빙상선수의 성취목표성향과 셀프리더십 및 스포츠 동기의 구조적 관계 (Structural relationships among achievement goal orientation, self-leadership and sport motivation of skating athletes)

  • 본 연구는 빙상선수의 성취목표성향이 셀프리더십과 동기에 대한 기여도를 분석하기 위한목적으로 진행되었다. 연구목적에 따라 수집된 369명의 자료를 이용하여 성취목표성향과 셀프리더십 및 스포츠 동기의 관계를 분석하였다. 각 요인간의 관계는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용한 공분산구조분석을 분석하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 빙상선수의 성취목표성향은 셀프리더십에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 성취목표성향은 스포츠 동기에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 셀프리더십과 스포츠 동기의 관계에서는 셀프리더십이 스포츠 동기에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 빙상선수의 자기 주도적 성향에 성취목표성향의 역할이 큰 것으로 판단되며 나아가 목표설정을 통한 자기주도성향을 향상시키는 전략적 방법을 고려해야 할 것이다.

Kinematic Analysis for Improving the Starting Technique in 500-m Speed Skating

  • Objective: In this study, we analyzed kinematic changes in the start phase of speed skating before and after physical training. Method: We introduced a new strength training program (2017) that was improved in terms of exercise type and intensity [%, one repetition maximum (1RM)] compared with the previous strength training program (2016). The new program was applied to elite speed skating athletes (four males and four females). To determine the improvement in starting technique, we recorded race images during the start phase of the 500-m race held in 2016 and 2017. The race images were collected using five high-speed cameras and kinematic characteristics of the start phase were analyzed by three-dimensional image analysis. Results: The 1RMs were improved by 11% on an average after the strength training. In 2017, records of four out of the eight athletes were shortened in terms of the initial lap time (100 m), and 500-m records were shortened in six athletes. The time to nine strokes was shortened in five athletes, and the ratio of correct kinetic chain was increased or maintained at a high level in six athletes. Conclusion: In this study, the new strength training program (2017), applied to elite speed skating athletes, showed a positive effect on starting technique and reduced the record times.

인 라인 스케이트 프레임의 형상 설계 (Shape Design for a Inline-Skate Frame)

  • In-line skate generally consists of four major parts: boot, frame, bearing and wheel, and the most important part among those for necessary functionality is the frame. It is the most expensive, and it also makes a decisive role in practical race skating. The functional behavior of a frame is greatly affected by external dynamic forces as well as the static weight of a skater. We are proposing a new inline speed-skating frame design that has been improved in structural strength and weight for providing optimum speed in $20\sim40km$ marathon skating.

인라인스케이트와 관련된 손상 (Injuries Associated with Inline Skating)

  • 목적: 인라인 스케이트 사용자가 증가함에 따라 부상도 증가하여 인라인 스케이트 손상에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있는 상태이나, 부상 요인 정도에 대한 연구가 미흡하여 인라인 스케이트와 관련된 급성 손상과 과사용 손상에 대해 알아보고, 이런 손상을 예방할 수 있는 방법에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 결과: 급성 손상은 주로 10대에서 많이 발생하고, 도로나 인도변에서 동작의 미숙이나 충돌에 의해 발생하며, 손상은 요골 원위부 골절, 손목 관절 염좌, 주관절 부위 골절 순으로 많이 발생 하였으며, 보호 장비를 제대로 착용하지 않은 경우가 많았다. 과사용 손상은 주로 인라인 상급자에서 발생하는데, 이 손상은 대개 부츠 자체 때문에 발생하거나, 부츠에 관련하여 발생하거나, 적절하지 않은 스케이팅 기술에 의해 발생하는 것으로 생각된다. 결론: 인라인 스케이트와 관련된 손상중 급성 손상을 예방하기 위해서는 보호 장비를 잘 착용하고, 정지 동작들을 정확하게 습득한 후, 안전한 장소에서 탈 수 있도록 교육을 시켜야 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 과사용 손상을 예방하기 위해서는 발에 잘 맞는 스케이트를 선택하는 것이 중요하고, 정확한 스케이팅 기술의 습득과 충분한 휴식을 하는 것이 중요하겠다.

학령기 여아를 위한 경기용 피겨 스케이팅복 패턴 설계에 관한 연구 (Pattern Development of Figure Skating Wear for Schoolgirls)

  • This study developed basic pattern for competition figure skating wear for school girls. Figure skating wears are difficult for making basic patterns based on standard size chart, because girls' body size are slimmer and more slender compared to the general girl's and the competition wears such as, swim suit with sleeves are, closely in contact with the player's body. The competition wears for school girl was made with consideration of changing of the body shape, physical exercises, and various specificities according to stretch material. To raise artistic effect while doing beautiful motions, and to assist in facile technique motions, competition wears need to have enough ease on the side line from waist to armpit, from armpit to wrist, and in trunk girth including crotch girth. Also, to stand out in beauty, a costume designing has a proper skirt position, length, flare width, and a tight bodice according to the player's body proportion. Most of the customers are displeased at the high price, unfitness of size, insufficient design, and difficulty in access, since they are not sold in sporting goods store. Therefore, a competition wear's basic pattern was made through scientific and emotional process including concerns on material properties, room for activities, and ideal body proportion. Systemizing the basic patterns of production method will solve high repairing expenses, unsuitable sizing, and improve accessibility for purchase.

