어떠한 효과를 갖는지 살펴보고, 또한 개인의 성격변인인 애착유형(attachment styles)은 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한 사회적 실재감이 에이전트 평가와 사용자 경험에 대한 효과를 매개하는지 알아보았다. 실험 결과 에이전트와의 상호적 자기노출 교환은 사회적 실재감을 증진시키고 에이전트에 대한 호의적 평가와 긍정적인 사용자 경험을 유도하였으며, 향후 상호작용 의사를 증진시켰다. 또한 피험자의 애착유형에 따라 사회적 실재감, 에이전트 평가, 사용자 경험, 향후 상호작용 의사가 다르게 나타났다. 종속변인에 대한 자기노출 교환과 애착유형의 효과는 지각된 사회적 실재감에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 에이전트 설계에 커뮤니케이션적 측면이 중요하게 고려되어야 함을 시사한다. 또한 에이전트가 사용자들에게 미치는 심리적 효과는 사용자의 성격 특성에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

Recently, the environment contamination problem and energy saving are the social issues. So, the Green IT based Smart Grid was suggested. The smart grid will let rates fluctuate even more dynamically, depending on conditions using energy. Thus, green IT includes the dimensions of environmental sustainability and the economics of energy efficiency. The smart controller in which it is controlled by DR in order to manage the energy consumption by using AMI is needed in order to apply its technology to the real life. In this paper, DR_WTIM of the IEEE1451.5 base which has the DR function for connecting to AMI of the wireless base is developed. By using this apparatus for the power control system, the energy saving effect is shown. Moreover, by using the IEEE1451.5 technology, the problem of energy consumption is solved in order to apply to power controller designed for efficient use energy.

This paper is implemented new styled site to combine community of blog style for SNS and shopping mall. Especially, this site is included simulation of coordination in fashion with avatar model. It makes indirect experience of clothing and user-friendly user interface that is different to other Web sites or shopping malls. So this avatar is designed and implemented by using flash animation technique that makes confirm possible coordination styles with eyes of client instantly and review goods very easily. Additionally, it makes pay attention to connect shopping malls and service convenience by SNS.

Purpose: Recently, Housing area plan has tried to reflect a public space of various forms. However, most of cases are indiscriminately developments, which don't reflect the diverse needs of residents. In addition, a subject of the public space is not clear and consistently stable of the management, so the residents don't have an interest enough to take advantage of it. Method: In order to make a plan of the public space of a residential complex, an architect designer needs to take a few things into consideration. One is a physical facility in needs. And other one is a management of keeping a social place stably and consistently, which allows residents to be able to interact with each other. It should be regarded for residents to form a sense of belonging, while minimizing the interface friction. When all these problems are fulfilled, an interaction will be made to improve the quality of the living environment. Result: Therefore, in this study, it is necessary to define the meaning of territoriality of the external public space of housing complex. This study makes it possible to improve the relationship of neighborhood and the quality of the life for the residents, depending on the time. This is the first step as 'the research for the territoriality of the external public space of housing complex', in order to define about the concept, function, characteristic of territory(the base of territoriality) and to establish the territoriality that can form the physical or psychological boundary in public space.

Recently, water quality problems are emerging as important social issues since water quality in rivers and lakes are significantly deteriorated. Thus, an accurate prediction system on reservoir water quality is required, as well as an integrated system which can provide a solution for taking away contaminated materials. This research aims to develop an intelligent decision support system, which uses a GIS enabling management and spatial analysis. The developed system is a prototype that can be applied into real spot. This research area includes the following main subjects; system analysis and design, geometry data collection and database implementation, data acquisition and analysis on reservoir water quality, interface design and development GIS, and development of an expert system for water quality forecasting by WASPS.

This study identifies key determinants and types of participation in UCC Services. The research examines the how the major factors in perception of social presence, fun and entertainment, self-expression, arousal, human relations, positive feedback, information sharing, monetary business opportunity, and user friendliness of web structure contribute to participation in UCC Services. The data used in this study were collected by a web-based survey so that 629 internet users were available for analysis. Some of the practical implications of the results are follows. We have categorized that the type of people participating in UCC Services were readers, modifiers, remixers, and creators. Digital consumers directly connected with other consumers by producing their own digital contents. Multiple regression analysis among the creators group was not included due to small sample size. Self expression, fun and joy and the convenience of the web interface showed strong positive significant impacts on the UCC Service participation of all participation types. Information sharing, other's positive reputation and arousal showed a positive significant impact on the modifiers or remixers type groups. Monetary business opportunity and human relations were not significant in any UCC type group.
