PHR 자기센서를 적용한 탐침형 전류 프로브 (A pin type current probe using Planar Hall Resistance magnetic sensor)

  • For the characterization or failure analysis of electronic devices such as PCB (printed circuit boards), the most common method is the measurement of voltage waveforms with an oscilloscope. However, because there are many types of problems that cannot be detected by voltage waveform analysis, several other methods such as X-ray transmission, infrared imaging, or eddy current measurement have been applied for these analyses. However, these methods have also been limited to general analyses because they are partially useful in detecting physical defects, such as disconnections or short circuits. Fundamentally current waveform measurements during the operation of electronic devices need to be performed, however, commercially available current sensors have not yet been developed, particularly for applications in highly integrated PCB products with sub-millimeter fine pitch. In this study, we developed a highly sensitive PHR (planar hall resistance) magnetic sensor for application in highly integrated PCBs. The developed magnetic sensor exhibited sufficient features of an ultra-small size of less than 340 ㎛, magnetic field resolution of 10 nT, and current resolution of 1 mA, which can be applicable for PCB analyses. In this work, we introduce the development process of the magnetic sensing probe and its characteristic results in detail, and aim to extend this pin-type current probe to applications such as current distribution imaging of PCBs.

700 W급 홀 전기추력기 랩모델 연구개발 (Development of a 700 W Class Laboratory Model Hall Thruster)

  • 소형위성의 궤도조정 및 궤도유지에 활용될 수 있는 700 W급 홀추력기 랩모델을 개발하였다. 스케일링 방정식을 사용하여 방전채널의 크기를 선정하였으며, 자기장이 방전채널 중심선을 기준으로 대칭성을 가지면서 방전채널 바깥에서 최대가 되도록 설계하였다. 개발된 홀추력기의 방전시험은 2.0×10-5 Torr 이하의 배경압력을 갖는 진공 환경에서 수행되었으며 추력 스탠드를 이용하여 추력을 측정하였다. 양극전압을 300 V로 고정하고 양극유량과 코일전류를 변수로 하여 추력을 측정하였으며, 양극유량 2.36 mg/s, 코일전류 2.4 A 조건에서 양극전력 620 W에서 추력 38 mN, 통합비추력 1,540 s, 양극효율 50 %로 가장 높은 성능을 보였다.

  • The purpose of the study is on offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents in Daegu City. This study made progress within the scope of twenty-four public schools excepting one private school and five schools refused request. but opening present condition of the equipment was stopping in negative opening more than thing that is seen in present condition(to be a hall, a computer, swimming pool, physical education market, clearinghouse, art thread, library, language study thread) of two locals that show in old research. As result that diagnose this research, The school facilities open every schools excepting three schools could not open on account of establishment of sprinkler, residents protest about noise, small playground. The opening equipment was limited the playground, hall, basketball court, Badminton court, parking lot, classroom, library. And The use present condition was used by parking, walk, jogging and light exercise, basketball, badminton, state examination, sports meeting, books inspection, early stage soccer. When local residents require equipment use, it is not negative attitude in school but have active carriage. and Must consider plan that raise practical use degree so that can use school equipment.

일본 도시형 컴팩트 아파트의 상품기획 및 계획상 특정에 관한 연구 - 도쿄도내 분양실례의 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on The Characteristics of Goods Planning and Architectural Planning of Urban Style Compact Apartment in Japan - Focus on Analysis of Apartments Sold in Tokyo City -)

  • The urban style compact apartment which appeared at the end of 1990's was developed by the decrement of household members and in compliance with a new life style. Now it has its own market as a new trend. The purpose of this study is to better understand the characteristics of urban style compact apartments based on an analysis of apartments actually sold on 2008, in order to reflect on the future directions and developments. To support a comprehensive analysis, this study considered three types of compact apartments developed by : a. major developers which own multiple well-recognized brand names, b. mid-size developers under general brand names, c. new or small-size developers specializing in compact apartments. The results from 21 urban style compact apartments could be summarized as follow; 1. Most buyers are Singles or DINKs. The single women occupy a large percentage. 2. Condition of good location is under 5 minutes walk to station and accessibility to 2 and more station. 3. Exterior of building should be harmonious to surrounding and simple, the atmosphere of entrance hall should be warm and relaxed. 4. The spatial character of unit plans are developed by the ways of connecting spaces; 1) Connecting spaces by mobile partition: flexible spaces with expansion 2) Connecting spaces by hall: well arranged spaces with excursion and extends 5. The equipments of kitchen and security are fully carefully planned.

지방 고등학교 기숙사의 공동생활공간에 대한 이용실태 및 사용자 만족도 (Physical Condition and User's Satisfaction on the Commom Public Areas of High School Dormitory in Local Area)

  • This study was to analyze physical condition on the dormitory high school in Jeonju City, and find out users' satisfaction on that. This was going to contribute to the directions of it's physical environmental improvement. This was performed by a questionnaire survey method. Data were collected from 200 students, who had been dwelling 4 high school dormitories in Jeonju City. Through analyzing those data about library, diningroom, laundry room, break room, computer room, restroom, shower room, hall lounge, and snack bar in a dormitory, the results are as follows. First, students thought some physical conditions to be inconvenient in an distracted study atmosphere and hard furniture of library, a bad location of diningroom, a short laundry machine, lack of tables in a break room, a short performance and supply computer, a small space and short toilet in restroom, and a short of hall lounge and snack bar. Second, the students' satisfaction of common public areas in dormitory was 3.39 score. Students were concerned with library and restroom shower room through analyzing satisfied and unsatisfied areas. Third, they needed to improve heating, cooling, and noise in common areas of dormitory, and needed to support a breakroom and snack bar. Conclusively, library, restroom shower room, break room, and snack bar were important common areas, and indoor environmental elements - heating, cooling and noise- were important in high school dormitory.

