농림 및 수산분야 직무체계 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Skill Framework for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector)

  • The goal of this study is to develop a skill system for the areas of agriculture, forestry and fisheries among the skill frameworks that require basic examination in the development of skill standards. More specifically, the study aims to classify skills in the areas of agriculture, forestry and fisheries and to develop respective skill level. We classified skills and created the skill level through a study of documents, interview with experts and in-depth discussions with expert group centering on terminologies commonly used in the industrial settings. As a result of skill classification, we were able to classify skills into four categories in medium-scale classification, 13 categories in small-scale classification, and again into total 42 categories. We classified the skill level in the areas of agriculture, forestry and fisheries into 8 stages. Based on the skill system, we provided definition of skill and skill group, definition of each different skill, and performance standard by skill and level.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract a skill level of human resource in the field of science and technology. To accomplish the goal of this study, precedent research was conducted and then, the draft of skill level for Human Resource in the field of Science and Technology (HRST) was created by wrap-up meeting. The skill level of the HRST was finalized after confirming verification of 20 SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) from January to February 2016 by two times. The conclusions are as follows; First, the skill level of the HRST consists five categories. Each of the level has educational background, work experience, certification, duty, major and so on. Second, the contents of the skill level were found to be mostly valid.

저소득층의 소비자 기능과 소비자문제인지에 관한연구 (Study on Consumer Skill and Consumer problem's Perception of the Low-income Consumer)

  • This study was mainly concerned with providing a basis of the development of low-income consumer education program. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of their consumer skill and the degree of consumer problems' perception. For the purpose of this study, 480 questionnaire were distributed to the housewives in Seoul. The 320 data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Rang Test, Multiple Classification Analysis, and Pearson's Correlation . The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) The socio-demographic variables indicating significant relation to the level of consumer skill are income level, housewife's age , and housewife's education level. The independent influence of all the variables affecting consumer skill was analyzed. It result is in confirming the income as the most influential one. 20 The socio-demographic variables indicating significant relation to the degree of consumer problem's perception are income level, and housewife's education level. The independent influence of all the variables affecting consumer problem's perception was analyzed. It results in confirming the income as the most influential one. 3) Consumer skill level differs significantly at the 0.001 level, according toe the degree of consumer problems' perception. The higher level of consumer skill, the lower degree of consumer problems' perception. The result of this study implies that a consumer education should be given to the low-income consumers, on the basis of their consumer skill level. Further research regarding the consumer skill and problems ' perception of the low-income consumers should be conducted.

기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석 연구 (A Study on Development Skill Framework and Analysis of It's Linkage to National Technical Qualification Items in Machinery Sector)

  • 이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 직무능력표준 개발에서 기초적으로 검토되어야 하는 직무체계 중 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무체계 개발에 목적이 있다. 세부적인 연구목적은 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌고찰, 전문가 인터뷰, 전문가 집중토의를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 10개, 22개의 직무가 도출되었다. 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다.

간호인력 구성 및 확보수준 결정 요인 (Determinants of Registered Nurse Skill Mix & Staffing Level in Korea)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify determinants of registered nurse (RN) skill mix and staffing level focused on hospital characteristics. Methods: Data were obtained from health insurance claims data and hospital reporting system in the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) for the year 2010. Data from 2,998 hospitals were analysed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis. Results: The RN skill mix and staffing level were positively related to hospital size and the percentage of inpatients to total patients. RN skill mix and staffing level were statistically different across regions. Including nursing aides (NA), however, there was no difference in staffing levels across regions. Medically vulnerable regions, bed operation rate, and the number of patients per doctor were also related to RN skill mix and staffing level. Conclusion: The statically significant determinants of RN skill mix and staffing level included hospital size, region, bed operation rate, percentage of inpatients, doctor-patient ratio. Further study needs to be done to investigate factors including RN supply and wages.

