This study explores the evolving landscape of consumer experiences in the context of pop-up stores, considering the shifts from product economy to service economy and now the experience economy. It investigates the factors influencing consumer word-of-mouth intentions by examining the interplay of pop-up store experiences, brand equity, brand charisma, and verbal intent. Using Schmitt's strategic experience modules and the Aaker brand equity model, the study employs quantitative methods and data analysis to uncover the relationships among these variables. Surprisingly, it finds limited associations between the aspects of the pop-up store experience and brand equity. However, it highlights the direct impact of brand equity on brand charisma, which subsequently influences consumers' intentions to share brand-related information. This research contributes to our understanding of word-of-mouth marketing for pop-up stores, filling a knowledge gap and offering valuable insights for academics and businesses navigating the evolving marketing landscape. It also emphasizes the significance of brand charisma in the context of transient in-store experiences and evolving consumer preferences.

지속적인 수산물의 소비량 증가에 따라 어족자원의 한계성에 직면한 어로어업대신 기르는 방식의 양식업이 대응방안으로 등장하였으며, 최근에는 4차 산업혁명기술과 융복합을 통하여 스마트양식 산업이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이에 따라 전 세계를 대상으로 양식산업의 우위성과 기술표준 헤게모니를 확보하기 위하여 스마트양식 플랫폼의 미래 모형 도출이 매우 중요한 시기가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 스마트양식 전문가들의 인터뷰를 통해 스마트양식산업의 중점 사항들을 도출하고 거시환경분석 중 PEST 방법론을 적용, 스마트양식과 관련된 정치, 경제, 사회, 기술 분야의 환경분석을 통하여 스마트양식 플랫폼의 미래 방향성을 도출하였다. 과거 생물 생장 관리의 자동화에 국한되었던 단순한 스마트양식 플랫폼에서 육종, 생산, 경영, 유통의 양식 가치사슬 전 과정을 포함하고, 인공지능 기반의 디지털 트윈기술을 통하여 리스크 최소화 및 상황 최적화 스마트양식 플랫폼으로 발전 할 수 있도록 선진 모델을 제시함으로써 공공 및 산업계에서 관련 사업 기획 및 추진 시에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

스마트폰 열풍에 따른 인간 생활의 변화는 21세기 새로운 혁명을 맞고 있다. 2012년말 우리나라 스마트폰 보급률 58.8%를 기록해 세계 1위를 차지하며 IT강국의 명성을 이어가고 있다. 이러한 세계 최고의 IT 기반을 자랑하며 급속도로 발전해가는 IT강국이지만, OECD 회원국 중 최장 근로시간을 가진 국가이면서도 노동생산성은 하위권에 위치한다. 현재 전 세계적으로 저탄소 녹색성장, 저 출산 고령화, 노동생산성 증대, 온실가스 감축 등 공통된 사회적 현안이 지속 늘어나고 있고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 '스마트워크(Smart Work)'가 주목 받고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 지방경제에 미치는 영향과 중소기업의 정보화 실태를 통계적 관점에서 살펴보고, 스마트워크 추진을 위한 세부 추진요소 및 모델 제안을 통해 중소기업의 스마트워크 대응방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 스마트워크를 위한 중소기업 IT시스템 구성 모델를 제시한다.

Korean agricultural industry has weakened as demand for domestic agricultural products has declined due to accelerating market liberalization, aging and shrinking of rural population, and stagnating rural households' incomes. On the other hand, as the forth industrial revolution unfolds in earnest, tremendous changes are expected, and those changes won't be confined to certain industries but would shaken the world we know of entirely. Smart farm, which is one example of the fourth industrial revolution, is increasingly being recognized as a new growth engine for the future as smart farm and the science and technology behind it, not the size of arable land, will determine competitiveness of the agricultural industry and drive agricultural productivity and managerial efficiency. In consideration that John W. Kingdon's Multiple Streams Framework has recently been presented as an important theoretical model in the policy field, this study analyzed problem stream, policy stream, and political stream in the process of forming the smart farm policy, and looked into what role the government played as policy entrepreneur in policy window. The smart farm policy was put on policy agenda by the government and was approved when the government announced the Smart Farm Plan together with relevant ministries at the 5th Economy-Related Ministers' Meeting held in April 2018. This suggests that change of the government is the most critical factor in political stream, and explicitly indicates the importance of politics in formation of an agricultural policy. In addition, actual outcome of the policy and how policy alternatives that will enhance people's understanding will support it seem to be the key to success. It also shows that it is important that policy alternatives be determined based on sufficient discussion amongst stakeholders.

