노인일자리사업의 교육만족도가 사업효과성에 미치는 영향과 직무만족도의 매개효과 (The Influence of the Educational Satisfaction on the Project Effectiveness of Employment Promotion Project for the Elderly - A Mediating Effect of Participation Satisfaction -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업의 사업효과성에 미치는 교육만족도의 영향력을 검증하고 이 관계에서의 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구에 활용된 자료는 한국노인인력개발원에서 실시한 2010년 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사 원자료이며, 1,220명이 분석대상이다. 연구방법은 기술분석과 단순상관분석을 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석으로 연구모형을 검증하고, Sobel test를 통해 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 노인일자리사업의 교육만족도는 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교육만족도는 사업효과성에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 직무만족도를 매개로 하여 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 노인일자리사업의 사업효과성을 높이기 위해서는 참여 노인에 대한 교육의 중요성을 인식하고 향후 교육프로그램의 발전방향에 대해 제언하며, 직무만족도 또한 고려해야 함을 제시하였다.

오픈소스 개발 커뮤니티 참여자들의 지속적 지식기여 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sustaining Knowledge Contribution Intention of Participants in the Open Source Software Development Communities)

  • 오픈소스 소프트웨어는 그 자체의 혁신성으로 인해 차별화되며, 혁신성의 원천은 기술적인 문제를 공유하여 함께 해결하는 것에서 비롯된다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 개발자들의 자발적 참여와 협력이 지속적인 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 이러한 상관관계를 조직시민행동이론과 사회적 자본이론을 결합하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 Bolino et al.(2002)의 조직시민행동과 사회적 자본의 연관성 연구, Wasko and Faraj(2005)의 사회적 자본과 지식기여의 연관성 연구를 토대로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 오픈소스 개발자 152명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 구조방정식을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 조직시민행동의 충성, 사회적 참여, 변화주도적 참여가 사회적 자본을 축적하는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 자본의 상호호혜성과 공유 비전은 지속적 지식기여 의도를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사회적 참여와 공유 비전, 응집성과 지속적 지식기여 의도 간의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

Impact of Vocational Training on Wages of Ethnic Minority Labors in Vietnam

  • This research investigates the impact of vocational training on wages of ethnic minority labors in emerging countries; Vietnam is the case study. The study uses secondary data from 2014 to 2018 collected through Vietnam Household Living Standards Surveys (VHLSS) conducted by the General Statistics Office. In order to analyze the impact of vocational training on wages of ethnic minority areas in Vietnam, this research creates ethnic area variables. According to Vietnamese regulations, ethnic areas are communes of 51 different provinces, inhabited by ethnic minority people. The statistics from VHLSS in 2018, show that the proportion of labors of working age with a certificate was 22.5%. The research employs Heckman Sample Selection Model to estimate the impact of vocation training on wage of labors in ethnic minority areas. The results show that vocational training plays a crucial role in improving the wages of ethnic minorities and has a positive impact. However, apart from the achieved outcomes, vocational training and job creation for ethnic minorities are not without limitations and shortcomings. Based on the findings, some recommendations to ethnic minority labors, enterprises and the Government are proposed to encourage participation in vocational training for the purpose of promoting the efficiency of the labor market.

Socio-Demographic Correlates of Participation in Mammography: A Survey among Women Aged between 35-69 in Tehran, Iran

  • Background: The rates of breast cancer have increased over the past two decades, and this raises concern about physical, psychological and social well-being of women with breast cancer. Further, few women really want to do breast cancer screening. We here investigated the socio-demographic correlates of mammography participation among 400 asymptomatic Iranian women aged between 35 and 69. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted at the four outpatient clinics of general hospitals in Tehran during the period from July through October, 2009. Bi-variate analyses and multi-variate binary logistic regression were employed to find the socio-demographic predictors of mammography utilization among participants. Results: The rate of mammography participation was 21.5% and relatively high because of access to general hospital services. More women who had undergone mammography were graduates from university or college, had full-time or part-time employment, were insured whether public or private, reported a positive family history of breast cancer, and were in the middle income level (all P<0.01).The largest number of participating women was in the age range of 41 to 50 years. The results of multivariate logistic regression further showed that education (95%CI: 0.131-0.622), monthly income (95%CI: 0.038-0.945), and family history of breast cancer (95%CI: 1.97-9.28) were significantly associated (all P<0.05) with mammography participation. Conclusions: The most important issue for a successful screening program is participation. Using a random sample, this study found that the potential predictor variables of mammography participation included a higher education level, a middle income level, and a positive family history of breast cancer for Iranian women, after adjusting for all other demographic variables in the model.

