Although smart homes have been much developed in China, smart homes has been mainly towards the adoption of new technologies. There is little development of smart homes to consider and meet residents' needs in China. This study investigated residents' living in apartments in China using a questionnaire to identify their demands on smart homes. Through the survey, this study analyzed residents' space use patterns, daily living patterns etc. according to their ages. The results implied that there are significant differences in the use of spaces and demands on daily living within apartments. The results of this study should be considered for the development of smart homes in future. For example, it might be easier for people in the 20's to adopt Internet of Things (IoT) and environmental control systems compared to other age groups because most of them in the 20's use smart phones effectively without difficulties. In case of people in their 50's who stay home more times for taking a rest and eating meals compared to other age groups, smart technologies should be applied to support their health care and works in housings. This research emphasizing residents' experiences could be basis for the development of smart homes in China.

Smart devices refer to various devices and control equipment such as health care devices, imaging devices, motor devices and wearable devices that use wireless network communication (e.g., Wi-fi, Bluetooth, LTE). Commercial services using such devices are found in a wide range of fields, including home networks, health care and medical services, entertainment and toys. Studies on smart devices have also been actively undertaken by academia and industry alike, as the penetration rate of smartphones grew and the technological progress made with the fourth industrial revolution bring about great convenience for users. While services offered through smart devices come with convenience, there is also various security threats that can lead to financial loss or even a loss of life in the case of terrorist attacks. As attacks that are committed through smart devices tend to pick up where attacks based on wireless internet left off, more research is needed on related security topics. As such, this paper seeks to design an access control method for reinforced security for smart devices. After registering and authenticating the smart device from the user's smart phone and service provider, a safe communication protocol is designed. Then to secure the integrity and confidentiality of the communication data, a management process such as for device renewal or cancellation is designed. Safety and security of the existing systems against attacks are also evaluated. In doing so, an improved efficiency by approximately 44% compared to the encryption processing speed of the existing system was verified.

4차산업혁명이 진행되면서 교육도 커다란 변화를 겪게 될 것으로 예견된다. 본 연구는 미래의 교육이 어떻게 변화하여야 하는 지를 조사할 목적으로 수행되었다. 미래형 스마트홈서비스 환경에서 사용자들이 기대하는 교육콘텐츠의 내용과 구성에 대하여 심층인터뷰를 실시하였고 근거이론분석을 하였다. 전문가 10명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 코딩 결과의 부분적인 검증을 위해 빅데이터분석 결과와 대조하였다. 결과적으로 스마트홈서비스 교육콘텐츠 활용의 맥락을 11개의 범주들로 정의할 수 있었다. 스마트홈서비스 교육콘텐츠 활성화를 위해서는, 필요성을 강조하여 가치 창출(중심현상)에 초점을 맞추고, 콘텐츠 차별화를 통해 햄릿증후군을 극복(인과적 조건)할 수 있도록 해주어야 하며, 내용의 다양성과 각 콘텐츠 요소들 간의 연결성(맥락적 조건)을 확보해야 하고, 사용자 경험을 높일 수 있는 연구(중개적 상황)가 선행되어, 콘텐츠는 큐레이션되고 즉시성(상호작용전략)이 확보되어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 2차 선택 코딩에서는 사용자들이 근미래 스마트홈서비스에서 제공되기 바라는 교육콘텐츠의 유형은 자기계발, 살림고수, 건강관리, 마음치유의 네 가지로 대별되었다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of the 3S-Smart, Simple & Speed Business Intelligence Systems(3S-BIS) program on various aspects including simulation design assessment, simulation education assessment, satisfaction among education participants, academic self-efficacy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial competency for nurses. Method: This research was a non-equivalent control trial design study using two groups. 23 participants in experimental group, and 22 in the control group. Data were collected three intervals: before program, immediately after the program, four weeks later. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher values across parameters, including simulation design assessment, simulation education assessment, satisfaction among education participants, academic self-efficacy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial competency. Conclusion: The 3S-BIS program has shown a positive impact on improving nursing start-up competency. Applying 3S-BIS can be effectively used across all ranges of nurses and is recommended.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰과 생체센서를 사용하여 몸이 불편한 고령자의 상태를 수시로 모니터링하고 보호자 및 간병인으로 하여금 언제, 어디서나 최고의 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 아두이노를 기반으로 병실에 설치된 다양한 생체센서들을 통해 고령자의 상태를 모니터링하고 고령자가 필요로 하는 생리적, 의료적 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 할뿐 아니라, 만일의 경우 보호자에게 알려 위급한 순간을 대처할 수 있게 하였다. 결론적으로, 본 논문은 아두이노와 안드로이드 애플리케이션(앱)을 이용하여 고령자가 사용하는 독서 등을 생체센서가 달린 홈 서버로 동작하게 하고, 간병인 및 보호자의 스마트폰을 원격관리 및 긴급호출 시스템으로 구성함으로써 향후 만성질환 고령자와 간병인 모두에게 의료서비스 만족도를 향상 시키는 중요한 방안을 제시한다.

