Smart phones have brought rapid changes in this competitive world. Smart phone application developers are trying their best to consider the customer requirements in the most efficient way while considering all its attributes. However smart phone service quality has been given less consideration comparatively during the last few years. This paper proposes a measurement method for improving service quality of smart phone application. This method combines the service quality performance model (SQPM) and process capability index (PCI). The service quality performance model is used to identify service items that require improvement. Process capability index is used as a measure for prioritization of those improvements. Case study was carried out to search out important communication application service attributes. customer satisfaction level data was collected for users who used the application service. A total of twenty four service attributes were found during this survey. Using the joint approach of SQPM and PCI, five significant service attributes were prioritized for service quality improvement.

In this study, I discussed the overview of smart phone and the direction of the development, and analysed the case study of the smart phone application which is recently developed in domestic and international door-to-door service company. Through this analysis, I suggest the main topic of the vitalization of smart phone and the strategic direction of the practical use in logistic industry.

Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

본 연구에서는 학교와 가정에서 학생들의 스마트 폰을 제어 할 수 있는 서비스인 아이스마트키퍼를 개발하였다. 이 서비스의 구현은 서버, 교사 앱, 부모앱, 학생앱 등으로 구성하였고, 학교에서의 스마트폰 제어는 학교일일시정표와 위치기반(GPS, Global Positioning System)으로 동작된다. 즉 학교의 주관리자가 미리 설정된 시간에 따라 학생의 스마트폰은 6가지 정책중 하나로 동작된다. 6가지 정책은 비상전화만 허용, 특정앱허용, 전화만허용, 전화/문자허용, 모두허용, 모두잠금 등이다. 이런 6가지 정책은 수업시간에 교사의 스마트폰으로 임시정책에 의해서 실시간으로 변경이 가능하며 특히 특정앱허용의 정책을 활용하면 수업에 유용한 앱만을 가지고 수업이 가능하다. 또한 학생들이 수업시간에 조퇴 등으로 학교위치를 벗어난 경우에는 위치기반으로 학생들의 스마트폰이 학교 정책을 적용받지 않게 된다. 그리고 학생들의 스마트폰 사용 패턴을 분석하여 스마트건강지수를 5가지 유형중 하나로 표시하여 학생들의 건강한 스마트폰 사용을 유도하였다. 또한 가정에서도 부모앱을 활용하여 학생들의 스마트폰 사용을 제어 할 수 있다. 본 서비스의 도입으로 학교에서는 스마트폰을 수거하지 않고 도난에 따른 위험에서 벗어날 수 있다. 현재 1개 초등학교는 전체학생이 사용 중이며 3개 초등학교가 시험 실시중이다. 시험실시결과 교사의 만족도는 매우 높았고 적극적으로 수업에 활용하는 교사의 비율이 높았다. 학생들의 설문 조사 결과 만족도가 높았다.

최근 스마트폰의 감정인식 기술과 멀티미디어 기술의 발전은 전통적인 방송방식의 새로운 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기존 지상파방송사업자 중심의 단방향 방송은 인터넷, 모바일 그리고 스마트 TV의 결합으로 시청자 중심의 감성방송을 제공하는 양방향 방송매체로의 변환이 불가피하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 사용자의 감정(슬픔, 분노, 우울)을 측정할 수 있는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 개발하고 스마트 TV와 융합함으로써 함께 시청하는 사용자 그룹간의 감성적인 상호 유대감을 높이는 서비스를 제공한다. 만약 사용자 그룹 중에 우울증에 빠진 친구가 있다면, 감정인식 기반의 스마트폰과 TV와의 융합을 통해 시청중인 방송에 초대하여 친구 아바타(이모티콘)의 표정을 보면서 진솔한 대화를 나눔으로써 인간적인 위로를 줄 수 있다. 제안하는 스마트폰 연동의 감성방송 서비스를 통해 외로움과 우울증으로 고통 받는 친구에게 인간적인 유대감과 행복감을 제공함으로써 개인의 극단적인 결정으로부터 구출할 수 있다. 추가적으로, 제안하는 양방향 방송서비스는 시청자의 감성에 따른 프로그램 추천서비스, 감성조명 서비스를 통한 실재감 극대화 및 시청자의 기분을 활용한 홈쇼핑 서비스로 확장이 가능하다.

