본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기술로 구현하는 실버케어에 대한 동향을 소개하고, 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 노인건강과 재활을 위한 디지털 기술 활용을 기술함으로서 향후 디지털 기반의 실버케어 상용화 가능성을 살펴보고 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 노인들의 일상생활에서 겪을 수 있는 활동장애나 건강상의 문제를 관리하는데 도움이 되는 에브리데이 테크놀러지(Everyday Technology)를 활용한 건강관리와 재활을 위한 실버케어로는 첫째, 자신이 살던 집에서 독립생활이 가능하도록 보조하는 디지털기술이나 IT기술을 통해 가능한 스마트 주거 서비스인 건강지원 스마트 홈(Health smart home)을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 인공지능과 로봇을 활용한 기술 서비스를 들 수 있는데, 고도화된 지능에 기반한 로봇은 노인들의 일상생활을 보조하고, 건강상태를 체크하며, 양질의 의료 관리를 가능하게 하는 서비스를 지원하여 노인들의 건강과 재활을 위한 보조역할이 가능하다. 이들 실버케어의 상용화를 위해서는 노인의 신체적 능력과 건강상태 등 현재 상황에 맞는 정보와 서비스가 제공되어야 하며, 디지털 소외계층인 노인들이 불편함을 느끼지 않도록 실사용 노인들의 요구를 반영한 필수적인 기술 활용을 시작으로 점차 확대시켜 나가는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

본 논문은 적외선 온도센서를 이용한 재실인원 측정을 통한 출입자 관리 시스템, 방 내부의 움직임 파악하기 위한 PIR센서 모듈, 그리고 취침 상태를 판별하기 위한 스마트 호흡감지 모듈로 구성된다. 센싱부와 알고리즘 구동 부를 일체화 한 임베디드 형태의 센서 모듈과 통신 시스템으로 구성하였다. 고령화 사회가 가속화, 고급화됨에 따라 실버케어에 대한 사회적 비용이 증가하고 프라이버시를 보호하기 위해선 효율적인 실버케어기기 개발을 통하여 비용 감소가 필요하다. 제안된 비 영상 인체감지 IOT 센서 시스템은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 구현하였고 기존의 영상에 의한 감시 방법과 비교하여 우수한 성능을 확인하였다.

This study delves into the unique transformation of South Korea's elderly population, distinctively termed 'Nomad Silver'. Characterized by individuals aged 65 and above who actively seek novel experiences and embrace new activities, this demographic shift signifies a departure from traditional perceptions of the elderly. The Nomad Silver cohort, distinguished by their significant economic influence and evolving needs, necessitates a tailored approach to healthcare services. This paper underscores the importance of comprehending both the fundamental biological needs and the personalized desires of the Nomad Silver, aiming to enhance their satisfaction and overall well-being. Hospitals, in response, should innovate their services to resonate with the emotional, psychological, and social facets of this age group. Consequently, the paper proposes a four-pronged strategy for hospitals to adapt: comprehensive healthcare provision, patient-centric service development, senior health education coupled with community engagement, and establishing a generational bridge hub. Furthermore, the paper posits that catering to the Nomad Silver not only promises substantial financial gains for hospitals but also fosters new business opportunities across various sectors.

최근 고령 사회로의 진입으로 헬스케어 서비스의 수요가 확대되고 있다. 하지만 노후를 능동적으로 준비하는 뉴실버세대의 특성을 고려한 GUI연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 뉴실버세대는 일반적인 고령자들보다는 정보취득에 대한 거부감이 약하기는 하지만 40대 이하의 젊은 세대들과 정보습득능력의 차이를 보이고 있기 때문에 그들의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 특성을 고려한 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 GUI에 대한 연구가 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 미래 의료소비의 중심으로 떠오르고 있는 뉴실버세대가 모바일 헬스케어 서비스를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 GUI평가 가이드를 제안하는 데에 있다. 연구방법은 첫 번째, 문헌연구과 선행연구를 통해 뉴실버세대의 특성을 분석하여 모바일 헬스케어의현황을 파악하였고, 두 번째, 현재 모바일 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 각 분야에서 선호되는 시각구성요소를 분석하여 고령자의 특성에 맞게 모바일 GUI디자인의 사용성 평가 지표를 도출하였다. 세 번째, 도출된 평가 지표를 사용하여 휴리스틱(heuristic)방식을 통하여 57세부터 65세까지의 뉴실버세대 8명을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 이 연구는 뉴실버세대 사용자의 특성에 맞춰 GUI가이드를 제안함으로써 사용성 향상에 기여하기를 기대하며 동시에 헬스케어 모바일 어플리케이션 개발에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

현대 사회는 노인 인구가 증가하면서 고령화 시대로 진입하였으며, 이른바 65세 이상인 실버세대를 위한 노인의료비, 노인 케어 등의 사회적 비용이 증가하고 있다. 현재 정부나 각종 기업에서 노인 건강을 위해 정보기술을 활용한 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있음에도 불구하고 여러 가지 한계가 지적되어 활성화가 저해되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 욕구를 반영한 스마트 헬스 케어 서비스 중에서도 가장 보편화되고 있는 스마트 헬스 밴드의 비즈니스 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 스마트 헬스 밴드 및 이와 관련한 기술적 기능에 대해 살펴보고, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 구성 요소 및 각 내용에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