The home network, contributing to improve the quality of life in dwelling, has expanded its installation and use in past years, but the elderly care system supporting self-reliance is not fully prepared. Although the aging society in Korea is progressing rapidly, inducting and spreading home network system is still required supporting of 'Aging in Place' for the elderly. This research is based the survey of spatial characteristics of housing of the elderly. Also, the research studied the technical level and policy of home network in domestic and abroad and analyze the professional view of experts in the home network field, as a result, suggested methods of building and activating the home network system.

의료 패러다임이 과거 치료 중심에서 예방 및 건강 관리중심으로 전환되면서 IT융합 의료서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하였고, 헬스케어서비스는 현재 급속히 보급되고 있는 스마트 기기를 바탕으로 수요자들의 일상생활에 매우 밀접하게 접근하여 자신의 의료, 건강, 그리고 복지 등을 복합적으로 관리 할 수 있는 스마트 헬스케어서비스가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 개인 건강기기의 데이터를 이용한 상호 운용성을 확보하기 위해 각 시스템 구성요소 간에 IEEE 11073 PHD(Personal Health Devices), HL7(Health Level 7) 등의 표준을 통하여 스마트 TV 환경에 따른 헬스케어서비스를 제공하기 위해 통합 게이트웨이를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 홈 헬스케어시스템을 구현하였다.

본 연구는 스마트 홈 서비스의 잠재적 초기 수용자로서 1인 가구를 선정하여, 1인 가구의 채택 가능성을 높일 수 있는 기능적 우선순위를 제안하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 스마트 홈 서비스는 그 가치에 비해 확산이 매우 더디며, 특히 국내 스마트 홈 관련 시장의 경우 도입기에 정체되어있다. 이 문제를 해결하고자 혁신 확산 이론을 적용하였으며, 채택의 가능성을 높이기 위해 자신이 아니면 따로 가정을 관리할 가족 구성원이 없는 1인 가구를 스마트 홈 서비스의 잠재적 초기 수용자로 선정하여 설문을 통해 우선순위의 근거를 찾고자 하였다. 설문은 다음과 같이 구성된다. 1인 가구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 대표적 특징을 꼽아 이에 따른 측정 문항을 선행연구를 토대로 재구성하였다. 이 후 스마트 홈 서비스의 개념 및 현황을 살펴보고, 대표 사례들을 분석하여 스마트 홈 서비스 기능들을 선정한 후 이에 혁신 확산이론에 대한 선행연구를 참고하여 선정된 인지된 혁신 특성 3 요소를 적용하여 측정 문항을 구성하였다. 총 62개의 응답을 분석한 결과, 현저히 낮은 값을 띄는 기능을 제외하여 다음과 같이 구성된 우선순위를 제안한다. [스마트 알람 - 에너지 소비 모니터링 - 자동 온·오프 타이머 - 내부컨디션 모니터링 - 그룹제어 - 보안 카메라 모니터링 - 원격제어 - 스케줄링/규칙설정] 이와 같이 구성된 기능적 우선순위는 1인 가구에게 가치 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초자료로서 역할을 할 것이며, 스마트 홈 서비스의 채택률을 높이는 출발점으로서의 의의를 가진다.

A bathroom in house has been stressed not only as a space for physiology and hygiene but also leisure and healthcare. However, the bathroom is the most likely space where an elderly person can have an accident and it is uncomfortable space for them because of their deteriorating physical ability. So the purpose of this study is to help the elderly use their bathroom conveniently by providing smart service. Therefore, we carry out 18 smart service patterns that contain assistive devices and sensors for bathroom. Considering applicability and frequency, from among these service patterns, we suggest 4 service patterns. First is a fall prevention service. This service helps elderly use the bathroom safely at night. Second is a getting ready to go out service. This service helps the situation that elderly use the bathroom after getting up in the morning. Third is a security service in daily life especially before or after meals. And final is a service regarding personal hygiene service after returning home. This service helps to shower or bathe after return home. These services have positive influence in medical expense reductions, good health care and self-reliance of elderly.

최근 각종 사물인터넷 제품이 시장에 출시되면서 관련 업체들은 시장을 선점을 위해 표준화 플랫폼 분야에서 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 국내 이동통신 3사는 가정용 사물인터넷 서비스를 출시하면서 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 대표적 출시된 서비스는 스마트홈 관련 분야이다. 그러나 이동통신 기반 사물인터넷 서비스는 초기 단계에 머물고 있으며, 지속적으로 다양한 서비스가 출시될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 시점에 이미 출시된 서비스를 중심으로 사물인터넷 서비스에 대한 선호도 분석을 기획하게 되었다. AHP(analytic hierarchy process) 분석기법을 적용하기 위해 1단계 요인으로는 안전, 보안, 건강, 지능 그리고 가전으로 설계하였다. 또한 2단계 요인으로는 개념모델에서 제시된 18개 세부 서비스로 조직하였다. 따라서 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