다문화청소년의 진로태도 예측모형 탐색 (Exploring The Career Attitude Prediction Model Of Multicultural Youth Using Decision Tree Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 진로태도 주요 변인을 예측하고 다문화청소년의 진로발달을 위한 정책 마련의 근거기반 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 추진되었다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원이 구축한 다문화청소년패널을 활용하였고, SPSS 23.0 프로그램의 데이터마이닝 의사결정나무분석을 활용하여 다문화청소년의 진로태도 예측요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 다문화청소년의 진로태도 예측요인을 살펴본 결과, 여학생의 경우 삶의 만족이 중요한 예측요인으로 나타났고 그 다음으로 자아존중감, 어머니 진로지지 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남학생은 자아존중감이 진로태도의 주요 예측요인으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 진로발달을 위한 정책 및 실천적 제언을 담았다.

  • Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

순천만 해안방풍림 조성을 위한 생태학적 식재모델 개발 (The Development of Ecological Planting Model for the Make Up of Coastal Windbreak Forest on Suncheon Bay in Suncheon-si, Korea)

  • This study was carried out to the development of ecological planting model to make up of coastal windbreak forest on the Suncheon-bay in Sucheon-si, Korea. Make up of coastal windbreak forest in this site was needed for appropriate bioresource, biodiversity and ecological structure, and for conservation of the eco-tour resource and protection of human life and property by the unforeseen disaster from the coast. Based on the plant-social principle, the planting model of windbreak forest was developed to facilitate growth of trees, considering planting locations. The ecological planting model for the coastal windbreak was composed of warm temperate evergreen and windbreak forest which is spreading around the inland area in Korea. The horizontal forest style was composed of forest edge community and inner forest community, and the vertical forest style was composed of upper, middle, low and ground planting class. The target of the present model was quasi-natural forest, and the species of tree were selected based on the adaptability to surroundings depending on a goal to create a forest and forest style. To achieve both functions of wind break forest and visual effect in short period of time, small trees and seedlings were planted with high-density of 40,000/ha in an expectation of easy natural maintenance in the future. The significance of the present study is a suggestion for a guideline to create ecological coastal windbreak forest in the Suncheon-bay in which the harmony of human life and the ecological conservation is of great importance. Also, the ecological coastal windbreak forest model should be developed further through the long term monitoring after construction of forest.

농촌유역 물순환 해석을 위한 웹기반 자료 전처리 및 모형 연계 기법 개발 (Web-Based Data Processing and Model Linkage Techniques for Agricultural Water-Resource Analysis)

  • Establishment of appropriate data in certain formats is essential for agricultural water cycle analysis, which involves complex interactions and uncertainties such as climate change, social & economic change, and watershed environmental change. The main objective of this study was to develop web-based Data processing and Model linkage Techniques for Agricultural Water-Resource analysis (AWR-DMT). The developed techniques consisted of database development, data processing technique, and model linkage technique. The watershed of this study was the upper Cheongmi stream and Geunsam-Ri. The database was constructed using MS SQL with data code, watershed characteristics, reservoir information, weather station information, meteorological data, processed data, hydrological data, and paddy field information. The AWR-DMT was developed using Python. Processing technique generated probable rainfall data using non-stationary frequency analysis and evapotranspiration data. Model linkage technique built input data for agricultural watershed models, such as the TANK and Agricultural Watershed Supply (AWS). This study might be considered to contribute to the development of intelligent watercycle analysis by developing data processing and model linkage techniques for agricultural water-resource analysis.

수학영재의 집단창의성 발현 모델 개발 (A Study on the Manifestation Process Model Development of Group Creativity among Mathematically Gifted Students)

  • 본 연구는 수학영재의 집단창의성 발현 모델을 이론적으로 구안하고, 이를 실제 수업에 적용한 결과를 분석하여 모델을 확인하고 정교화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 영역 일반적인 집단창의성에 대한 선행연구와 수학영재의 창의성에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하여 집단창의성 발현 모델을 구안하였다. 또한 이 모델을 수학영재학급 수업에 적용하여 학생들이 보인 반응을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 집단창의성 발현 모델의 각 단계에 따른 수학영재의 반응과 집단창의성에 작용하는 주요 요인을 확인하였으며, 수학적 정당화를 위해 추측 또는 문제해결 아이디어 공유 단계로 되돌아가는 과정과 집단 수준의 창의적 시너지가 일어날 수 있는 발생 및 긴장 상태에서 추측 또는 문제해결 아이디어 공유단계로 되돌아가는 과정을 추가적으로 발견하였다.

보육교사의 건강증진행위와 건강상태간의 구조모형 (Structural Equation Model for Health Promotion Behavior and Health Status on Child Care Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to verify model for predicting health promotion behavior and the health status of child care teachers based on Pender's health promotion model and Dahlgren and Whitehead's health determinants model. Methods: The data was collected from January to February 2018 from 205 child care teachers in day care centers in Seoul. Results: This model was suitable to explain the health status and health promotion behavior of child care teachers. In this study, health promotion behavior had the most direct affect on the health status of child care teachers. Health promotion behavior was directly affected by social support, self-efficacy, and depression. Job stress had an indirect affect on health promotion behavior. Conclusion: Considering the factors identified in this study that influence the health promotion behavior of child care teachers, we propose the development of interventions to improve the health status of child care teachers.