China has already entered the aging society and is predicted to become a super-aged society in 2020. The recent studies identified that the elderly has more interest in 'Aging-in-Place' which emphasizes deinstitutionalization since welfare facilities such as care homes and silver towns have separated the elderly from their local communities where they used to live in. The aim of this research is to propose a promising way for smart housing services who support the elderly's living in their homes, China. This research is to investigate the elderly's life and to identify their demands on housings for implementing such smart services. The elderly's living in apartments in Luoyang city, China, were investigated through interviews using a questionnaire survey. The results show that smart housing services should be provided to support the elderly's health, safety, leisure activities, comfortable living, and social relationships sustainably. In addition, such smart housing services should be intuitive since the elderly need to use easily smart services for their autonomous life in their homes. The smart housing services should be developed in the direction of enhancing the elderly's healthy and desirable life, and lessening their discomforts due to aging.

본 연구는 스마트 디바이스와 기술을 활용한 운동 사례와 이슈를 분석하고 기존의 실버세대와 달리 높은 활동력과 경제력을 지닌 액티브시니어의 웰니스 라이프에 적합한 향후 스마트 운동 환경의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 피트니스 산업에서도 필요한 운동도구나 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 등을 정기적으로 받아보거나 이용하는 구독경제가 확장되고 있는 추세이며, 하드웨어 판매와 콘텐츠 구독을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 계속 등장하고 있다. 액티브시니어에게 건강관리를 위한 통합적인 운동 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로서의 가치경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 피트니스센터 뿐만 아니라 홈트레이닝 운동기구, 피트니스 관련 애플리케이션, 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스 시장 등이 유기적으로 연결되어 확장된 토털 플랫폼으로서의 모습을 이루어야 할 것이다. 개인별 건강상태에 알맞은 운동프로그램을 제안 받고 선택하여 운동 전, 후, 운동 중 웨어러블 디바이스를 통해 지속적인 모니터링과 피드백에 따른 운동프로그램에 실시간 변화를 주는 디지털 헬스케어 기능 연동이 스마트 피트니스 모델의 차별적 요소이다.

With the development of medical care in the 21st century and the rapid development of the 4th industry, electronic devices and household goods taking into account the physical and mental aging of the silver generation have been developed, and apps related to health and health are generally developed and operated. The apps currently used by the silver generation are a form that provides information on diseases by focusing on prevention rather than treatment, such as safety management apps for the elderly living alone and methods for preventing diseases. There are not many apps that provide information on foods that have a direct effect and nutrients in that food, and research on apps that can obtain information about individual foods is insufficient. In this paper, we propose an app that analyzes food factors and provides self-medication for health promotion of the silver generation. This app allows the silver generation to conveniently and easily obtain information such as nutrients, calories, and efficacy of food they need. In addition, this app collects/categorizes healthy food information through a textom solution-based crawling agent, and stores highly relevant words in a data resource. In addition, wide deep learning was applied to enable self-medication recommendations for food. When this technique is applied, the most appropriate healthy food is suggested to people with similar eating patterns and tastes in the same age group, and users can receive recommendations on customized healthy foods that they need before eating. This made it possible to obtain convenient healthy food information through a customized interface for the elderly through a smartphone.

우리 사회는 빠른 속도로 고령화가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 초고령화 사회에서는 의료비 증가도 늘어나고 있으며 이 상황은 사회보장제도의 지속가능성을 저하시키는 국가적인 문제로 인식되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 노인 건강관리를 위한 다양한 서비스가 추진되어왔지만 대부분 취약계층, 만성질환 발병 후 건강관리에 집중해 왔으며 예방차원의 건강관리는 부족하였고 대부분 시범사업으로 그치고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내외 노인대상 건강관리 서비스의 현황을 분석하고 이를 근거로 한계점과 개선점을 분석하여 IoT 기반의 토탈실버케어센터 구축을 제안하였다. IoT 기반의 토탈실버케어센터는 다양한 센서, 의료기기, 스마트밴드 등을 통해 노인들의 건강상태를 편리하게 모니터링 할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 긴급히 방문해야 하는 사용자를 구분하여 간호제공자의 시간절약 및 업무의 효율화를 통해 간호서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 건강상태 변화가 있는 경우 건강간호 중재를 적시에 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 실시간 영상시스템을 통해 정신적인 어려움을 극복하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 폭발적 증가와 함께 스마트폰의 악성코드 및 해킹 도구에 의해 스마트폰의 음성, 문자, 데이터 도청이 문제가 되고 있으며 최근 [1]"미국 NSA가 35개국 정상 전화 도청 사건"에 이르기 까지 도청은 국가사회적 문제로 발단 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통신 호 사이의 네트워크에 전송되는 음성, 문자, 데이터를 [2]"AES256 암호화 알고리즘"을 통해 암호화하여 도청을 방지하고 AES256 암복호화를 송수신 스마트폰에서 수행하여 통신 호 사이 네트워크 구간의 부하를 줄임으로써 암복호화에 따른 네트워크 구간의 성능 저하 문제를 해결하고자 한다.