NBCSN과 MBC의 평창동계올림픽 피겨 스케이팅 해설에 대한 비교분석: 피겨 스케이팅 중계방송 해설의 개선방안에 대하여 (A Comparative Study of Figure Skating Commentary on NBCSN and MBC's Coverage of 2018 Olympic Games)

  • 이 연구는 NBCSN과 MBC의 평창동계올림픽 피겨스케이팅 경기 중계방송의 해설 내용을 비교분석해 도출해낸 차이점을 통해 국내 피겨스케이팅 해설의 개선 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서는 먼저 동일한 경기에 대한 두 개의 중계방송 텍스트를 정보의 유형과 기술방식으로 코딩한 후 각 코드의 비중과 코드 간의 관계를 양적으로 분석했다. 양적 분석 결과를 바탕으로 각각의 분류의 내용에 대한 텍스트 분석을 실시해 특징적 차이점들을 도출해 냈다. 국내 해설은 단조롭고 반복적인 감정표현과 맥락화되지 않은 정보가 기계적으로 제시되는 것이 특징적이었으며, 경기를 극화하는 능력이나 설명의 전문성에서도 차이가 드러났다. 국내에서는 선수소개와 기술요소, 채점과 관련해 중립적으로 기술되던 정보를 미국의 해설에서는 정보를 맥락화하고, 여러 가지 기술방식과 결합해 경기를 극화시키는 방식으로 활용했다.

쇼트트랙 스피드 스케이트 운동시 하지 관절각 분석 (A Study on Joint Angle of Lower Extremity during Short Track Speed Skating)

  • This study, which is conducted on two groups of skilled people and unskilled people, is purposed to analyze joint angle of lower extremity during short track speed skating in order to find out efficient body position and propose ideal training method. Short Track Speed Skating has a wide range of research areas, but their findings indicate a promising area for further research. Targeting 8 people who are skilled in short track speed skating and 8 people who are not skilled in it, this study analyzes three dimensional images using super-high speed camera to compare differences between these two groups of people. In this study, 6 sections of body positions including right foot push-off, right foot recovery, right foot basic position, left foot push-off, left foot recovery, and left foot basic position were analyzed using 8 super-high speed cameras of VICON. These body positions were analyzed in order to find out joint angles of the hip joint, the knee joint, and the ankle joint. In the section 4 of the inner and outer parts of the left hip angles showed significant difference, and most of the sections of knee joint angles also showed significant difference. In the section 1 and 2 of the plantar flexion, dorsiflexion of ankle joints showed significant difference(p<.001) It was found out that there were differences between groups of skilled people and unskilled people in terms of lower extremity's joint angles such as angles of the hip joint, the knee joint, and the ankle joint.

피겨스케이팅 의상디자인의 내용분석연구 (Contents Analysis of Figure Skating Costume Design)

  • This study examines the design characteristics of figure skating costumes by a content analysis of their design elements. The content analysis method for the study was used based on 185 photos of female figure skaters. A total of 218 coding units in 15 categories were used. In the category of color, unicolor costumes were the mainstay and represented 48.11% of the total costumes. Black costumes showed the highest rate (13.51%), followed by red (7.57%) and blue (7.03%). In the dual-color costumes, combinations of red and black and white and black, represented 4.32% of all costumes. A camisole was the most popular type of neckline (20.54%). Stand collars with neck decorations were found in 5.95% of the costumes. In addition, 98.2% of all figure skating costumes had decorations (crystal beads 21.86% were the most frequently used decoration type), 65.41% exposed all the shoulders and arms, 70.81% of the costumes did not have sleeves, 5.41% of the costumes had arm decorations, and 3.78% had wrist decorations. In the analysis of the hem of skirts, 32.40% had a curved line, 30.73% had a straight line, and 15.08% had an unrecognizable form. In general, the figure skating costumes have stand collars with neck decorations, arm and wrist decorations, and irregular skirt hems that are not found in everyday dresses. To emphasize and intensify a theatrical effect, the costumes were fabulously decorated with spangles, crystal beads, feathers, and lace; black, red, and blue were frequently used. The skirts had frills, fringe, flared lines, and beads on them to reflect the stage lights and emphasize movements.

  • A modern industrial society is presently considering not only cultural life but also health promotion to enhance the quality of life. There are many ways to enjoy the wellbeing life. Especially, ice-skating has been focused on as leisure sports with many remarkable advantages. Even though ice-skating was recognized as winter sport, nowadays people enjoyed skating are increased more and more because of indoor ice link. So, construction of indoor ice link has been boomed up. However, The techniques of ice link freezing system are insufficient because the ice link freezing system on the local construction was designed by advanced country techniques. So, this study has been conducted to analyze the air conditioning and refrigeration system in existing local ice link to suggest the design method of ice link.

피겨스케이팅 활주속도가 운동수행기술 발휘에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Velocity of Propulsion on the Degree of Hardship Performance during a Figure Skating)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the result of hardship performance of the propulsion speed on the flying carmel spins during a Figure Skating. The subjects were five the korea national representative players. Kinematic variables were analyzed 5frame of the excursion phase by the three-dimensional motion analysis system(60Hz). The obtained conclusion were as follows: In this study, during the propulsion classify two groups as "type I" the acceleration patterns S3, S4 and "type II" the uniform velocity group S1, S2, S5. The results of percentage comparative analysis between type I and type II can be summarized as below: the height of jump(24%), the height of COM(25%), the maximum speed of Roundhouse Kick(21%), the judging technical score(18%), the flight time(13%), the velocity of spins(4%), the distance of flight(-6%) Analysis of the results on performance variables, the velocity pattern of the type I showed comparatively excellence than that of type II.