COVID-19로 인해 전 세계적으로 경제는 악화되었으며 국내 역시 큰 타격을 받게 되었다. 이에 정부는 중소기업들이 겪고 있는 자금난 해소를 위해 전례 없는 COVID-19 관련 재정지원 정책을 시행하였다. 또한, 정부는 COVID-19 확산이 지속되자 비대면 접촉을 권고했으며 그에 따른 지침과 방안을 내세움에 따라 공공부문과 민간부문의 조직들은 비대면 형태의 업무방식을 도입하였다. 이러한 상황을 고려하여 본 연구는 COVID-19 관련 재정지원 정책이 중소기업의 혁신에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 또한, 기업의 혁신을 위해서는 정부의 지원과 같은 외부적인 지원도 중요하나 내부적 역량 역시 중요한 요인에 해당한다. 따라서 기업가정신이 제품혁신에 미치는 영향을 파악하였으며, 더하여 비대면 형태의 업무방식이 활성화됨에 따라 스마트워크를 도입한 기업과 도입하지 않는 기업 간 비교를 통해 스마트워크의 효과를 파악하였다. 가설검증을 위한 자료수집은 과학기술정책연구원에서 제공하는 한국기업혁신조사-2020년 (제조업)의 자료를 활용하였다. 또한, 가설검증을 위해 성향점수매칭을 이용해 표본에 대한 선택편의를 줄인 이후 스마트 도입 기업과 도입하지 않은 기업 간 집단을 분류하여 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 기업가정신의 경우 스마트워크 도입 여부에 상관없이 중소기업의 제품혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. COVID-19 재정지원정책의 경우, 금융지원은 스마트워크를 도입한 기업에게만 제품혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 이외에 지원정책은 스마트워크 도입 여부에 상관없이 제품혁신에는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과 기업가정신은 스마트워크 도입 여부에 상관없이 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈으며, COVID-19 관련 재정지원정책은 지원유형에 따라 혼재된 결과를 보여주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 정책적 및 학문적 시사점을 제시할 수 있었다.

최근 들어 스마트 폰 사용의 확대로 우리 생활에 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스마트기기의 활용으로 나타나고 있는 스마트워크와 일자리 창출을 위한 메커니즘에 대하여 살펴보고 그 발전방안을 찾고자 하였다. 따라서 스마트워크에 대한 명확한 개념적 정의와 IT를 통한 정보의 융합과 산업의 정보화가 가져온 신 시장 개척, 그리고 ICT를 통한 일자리 창출의 해외사례를 분석하였다. 나아가 스마트워크 플레이스하는데 있어서 국민의 문화적인 인식전환이 필요하다. 또한 민 관 협력을 기반한 클러스터 개발이 일자리 창출을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 학계-협력업체-서비스업체 등의 상생을 통해 지역경제 발전의 주도적인 역할 수행을 강조하고 있다. 이를 위해 정부적 차원에서 스마트워크에 대한 정책적 지원과 민관이 협력할 필요가 요구된다.