심곡서원의 조영과정과 배치에 관한 연구 - 사료 및 발굴조사결과를 중심으로 - (On the Site Plan and History of Simgok seowon Confucian Academy)

  • Sewon was a new type of private academy established by a class landed Confucian scholars known as sarim. During Joseon dynasty, sewon had dual functions as a shrine and a place of learning. The site plan of seowon appeared mainly two types of site plan according to the indications of the age and school. This paper was done to analyze the site plan and construction history of Simgok seowon with historical materials and excavation investigation result. Simgok seowon is dedicated to Jo Gwang-jo(1482~1519). This private Confucian academy was founded in 1605 as a small shrine, which was destroyed in 1636. Thereafter, when the shrine received a royal warrant naming as Simgok seowon in 1650, the new site for the seowon was chosen, which is currently located in Gyeonggi-do Yongin-si Sanghyeon-ri 203. Since then, buildings of Simgok seowon was constructed and repaired couple of times. Through the investigation, it was found that the site plan of Simgok seowon was originally a type of 'jeonjaehudang', that is, dormitory building between the lecture hall and the outer gate, or dormitory building is in front and lecture hall is in behind.

과학기술위성 3호 홀추력기 추진계 개발 (STSAT-3 Hall Thruster Propulsion System Development)

  • 최신기술이 적용된 전구조 복합재 위성인 과학기술위성 3호 (STSAT-3)가 국내 최초로 개발 되었으며 2011년 발사예정이다. 모든 위성과 마찬가지로 과기 3호에는 다수의 탑재체가 탑재될 예정이며 그 주된 목적은 선진 우주기술의 과학적 검증에 있다. 제논 가스를 연료로 하는 홀추력기가 국내 최초로 개발되어 지상시험을 거친 후 과기3호에 탑재되었다. 본 연구는 홀추력기 개발에 적용된 전반적인 개발기술, 절차, 기능 및 환경시험에 대한 내용이며 선진 우주기술 획득 및 차후 위성개발을 위한 기술자료 축적에 그 중요성이 있다.

Anisotropy of the Electrical Conductivity of the Fayalite, Fe2SiO4, Investigated by Spin Dimer Analysis

  • Many properties of inorganic compounds are sensitive to changes in the point-defect concentrations. In minerals, such changes are influenced by temperature, pressure, and chemical impurities. Olivines form an important class of minerals and are magnesium-rich solid solutions consisting of the orthosilicates forsterite $Mg_2SiO_4$ and the fayalite $Fe_2SiO_4$. Orthosilicates have an orthorhombic crystal structure and exhibit anisotropic electronic and ionic transport properties. We examined the anisotropy of the electrical conductivity of $Fe_2SiO_4$ under the assumption that the electronic conduction in $Fe_2SiO_4$ occurs via a small polaron hopping mechanism. The anisotropic electrical conductivity is well explained by the electron transfer integrals obtained from the spin dimer analysis based on tight-binding calculations. The latter analysis is expected to provide insight into the anisotropic electrical conductivities of other magnetic insulators of transition metal oxides.

Mg-Al-Zn 합금에서 불연속 석출물의 층상 구조와 경도에 미치는 냉각 속도의 영향 (Effect of Cooling Rate on Lamellar Structure and Hardness of Discontinuous Precipitates in Mg-Al-Zn Alloy)

  • The relationship between the hardness and interlamellar spacing of discontinuous precipitates (DPs) formed by continuous cooling was studied for Mg-9%Al-1%Zn alloy. After solution treatment at 683 K for 24 h, the specimens were cooled to room temperature with different cooling rates ranging from 0.2 to 2 K·min-1, in order to obtain DPs with various interlamellar spacings. It was found that cooling rate of 2 K·min-1 yielded only small amount of nodular DPs at the grain boundaries, while cooling rates below 2 K·min-1 yielded both DPs and continuous precipitates (CPs). The volume fraction of DPs increased with increasing cooling rate up to 0.5 K·min-1, over which it abruptly decreased. The hardness of DPs was increased with an increase in the cooling rate, whereas the interlamellar spacing of the DPs was decreased with respect to cooling rate. The hardness of the DPs formed by continuous cooling was correlated with the interlamellar spacing and can follow a Hall-Petch type relation as in the case of pearlite with lamellar morphology.

멀티센서를 이용한 마이크로 절삭 공정 모니터링 (The Cutting Process Monitoring of Micro Machine using Multi Sensor)

  • Recently, the monitoring technology of machining process is very important to improve productivity and quality in manufacturing filed. Such monitoring technology has been performed to measurement using vibration signal, acoustic emission signal and tool dynamometer. However, micro machining is limited small-scale parts machining because micro tool is very small and weakness to generate signal in micro machining process. Therefore, this study has efficient sensing technology for real monitoring system in micro machine that is proposed to supplement a disadvantage of single-sensor by multi sensor. From experimental result, it was evaluated tool wear and cutting situation according to repetitive slot cutting condition and changing cutting condition, and it was performed monitoring spindle rpm and condition according to compare acceleration signal with current signal.