스마트폰은 인터넷 PC에서 사용하는 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용하여 업무의 확장성과 사용자의 편리성을 제공하는 어플리케이션 형태로 제공하고 있다. 특히 유무선 통신 사용료의 감소로 무료 WiFi나 인터넷 PC에서의 어플리케이션 프로그램으로 다운 받아 스마트폰에서 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰에서 위치 API를 이용하여 GPS에서 파악된 위도좌표, 경도좌표를 서버로 전송하여, 안드로이드 스마트폰에서 위치 역추적의 가능성을 알아보기 위하여, 스마트폰 위치역추적 사용자가 어플리케이션 프로그램을 설치하고, 서버에서는 실시간 GPS 위치 역추적 신호를 조합한 Google 어스에서 판독하도록 GPS 위치 역추적 어플리케이션 연구를 한다.

In severe disaster situations, Emergency alert provide information for people to survive. However, the only device that can receive the Cell Broadcasting Service (CBS) of the Korean Public Alert System (KPAS), the Public Warning System (PWS), is Smart Phone and Receiving the disaster information is very limited. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution to the problem. First, we discover problems through the analysis of KPAS, and second, we propose Smart Watch and Navigation as devices to receive Emergency alert. The devices can receive disaster information through Bluetooth communication from Smart Phone and provide content such as disaster-related images and videos. Based on the proposed items, the application was developed, and as a result of the test, Smart Phone provided more disaster information like images and videos than current emergency alert, and the method of notification of emergency alert was varied. And Smart Watch and Navigation received disaster information successfully through Smart Phone, which also provided various disaster information like images and videos. The developed application has expanded functionally than the existing emergency alert and can benefit many people in emergency situations.

클라우드 컴퓨팅의 편리성과 확장성을 기반으로 웹과 모바일의 기능을 결합한 스마트폰이 최근 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 그러나 현재 출시되고 있는 클라우드 서비스들은 대부분 모바일 단말과 서버간의 단순 데이터 동기화 기반 응용 서비스 수준에 그치고 있어 통신사들이 개발한 비즈니스 모델의 상호운용성에 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 편리성과 확장성을 유지하면서 스마트폰 간 서로 다른 비즈니스 모델을 사용하는 스마트폰의 사용자를 효율적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 서비스 보안 인증 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 현재 운영중인 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 스마트폰 사용자의 신분확인 및 권한/접근제어 등을 연동하여 통합 커뮤니케이션 업무의 원활한 서비스가 유지될 수 있도록 스마트폰의 사용자 정보를 인증한다.

본 연구에서는 Smart Phone에서 사용하는 영어학습용 어플리케이션으로서, 기존의 제품에 대비하여 음성지원 프로그램과 검색창 등을 제공하는 것으로 차별성을 두어, 보다 편리하고 실용적인 서비스 모듈을 스마트폰 운영체제인 안드로이드 기반에서 작동하는 앱으로서 개발하였다. 서비스 모듈 구현을 위해서 분석, 설계 및 구현과정을 거쳐서 작성된 문서 산출물과, 실제 구현 화면 등을 포함한 일부 코딩 내용을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해서 보다 효율적인 영어단어 암기 학습효과를 기대할 수 있다.

현대 사회에서는 많은 분야에 스마트 폰이 활용되고 있다. 따라서 개인 개발자 또는 회사에서 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 개발하고, 재난 정보 시스템과 재난 방지 서비스를 활용하고 있다. 재난 정보를 아이폰 애플리케이션을 통해 이용하는 것은 아직까지 드물다. 그리고 기존의 아이폰 애플리케이션은 단지 매우 제한된 양의 기능을 가지고 있다. 따라서 사용자들에게 강력한 재해 정보 수집이 가능한 아이폰 어플리케이션과 GIS 기반 서비스가 매우 필요하다.
