The effect of substitution of Gd ions for Ca ions in the B $i_{1.84}$P $b_{0.34}$S $r_{1.91}$(C $a_{1-x}$ G $d_{x}$)$_{2.03}$ C $u_{3.06}$ $O_{ 10+{\delta}}$/ (x=0.0~0.06) was investigated by measuring x-ray diffraction patterns, lattice constants, do resistivity and Hall effect. We found the solubility limit of Gd in the 110 K phase to be x < 0.015. Within the solubility limit, the c-axis seemed to decrease with increasing x. In the region of the 110 K single phase, the critical temperature $T_{c}$ gradually decreased with an increasing the Gd concentration x, corresponding to a small change of the carrier concentration.

With the help of a small wearable device, patients reside in an isolated village need constant monitoring which may increase access to care and decrease healthcare delivery cost. As the number of patients' requests increases in simultaneously manner, the web service gateway located in the village hall encounters limitations for performing them successfully and concurrently. The gateway based RESTful technology responsible for handling patients' requests attests an internet latency in case a large number of them submit toward the gateway increases. In this paper, we propose the design tasks of the web service gateway for handling concurrency events. In the procedure of designing tasks, concurrency is best understood by employing multiple levels of abstraction. The way that is eminently to accomplish concurrency is to build an object-oriented environment with support for messages passing between concurrent objects. We also investigate the performance of event-driven architecture for building web service gateway using node.js. The experiments results show that server-side JavaScript with Node.js and MongoDB as database is 40% faster than Apache Sling. With Node.js developers can build a high-performance, asynchronous, event-driven healthcare hub server to handle an increasing number of concurrent connections for Remote Healthcare Monitoring System in an isolated village with no access to local medical care.

The purpose of this study is to analyze on high school teachers' stage of concern(SoC) on 'Creative-Experience Activity' in 2009 revised national curriculum and investigate the improvements of their levels. The subjects for this study were 234 high school teachers through out all part of the Korea country. The instrument for this study was developed according to the Hall & Hord(2006)'s stage of concerns questionnaire of Stage of Concern. The Data were analyzed by Profiling of teachers' concern and one-way ANOVA. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, 85.25% of the high school teachers were in stage of Awareness. 6.34% of teachers were in stage of Information. Most of high school teachers' concern about 'Creative-Experience Activity' was generally 'non-user' stage that unconcerned. Second, there were not significant differences in teachers' stage of concern according to their sex and teaching career except for region. In region, the teacher in metropolis tent to interest getting new information than small and midium size city. We need to make an effort to transfer from 'non-user' stage to 'early-user' stage of and 'impact' stage. To do so, we may sublate too much curriculum revise and start teacher training for 2009 revised 'creativity-experience activity' curriculum. The result of the study provide that there are not curriculum implementation success without teachers' concern about revised curriculum.

21century design is working in order to increase the accessibility, eliminating alienation hierarchy for the use of the product. Efforts to these design approach are not intended for a small number of users. It offers the advantage of a variety of design for users of a wider range. So, it was allowed to extend the value in good design for all human beings. Traditional thought is expressed in a variety of shapes by applying meaning to another re-interpretation for the form to contemporary furniture and structure and decoration. Gyeongsang have a religious solemn feeling in the typical furniture of hall space that reflects the inner distinctive tradition thought of scholar of the Chosun Dynasty. For these reasons, in the present study, based on the modeling elements of Gyeongsang, which is based on the traditional idea of our country, there is the purpose to propose a design of agreed with table in modern lifestyle. Design concept proposed in this paper, to be applied to the design of the table is placed in the living space by re-interpreting the modeling properties which can be felt in the thin form and structure and patterns as modern image.

This research work is to analyze architectural characteristics of Sungnyemun especially in King Yeongjo's reign in Joseon dynasty. The result of this research is summarized as following: 1. The architectural characteristics of Sungnyemun in King Yeongjo's reign are closely related with Confucian ceremonies such as Jeon-jwa and Heon-goek-rye. To perform these ceremonies, some lower walls of Sungnyemun's wooden pavilion were removed and used as ceremonial space. And after ceremony it was restored. 2. The floor type of center bay of the 1st story of wooden pavilion should have a type of floor using long and narrow fine tree plate, which is same type before the repair work of 1960's dismantlement. 3. The width of east stairway which is reached to east small gate, was changed just before Japanese's rule(1910~1945), should be broaden than present width, which is proven through the recent excavation. 4. The reason of asymmetric characteristic of locations of both east and west narrow-gate, and widths of east and west stairway, are related with order of King's ceremony. * Jeonjwa : a ceremony to see national affairs or receive royalty from officials in main hall or main gate of palace in Joseon dynasty (some times open to public) * Heon-goek-rye : a ceremony after win a war and offering to king enemy's ear or head in Joseon dynasty.