ACTIVITY-BASED STRATEGIC WORK PLANNING AND CREW MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION: UTILIZATION OF CREWS WITH MULTIPLE SKILL LEVELS

  • Although many research efforts have been conducted to address the effect of crew members' work skills (e.g., technical and planning skills) on work performance (e.g., work duration and quality) in construction projects, the relationship between skill and performance has generated a great deal of controversy in the field of management (Inkpen and Crossan 1995). This controversy can lead to under- or over-estimations of the overall project schedule, and can make it difficult for project managers to implement appropriate managerial policies for enhancing project performance. To address this issue, the following aspects need to be considered: (a) work performances are determined not only by individual-level work skill but also by the group-level work skill affected by work team members, each member's role, and any working behavior pattern; (b) work planning has significant effects on to what extent work skill enhances performance; and (c) different types of activities in construction require different types of work, skill, and team composition. This research, therefore, develops a system dynamics (SD) model to analyze the effects of both individual-and group-level (i.e., multi-level) skill on performances by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes, especially in human factors (e.g., attitude, ability, and behavior). The model incorporates: (a) a multi-level skill evolution and relevant behavior development mechanism within a work group; (b) the interaction among work planning, a crew's skill-learning, skill manifestation, and performances; and (c) the different work characteristics of each activity. This model can be utilized to implement appropriate work planning (e.g., work scope and work schedule) and crew management policies (e.g., work team composition and decision of each worker's role) with an awareness of crew's skill and work performance. Understanding the different characteristics of each activity can also support project managers in applying strategic work planning and crew management for a corresponding activity, which may enhance each activity's performance, as well as the overall project performance.

컴퓨터게임에서 유저의 게임플레이 숙련도 측정 방법 (Measurement Method of User's Gameplay Skill Level in a Computer Game)

  • 컴퓨터게임은 재미를 위해 유저에게 지속적인 몰입상태를 유지시켜야 한다. 몰입이론[5]에 따르면 플로우 몰입상태는 유저의 게임숙련도와 게임 난이도가 균형을 유지해야 발생할 수 있다고 한다. 컴퓨터게임은 게임난이도를 자동조절할 수 있지만 유저의 게임숙련도는 게임의 상황과 개인의 성향 및 경험에 따라 다르기 때문에 게임도중에 즉시 파악하기 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터게임 자체적으로 유저의 게임플레이 숙련도를 게임 도중에 즉시 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방법을 사용하기 위해서는 측정대상 컴퓨터게임이 설계 및 구현단계에서 제안하는 방법이 적용되어야만 한다. 제안하는 방법과 게임 난이도의 자동조절 방법을 사용하면 컴퓨터게임은 지속적으로 유저의 플로우 몰입상태가 발생할 수 있도록 게임난이도와 유저의 게임숙련도의 균형을 유지할 수 있다.

보건소 인력의 의사소통능력, 직무만족도 및 정신건강 수준 (Communication Skill, Job Satisfaction, and Mental Health of Public Health Center Staff in South Korea)

  • Objectives: This study addressed the relationship among communication skill, job satisfaction, and mental health level. Methods: The participants in this study were 222 public health center staff members at 9 community public health centers located in Seoul city and Gyeonggi province. Descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression were used for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The main findings are as follows: First, communication skill and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation with mental health level. Secondly, some components of mental health level generally showed positive correlations with communication skill and job satisfaction. Third, multiple regression showed that 22% of the variance in the mental health level was explained. Conclusions: Based on these results of this study, we suggested that specialized programs should be established to help in development of social arbitration for public health center staff.

기량수준 동등분할 문제의 상자 채우기 알고리즘 (Bin Packing Algorithm for Equitable Partitioning Problem with Skill Levels)

  • 동등분할 문제(EPP)는 학생이 특정 분야에 대한 경험 유무인 [0/1]이진수 형태를 갖는 경우와 [1,2,3,4,5]와 같은 정수형의 기량 수준을 갖고 있는 문제로 분류된다. 이진수형 EPP에 대해서는 다항시간으로 최적 해를 구하는 알고리즘이 알려져 있다. 반면에, 정수형 기량 수준을 갖는 EPP에 대해서는 다항시간으로 해를 구하는 알고리즘이 존재하지 않아 아직까지는 메타휴리스틱의 일종인 타부탐색법만이 알려져 있는 난제이다. 본 논문은 NP-난제인 정수형 기량 수준을 갖는 EPP에 대해 다항시간으로 해를 찾아가는 규칙을 가진 휴리스틱 탐욕방법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 각 분야의 기량 수준별 빈도수 내림차순으로 그룹 수를 충족하는 하한치(LB)를 구하고, LB 이상인 기량수준을 가진 학생들을 각 그룹 상자에 우선하여 채우고, LB 이하 기량수준을 가진 학생들을 추가로 각 상자에 배분하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 실험 데이터에 적용한 결과 기존의 타부탐색법으로 구한 결과를 개선하는 효과도 얻었다.