어려운 세계 경제 여건 속에서도 스마트폰 산업은 높은 성장률을 보이고 있으며 이를 둘러싼 생태계 변화가 급속히 이루어지고 있다. 이런 가운데 지속적인 글로벌 경쟁력 우위를 지키기 위해서는 스마트폰과 관련된 생태계 변화를 선제적으로 파악하고 이에 알맞은 정책을 구사해 나가야 한다. 미국, 유럽을 비롯한 세계 각 국이 새로운 스마트폰 생태계에서 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 부단히 노력하고 있다. 한국도 실기하였음을 인정하고 과거 IT 강국 위상을 되찾기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 본고에서는 변화하는 스마트폰 생태계 속에서 각광 받게 될 새로운 범주의 서비스나 제시하고 우리 정부에서 추진하고 있는 노력에 더하여 어떠한 노력이 더 필요한가를 제시하였다. 본고가 앞으로 한국의 스마트폰 환경 하에서의 적절한 생태계 정책을 마련하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

Increased evidences reveal that the global climate change adversely affect on the environment. Smart grid system is one of the ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the electricity generation sector. Since 2013, Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) has installed smart grid station in KEPCO office buildings. The goal of this paper is two folds. One is to quantify the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions through smart grid stations installed in KEPCO office buildings as a part of pilot project. Among components of smart grid stations, this research focused on the photovoltaic power system (PV) and energy storage system (ESS). The other is to estimate the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions when PV is applied on individual houses. Results show that greenhouse gas emissions reduce 5.8~11.3% of the emissions generated through the electricity usage after PV is applied in KEPCO office buildings. The greenhouse gas emissions reduction from ESS is not apparent. When PV of 200~500 W is installed in individual houses, annual greenhouse gas emission reduction in 2016 is expected to be approximately $2.2{\sim}5.4million\;tCO_2-eq$, equivalent to 6~15% of greenhouse gas emissions through the electricity usage in the house hold sector. The saving of annual electricity cost in the individual house through PV of 200 W and 500 W is expected to be 47~179 thous and KRW and 123~451 thousand KRW, respectively. Results analyzed in this study show the environmental effect of the smart grid station. In addition, the results can be further used as guidance in implementing similar projects.

광 산업은 국가 경제 활성화에 지대한 영향력을 갖고 있으며, IT기술의 발전은 관광객의 특성, 행위, 구매 성향, 관심사 등에 기반한 개인 프로파일 정보 및 위치정보, 활동정보 등의 수집과 분석이 가능해졌다. 이를 구현하기 위해 융합형 스마트관광 정보 서비스 플랫폼 구현은 3단계로 나누어 비지니스 모델 개발, IoT & 빅데이터 통합관리 시스템, 빅데이터 알고리즘 개발 및 분석 플랫폼 개발로 완성된다. 플랫폼 및 알고리즘의 원천기술은 오픈소스를 채택하고 그 기반위에 서비스 요소를 확장한 후, 지역을 연계한 Test-Bed 실증 시험을 통해 문제점을 보완하는 과정을 진행하게 된다. 이 플랫폼을 활용하면 다양한 정보를 통합적으로 분석하여 관광객별 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 스마트관광 환경이 가능해진다. 또한 지역중심의 스마트관광 생태계 조성을 통해 관광 목적지 주민의 삶을 개선하고 지역 재생과 일자리 창출에도 기여할 수가 있을 것이다.

Recently a new government has announced an action plan known as the government 3.0, which aims to provide customized services for individual people, generate more jobs and support creative economy. Leading on from previous similar initiatives, the new scheme seeks to focus on open, share, communicate, and collaborate. In promoting Government 3.0, the crucial factor might be how to align the core services and policies of Government 3.0 with correspoding technologies. The paper describes the concepts and features of Government 3.0, identifies emerging Internet-based technologies and services toward the initiative, and finally provides improvement plans for Government 3.0. As a result, 10 issues to be brought together include: Smart Phone Applications and Service, Mobile Internet Computing and Application, Wireless and Sensor Network, Security & Privacy in Internet, Energy-efficient Computing & Smart Grid, Multimedia & Image Processing, Data Mining and Big Data, Software Engineering, Internet Business related Policy, and Management of Internet Application.