The purpose of this study is to identify and compare the range of dwellers and the use of pattern in public common space for dwellers of high-rised apartment of staircase type and gallery type. Also, it is to ascertain the relationship between extent of neighborhood and community awareness. The results were as follows. The term of habitation of most apartment dwellers surveyed were relatively short and most of dwellers had a small family that having a minor children.'Relational association with their neighbor in apartment of staircase type was happened between families that use the same entrance and elevator and it in gaiter type was happened inside the family. But intimacy rate and range of interest were not that high additively, int the case needs a conversation with neighbor, it happened in individual entrance and elevator hall rather than inside the house and exterior area.

Purpose: Two-stage ${\bar{X}}$ chart is a useful tool for process control when a surrogate variable may be used together with a performance variable. This paper extends the two-stage ${\bar{X}}$ chart to a three stage version by decomposing the first stage into the preliminary stage and the main stage. Methods: The expected cost function is derived using Markov-chain approach. The optimal designs are found for numerical examples using a genetic algorithm combined with a pattern search algorithm and compared to those of the two-stage ${\bar{X}}$ chart. Sensitivity analysis is performed to see the parameter effects. Results: The proposed design outperforms the optimal design of the two-stage ${\bar{X}}$ chart in terms of the expected cost per unit time unless the correlation between the performance and surrogate variables is modest and the shift in process mean is smallish. Conclusion: Three-stage ${\bar{X}}$ chart may be a useful alternative to the two-stage ${\bar{X}}$ chart especially when the correlation between the performance and surrogate variables is relatively high and the shift in process mean is on the small side.

Li-incorporated ZnO thin films were deposited by using ultrasonic-assisted spray pyrolysis deposition (SPD) system. To investigate the effect of Li-incorporation on the performance of ZnO thin films, the structural, electrical, and optical properites of the ZnO thin films were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emssion scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Hall effect measurement, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry with variation of the Li concentraion in the ZnO sources. Without incorporation of Li element, the ZnO surface showed large spiral domains. As the Li content increases, the size of spiral domains decreased gradually, and finally formed mixed small grain and one-dimensional nanorod-like structures on the surface. This morphological evolution was explained based on an anti-surfactant effect of Li atoms on the ZnO growth surface. In addition, the Li-incorporation changed the optical and electrical properties of the ZnO thin films by modifying the crystalline defect structures by doping effects.

Because of a small bandgap energy, a high doping density, and a low operating temperature, the dark current in HgCdTe photodiode is almost composed of a tunneling current. The tunneling current is devided into an indirect tunneling current via traps and a band-to-band direct tunneling current. The indirect tunneling current dominates the dark current for a relatively high temperature and a low reverse bias and forward bias. For a low temperature and a high reverse bias the direct tunneling current dominates. In this paper, to verify the tunneling currents in HgCdTe photodiode, the new tunneling-recombination equation via trap is introduced and tunneling-recombination current is calculated. The new tunneling-recombination equation via trap have the same form as SRH (Shockley-Read-Hall) generation-recombination equation and the tunneling effect is included in recombination times in this equation. Chakrabory and Biswas's equation being introduced, band to band direct tunneling current are calculated. By using these equations, HgCdTe (mole fraction, 0.29 and 0.222) photodiodes are analyzed. Then the temperature dependence of the tunneling-recombination current via trap and band to band direct tunneling current are shown and it can be known what is dominant current according to the applied bias at athe special temperature.

This study aims to reinterpret Jeonggwanheon(靜觀軒) in terms of its use and architectural style after restoration work through the recently discovered [Deoksugung Palace's original plan](1915). It is presupposed that the existing interpretation of Jeonggwanheon, such as its status as the banquet hall of the Imperial Empire and the place where Emperor Gojong enjoyed coffee here, was a fantasy made from the transformation after the 1930s. When it was built around 1900, Jeonggwanheon arranged small and large rooms around the corridor in the center, and the porch surrounded the three sides of the building. From 1900 to 1907, there is no remaining record telling us who did what or when something happened in Jeonggwanheon except for several portraits of Emperor Gojong and his son which were drawn in 1902. The mixed use of brickwork and wooden porch are found in many of American style houses built in Incheon and Seoul at that time. Especially, the style and decoration of wooden porch seem to be influenced by Queen Anne style in the 19th century in America.
